I just bought a used car there this past Saturday. Bob Johnson was the sales rep that helped me and he was excellent as far as car salesmen go. I never felt pressured, he was incredibly helpful, and I found exactly what I'd been looking for. I've never felt more comfortable in a car dealership ever. Nice selection of cars, nice facility, and a very friendly staff.

Whitewater Motors is well worth the drive from Cincinnati. They have a nice selection of vehicles at fair prices. It was a pleasure to deal with Bob Johnson. He was very friendly and put no pressure on us whatsoever. He also offered to take care of a few minor issues before and after the sale. They even found us an interest rate better than those offered by all of the local banks and credit unions. We will definitely buy from them again. Thanks!

We stopped in to browse the used SUV's because mine had over 230,000 miles on it. Right from the beginning, Bob Johnson was great! He helped us test drive 3 different makes/models. He was very knowledgeable about each one. Bob was so friendly, helpful, patient and funny. We never felt pressured and he was never pushy. We genuinely liked him from the start. We finally decided on a 2015 Chevy Equinox and he helped us get approved in minutes!! We will definitely return to this dealership and ask for Bob again, plus we will recommend them to anyone for great service without pressure. They were spectacular!

I went to look at a Mercedes they had and my experience was nothing but excellent. Bob Johnson did a wonderful job! He was very upfront with the condition of the vehicle and he told me before I drove it that it would need a repair but it would only be about a $200 fix. Bob took that cost off of the price and called a local mechanic who could take care of it for me. Not only that, Bob drove the car over to the mechanic and even had the Whitewater Motors billed for the repair. I will absolutely refer Whitewater to anyone who wants a company they can trust and feel confident that they were not scammed when they drove off the lot in their new car.

Right as I walked in there was someone ready to help me. This was my first car buying process and I was helped by Bob Johnson and Art Lodi, both of whom were extremely helpful. The dealership had a great selection of cars and I was able to find one that suited me perfectly. I would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat.

It comes that time when the wife needed a new car to haul the kids around to and from dance, soccer, Girl Scouts, school, swimming, cooking classes, tutoring, and probably a few I don't know about. So we stopped into Whitewater Motors since we bought our previous car from them before, there new location is very nice had a place for our kids to sit and play on there iPads with wifi which entertained them while we looked at cars. My wife wanted a SUV since that is what she had before, I wanted to get her a minivan since their cheaper, better gas mileage, and more practical for a family with kids and we have no need for all wheel/4 wheel drive as we live in the south now. Picked up a 2014 Town and Country loaded: leather, heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, entertainment for the kids, and tons of safety features for a great price. The sales staff was very helpful and not pushy at all which is a requirement for when I buy anything I don't play that game. They figured out all the sales tax stuff and everything I need to register the car in North Carolina which is a lot different that hear in the Midwest. All in all it was a great buying experience and my lovely wife loves her minivan which she said years before would never happen!

My husband and I have several very negative experiences with car dealerships. I was actually sick to my stomach about having to go purchase another car. We visited Whitwater Motors (over an hour from our home) upon the recommendation of family. We were shocked at the service. Bob Johnson was our salesman, he was not one bit pushy or overbearing. He shared sound advice and knowledge about specific cars with us. He was so helpful walking us through the process and genuinely cared about the deal we received. We left with a great van, within our price range. I will never go any where else for a car. Was a great experience, very relaxed environment. Thanks Bob!!

Saw the Camry SE I was looking for on their Inventory Listing on the Website, called and inquired, went in the next afternoon and purchased the vehicle. 2013 Camry SE, looks brand new, only 14,450 odometer miles. They were very friendly and professional, looked for the best interest rates and worked a great deal for us. Super happy with our new car.....

OMG!!!!! Where do I start? This review is long overdue!! I wanted to take out the time to do a review about White Water Motors in West Harrison , Indiana. I love Mercedes ML 350s. I have been searching for a newer ML 350 for the longest here in my state of Illinois for the longest! I could not find a used/reasonable ML in the color that I wanted with the features that I wanted.My brother came across this one at WWM that had everything that I wanted and more. I am always reluctant to buy a car out of state due to drive time to get there and back and the time it takes for the registration papers to come over ...etc. However, reading the reviews about this place and about Gary Pratt- my hubby and I decided to go take a look at this car. First I called Gary and asked some specific questions about this car. He promised to check and give us a call back in 5 mins. Well...that is just what he did. He called back in EXACTLY five minutes with the information that we asked for. When we knew that we definitely wanted to come and check this car out and informed him that we were driving four hours to get there one way we asked if he can put a hold on the car. Gary put a hold on this car asking for a reasonable deposit. I was truly so grateful. When we got there (after the 4 hour drive one way) as promised Gary had this car out in the front, washed, vacuumed, and had the temporary license plate ready to go for us when we arrived. Wow! I could not believe this service! Gary was busy with another couple buying a car, but he excused himself for a quick minute to give us the keys and tell us to take it for a test drive. Once we got back and Gary was finished with his other deal with the other couple they said to us. "Listen here- this is a GREAT guy. His is going to take care of you." My where they right!! We got straight to business.Gary was so honest, patient and a pleasure to deal with . I could tell that he has been in this business for some time and truly loves what he does. My hubby and I have purchased seven cars together being married seven years. I always HATE going to buy a car because of the paper work process. It just takes way to long....hours! However, this was BY FAR the most easiest transaction that we have ever done. It was quick and to the point. Gary is efficient and does not play games. Although his is efficient, he is very detailed and lets us know what we are signing. If we had questions, he was very patient with us . We never felt rushed at all like we have in the past . Calling lenders for financing- I could totally tell by his demeanor that he has built great relationships with them and that they had a mutual respect for him. When I got home after the four hour drive back(yes I keep mentioning that so people know that this was an all day affair just to deal with Gary) I left my IPASS in the car so I called to let him know and he was so kind to say that he will mail it back to me. How nice of him after the transactions was closed. Usually people get your money and they are done with you. I know that it is hard to say that someone can enjoy a car buying experience, but I REALLY did with Gary. He felt like an old friend that you have known for years. My hubby and I definitely told ourselves that we would have driven another 4 hours one way to work with Gary if we had to. We have purchased cars directly from Mercedes Benz and Cadillac dealerships and have NEVER had an experience like this!!! We would definitely be back again!! He can certainly count on that!!

I am extremely pleased with this dealership. The General Manager, Gary Pratt, was courteous, fair, and honest. He delivered on all aspects of the deal. He had his staff drive the car to get out of state inspection for title transfer and this was received in a couple weeks. He voluntarily had his staff detail the car I was purchasing after the deal was made. While detailing the car he noticed a gas cylinder on the hood needed replacement and he did that on his own nickel. I brought the purchased car back for two significant repairs under the 30 day warranty terms and he took care of both problems without any hesitancy. He covered all of the costs (hundreds of dollars) even though the warranty stated I was responsible for 50% of the cost. He even gave me a free out of state loaner while my car was in for repairs and waiting for parts. If you live in Cincinnati it is well worth the trip to Whitewater Motors in West Harrison Indiana. Just bought a car at Whitewater Motors last week. Visited over 5 dealerships and Whitewater was clearly the best overall experience. Ask for Steve Witko. Very laid back and easy to deal with. The other dealerships would not come down on their prices, but Steve is fair. Financing is easy. I would recommend this place to anybody. Hope to not buy a car anytime soon but if we need to, this would be the first place to look. Great place !

I viewed Whitewater's web page and found several Honda Accords. I called Their facility and spoke to Gary Pratt on the morning of 12/12/14 and let him know I would be there after 4. Upon arrival I met Gary and let him know I was just interested in the Accords. He allowed me plenty of room to look and was quick to get keys and a tag for me to test drive. It was a very low pressure transaction. Gary was extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. Gary was helpful in offering an additional warranty and getting financing quickly. I have purchased two vehicles from Whitewater in the past, one of which is a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country we're still driving. Very pleased with our 3rd car from Whitewater Motors. I'll see Whitewater Motors in about 200,000 miles!

I have purchased quite a few vehicles from whitewater motors over the years. They have competitive prices and great service qualities as a business. We purchased a vehicle from Whitewater a few years ago and we had a mechanical issue three years later.. The vehicle was over 100k in Mileage and had nothing left on the extended warranty. We had a local dealer quote the repair at 2900! We returned to whitewater and they assisted us with the option of evaluating the quoted repair, or finding another vehicle. Whitewater found the quoted price from the dealer to be inaccurate, and saved us numerous dollars on an unneeded repair. That's great customer service and loyalty in my books! Thanks mike and Gary for all your help! We will continue to be future customers for our vehicle purchases.

Bob Johnson my sales guy was a great listener. After explaining to him what my needs were for a pre owned car. We searched the on site inventory an no exact match. There were other car that were close to what I needed, but not exact. I could tell Bob had my interest first because he didn't try at all to put into a different car. What he did, was to show me some wise patients and stared to looking into other sources and suppliers he had. It took a week but came up with a great car for my daughter to drive to school. I visited Whitewater Motors last night after hearing about them through a friend at my sons Football practice. I will have purchased over 13 cars in my life and I have never experianced such a smooth and easy process as I did last night, I was amazed by the inventory of cars they had that fell in the area of what I was looking for. I was also amazed at how well they did for me on my trade in. As stated earlier the process was easy and painless, No high pressure and they were very honest. I felt very comfortable with the process. I was not 100% set on purchasing a new vehicle last night but I did end up with a new car at a excellent price, that coupled with the value I recived for my trade had me sold. There is absolutely no pressure. The place is unassuming and really laid back. Test drives are no big deal and they are located in an excellent area to do town, traffic, and highway driving. Had to buy a used car for my daughter who is going to college and will be spending a lot of time on the road. While we didn't want to spend a lot, we also wanted a car that would be dependable and safe, but mileage efficient. The salesman helped us find the car that fit our needs and at a cost that we could afford. While we may not have gotten something for nothing (which I'm always shooting for), it was still a great deal. No pressure sale, either. Good selection of used cars - they seem to be stocked for customers who want good, reliable, quality cars.

My husband and I were searching awhile for a BMW X5 and we came across a listing for one from Whitewater Motors on Cars.com. We decided to drive the almost 2 hours from Westfield, IN to check it out. I called to make sure it was still available and Gary answered. He said he would have it ready for us when we got there. Once we were there he greeted us right away and had the car ready to go. The car was in great shape, ran smooth, and was a great price. Gary made the whole process so easy and we are so happy we made the drive down there! Over the years I have bought a Chevy Cavalier, 2 Hyundai Sonatas, Mazda B3000 pickup truck, and a ford wind-star minivan. It's been a few years since my last purchase at whitewater, but was looking at there inventory today and wanted to give a review of past experiences. They tend to have better deals and not just on cars north of the 100K mileage mark. Buying is easy and best of all low pressure. I have walked away from many pushy salesman at other places even if there was a car that I wanted jut because the salesman irritated me.

So I call and inquire about a truck advertised for sale on Friday morning. I explain to the salesman (Bob) that I am a serious buyer from another state and am interested in the truck. He tells me he'll call me back in a half hour. A few hours go by and no call back so I call him and he tells me that there is a potential issue with the title and he will get back to me later in the day. Now it's Monday late morning and he had never called me back so I call him and he tells me that they sold it to another dealer because they didn't want to deal with the potential title problem. I completely understand them not wanting to deal with the title issue but Bob could easily have picked up the phone and given me a heads up, would have taken five minutes of his time.

Sometimes in business / negotations you have breakdowns, It is usually due to a lack of communications. With the recent purchase of my Wrangler from Whitewater motors we had just that. However once the issues worked there way up to Mike Ross the owner of Whitewater motors,within the time frame of a 15 minunte phone conversation all problems were resolved. Mike Ross is just what his dealership advertises, Honorable,honest, upstanding dealership. Things don,t always go as planned, but dealing with a gentlemen like Mike Ross certainly restores my faith in good hard working people. Thank you so much,Best of luck to you and your dealership.

I recently purchase a 1999 Jeep Wrangler from Whitewater motors, the jeep was advertised on cars.com. Steve Witko was the salesman that contacted me . Not being able to see the jeep in person I relied on Steve to give me an accurate account of the vehicle, of course I asked the normal question you would when buying something unseen, I inquired about the paint,rust issues, interior ( specifically the carpet), if everything worked, what they had done to the vehicle etc. Steve assured me that they were not the typical used car dealership and that they wanted to earn my trust ( that warm fuzzie feeling). Steve assured me that all the vehicles that come to their dealership go through a very extensive 30 point inspection. With all those assurances a price was agreed on, ( money was wired that day). I also need the car delivered to my location.Steve determined the mileage for delivery and gave me a quote of $250.00 - $300.00. Great the car would be delivered the next day at approximately 6:00 - 7:00 PM. At around noon the next day,while out with other business I get a phone call that the jeep is at my house,(glad it was there) but it was 6-7 hours early,had to stop what I was doing the meet the driver,a phone call would have been nice. So the Jeep looks pretty good, I have a couple of pieces of paperwork to sign that was sent with delivery guy. ( more on this later)So I ask the delivery guy what the cost was assuming it is going to be $300.00 max, the driver said the $300.00 would take care of most the fuel but that someone need to take care of him,he thought he needed a additional $100.00 so in my stupid generosity I gave him the additional $100.00. ( I was just happy to have the Jeep here) Now my son and I are excited to take our new jeep for a test drive, at the first left turn we discover that the turn signals are not working as should. As we are crusing along I start to smell that undeniable smell of hot antifreeze, being not far from home we quickly head back. I pull the jeep in the garage open the hood and find two pin hole in the top of the radiator with antifreeze spraying out covering the bottom of the hood and the top of the motor. Now I think I better really look this thing over, what else was discovered was a burned out driverside low beem headlight, a 4 inch crack at the base of the windshield on the passenger side, Half dollar rust spot on top of passenger fender, and the carpet that I specifically asked about had a 5 inch tear on the drivers side exposing the floor pan,it was cover by plastic and not visiable until pulled back. I gave Steve a call immediately to share my concerns, he assured me they would take car of the radiator, he would let me know in a day or so. In the mean time I had to put a turnsignal- headlight combo switch in, a driverside headlight, and a new radiator just to get the jeep road worthy. You would think that Whitewaters 30 point inspection would have found these issues, but obviousely not. Oh yea and the paperwork that came with the jeep was for an entirely different Jeep,(year,color and milage). Now, knowing this is a 15 year old vehicle I certainly expect some imperfections, but to blatantly not disclose the cracked windshield,and torn carpet after I specifically asked Steve about them is really lousy. The next few days I made repeated attempts you reach Steve at Whitewaters direct phone line only to be put on hold for 10-15 minutes and then being disconected, or told Steve was with someone else and would return my call,which never happened. Steve finally called me several day later, ( after many more calls) He said he never got any messages that I had called, he was checking with the owners on what to do,that was several days ago and I still have not hear from Whitewater Motors. I am sure there are many wonderful honest used car dealers and salesmen out there unfortunately Steve and Whitewater motors is not one of them. I would not buy sight unseen from this dealer.

Got a big promotion at work so decided to celebrate with a new car. Went to this dealership to buy a vehicle we saw online earlier. When we got there we walked around in the cold looking at cars waiting for someone to come help but no one came. We then proceeded inside where 2 salesman walked outside after we came in to see about help. I guess my camouflage hat, swamp people shirt, and work boots screamed cheap vehicle. Made me feel like not worthy so why spend my new raise there

My wife and I took a nice Saturday afternoon drive to Whitewater Motors to see a 2003 Cadillac with 35K miles. I talked to Steve before I headed out and he assured me the vehicle was available and come on in. When we arrived we were truly impressed with the lot, and especially with our salesman Steve Witko. He was very helpful and made the buying process very enjoyable. After a good test drive of the vehicle we were ready to seal the deal, which we did without any hassle and the price was excellent. This was one of our best experiences in buying an automobile. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to all my friends.

A very trusted dealership with a superb representative of quality service. We purchased an SUV from Bob Johnson a few years ago and went back for an economic second car recently. Bob was able to deliver a quality car, with low mileage, at a price that no other dealership could beat. I have nothing but good things to say about how Bob worked with us and delivered. When we were in the market for a car, Whitewater Motors came through for me and my family. Not only did they have a wonderful selection of used vehicles, but they were willing to shop around for us to get us the car that we wanted, and they did! The entire sales staff was more than willing to help us out in our buying process. I have to say that I would recommend Whitewater Motors to anyone, as a matter of fact I already have.

I came into bu a car that was not worth the price advertise and the salesman Bob Johnson talked to me like I was a idiot. He tried to belittle me just to get a car sales. I don't believe that he should ave talked down to me. I offered a fair price because the car had no accessories that I though twas worth it. I tried to with bob Johnson, but he talked to me like I a dumb child. I didn't like his buddy Steve Witko who told me that the car was worth more than the advertise price. I think that is a disgraceful way to treat a person, like some some child. I am not a child and I should be treated with respect. I was trying to work a deal, bit if the salesman are going to be like that. I will not look for another car and I will tell everyone I knew to stay away from those salesman. I don't how good the dealer is, but I know bad the salesman are
