I was in the process of buying a used vehicle. My sales rep did not explain everything fully. He made us believe we was getting the car. Running around all day getting paper works that we need. And in the end i left a deposit of 700 cash and 2 checks for 150. I switched insurance from my car to the new one then find outs I cant get the car under my insurance because I was covered by medicaid. I went for my money back since it didn't work out. But instead of giving me by money back, they deducted 176 dollars from my hard earn money for an alarm system that he put in. It wasn't my fault it was the sales associate for trying to rush the sales instead of going over his papers. The next day the same car i was going to buy the car priced dropped alot and still was not able to get my money back. They suckkkkkk. I am in the process of taking a lawyer because i was not informed about the 176 dollars i lost until i went back for a refund because he didn't do his work proper.
