I worked with Brandon on the purchase of my used car at Watertown Auto Sales. I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my car and I felt that they truly went out of their way to satisfy my requests with the vehicle purchase. I have done some price inquiries prior to the purchase of the car and have found that Watertown Auto Sales provided the best price for the quality of vehicle purchased. I have owned this car for a couple of months and have been extremely pleased with it's performance and quality. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They are the best car lot in the Watertown area.

They tell you one price quote then when you go to sign papers they almost double it

Saw vehicle I wanted listed on Cars.com, put deposit to hold it. When it came in I saw it before they had a chance to work on it. The test drive revealed brake noises so they turned down rotors, put on new tires, thoroughly cleaned and detailed it like new. We negotiated a great price including a warranty and I signed. Next day brakes were still grinding so they replaced the rotors no charge, problem fixed! Carvell and Jay really listened to me and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, the car drives like a dream, I'm happy!
