My husband and I are beyond pleased with our new vehicle, 2015 Grand Cherokee Summit. Dallas Howell, Sales Consultant and Cody Edwards, General Manager, did an unbelievable deal for us. We have purchased seven vehicles from them and feel they are the best and most outstanding! Thanks for your wonderful deals and caring treatment when we come to West Hills. Thanks to Dallas for helping with our transfer of items to our new vehicle and lifting Dale's wheelchair into the back. Thanks for the orientation on our new vehicle, too. Dallas knows all of the features of all the vehicles, which is so appreciated. Also, the service department has been outstanding. A special kudos to David Helstrom, Service Consultant. He got my husband's wheelchair out of our car when he was there for our vehicle's servicing. He is very eager to help with getting things done properly. We highly recommend Dallas Howell and appreciate Cody Edwards to pull our deal together.

FRANK JEFFERS is the best, super nice great customer service, very knowledgeable. We both our 2014 Chevy Silverado last month and had the best experience working with Frank, I knew that he will definitely be the best person to help me with any future car purchases I will make. The salesman we spoke to was friendly and polite, but not too familar with the products as he was relatively new. West Hills didn't have the car we wanted, so we found it on the internet, told West Hills where it was and they called the other dealer to see if they could buy it. We went to West Hills to discuss a deal. They'd told us that they would beat anyone's deal and would allow 15% over Kelly book for trade-ins. When we got there, we were told they would honor the other dealer's advertised price, although it was lower than they would usually go. We said we want to buy locally, but don't try to make up the discount by offering a low allowance for our trade. They appraised our trade, which was a clean, one owner, and offer a very low price. They would not negotiate, so we left. We contacted Dwayne Lane Dodge (the dealer that had the car we wanted), made a tentative deal over the phone, subject to seeing each other's car. We drove to Dwayne Lane's. They honored the phone deal, and were very polite and knowledgeable about the product. We saved $2650.00, on a Dodge Dart, over the best West Hills would do.
