Just bought our first Honda! We decided on a 2022 Odyssey EX-L. The sales person, Sales Manager, and Finance manager were all very helpful concerning our needs and desires. I searched all of Ohio and visited/spoke to many Honda dealers. Every one had marked up the vehicles or were selling for only MSRP. One in Columbus had offered a discount but didn’t have the color I wanted. When I finally found the color I wanted at Wetzel, without having to go back and forth, they offered same deal for me. The staff was amazing! We worked with Elijah and he was incredibly knowledgable and kind. Even after our purchase he offered his time to make sure my phone was connected to car and answered any other questions we had. Even though they are a 4 hour drive for us, I would go back to Wetzel Honda any day. I have already make many recommendations for others to use this dealership! Thank you for making my car buying experience so quick and easy!

Needed some advice on how to fix an error code on radio. Spoke to Jim Snyder and he gave me clear easy to understand instructions. Then his direct number to call if I had any problems. He is always cheerful and makes visits and calls pleasant. I appreciate the great service!!!!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I did the DREADED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Pushy salesmen,false promises,and then the finance manager-- giving your pages of paper to sign with dollar amounts only " RAINMAN" would understand. I drove 1 1/2 hours in a blizzard in January to Wetzel Honda to be greeted by Derek Weyl ,the most professional,polite, and helpful salesman I have ever dealt with. I was impressed with his honesty, knowledge and patience with all my questions without being the least bit pushy. I got a great price for my trade in vehicle and the 2010 Odyssey I purchased was $2200.00 less than anywhere I looked in Cincinnati! To top it off, the Finance Manager got me a better loan rate than my own credit union! I am extremely happy with my purchase. Outstanding service from sales to service- the way car buying should be!
