I will start off by saying that i got a wonderful price for a used car.the price i paid was awesome because he gave it to me for the amount i wanted.(i paid cash and didnt want to deal payments.) However i understand that i bought a pre owned used car so i knew that because it was not brandnew i would expect it to breakdown sooner or later BUT I DID NOT EXPECT IT TO BREAKDOWN IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF BUYING MY NEW BUT USED CAR.WHEN I CALLES THEM UP TO TELL THEM IT WASNTWOULDNT START FOR THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING SINCE I DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARANTY. (WHICH THEY WANTED ME TO FINACE) I WAS IN TEARS I HAD A BROKEN CAR IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER I PURCHASED IT. HOWEVER THEY DID FIX IT BUT I HAD TO FIGHT TOOTH AN NAIL IN ORDER FOR THEM TO FIX A PROBLEM.THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO AVOID ME AND GIVE ME A RUNAROUND STORY SO JUST BE CAREFUL ..

I pulled up right at my scheduled time and someone came out to great me immediately. Then they knew that William was helping me and directed me to where he was. William was on top of everything for me and got my car done exactly on time! The cashiers were wonderful!

Eddy and Manuel were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. If they didn't have the answer for me they both got back to me after checking with the person who would have the answer. And they were both very anxious to please. Lauren at the cashiers' desk was also very kind, sweet, calming and helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

Daisy Castaneda who called and told me that my 4runner has a safety recall. I also decided to have it serviced along wd our sienna. She was very accomodating! I asked if she has any coupons for us since we'll be spending more than $300. She gave me two $25 off. That was a big help. Our vehicles were assigned to William Nadler....very helpful and friendly guy! I told Daisy that when I call for our vehicles to be service, I want William to take care of us. We were happy with how they took care of us and our vehicles.

I had to drive to West Covina for a family emergency and missed my 10,000 maintenance appointment back home. I wanted to get the car serviced before I drove the 600 miles back home. WC Toyota got me in on the same day. They even washed my car, which was full of dirt and bugs from the drive. They made a difficult time a little brighter.

Every time it go there the staff is friendly and I don't feel like I am being ripped off. I feel like they do the work that is needed and there is not the pressure to upsell that there is at other Toyota dealerships. From the technicians to the shuttle drivers to the fantastic group of cashiers, while there are other Toyota dealerships closer to my home, I only go to West Covina Toyota because the people are great.

I was treated "professionally" while at the same time made to feel comfortable. Also, throughout the process, I was kept informed as to where the deal was, what was going on, where my new vehicle was and what time I could expect for each step- this was a far cry from most dealerships where you are "left" stranded for long periods- then bombarded and overwhelmed with information and "options" in what is an obvious attempt to confuse.

Manuel was so honest! I was told at first that the computer was giving messages that my car needed a new engine. Manuel kept at it trying to find out the cause that an engine with only 77,000 miles would need such a repair. In the end, he told me that they reset the computer on my car and the check engine light went out. Also, my car was worked on for several days. Manuel only charged me for the one diagnostic test and said he didn't feel right about charging more! I had a beautiful Camry for a loaner. You guys are smart. LOVED the car! Made me think about my next purchase. I went from hating Toyota (because of the possibility of a new engine) to telling all my family, friends and coworkers.

This was an unusual purchase as I traveled from out of state to look at the truck. All correspondence was handled professionally while I was inquiring about the vehicle on line and over the phone. Eddy Arvanitopulos was very professional. This is the first time I did business with him. He took time to explain to me what was done to my car since I use to bring my car to Longo. He explained to me what needs to be done and how often it should be done to maintain the Prius. It only took an hour to complete the service, since normally it takes two to three hours. Eddy called me from the waiting room and again took time to explain the multi point inspection which I always wonder what this was all about. I had a better understanding now of what these marks mean. This was an educational and productive experience for me. Not only did I get my car fix at a reasonable price but learned also how the car was serviced. This is customer care and excellence in customer service. Thank you.

He showed us other model variations based on our questions which was quite helpful. The facilities were clean including the rest room which made it more bearable with children. Our sales representative (Miriam) was very dedicated to her job, because she came in on the day she was supposedly be off to assist us finding the car right for us. She was open to discussion on the price and was reasonable with the final price after negotiation. Furthermore, the finance rep (Tommy) was very knowledgeable about car insurance and patiently took us through the financial steps to acquire a new car. Overall, people at the West Covina dealership have been very helpful and patient during the car selection and purchase process. In the end, my family left with a brand new car that we are very happy to own! My family is definitely likely to return and acquire another car from here in the near future!

When I got there, the sales rep she had wanted to help me was busy with another customer, so she immediately retained another sales rep, Joseph, who was very cordial and helpful. Although the entire process did take three hours to complete, everyone was pleasant to deal with.

Shuttle service began as soon as dealer opened! It was fast, easy, and convenient. I was offered fresh coffee and a Danish from the cashier while waiting for the shuttle. They always give me a free car wash and full inspection of other maintenance required.

The service representatives, Mr. Manny & William always remember my car and do everything they can to ensure that it is serviced properly. William even made arrangements for the car alarm service man to explain to me about the alarm. He provided me with a booklet. I really appreciated how they treated me. Great service. The sales person Tommy arranged to deliver the car to me personally taking time off of his busy schedule on labor day weekend. Also dont get scared off if they dont quote you the lowest price off that bat, they will beat any legitimate offer price :-) Its part of the business, and at the end of the day, the prices they offer are as competitive or better than any out there!
