I had a HORRIBLE experience at another local dealership and i swore i would never buy a vehicle at a dealership ever. That is until i met Kent Williams and he completely restored my faith in car salesman. Kent went the extra mile to not only make me happy, but make sure that me and my family got placed in the right vehicle at the right price. Its amazing that in the same town you have a dealership that is the embodiment of everything wrong with car dealerships and yet just a few miles down the road you have Kent and Western Motors and they show you what car buying should be about. My husband and I have now purchased two new vehicles from Western Motors and have been very satisfied. Usually people dislike car shopping but during the whole process of dealing with Kent Williams he and the other staff members have made it very hassle free and convenient. We highly recommend that if you are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle Western Motors is the place to go. I went in with my boyfriend to trade in his SUV and get him a newer vehicle and ended up getting me a new one with his trade in- Kent Williams was/is my sales person and is totally awesome. Over the last few months since I purchased my Flex, Kent has made sure that everything was done that I asked to be done with no questions asked. For my 1st years service Kent made sure that my vehicle was in and out very quickly, he had a rental ready for me to use and then when my car was ready he brought my car to my work and switched them out so I didn't have to leave work. We are still in the market for a vehicle for my boyfriend and Kent is actively looking for what we want- I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car, call Kent and he will walk you through every process to make sure you get what you want, from finding the vehicle to finance to driving home your purchase.

went in to look at vehicles to update my car and my girlfriend used my car as a trade in, Kent Williams was very friendly and helpful, listened to what she wanted and found a vehicle for her. In the whole process from finance to her driving it home he was very attentive and friendly. Go see Kent and let him put you in your next vehicle.

Western Motor is amazing, i have purchased 8 vehicles from them starting in 1994 to present. They have wonderful sales staff and there Service Department is 2nd to none.

I bought a used Pontiac Grand Prix from Western back in 2006. When my car was up for a recall I was contacted by the dealership to make sure that I was aware of this defect. I scheduled a service, drove in to the service lane and Eileen took excellent care of everything that I needed. She even offered a vehicle to drive while mine was in service! I declined the offer and made it to the waiting room and had a bag of freshly popped pop-corn. Everybody that I had contact with made an extra special effort to make sure that I was doing well and the manager even brought me a bottle of water while I was waiting. This is the kind of place where you can tell that they really care about their customers. I'll be buying here in the future.

Western Motor is by far the most convenient sales experience I've ever had. No pressure to buy, and easy to get along with. I felt like they genuinely cared about my needs and wants, they listened to my questions and answered every one of them efficiently and effectively. I am 6 months out from purchasing from them and my salesman Kent has called me numerous times to make sure I'm enjoying and understanding all the features my vehicle has to offer. I've been in the service department to use my Free Oil change and they were great there too! I mean who else offers a free loaner car to drive while my oil is being changed? No one! They by far have exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend you try out this dealership. GO SEE KENT!!
