Definitely recommend the Ford House! I live up in Oklahoma and encourage all friends and family to make the short drive down south!! Travis is the best! Way better customer service than the Ford dealerships in and around Lawton! FIVE STARS for sure!!

The negative: 1. Seems like they undervalued my trade a bit. The positive: 1. Trent was very helpful and courteous, including a phone call to check to see if we made it home. 👍 2. I felt that my vehicle was priced right 3. I've never seen a dealership offer a lifetime powertrain warranty, BIG PLUS there. 4. Trent went over all service records prior to the sale. 5.Finance department was also helpful. - I would return for my next purchase.

I found the truck I wanted in Cars.com and called them up. Everyone was SUPER helpful, even when I had a million questions! Edward Franco did a fantastic job giving me all the info and opportunities and Ashtin answered all concerns I had about the financial side. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

My father purchased a new vehicle from this dealership about 6 months ago. He didn't think they would be able to give him a deal like he could get in the DFW Metroplex. They were able to get him the car he wanted at the price he wanted and gave him a satisfactory amount for his trade in.I purchased a used vehicle from them and I have to say it was the experience and relationships that the finance manager had with the lenders that was able to secure a deal. I also tried Metroplex dealers and even some in Lubbock Texas and they either couldn't close a deal or even seemed to attempt it. My deal wasn't flawless due to some miscommunication from the salesman and his managers but the finance manger was the star of this transaction. They will be my first look next time im upgrading vehicles.
