Let’s face it. No one really enjoys the experience of buying a car, but I can honestly say that my husband and I had a wonderful experience. After looking at several dealerships and working with several salespeople, we chose Wholesale Motors because of the sales representative... Ty (not sure of his last name). He took his time with us, didn’t try to push anything, offered advice, and gave us an amazing deal. Recommend x10.

Corey and Wholesale Direct were very nice and very helpful. No pressure tactics and felt very comfortable there. The whole process including all paperwork took less than 30 minutes. Very nice experience and highly recommend.

My Grandma's car broke down in their parking lot today. Every single person that we talked to was very, very friendly and nice. Even let us use their jump box a couple times. Absolutely great customer service. Ty was awesome! Thanks again guys!

Staff was friendly and answered all questions. The time to file for a loan was quite a bit longer than anticipated. This was due to the fact that if you do decide to finance, the bank they deal with has no way to get the paperwork to you on site to sign the paperwork. You have to make another appointment to go to the bank to sign the paperwork before you can take the car off the lot. Depending on your situation, this can be a real pain. This was the only drawback to my overall experience. Somehow, they need to simplify this process so that when you leave the lot, you can leave with the car you are purchasing when you do a finance deal.

They had great friendly service. The cars were nice and cheap. It was hard to choose out off all the good cars but i left with an 08 hyundai sonata and i love it. I never had a problem with it so far and its been 2 years.

We drove from Williamsburg Ohio to look at a Toyota Tundra which my son ended up purchasing. Beautiful truck and great buying experience! Ty was awesome from the moment we arrived. We were there for awhile making up our minds as it was a big purchase for my son. Ty was patient, helpful and gave us a great deal on this truck! This was several months ago and my son couldn't be happier and neither could we! Talked with Bob on the phone while we were waiting for the title in the mail and he was as kind and considerate as Ty! My boyfriend was looking for a "new" used car and we went here first. They were very helpful, very knowledgable of all the cars we were interested in. Didn't try to push something on us more than our price range. Settled on a Ford Focus coupe. Many cars that don't get driven often, the batteries will go out and I knew this. They knew the battery would be okay since it was jump started, but they put in a new one anyways. Very helpful and patient with us. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I would like to start off by saying that every now and then we can experience something that truly impacts a persons life for the better. This was more than just a car buying experience for me. From the very beginning to the end of the sale and beyond that, the personnel at Wholesale Direct Motors are a used car company that will definitely cause a person to believe that honesty, integrity and going beyond what is expected is still alive and well in the used car business today. As I mentioned , Bob and Ty, who are employees of Wholesale Direct Motors LLC and are two men of integrity that I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a good used vehicle. These two men demonstrated patience, compassion, professionalism and integrity that was beyond my expectations. I had traveled from Elizabethton, Tenn. to Dayton, OH to pick up the car. A 6 to 7 hour drive. Bob who showed great patience and professionalism with me as this was my first time ever buying a car before actually seeing it or driving it beforehand. The numerous questions I had and asked, sometimes more than once because of the unfavorable reputation that most new or used car salespeople have had within me, as in most, placed me on a be on your guard mode and believe nothing they tell you. Bob quickly dispelled that deep entrenched mindset not because of slick words or trickery but because of his openness and integrity he demonstrated from the very beginning to the end as well as Ty who completed the sale and service of the Chrysler Crossfire I had bought. The car is beautiful , great eye candy and beyond fun to drive. As I was leaving the city I noticed that I was not in possession of my DL. I called Ty and told him that I would be coming back to the dealership before departing home to Tennessee to pick it up. On my way there the car cut off without warning in the middle of the highway. I was able to coast to the other side to the emergency lane. I called Ty and he began to immediately address the situation. I knew that I had bought the car as a as is purchase and legally they were no longer responsible for the car. I explained the situation to Ty and the manager quickly resolved the issue by fixing the car at no cost to me , a total of around $500.00 plus dollars. While I was waiting on the car to be repair, Ty even took me out to lunch. I left later than what I had planned but I left Dayton, OH with a smile on my face and grateful that I had driven all the way there to purchase a car I had never actually seen nor driven. I had an awesome time driving home. Zoom Zoom. In closing I would like to encourage anyone, anywhere, that if youre considering purchasing a used car, first get on line to Wholesale Direct Motors and ask for Ty or Bob when you call. Not to write a book, but I came to this family owned business in a very precarious situation. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a priority. It was clear that this car dealership actually cares about human beings, and they worked very hard to get me the vehicle I needed... a clean, reliable set of wheels. Very organized and the staff is not pushy at all. The staff was actually very friendly and I didn't feel under pressure at all. Nice selection of cars to pick from. Other places I went to seemed very pricy but Tee (who I worked with) had VERY reasonable prices. Very happy with my purchase! :)

Was able to buy my wife a a 2003 bmw 330i with only 146,000+ miles on it! we were able to get a warranty with the as well and she loves it! it was in good condition for the year it was! I will probably be buying another bmw here shortly.

I am so excited about my new car! 2007 pontiac g6 red with black leather! The people there are so friendly and helped me with guiding me to a local credit union which made my interest rate go from 11.9% which i was approved for down to 7.9% with the bank they recommended. I love my car and the service. These guys are the best! I am giving everybody I know their business cards. I will absolutely buy my next car from them! Thank you so much!!!

nice car and nice people to do business with i didnt have all my money yet but they said they would hold the car with a deposit i took a little longer than i thought to come up with the rest so they said they would continue holding it for me a little longer so i didnt lose my deposit what was supposed to be 3 days end up being 12 days and i was still short 900 they put me in the car still being 900 short and told me to just make 3 monthly payments of 300 and to go ahead and take possesion of the car i took 9 days longer than what they agreed to hold the car and then i was still short and they still worked with me and did everything they can to help they are great friendly people to buy a car from thank you ty and rob for everything

I bought a Dodge Magnum from this company and could not ask for a better car or better people to work with. They spent the time with me and answered my questions even after I told them I was just looking for now and will not be buying anything. Two days later I came back and bought a car. My first choice car had already been sold (charger) but I am loving my Magnum more and more everyday. I will buy my next car from these awesome people.

Found a Great Car... Pontiac G6... Test Ride was adequate... Found that the Oil Gauge Sensor was faulty... Typical Small Car Lot Offer to fix the Sensor... Which WAS WRITTEN into the Contract... After it was all said and done... And after the Down Payment Check Cleared... This Facility Reneged on the Deal to fix the Sensor... After numerous failed attempts to get the service completed... We moved on... Once they Get Your Money... Nothing Else Matters !!! Buy At Your Own Risk From This Low Class Business !!!

The service and the fact that they showed us no unwanted aggresion at all as far as selling a car is what kept me there looking. I was very very skeptical to buy a car from a small car dealer but decided to go check out the civic. Bob was our salesman and let us pretty much take the car for a test drive for hours. 4 hrs later, we sealed the deal. I feel i got great service and a great deal. Its almost been a week....bought the car for my daughter but i love the car so much, i'm driving it everywhere..lol! I had the car detailed in and out and Ive gotten so many compliments on the car. i purchased a 2003 nissan xterra with 114 thousand miles from this place. it is a very nice suv and i am happy that they were able to get the deal done for me. ty did everything he could to deliver this deal and i was amazed at the effort he put in. i understand hes there to make a living but he actually seemed and looked excited for me and made the whole purchase very simple and pleasant. i am happy i was referred to this place by my cousin who also bought her cts from there and was just as happy with her car.

I HAVE BOUGHT 4 USED CARS IN MY LIFETIME AND HAVE NEVER HAD A GREATER EXPERIENCE THAN THIS. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THIS KIND OF SERVICE ONLY HAPPENED WHEN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE. I WAS NOT STALKED OR PRESSURED WHILE I WALKED THE LOT AND WHEN I FINALLY DID HAVE SOME QUESTIONS THEY WERE ANSWERED VERY HONESTLY. I LOOKED AT DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS WHILE I WAS WAITING ON MY INCOME TAX RETURN AND NOTICED THAT THEIR PRICES WERE MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER ONES I SAW FOR THE SAME CAR. Finally bought my civic that i have been saving up for! I bought a 2006 civic ex and I am thrilled about it. I had a hard time finding a nice one within my price range until i was lucky enough to come across this one. These cars are not easy to find for a reasonable price....but the guys over there made it happen for me! This will be my new place for buying a car. I found our Toyota Sienna here after shopping around for quite a while. The van was extremely clean, presented very well, and fairly priced. The sales staff was friendly and not at all pushy, and went out of their way to make the buying process as smooth as possible. They spent lots of time with us as we test drove 4 different vans in order to make a choice that best fits our growing family. I will be buying another vehicle from them very soon, so I am definitely a satisfied customer!

My husband and I went in to look at a suv and we test drove the suv with Ray and he was very knowledgeable as to what all the vehicle had in it and then we came back two days later and decided to go ahead with the purchase.I can honestly say that we had the best service possible. i put down a deposit on this car in order to go back the next day to sign the papers and to pay off the balance.i wasnt able to get a ride to beavercreek from my home in middletown.i called and spoke to robbie and told him i wouldnt be able to make it that day.he said no problem he would see me the next day.he called back 20 minutes later and said he was able to send someone to pick me up if i still wanted to come that day. one of his drivers picked me up and we drove back to the lot to finish up the deal. i drove away very happy.these people are the best.my car is great and the service they offered me was amazing.i felt like i was buying a new car not a used one.i almost feel like i am now friends with these guys. they are very easy to work with and i will buy my future cars from them.very friendly people

I feel so lucky to start my new year with a new car! I purchased a 2003 honda crv from this dealership and am thrilled with the car the service and the entire deal. They treated me with respect and werent pushy at all. Ive been in there 3 times to try and figure out what it was i was searching for and they have been helpful and guided me in direction of what best serves my needs. After spending about 45 minutes in there on my second trip I told Robby, the salesman who was helping me that day, that I wanted to look around at a few other places before I commited on anything. He wished me luck and said if there was anything he could do or any questions he could answer (mpg, reliability, horsepower, ect) concerning a car I found outside of there he would gladely help even if I ended up purchasing a car some where else! WHO DOES THAT?!?! He was willing to help me on my car buying journey even if they didnt have what I was looking for and even if I bought something somewhere else. I called them back on new years day and even though they were closed, they were willing to meet me at the lot and do the paperwork. AMAZING PEOPLE AMAZING COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!

Had a wonderful WONDERFUL experience with Tee! Went to Joseph Airport Toyota a week ago to look at a Honda Odyssey Touring, and each time we went, it was in the shop. They did not have the courtesy to call us to save us a trip. Twice this happened, and it was a waste of our time. So we decided to checkout the Honda Odyssey EX-L. Tee had no problem letting us take it to get it inspected at our mechanic, and it checked out fine. Tee even had the CarFax to show us. Left the deposit and will finalize the sale this afternoon. I could not be more pleased with his honesty and service. Was very skeptical because it wasn't a large dealership with a big name. Was pleasantly surprised with the quick service, honesty, and scored a heck of a deal. If they have a car you are interested in, give them a chance!

my sales guy is Tee Hakim, however EVERYONE there is very friendly and respectable. You come first there. I bought a car from Tee. If there is anything I wasn't happy with he would make it right and make me happy with my purchase. The car repair service is top notch. I got in an accident and totaled my car :( and went back to Tee to buy my second car. I feel like family there! Thanks so much Tee and all you guys :)
