0/10 would recommend. I was lied to and sold a lemon. It was a mess from the start. I bought a car that I had to take back multiple times within the first week of owning it. From being sold an absolutely filthy car that I was guaranteed was going to be clean, to having no head lights, to having awful brakes and rotors, to having the transmission seize within the first three months after it supposedly went through a through inspection and their “mechanic” made sure it was going to be “reliable” as I am a single mom of three kids and that was something I had stressed. I had notified Mitch and Cody and nothing was ever resolved and I was SOL. But they do have the audacity to sell you a hunk of junk, then turn around a year later while you’re still paying on your lawn ornament, and see if you’d like to purchase something else from them! So I mean, unless you’re willing to buy a brand new off the lot vehicle, I strongly wouldn’t suggest investing your money there because you aren’t guaranteed quality service if you have a budget. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend and will never return. If you want great service, go to Quality Auto, they however, will take the lemon these guys sell you and get you into something reliable! :)

Griffin did a awesome job of getting a car at a price I could do. The car had most of the items I wanted. Wished it had been a 6 cylinder like I was told but love the car. Iam good with the car as a 4 now I know it’s a great car. Thank you Griffin. I will recommend you to others.

Cedar and the rest of the gang at White's took great care of me. They listened to what my needs and expectations were and met them with flying colors. I wanted a hassle free experience and I got exactly that. Well worth the travel to White's and I will be making a return trip for my next one.

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. Joel the sales manager and Thayne the finance manager have ALWAYS bent over backwards to help our family! Someone mentioned Denver and I got hosed! Jason Jensen the GM even called and thanked us for our business a few days later!!! Service appts take awhile as they have most of the mine accounts, my suggestion is to call early! Anyway, hope this review helps you if you are considering this place!

I liked that Whites was willing to work with me, and what I wanted my payment to look like. The follow through after the deal was done was poor though. I made multiple trips back to the dealership just to tie up loose ends.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff! When I did not know why my vehicle was leaking oil the service department was able to get me in right away. They found a leaking oil can in the back of my truck, and made light of what could have been an embarrassing moment.

Terrible experience. Called while traveling and was refused emergency service. Service manager stated they could help us in two weeks and did not offer any alternative shops or assistance at all. Found smaller local shop that had us up and going in one hours time. Pitiful business

Confronted the sales manger that the minivan they were trying to sell me go for about 5000 less anywhere else they tried to tell me I don't know how to compare apples to apples ... Sales manger over there is a moron and very rude. Save yourself some money and shop around go down to denver ... Stop letting wyoming auto dealers gouge us for more money

I've bought a total of 4 vehicles from Dennis Hill and this dealer, each and every purchase was done in a professional and relaxed atmosphere. First off Dennis is very knowledgable with his trucks and cars, then secondly the support staff pertainingg to the sale, and service departments all are great people to work with. I have given them an excellent rating because they met or exceeded my needs on all of my transactions. Hint: Ask for Dennis when you are in need of a new truck or car.
