Was very pleased with our experience at West Herr - never felt pressured or intimidated during the sales process, and we received a very fair price on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Of course the job of the sales team to is make a sale, but we never felt as though we were just a sale. Both Erik and James took great care to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were fully aware of all of our options before committing to the purchase and financing. Before leaving with our new car, the general manager took the time to meet us and asked about our experience, which was appreciated. All in all, we greatly appreciated the honesty and personal attention we received throughout the process; it made us very comfortable about making such a significant purchase.

Erik Arden did a great job helping me during a pretty difficult time for my family. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in vehicle, too. There was no hassle; I scheduled a test-drive online and Erik was very accommodating when I had to cancel the first time and he quickly helped me reschedule. He's very responsive via email! After my test drive, because of everything going on, I wasn't able to complete the paperwork and purchase the vehicle. Erik quickly scheduled a driver to not only handle the paperwork at my home but to also deliver the vehicle to me. It was incredibly convenient. The only minor quibble I have was the pressure put on me to purchase two service plans -- I had to say "no" four times to two different people. It made me quite nervous about the quality of the vehicle and I nearly reconsidered, but opted to keep the car because it's just that much fun to drive. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable experience and I love the car.

I was in the market to turn in my 2012 leased Honda Civic and lease a new one. I called the Honda dealership I had leased my 3 pervious Hondas with and was met with an unempathetic salesman that was not willing to help with my over mileage. I decided to call West Herr Honda where I spoke with Norman Daniels. Mr. Daniels immediately set out to make the transition into a new car easy. He worked with American Honda Finance to lower the mileage charge, took the time to explain the situation to me, and most importantly he treated me like a valued Honda customer. He made transaction smooth and worked fast to get me in a new car. I just want to thank Norman and the rest of the West Herr Honda staff for putting my faith back in the Honda name.

Just wanted to give a thumbs up regarding our recent purchase at West Her Honda. Salesperson Eric Arden did a great job quickly locating and securing the vehicle we were interested in. Sales Manager Phil offered us a good deal on our trade-in which played a huge role in our decision process. And as an added bonus, James in the finance office was able to obtain a great interest rate for us on our purchase. Overall, we were pleased with the entire sales process. We are happy with our decision to purchase a new Pilot for our family needs.

I requested a price online on a new pilot. Erik A. responded quickly with a great price. I emailed several questions and each time he responded quickly. We purchased a used car from West Herr Honda in Lockport today. Due to the premier customer service provided by Norman Daniels it was one of the very best experiences we have had at a car dealership. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He and James not only met our requirements but exceeded them. Best of all, there was no hard selling but just a short, clear presentation of the options available. Hard sells do not impress us and seldom do we cave to this method of selling. Their approach allowed us to consider the options and select those that were of interest to us. Norman took the time to patiently explain and demonstrate some of the cars features. His tutorial was very much appreciated. Many thanks to Norman and James.

I found everyone at West Herr Honda very professional, friendly and caring. I was looking for a new car and decided on a CR-V. I wanted a particular model and color. They searched until they found just what I wanted. They made the purchase of the car so easy and I was able to take it home that day. They gave me a great trade-in value for my car. Today, I took the car in to be simonized and decided to add some special asscessories which they took care of immediately. I know that I will hihgly recommend them to others.

First, ask for Norman when you walk into West Herr Honda; he will take care of you. My wife and I were looking for a vehicle upgrade from my Accord, something bigger, and we knew we wanted to test drive the CR-V. We met Norman, who gave us a rundown of the CR-V, and then went for a test drive. Zero pressure, but he answered every question we had with confidence. We decided that that was the car for us and picked it up the next day. They gave us a great deal with our trade in vehicle. The finance department was very friendly and helpful as well. We got into a brand new vehicle that gives us more space, better gas mileage, and we lowered our car payments. I would highly recommend West Herr Honda for your next car. And remember to ask for Norman! He'll take care of you.

Usually we dread buying a car. All of the hassle with negotiating the trade in value of our existing vehicle and the price of the new vehicle with some dealerships takes all the excitement out of it; but this time Norman made our purchase so much Fun! I had purchased cars over the years from Erik Arden when he was in the Ithaca area. Since Eric moved to the Buffalo area a few years ago I felt it was a long haul to go from Ithaca to Lockport to buy a car because my dad had always helped me with my purchases. In Sept of last year I totaled my car and needed a new one. I dreaded the experience and put it off for over six months because without my dad being present and being put into a high pressure sales environment was NOT what I wanted to experience. My niece had recently purchased her vehicle through Erik and suggested that I contact him. I can't tell you how happy I am that I did! He couldn't have made the process any easier, and even though it took me a few weeks from finding the vehicle to actually picking it up (due to my schedule) Erik and his team (including Brian at the Chevy dealership on Transit Rd) were simply amazing to work with I never once felt that "sales pressure" you experience and so many other dealerships. I will make that 3hr one way trek to Lockport in a heartbeat the next time I need a new car AND send my friends and family as well. I can't thank Eric and West Herr enough for making my emotional car purchase so easy and accommodating!!

I recently leased a 2015 Honda CRV LX from West Herr Honda Lockport. My sales consultant Mike Barsuch was great. He was very knowledgeable of all the CRV models worked with me to find a car that fit my needs & budget and when the dealership did not have the color I wanted he was able to get the car from another West Herr dealership. West Herr also worked with me in regards to my remaining payments on my previous Nissian lease. I shopped around at other Honda dealers and West Herr by far gave me the best deal. I highly recommend West Herr Honda in Lockport and Mike Barsuch as your salesman.

Norman is excellent at his job, he is very knowledgeable about the car we were buying. He made sure that I knew everything about the car I was buying before we left the lot. We went for the initial test drive where he was explaining how the car worked and then went out around the block again before we left after our paper work was all done to make sure I did not have any more questions. Norman also called me the next day to make sure everything was o.k. and to see if I had any questions. Norman was very pleasant and you can tell he likes to work with people. Jamie was also very good at reviewing all the warranty and extras that go with the car. He even told us that if he was talking too fast, let him know and he would slow down or repeat himself. They even gave us a gift card to go have lunch while they were doing the paper work on getting the car ready. We walked into the show room about noon to started the process of getting a new car and drove away with the car of my choice at 4 pm. thanks again Nancy Nursethanks you

I went to West Herr Honda looking for a safe and reliable vehicle that was affordable. I worked closely with Paul Bluhm and could not have had a better experience. Paul helped me find a vehicle that was within my price range AND that suited me. The sales team (Paul and Phil Gonser), were more than reasonable when discussing finances, and explained all fees and costs associated with my lease up front. Paul was clearly very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and answered all of my questions confidently. The entire staff at West Herr Honda was extremely pleasant and courteous. I recommend West Herr Honda, and Paul Bluhm specifically, very highly.

I was a little nervous about dealing with West Herr again, but as soon as we were working with John Fisher, we were comfortable. I had turned in my Toyota Highlander 2012 due to, what some would say were minor issues, but my dealings with Toyota West Herr were less than desirable. I really wanted to just be done with West Herr, but knew that I had to get out of my lease and turn it into them and the only way to make out halfway descent was to go with West Herr again. I was so angry about it, but now after working with John Fisher, James Raymond ( I think that's his name-the financial guy) and Mr. Rizzo, I'd go back in a heartbeat without hesitation. They are very conscious of the buyers needs both in finance and in car size, etc. Their overall knowledge is exceptional. Norman was exceptional in all areas. This is the first time I had a business with this dealer. I purchased my SUV over the e-mail. Everything was made simple for me that I did not need to call my salesman Erik. When we made the deal I paid a small amount of deposit over the phone and when my SUV was ready they picked me up from home and brought me to the dealership where my car was ready and shiny with my plates on it waiting for me. I paid the rest of the amount and was ready to ride off.

This is my second car from West Herr Honda. And I will tell you that, its been a great experience. I was worried about my credit; as it dropped after my first lease. And Jim worked effortlessly to get me the best rate possible. They sold the car on the lot, and it happened to be the last one. They dealer traded for me and got me the car in a few days. I was extremely pleased with the swift action by West Herr Honda Staff. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a great car. I was at another Honda dealership and it was so awful.... I literally called West Herr from the dealer I was at and I said..."I'm trying to buy a new car, I'm having a horrible time, can you help me?" Phil, the sales manager talked to me in great detail and assured me he could help... He was 100% right... I went to his dealership (about a 15 minute drive from the dealer I was at) and by the time I got there, he had a salesman ready to help, the whole thing was a simple, easy process and we were completely satisfied and had a brand new car on order in no time! Worked with Erik Arden on this lease, done completely via email and using the on-line application process. The only time we stepped into the dealership for this lease was for delivery.I believe this is our 6th lease with Erik and West Herr. Leasing a Honda with Erik is always stress and hassle-free and his quotes are competitive and fair. This time, we were considering moving to another make/model. Erik worked with another West Herr sales consultant to obtain quotes on another vehicle in this class. No pressure, no hounding to make a decision. Honda won out again. Taking delivery of our Pilot was easy and efficient. Looking forward to working with Erik again in 2 years.

Purchased a Scion tC through the peace of mind program, which came with a 30 day no questions asked exchange guarantee as well as a 6 month/1000 mile warranty. I was a bit worried about how the tC would handle through the snow and, knowing the exchange policy was still within the time/mileage constraints, took the tC back to the dealer to see what they could do. True to their word they allowed me to exchange the tC for a 2012 Honda Fit with no questions asked. I couldn't be happier with the Fit, and Martin Ford went above and beyond to accommodate and facilitate the exchange. The finance manager even worked out an amazing deal for the extended warranty too. I was even able to take the Fit home the same day despite showing up at 6:30 PM. I would definitely recommend West Herr Honda and Martin Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Honda. Thanks Martin!

I will start off by saying I HATE buying cars. However, we were looking to trade in our truck and get two cars instead so we had to start looking. West Herr was not our first stop, but I am so glad we decided to look here! Right from the minute we walked in the door the experience was great. We just had a fantastic used car buying experience. Our Sales person Martin Ford surpassed our experiences as did any staff we encountered. Me had been searching nation wide for weeks for a late model used Honda Crosstour. After contacting many dealerships about a car we found a good candidate car at West Herr Honda. We contacted to dealership to enquire. They informed us that the car was on an overnight test drive and they would get back to us if the car was available the next morning. We received a call within minutes of their opening hours the next morning that the car was still available and would we like to come in to see it. Given we are 3 hours away I said I prefer to have someone answer my detailed questions. Marin called me back within 30 minutes and proceeded to walk me around the car while on the phone. The car was what we wanted. I offered my price. Martin said we would talk to the sales manager and get right back to me. He did in 5 minutes and said YES. No hangling, no trying to pry another hundred or tow out of me. Something I was expecting. I then said I would like to pick up the car that day. By the time I drove the three hours to get there they had contacted my insurance company, arranged for financing, registered the car and detailed the car to perfection. I have never had a more effortless car buying experience. I could only picture Martin running around to get things ready for my arrival in three hours. After some paper work and intro to the car I was driving out with a fantastic nearly new car. Most people, like me, hate the experience buying a car. Feeling all the time they are trying to be taken in some way or another. Not this time. Even though the closest West Herr is three hours from me I will first look to them for my next car purchase and I will ask for Martin Ford by name. Thank you West Herr and especially you Martin. Great job.

I'd never really purchased from a dealer before, and I dislike feeling pressured, but I appreciated the patience and tact shown to me by Martin Ford at West Herr Honda.I came in having narrowed my choices and Martin gladly showed me what I was interested in without pushing something else onto me. He even arranged to have a car from another West Herr dealership brought a significant distance the next day for me to drive. He was understanding and kind, and I experienced the same from everyone I came across. Martin was patient when I needed that and quick when I needed that too. I came to West Herr Honda because of the encouragement of a friend after being completely dissatisfied with my experiences at two other Honda dealerships. I have had an amazingly positive experience and am driving away in a great car now. The on-line search for the specific color combination was easy. I called ahead to make sure the car was still in stock. Mariah took the time to locate the car and have someone ready to meet me. Dave Hoflich has been so great to work with. He was so thorough while showing me around the vehicle and this was something that had not happened at other dealerships. Dave also spent time telling me about the West Herr Family, and, quite honestly, their Buffalo roots and philanthropic practices were big selling points. Everyone was so helpful. Joe Apolito, Erik Arden and James Raymond really went about and beyond to help us get an affordable reliable car. I went in with little hope for getting a decent car for my growing family for a workable monthly payment. We looked around and I found 2 used SUVs that I absolutely loved. Joe from service came out with 2 sheets that showed everything they knew about each car. It also showed us exactly what they thought the car would need in terms of repairs in the near future. Neither of them obviously needed anything major, tires in 5-10k, 60k tune up, brakes...etc. With that information we decided on the one! Once we knew which car had to be ours, Erik helped us get the best deal. We determined the best down payment and got everything started. From then on it was in the hands of the miracle worker Jamie, from the finance department. We knew we were going to have a rough time getting a low interest rate, but somehow, Jamie got us lower than we could have imagined. Bundled with an awesome service plan, we were right at what we knew we could afford in terms of monthly payment. All of this was done in 2 visits to the dealership, about 60-90 minutes each time. Not a whole afternoon of going back and forth, seeing what 'the manager can do' or any games. They were straight forward and honest. Short and not frequent visits were a must, we had a 10 week old baby with us both times. She cried, ate and needed a diaper change. No problem! They were so accommodating- even Joe from the service department wheeled her around in her stroller while we were signing paper work when she was getting fussy (she doesn't like to sit still) and put her right to sleep!

Purchased a 2015 Honda Fit. Eric Arden was our salesman and I would recommend him. Very straightforward. No games in the lead up to the sale. Tracked down the car we wanted and made a dealer trade in a timely manner. Day of sale went smoothly. Finance guy was disappointed when we said no to the various add-ons like window etching, extended warranty etc. That sales pitch should be optional and we could have saved both our time and his had he just asked if we were interested in those items before pitching them. Still, professional and friendly. Purchased floor mats from the parts dept. Again, very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised they offered a 15% military/veteran discount on parts. I will give the service dept a shot at my business when the first oil change comes around. As long as they charge a reasonable price and do a professional job I will be happy. Lastly, we tried a few months earlier to make a deal on another car but were not satisfied with the trade offer. No problem. I appreciate that Eric did not call and try to brow beat us into a deal like other salesmen I have dealt with. That's why we went back to him for this deal.

I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sorrento from West Herr Honda. I was anxious to find a car but was limited on time due to various factors. I sent an email to Erik on a Monday afternoon telling him they had four different cars I wanted to look at but couldn't get there till 8 pm. When I got to the dealership Erik had the first car pulled up and ready to go. I took the car for a ride and when I came back the next car was ready and so on until I had driven all four. I had already done a little shopping so I was able to narrow it down to 2 on the spot. Thats when Fred Amad stepped in and offered me the opportunity to take each one for a full day to really get a feel for the cars. This was a life saver as I found that the car I really thought I wanted was indeed not a good fit for me. Had I not driven it overnight I would have purchased the wrong car.When I went to pick the car up it was clean and ready to go. All the paperwork was taken care of by the dealership and it was a smooth transition for turning in my old car to picking up the new one. As one final comment; I work in sales. If a company has good sales people, a good product and stands behind that product there is never a need for high pressure sales. That was probably the final tipping point. They were polite, knowledgeable and willing to work with me but NEVER pushy. It truly was a great buying experience...........and I got a great deal!!

Once upon a time, oh, maybe 6-7 years ago, the analogy of going to the dentist for major surgery trumped buying a car. That being said, my wife started doing business with Heidi Gebler (I actually think Heidi was with another dealer at the time) and the pains of buying and/or leasing vehicles actually became enjoyable--we'd ask to see something and Heidi delivers, literally--and quickly. I bought a used BMW from this dealership. Price was great at first they were extremely friendly. Very very very push however what you would expect from a used car salesman. I noticed that there was a light on. I asked the salesman about it he told me dont worry just tire pressure that they would take care of what ever was the problem. So we went ahead with the purchase then the nightmare started. After having the car for only 2 days we found out that that light indicated mulitiple problems. We went back to the dealership and they took the car for over a week did all this work on the car ( none of which for the reasons we brought it in) and then never fixed the initial problem. I told the salesmen in about a week they took it back from me and sent it in for more repaires where they fixed a whole bunch of stuff on the car but still never fixed the inital problem. They showed me this paper work of how they changed tierods and gaskets and put new tires on (old ones were at 80% according to salesman on date of purchase) totaling over 3000. Now they are telling me I am passed my 30 day terms when they had the car more days then I did the first 30 days that I owned the car. Nonetheless, Dont go to these people dont go to Martin Ford. After speaking to another dealership they laughed and told me that they was a totally lazy and uncaring salesmen and an equally inefficient service team. I WILL NEVER GO TO WEST HERR AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM MARTIN FORD. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE SERVICE LIGHT IN THE CAR I HAD THE CAR LESS THAN A WEEK AND IT WAS SENT BACK TO THE SHOP FOR REPAIRS. IT TOOK OVER A WEEK AND ONCE I GOT THE CAR BACK THE REPAIRS IT WENT IN FOR WERE NOT DONE BUT THEY SEEMED TO FIND OVER 2500 WORTH OF REPAIRS BESIDES THE REASON IT WENT IN FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEN I GET MY CAR BACK I SEND IT BACK BC THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DID MORE REPAIRS AND STILL DID NOT FIX THE INITAL PROBLEM. NOW I AM BEING TOLD I AM PAST MY 30 DAY WARRANTY AND THEY WILL NOT FIX MY CAR FOR ME. I WAS TOLD BY TOWNE BMW THAT THIS WAS ALL BC THE SALESMAN AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WERE LAZY AND DIDNT DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM WEST HERR AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MARTIN TO ANYONE.

A few weeks ago I got rear ended, and my vehicle got totaled. I was in a situation where I had days to buy a new car before my rental ran out, with no trade in or downpayment. Tyler Maloney helped me make the best of a very stressful situation. He found me a newer car than what I had, with less miles, with the same general style that I like. He made sure that I could actually afford the monthly payments before we started doing any paperwork or a test drive. I was shopping online for a vehicle. I found a car that I was interested in at West Herr Honda. After doing research I discovered that this Dealership had an excellent reputation. My Sales Consultant's name was Bob Michael and the Sales Manager's name is Fred Ahmad. They both were courteous, affable and professional. My overall experience was great and most importantly I made a very sound purchase and got an excellent deal. In closing I would like to say, depending on the distance of your commute and the time of day it is when you make your purchase, the Sales Manager just might treat you to lunch. Now you can't beat that, can you? Lol!

The salespeople are straight-forward, honest, and extremely helpful. There are no "used car salesmen" types in this facility! Everyone associated with this dealership seems to make it his or her business to make sure each customer feels comfortable with his/her purchase with no hard-sell tactics. I did not rate the repair facilities because we have not had an occasion to use them. My daughter, my two grandsons and my granddaughter all have Honda cars. Aaron Sawyer and Matt Siuta helped me find my Honda. I wanted the same color as my late husband's Chrysler and they found it for me at West Herr Lockport Honda. It was just my size too!. Lots of paperwork to buy a car these days and they took the time to explain everything I signed. They respected me and made me feel important. They gave me a great deal and I gave them a sale. They explained the Honda Civic LX I purchased and showed me the new back up camera. The car had a quite ride and saved on gas. They explained the service hours and said to call if I had problems that could require a loaner for the day if needed. Nice folks at West Herr and I've got a nice new car to prove it.

After going to West Herr Honda I will never go to another Dealership again. Gerry Signore, my salesman, was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He is honest, sincere, very knowledgeable, and was easy to work with. He did a great job and got me a super deal on both the car and the extended warranty. The General Manager, Joe Rizzo, took the time to meet with me and answered any questions I had. He was another great person to deal with. The whole team at West Herr could not have been nicer. Even Phil Gonser, the Sales Manager took the time to talk to me. A VERY pleasant experience all the way around. I highly recommend West Herr Automotive.

bought 2008 civix lx. found out after purchase it was 'special' car. had more than 100 k miles, so no effective warranty. air conditioning intermittent/failed. this seems to be somewhat normal for this model. thought i could get some relief from dealer, but since i didn't spend another 1800 dolalrs on an extended warranty, after 30 days or so, you are 'screwed'. since this is a common problem with this vehicle model, would have expected some consideration. foolish me. bought several saturns from west herr saturn. thought they were an honest dealership. recommend no dealing with this car group.

After hours of shopping at my local dealerships I had decided on the car, but I was not happy with any of the local dealers, so I extended my search area. I dealt with several dealers by phone and online but West Herr and Erik Arden were quick to reply and we had negotiated a price within a very short time. My time had been wasted by a couple of dealers prior so it was a relief dealing with the people at West Herr. I am 3 hours away from the dealership so when I arrived to finalize the deal the brakes were a bit off they quickly brought it into the service area to get them fixed. They easily could have tried to get a few extra dollars out of it, but they played no games. I would highly recommend them.

I worked out the terms of my lease online with Janell Hart, the Internet Sales associate for West Herr Honda. The convenience of communication through email and texting was incredible. My questions were addressed promptly which honestly, is why I chose to lease with West Herr Honda after negotiating the terms of the lease. I was approved for an auto loan today but was offered such a great deal ($0 down) on the lease I decided to do business with West Herr rather than go car shopping somewhere else. It's great to not only get prompt responses via email but also to deal with a dealership who is technologically savvy enough to make my experience stress free so that I could walk in with my wife, sign and drive.

Bought a used Rav4 from Gerry seemed like a nice guy at first. Made promises he couldn't keep. He said it was already to go and we signed the final papers. Than the vehicle pulled up and nothing that was promised was done(new battery, body work) and than Gerry told us that the vehicle keys where sitting on the managers desk all day even though the conversations we had he stated that everything was good to go. Gerry promised to take care of everything and apologized and he would give a gas card for our troubles and fix the paint chips. Well when Gerry dropped off the vehicle he lied again said that there touch up paint didn't match and he would send me some in the mail and plus no gas card like promised. Well its been weeks wont return message.I will make sure to tell people to stay away from West Herr Honda and West Herr in general. To bad he we loose business over a $10 bottle up paint and gas card.

I recently purchased a 2008 jeep commander from Justin at west Herr. The service was great. I was allowed to drive 4 different vehicles with all 3 of my kids to make sure they fit. They even had a play room and tv set up for them. Obviously price is always an issue and no matter what I pay I feel it's too much. I had a great experience. When I initially stopped in to West Herr Honda, it was simply to test drive a few cars to see what I might want to replace my Ford Escape with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Chris took the time to explain all of my options and even drove me over to the Ford store to test drive the Focus to be sure I was getting the car that was right for me. I ultimately decided to lease a 2012 civic and have been very happy with it. Chris took care of everything regarding returning my vehicle to the Ford dealership so there was nothing for me to worry about with that. This was easily the most enjoyable, relaxed car buying experience ever. I absolutely will (and have) recommend Chris to friends and family looking to buy or lease a car in the future.

I'm a Honda Girl and am still totally in love with my 1997 Accord. I've tended to all scheduled maintenance and she still purrs like a kitten. In the past 3 years I've brought my Black Beauty to West Herr in Lockport. On all occasions I've been treated with the utmost courtesy from the time I phoned for an appiontment until I got in my car to leave.Regarding work performed on my car, everything to be done was explained beforehand as well as when work had been completed. Any questions I had were answered fully, including getting a test drive. And at no time have I felt I've been talked down to because I'm a woman!As for waiting while work is being completed, your waiting area is very comfortable and accomodating. I had an excellent experience at West Herr Honda. The staff was polite, professional, and up front about all information in every part of our transaction. Chris and his associates patiently explained the process fully as we went through things, and thoroughly answered every question I had for them. Chris also checked in within a week of the purchase to see how things were going. Overall the service was smooth, honest, timely - above my expectations to put it simply. Went with my father a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Fritz Tyrrell couldn't have been a better and more knowledgeable salesman. Bottom line - this guy knows cars and everything else about Buffalo! When you invest in a car from West Herr you truly feel like you're investing in the community. I came to West Herr was because of a recommendation from a friend. I cannot say enough about my experience with Eric Feathers at the Honda store. His knowledge of the car industry was very extensive and he offered his opinions and knowledge about each car I looked at without pushing me towards one car over another. Not only is Heidi knowledgeable about cars, but listens and cares about getting you what you want, at the right price. This is the third new car Ive purchased, and I have never had the level of service I experienced with Heidi. The staff is very friendly and helpful until the sale is made. Any promises made by the sales person make sure are taken care of before the sale is final or they will not take care of it and give you a run around to other dealers. I was sold a used truck under the agreement that both keyless entries would be fixed so they work and i would recieve the keys to enter the tollbox in the bed of the truck. Now i have two sets of keyless entrys that do not work, a toolbox i can not even enter and a month later still getting a run around.

We have purchased both new and used cars and have had cars serviced at West Herr. We have had great experiences with all of the employees we have dealt with. Last year we bought a new Honda CRV from West Herr Honda in Lockport New York. We were not sure at first what car we wanted to buy so the General Manager at West Herr Honda, Joe Rizzo, arranged for us to meet with staff at other West Herr locations and we tested out several brands of cars. Every single person we met with at any West Herr dealership was very professional and helpful without being pushy. The next car we buy will be from a West Herr dealership.

They gave me a great price on my Civic Si lease. Everyone was friendly. It's a small inconvenience to drive out to Lockport, but is much better than the horror stories I have heard about Ray Laks. They also gave me a fantastic price on my trade. I will certainly give them a chance to sell me a car again when my lease is up.
