I have been working in the customer service department for over 35 years with a variety of retail stores, so on and so forth, when I met PAKO, right off the bat I knew that I was in GREAT HANDS when I was about to purchase a car. I felt like I was part of her family after 5 minutes of speaking to her. She isn't good at what she does...SHE IS EXTRAORDINARY GREAT AT WHAT SHE DOES. My car buying experience was great! Francisco went above and beyond to get me approved today! They really worked with me and my credit, they got me a decent down payment and affordable monthly payments. I recommend buying a car here, everyone was very friendly.

I see all these reviews about how great customer service is , but no one mentioned anything about the vehicles. 3 months after I purchased a car from this place, I stared having problems with it. I had to pay over $500 to fix it. I just don’t understand how they can get away with this. Ever since I purchased the car , it has given me nothing but trouble. And now my car is again having problems, the same problems that they supposedly fixed. I can’t wait to pay this car off, I will never go back again and I do not recommend this place to anyone, they will burn you, their cars are junk , you shouldn’t have to fix a car 3 months after purchasing it. That means they clearly sold me a car that was having problems from the get go.

I asked to have the car looked over by a friends shop. There was not the least bit of reservation on Westland's part, they offered to take it or let the friend get it. When I took it back, they were helpful and really listened to my needs. I was surprised at the friendly and no pressure attitudes.
