I just bought a demo 2015 Silverado pickup and my salesman was Zach who was most helpful. In fact, he took the time to go over every feature of my new vehicle which no other salesman has done before! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to get me into this pickup.

Randy was our sales rep. Very personable, not pushy enjoyed working with him. Disappointed in the negotiations feel we could have had a better deal. Other than that we love the truck, however we are unable to get the toolbox in it and it has not got a cover. Oh well that was our mistake. Would recommend Queen City as a reputable car dealer.

I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. BUT the most impressive part was that every staff member I encountered while there made me feel IMPORTANT! I watched the way the employees treated customers, including myself, that came in while I was there and they treated all of us respectfully and treated each one of us like we were important people. I felt comfortable and relaxed because of the way I was treated, THANK YOU for teaching your employees how to do that!! Coming to do business there at White's Queen City Motors was an experience Ill remember for a long time and when the time comes, I'll come back to you. I would especially like to commend Mr. Chrispen and Mr. Gengler for making my visit and satisfaction such a priority, the experience with these two employees was nothing short of amazing, thank you again.

When we arrived we were not in the appointments list for Wed, 6/4, but we were taken care of! All in all a great visit, staff out front kept trying to put my milk in the frig!!!

Knowledgable sales rep. Not pushey, very available. Management willing to work with us on price. Everyone represented their product (s) with truth and respect. If I didnt know better I would think our 2015 Tahoe was a Cadillac. Well done GM and Whites Queen City Motors.

Jamie was terrific and helpful in every way. He explained everything concerning the options with what we wanted to order. When the car got here, he explained it all to us and went over all the features with us. Everyone is always so nice and friendly when we stop there. Thank You!!

I had dropped my vehicle off while I was on vacation and the service department had everything done on time and I always get it back in excellent condition- I have had experiences with other companys never cleaning up after themselves and it is always a piece of mind that I don't have to worry with Queen City Motors.

Todd and everyone else did such a great job at not only finding exactly what we wanted, but also making us feel like family. He truly wanted us to be happy and put no pressure on us whatsoever. Wayne Miller was super nice to me about everything. If I had any questions he knew all the answers. He has also treated my grandpa very well with all the vehicles he has bought in the past also. It was deftly through coming up from southern Kansas to buy the car. I was very happy with everyone either and the dealership.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIFIC!!!THE BUILDING IS NEW-THE WAITING AREA AND BATHROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN-ROD THE SERVICE MANAGER IS VERY SKILLED-THE WORK ON OUR VEHICLES WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. When I walk onto the show room they know me by my first name and are always willing to help me. Service department treat me with respect and are helpful to let you know if there are other repairs that need to be done.

Queen City Motors is an excellent dealership- I have used them for the past 20 years if it was servicing my vehicles or making a new purchase. At first when we looked at the car we wanted it right away,but the price and our credit were the problem we faced. Then after I talked to Josh he assured me that he would do everything he could to help us, and he did. The only thing that I think would have helped us is if they would have given us more for our trade in.

I felt the entire process was very well handled by Todd Sands. He was knowledgeable about Corvettes, brought in another Corvette expert and took plenty of time with us. He also did an excellent job with communication all through the process. I have already recommended White's to a friend.

Wayne Miller and Brandon where absolutely amazing. Top notch customer service. I received my first ever thorough walk through of our new silverado. I had an issue with Chris from the finance department which is why I ended up having to speak with Brandon. He turned a not so good experience into a great one. I'd recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Hands down the best dealership in the Midwest!! Jamie Engelhaupt knew just what I was looking for, brought it up to the front of the dealership, answered all my questions and made sure it was what I wanted. Chris Gingler in finance found us the lowest interest rate and explained all the different options that we had. The guys in service made sure all my accessories were on and the way I wanted them. In fact the team work out in the shop area is awesome!!!! I have bought my last 6-8 cars at this dealership, and I will continue to be back for the best service and selection at Queen City Motors. I had stopped for service and repair. I received immediate attention to my request, was offered and recieved a ride home so that I didn't have to waste my morning doing nothing. Work was done in a timely fashion and was picked up my home to go back to receive my vehicle. Service was very courteous and satisfactory. Very good work.

This is the second new pickup that I have purchased through the dealership and again without a doubt the staff made me feel great about the purchase. A special thanks to Todd Sands whom I worked with closely (email and in person) to find me what I wanted but none out there was just right. We then "built" the truck, and when I received it; it exceeded my expectations completely. I was going to buy my truck in Rapid but after standing in the sales lot for over 30 minutes, with no one to talk to; I left and will never return. Again thanks Todd for your help in making this another great Queen City experience!

I'm having trouble with my heater cutting off. This is intermittent and service have been trying hard to help me. Have tried so many solutions but won't stay in trouble long enough to find it. Maybe next time.

On two seperate occasions I experienced mechanical problems with my non-GM vehicles. On both occasions Service Manager Urijah ? provided supurb service and got me back on the road with little or no cost.Both occasions involved employees leaving the facility to provide service on the Interstate Highway. I have never been treated with such kindness and excellent mechanical service.I highly recommend Urijah and his service team at Queen City Motors. Not only will I return for future mechanical assistance, I will also be watching their vehicles for sale, for I am truly indepted to this fine company.
