Car dealerships are never top on my list to visit. All of the haggling, taking so much time out of my afternoon, and sales pitches aren't really my cup of tea. The guys at Weisner made it as painless as possible. It did take quite a bit of time, but that was to be expected, and frankly could have been much worse. The guys were personable and easy to talk to. They didn't try to pressure us into buying something out of our price range, even though we are both female. Overall would absolutely recommend them, and will use them again if we buy Hyundai.

He was very helpful, polite, professional, and was able to work with his managers to get the price to where I needed it to be. I was also able to get a great deal on my trade in! Rey was not too pushy and I did not feel obligated in any way to make a purchase that I did not want. He made me feel comfortable and safe that I would be leaving with the car I really wanted. I have stayed away from buying a new vehicle for the last 30 years to avoid the immediate depreciation as a new car drives off the lot. I actually went to Weisner (which is 60 miles from my home) based on the CarPro show recommendation to drive a used Genesis thinking it would replace my Lexus LS-430 with 215K miles. I keep cars for at least 200K miles. I went through the dealer notification process on the CarPro website and was completely amazed at the reception I got from Ron Clark and the Weisner team. After test driving the used Genesis, Ron Clark saw I was looking for a bit more and suggested the Equus in the showroom. It really fit my requirements and then Ron made me a deal which took the depreciation issue off the table for me. It was a wonderful experience and I may try buying another new car in 10-15 years. ;-)

This is my 2nd Tucson the first being a 2013 GLS. I was impressed with it and continue to be with my 2016. I was hesitant about going down to a slightly smaller/less powerful engine but I'm not noticing the difference. I lost a few features but gained so much more. I like the sport mode(new) on the transmission, the Bluethooth head unit operates better, the phone system is better, lights are better, gained more interior room, softer less harsh ride, seats are different and I'm not sure if its a loss just yet material wise as I went from pleather to fabric with the loss of seat warmers but the fabric appears to be durable. I have a little more range due to a slightly bigger tank and I can hit 400 miles on a tank which I enjoy. The TPMS now monitors all 4 tires separately so its a smarter system along with the ability to customize various electronic features from the steering wheel. The loss of seat cover materials, side reflectors, seat warmers, leather wheel and shift knob, 2.5 4cyl to 2.0cyl really wasn't really a loss. I didn't want a turbo and I didn't want a new experimental double clutch transmission so I consider my purchase a win.

The guy frank was beyond nice to me, explained everything about my car to me. showed me all the buttons and answered all my questions. Joe Todd at Wiesner Hyndai is a remarkable person and salesman. Joe is personable, an absolute straight shooter and delivers on what he says. That is such a rarity in the current climate of new car sales. After signing our paperwork, Joe showed my wife and myself the use and features of our new Sonata Sport. Joe was very knowledgeable and most helpful in demonstrating everything related to the operation of the car, including the feature rich touchscreen audio system with Bluetooth. Joe is very patient and answered our numerous questions about the car. Our delivery experience was absolutely 1st class and much better than one's we had received upon purchasing luxury brands in the past. Weisner Hyundai is the place to shop and Joe is the guy to see. We are so happy with our purchase and well worth the 40 mile drive from our Houston area home. Jason Costine, Finance Manager, was also very friendly and helpful. Jason fully explained benefits of other warranty options and coverages. Together, Joe and Jason made a great team for our purchase.

I miss having a sound system that could play CD's. Converting and uploading CD's to other media is a hassle that I didn't expect as a result of my choosing the Ultimate Package. The placement of the USB port that plays flash drive media is placed in a poor position in my Elantra. It's difficult to reach and see its location. I would have expected that, for whatever reason the CD player was eliminated, it's replacement should have been as easy to access as playing a CD was. Having to remove a USB-installed flash drive prior to starting the engine is another irritant that shouldn't exist. Also, not everyone knows how to convert CD media to other types. I've learned that dealers in general have limited persons available who can take the time to teach customers how cope with converting media. Here are several suggested improvements: (1) Reposition the media USB port to make access easier. (2) Add a USB power on/off switch so that flash drives could remain safely installed during engine start. I would hope these suggested improvements would be made available as an after purchase upgrades.

I have been dreading buying a car just because I did not want to deal with high pressure sales pitches and many lies that some dealerships are known for. But alas, apparently it can be done differently and these guys figured out a better way. I had been looking for a long time and have been in contact with other parties. Once I found the car and started talking to them, I knew this is it. We worked with Jason McKeever who was courteous and responsive on the questions I had for him over the call and in person. I wanted to have this transaction decided before we drove there since we lived two towns away. And we managed to do just that, it almost felt as if I bought the car on the phone. But that's what happens when the person wants to answer questions and basically sell a car. Keep up the good work and it will be rewarded.

My husband and I decided we wanted to buy a 2016 Sonata sport. We wanted to take advantage of the Hyundai cash back offers and the 0 percent financing, not to mention the superior warranty. We had gone to a dealer closer to home in NW Houston on 290 and had almost made a deal. It fell through because of a last minute, underhanded, add on to the pricing. We were disappointed. My husband called Wiesner and was turned over to Joe Todd. Joe and Hyundai were more than fair. Gave us the exact pricing and car that we had negotiated with Joe. I was worried up until the papers were signed that they would throw something else at us, but they did not. In addition, Jason in finance was very thorough and went through a few warranty type options that could be purchased. He was not pushy, just informative. Lastly, we got the best walk through of the features on the modestly priced car that we have ever gotten and that includes higher priced vehicles that we have purchased. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Wiesner to anybody.

I owned 2013 Santa Fe Limited and have been taking it to Wiesner Hyundai Dealership. They have one of the best after service department and professional mechanics (one person in particular (Mr. Hogan Oh). If you ever experience certain mechanical issued other mechanics can't repair or figure out, ask for him. He will take care of it for you. This is another reason I trade in 2013 to 2017 Santa Fe.

Joe went above and beyond my expectations. The say before I had gone to another dealer ship. It was awful. The we're pushy didn't tell me anything about the car. Just tried to sell it to me at a high price with things I didn't need. When I met Joe he was warm and welcoming. I talked to him the evening before and told him what I wanted. When we got there he pulled up the car so I could test drive it and make sure it was what I wanted. He went over the dash before we drove. After we signed paper work he showed me all the dash control's and went over how to work every thing. He was very professional and personal. Ed was our finance person. He took time to explain everything on the contract beforehand. He took out things I didn't need and discussed all my payment options. Outstanding job they both did.

Very accommodating and friendly. Didn't feel pressured. Very thorough on explaining all the bells and whistles of the car. Previously purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe which was traded in for the Equus. Loved the Coupe but lacked back seat space and trunk space. During the time I had the Coupe, I had a second car that had more space and that's what I used when I needed. The braking system was totally shot and it was too expensive to fix a 1994 Honda Accord EX and that's why I traded the Coupe in otherwise I wouldn't have as I loved that car but really love the Equus.

John Willis was a pleasure to work with. Most of the numbers of negotiations were in black and white. Although he seemed to work for us to get more for our upside down 72 month financed previous Hyundai, I do think that we deserved better trade-in value as a 7th time buyer from this dealership, but we went in knowing how much we owed. I did feel that the price and incentives were better than the previous Hyundai purchase, and they put the numbers on the table and not just the bottom line with no explaination.

We went into this dealership with a car and price in mind. We had been shopping around before this. We didn't get a run around, and went straight to the point. Nothing shifty, and they worked with us with financing to get more monthly payments (we initially came in with our own financing). We initially went to Ron Carter and they behaved very oddly - they wouldn't tell us what our finance rates were and gave us the run around for hours before landing on a less ideal price. They seemed like they were hiding several fees and kept demanding we add expensive add ons I did not want that reached into the thousands. They were also quite hostile. Wiesner Hyundai went straight to the point and told us what they could match and that was that. No random expenses added on or any other nonsense. I do recommend this dealership.

I have really enjoyed the veloster. It is a joy to drive. Good power and a sporty ride, while still comfortable and practical fit my needs. The fuel economy and price fit what I was looking for. The standard features have exceeded my expectations. The negatives... 1 the radio tuning knob is too sensitive. It is difficult to turn one channel at a time. 2 there is no seek button on the steering wheel to seek through the radio stations one at a time.

The staff at Wiesner Hyundai did an outstanding job of helping me get out from under $7,500 negative equity on my previous vehicle while keeping the payment lower than I had expected. The process only took 2 hours from start to finish. The Eco package features a power driver seat, Android auto ,Apple carplay, and Hyundai Blue Link as standard equipment. It was only $1,000 more than the SE package and had the most bang for the buck as well as 4 miles per gallon better in the city. Very happy with my purchase!

I have driven my new Sonata about 450 miles, and I am continuing to enjoy the experience. It has good pickup and plenty of room in both the front and back seat. I have to do some freeway driving even locally, and I am getting 42-44 mpg. The car is much quieter than my husband's 2009 Sonata. Overall a good value!

Jason McKeever, our sales provider, pointed out an incentive and payment process we hadn't considered. He was a low-pressure (no pressure?) salesman and seemed more interested in us being happy than in making the hard-sell. We explained early-on that we would be test-driving other vehicles and Jason was fine with that. We ALMOST bought the car without driving others. However, we did go to Gullo Toyota, and met Andrew Ritter, another salesperson who we had dealt with on the internet. When I called Andrew, his first response was, "well, we close in an hour... or an hour and a half... and even though we were in and out of the dealership and test drive well before his 2:00 deadline, we found him abrasive and even insulting. The Toyota Highlander was approximately $12,000 higher than the Hyundai Santa Fe we purchased and they had the same features. The good experience with Jason at Hyundai and the bad experience with Andrew at Toyota, only sealed the deal. Jason should be highly commended and we will definitely seek him out when we buy our next car.

Wiesner staff was straight, friendly and reliable. I went into the Weisner Hyundai in Conroe on a Saturday afternoon just to see what they had to offer. Thinking the whole time, I was going to drive out of their with the same car I drove in with. It has been a few years since I have tried to get into a new car, but it never seemed to go right. I had thought about going into a different dealership to see what they had to offer first. Thank the lord, I decided differently. As soon as I walked in the door, I had been welcomed with a bright smile from the receptionist, and also from a very smart; kind man who helped me and guided me the whole way. Based on how I was treated at the dealership, as well as what I have been told by others, I believe I will thoroughly enjoy owning my car and maintaining it's service through Wiesner. I look forward to this kind of "family" relationship with my dealership as it is something I have been missing. My salesman, Ron, did an excellent job of educating me in a short period of time about the benefits of leasing - something an ex-banker would never do. He demonstrated to me, and I confirmed with calculations, that due to the low miles I log, leasing was a smart and more affordable option for a low-mileage driver such as myself. He also calmed my biggest fear of being upside down in a lease by explaining how GAP insurance, included in the lease, makes up any potential difference between what I owe and what the car is worth. As an added protection or rather more for a sense of calm, I chose to purchase the additional interior damage insurance for about $8 month because we have boys and a dog. My new SUV has an amazing large screen navigation system and rear-view screen, handsfree bluetooth, leather with 3rd-row seating, surround air-bags for safety - all of which are extremely important to a mother. The car drives beautifully. All and all, I am extremely optimistic and excited about my vehicle and the relationship I have with Wisener. I could not be happier!

Two weeks ago I purchased a new 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for my expecting wife and we absolutely Love it! We are getting even better mileage than specifications call out (28 mpg avg.) and that alone pleases me as we are used to terrible gas mileage my Ram truck gets! The ride and response from this vehicle are also above the standard in my opinion and I actually enjoy driving it when I can (all though if it were my call we would have opted for the turbo) -there's always next time! Still plenty of acceleration power, enough for the wife and baby to come. Feels more like driving a luxury SUV that costs more than double the price! I had a service appointment for my 2012 Elantra scheduled for that Saturday morning. I had started to grade papers and the associate asked if any of us were interested in trading our current Hyundais in for a new one. I had thought about a new car since I rode in the new Elantra months before. I decided to go ahead and go on a test drive and see where we went from there. I went from the Elantra to the smallest SUV the Tuscon and I'm still very happy.

I had been looking for a small crossover and was focusing my search on the Nissan Rogue, Ford Edge, Mazda CX-5 and the Subaru Forrester. Went to Weisner Hyundai to possibly sell my car. Had a few expectations in order to agree to sell my car to them and purchase another car in its place. The team there is very helpful. Jason McKeever was my car sales guy. He definatly made my whole experience go by smoothly. I appreciated being able to get everything I originally wanted and way more. I also am a very impatient person when it comes to waiting, was relieved that there were little things to keep me occupied while the paperwork was being done and also chatting with the staff. Was like buying a car from my own family. I was so glad that when all the paperwork was done, and it was time to say goodbye to my old car, my new one was there waiting for me. Jason also showed me how to pair my phone and showed me the cool gadgets that came with the car. I had gone to carmax for my previous car. It doesn't compare to Weisner at all. So all in all was absolutely thrilled with the experience of buying my new Veloster from Weisner Hyundai in Conroe Texas. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the market for trading in or buying a new hyundai. Ask for Jason McKeever and tell them Melodie Nighbert sent you! Have fun.

We arrived at Weisner with no intention of buying one care, much less two. We met Raymond upon arriveing, explained our situation (desire to downsize and needed an additional car for our 16 year old son). He allowed us to look around and then talked us through the potential options we may have. Instead of pressuring us, Raymond recommended that we take the evening to think about it and do some homework around our current vehicle payoff to determine where we would be comfortable if we were to trade for two new vehicles. It was at this point that my wife and I decided we would like to do business with Raymond/Weisner. We called Raymond the following day to inform him of our desire to further investigate our options. He met us at teh dealership (on his day off) and allowed us to view and test drive several different vehicles. The rest is history, we traded in our 2014 Nissan Armada for a 2015 Sonata and a 2016 Elantra and we couldn't be happier. All of this happened because of how we were treated by Raymond - I know he is new at the car sales business but he will be very successful!

Jerry sure knows how to pick um. This is my second car purchased from your dealership and I can say it was almost perfect in every way.My only problem is that I found out our credit was pulled both from the dealership and Hyundai Finance with my first purchase. I inquired about it with this purchase they were apologetic but said they didn't think it could be done differently. The same thing happened with this car. What's the most ridiculous is I had been making payments for over 2 yrs.to them. Maybe YOU don't know it but every credit pull goes on separately and stays on your record for 2years.. I feel you can do this differently but choose not too for some reason. Please consider another method of checking credit. One look should be sufficient. The entire new car buying process was seamless from start to finish. Located the vehicle on line, negotiated a good price and the car was available for drive out the next morning. There were no games played and they did everything and then some that they said they would do. It was certainly worth the drive and everyone was professional, ethical and very easy to work with. There were no hard sales tactics and our salesman spent well over an hour going over all of the features of the new Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with my daughter. We shopped around at other dealers closer to Houston and after promising they had the vehicle I wanted with a price, we would get there and no vehicle on the lot and wanted to tack on additional, unnecessary "mandatory" fees, sometimes exceeding $3000. Frank gave us an out the door price and it never changed, had the vehicle ready and pulled up front when we got there, filled our gas tank for our trip there and stayed true to everything discussed. After talking with a very sincere and knowledgeable salesman, we were taken advantage of by a sales force that changed the terms we had agreed to and charged us way over the MSRP of the car we bought and because we trusted them, they robbed us. Just make sure it doesn't happen to you. I can say that the Hyundai car is really great and we own two of them. I had a TrueCar certificate and the price I was charged for the car was $1,000 over the certificate price. It's as if nobody at the dealership can explain to me why I am being charged $1,000 more than the certificate. The configuration was exactly as I chose online when I printed the certificate. There were a couple of additional items in the car that totaled $85.00. The tax and title fees were listed below the higher amount charged. The key people are not present to discuss.

I took my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe for its first (complimentary) oil change on 2-3-2014. I had an appointment for the service, but was told that it probably would be an hour and a half wait for completion. I surrendered my auto lock key to the service personnel, and waited in the waiting area. First, I was told my one of the service people that I had a chip in my windshield that I had never seen. Then, we had to contact my insurance company for service to fix that. Then, we were informed that my key had been locked in my vehicle. I was asked to talk to Bluelink to have it opened. First, I was told that I was not the person named on the service and they could not assist me. I was told to have my husband speak to them. After he spoke to them to give them approval, we were told that we did not have the essentials package on the complimentary service, and it did not include the option to open the doors remotely. I also was told that I would need to give them a credit card number and allow a $99.00 charge to have my door opened. So, I was stuck!!!!! They charged my card and opened the door. In spite of my anger, and the assurance that the dealership would make it right, my free oil change cost me $99.00 and three hours of aggravation!!!!It is absolutely rediculous that the maintenance personnel would not know that if they left the key in the car unattended that the doors would lock....an even more absurd that it should cost me to have them opened. I am truly disappointed in the whole process. This dealership is where I purchased my vehicle, and yet even though I am the owner of record, the tags are in my name, and I drive it...I cannot use the Bluetooth and that I should pay for their mistake!!!!

If there is a NEGATIVE RATING, I would give this dealership that rating!!!!!I've always heard about car salemen being the worst people on earth. I never thought that extended to all parts of the car dealership industry until my experience with WEISNER HYUNDAI. For years, I've brought my FORD and TOYOTA to a dealership for service. And for years, they have never given me cause to think them a bunch of dishonest human beings until my recent experience with WEISNER HYUNDAI.I brought my Sonata in for an airbag recall fix on Nov, 1, 2013. When we dropped it off, Jordan the service rep and myself did a walk around to note any body damages to the car. The only one noted was a scratch on the side of the car that I knew was there as I fell on the car with the car keys. They said it will take 3 hrs. We left. A few hours later I got a call from the service rep saying it will actually take more than that as one side will take as much as 3 hrs. So I was told to expect to pick it up later in the evening. Around 6pm, we didn't get a courtesy call, so my husband called. They couldn't locate the paper work. So we figured we would not get the car until the next day. Saturday Nov 3rd, I got a call from Jordan Silvernail around past noon to tell me the car was ready. We went to picked it up close to 2pm when they would close. I did not check the car, as I was used to having our Ford and Toyota serviced at the dealership all the time. And they always take good care of the car. Drove the Sonata home. The next day Sunday, we decided to wash our cars. We noticed this long line on the front bumper. On closer inspection, we saw a ding and scratch on the paint. As I was flying out to SF the next day for an entire week and my hubby was driving to LA that week, I called the dealership to let them know the problem and to tell them that as we were both out of town, we couldn't bring the car back that week. I spoke to PHILIP MARTINEZ, the service manager and he said to bring it in and he'll look at it. But that he could not really know for sure what he can do as we drove the car out of the dealership already (NOTE: you can already tell excuses coming up). Nov 11th, I brought it in. He checked it and offered me a "paint pen". He said there is nothing he can do about it as he couldn't know for sure if that happened at the dealership. That is a penny on a hundred dollar consolation fix! This is a 2012 Sonata barely driven, as I work from home.Unlike them, I am an honest person. If I did that myself, I woudn't go chasing after the dealership and have then fix it. But as I know for certain this was not cause by me, it is very frustrating to have this manger say there is nothing he can do. This was the first time we used this dealership in this small town, as we just recently moved to the state. But in Las Vegas, and the Bay Area, CA, we have always dealt with dealerships for our car service and never had an issue of coming out with a ding, dent or scratch, as was in this case. For them to allude that I am lying, that I do not appreciate. I filed a case with Hyundai Corp, paid $25 to file a complaint with the CCA. And I will spend time going to all consumer rating sites I can think of, to bring the word out about this dealership in TX! BEWARE YOU CAN NOT TRUST THIS SMALL-TOWN MENTALITY SERVICE CREW! If you do bring your business to this dealership, make sure you check your car TOP TO BOTTOM before leaving their lot. Otherwise, they will wash their hands of it. I know I am only one unsatisfied customer and it will barely ding their bottom line. But I want other people to be aware and not have the same experience as I did.

This dealership was recommended by the Car Pro radio program.Eric Ashworth greeted me upon arrival at the dealership and was great to work with. I loved the fact that I was able to look a several vehicles without any pressure before making my final decision. The only negative I have - and this may be my own fault for not asking before hand - is that the warranty on my used vehicle purchase was not explained until I was in the process of completing the final sales paperwork and that the certified pre-owned vehicle I purchased should have had the tires replaced before being sold (the tread did not come close to Lincoln's head on the penny test).All in all I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to others.

This is the best dealership I have ever done business with. I'm 65 and have purchased many cars and trucks. Usually I would rather have a root canal than go to the car dealership, but Wiesner Hyundai is the exception.Eric Ashworth has sold our family 3 new hyundais and every sales experience has been good! Sometimes I just stop in to see whats happening and to talk to Erick. The dealership is clean and the people are friendly. You will still have to deal to get the car you want but you will be treated with respect and the dealership is honest. Wiesner Hyundai pays all the sales people a monthly salary and then a commission on each sale, so no high pressure. Erick asked me what I needed or wanted and we went from there. We drove three cars in one day and I never thought I was being rushed or pressured into a sale.If you want a new Hyundai or think you might, just stop by and see Erick and he will let you drive whatever you want.

This dealership had a wide selection of the vehicles I was looking for, and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles to answer any questions and explain the differences. When it came time to buy the car they were very open and honest about the prices and what discounts we would receive. Took a bit of negotiating to get them down, but they didn't really make the process a hassle like other dealerships would. Generous with their test drives, overall a five-star experience.

My initial contact with the dealership was online through internet sales. I requested to be paired with a salesman who was more interested in selling cars than earning a big commission. She assured me that she understood my request and informed me that my salesman would be Eric. Eric contacted me that very same day. I emailed him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he emailed me screens shots of three vehicles meeting my specifications this helped narrow my search and saved me valuable time. I selected a vehicle from one of the three before I visited the dealership in person. When I arrived at the dealership, Eric had the vehicle waiting. I took one look at it and told him it was what I looking for, no test drive needed. We went inside where finance managers Ed and Laura worked their magic. I had a pretty good experience purchasing my car here... but not since. If you buy from here, do not get it serviced here. I have had nothing but nightmares here with the service department. They cannot get anything right. I had a couple of bubbles in my paint job and it took over a month to finally get this problem fixed right. Now, I take it in for a a speaker that is blown on the driver's side door. It did get fixed, but... now my center console lights do not work, along with the factory light kit, as well. I take it in for a simple speaker to be changed out in the door, and then all my lights do not work. Their explanation... we never would have messed with that; Instead of just fixing the problem. Also, everything was moved in my trunk when I got the car back, as well. No explanation, except that they would not have had to mess with the trunk. So, whatever you do, DO NOT take your vehicle here to have it serviced, even under warranty, because you will have more problems after you take it in, then before you did. I WILL NOT go back to this dealership for any kind of service work/warranty work, EVER!!! Also, they never have the same people working here. Every time you go in, there is always new faces. And not just one or two, several different people. And, a different service manager each time, as well. BEWARE!!!

Dropped 2011 Santa Fe off for oil change. Jordan called me & said I needed a new engine filter - I said to go ahead & put it in.He called back & said I needed the 30,00 mile service, I told him I had already had it done; he said I had not. I told him to not do it.He called back a third time & said I had a nail in my tire & I needed a new tire as it could not be repaired- should he put a new one on - I said NO.Funny to me - the low tire sensor never came on before I took it in. I took my car into Discount Tire and they fixed the tire for FREE!Discount said there was a screw in my tire. Your service dept. is not qualified and/or crooked.I went through the same thing last year and had to pay for a new tire to the tune of $211.In Nov. of last year - brought in for a routine oil change - they even screwed that up. My car leaked oil for months. Had it in 5-6 times just to get that cleared up. Love my Hyndai - will never buy another due to your service. Very incompetent.

Salesman (Jarrod) first negotiated sales price at $19,500, but we could not agree on value for my trade. One week later he offered exact same car for $20,000, but we still could not agree on value of my trade. I now see that the "e-price" is listed at $19,487 (with all incentives + TTL). Additionally, I qualify for $500 Motozuma matching down payment which would bring my e-price to $18,987. I believe in capitalism spent 22 years on active duty defending it, but I'm going to categorize Weisner's tactics as nefarious or at least unethical.

I want to write this review to tell you how awesome Ron Clark really is as a person and as a salesman. He is an older gentleman and if I had to guess is from a corporate background. His appearance is professional, his manner is friendly and his words are well-spoken. As previous reviews stated, he really does go the extra mile helping you set up all the features in the car e.g. setting up blue tooth, XM radio, Ipod connectivity, all done knowledgeably and with a sincere desire to make you comfortable with the tech.There was no insincere flattery, fast-talking or doublespeak at any time during the transaction. He never acted annoyed with questions or as if I was wasting his time.I know this may sound to good to be true but I'm not a shill for the dealership, he really is a good guy and I do recommend him.

Used Hyundai Roadside Assistance to have vehicle towed to dealership. During transit or while on-site, windshield was badly cracked. Dealership directed me to the Hyundai claims dept, which ultimately denied my claim b/c they couldn't find 'fault' with either tow company or dealership (neither side claimed responsibility). I am a loyal customer who has purchased 3 vehicles from that dealership, so I wanted this made right. I went to the dealership and talked to Michael Dixon, who was very supportive of my situation. He took pictures of the car, took copies of all my claim paperwork, and assured me he would follow up. The next day, Jose (Service Manager) called to advise Wiesner would take care of the windshield and they would work it out between tow company and Hyundai claims dept. 3rd party windshield firm came out and replaced windshield, billing Wiesner. I want to express my thanks to Michael and Jose and the Wiesner dealership in making this right for me and demonstrating that loyal customers still mean something. Because of this favorable experience with Wiesner, I will return to the dealership when I am once again in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you!!

By the time we finished all our paperwork and everything, it was closing time, but James never rushed through his introduction "spill" on the car. I hate buying cars. The experience is usually the most stressful, annoying, frustrating thing. Ever. I dread it with every fiber of my being. I always leave a dealership feeling like I've been ripped off. Always. Every single time. You get so much double-speak, slimy, salesy back and forth, where obviously the goal is to confuse the heck out of you and only after all is said and done and you take the time to decipher everything you realize they fleeced you. I have always have had zero trust in any sales person I've spoken with.Well, not so with Weisner. What a joy! We walked away with our first brand new car, a 2013 Sonata 2.0T feeling great about the entire experience, thrilled with our purchase and not one negative feeling. We got a great price on our trade in, a great price on our car - coming in almost to the dollar of where we needed to be. James Robertson was wonderful and really was a pleasure to deal with. Weisner is our dealership now. We will go nowhere else... and as a proper happy customer, I've been telling everyone about it. :)

A the end of the day this is a business and not charity so be prepared with you own research and know your price. I had a good car buying experience with the dealership, but I wish the price was a bit lower. The car I wanted is in high demand and the negotiating room for the car was very small. This dealership was not 'pushy' nor overbearing. I began corresponding with the salesman in possibly late February or early March. His reponse was quick and he answered all my questions. What I appreciated more than anything was the fact that I was not 'hounded' since I did not make a decision until mid-April. This was one of the reason's I went with Wiesner. The other deciding factor was the salesman, James Robertson, seemed to have complete knowledge of the Hundai automobile which made me very comfortable with my decision.

I went to this dealer because they are one of the CarPro Dealer that Jerry Reynolds recommends. They are located about 50 miles from me, so they definitely aren't the closest Hyundai dealer to me. This was one of the most pain-less instance that I had experienced buying a vehicle. The Sales Consultant, Jason and the Finance Manager, Michael were very courteous, friendly and professional. This is my first Hyundai I have owned so as long as I don't have too many issues with this car I would definitely come back to this dealer and work with this people again. We made the drive to Wiesner Hyundai in Conroe after bad experiences at two other Hyundai dealerships in Houston. The dealership is practically brand new - it is nice and clean. We were very pleased with Jerry (sales) as he professionally and respectfully negotiated our deal. He went above and beyond to help us get a good price on our trade-in. The finance process was also pleasant as Michael clearly explained all of the terms and paperwork. Not to mention he found a lower interest-rate than my bank offered. It was also refreshing to be able to view and sign the paperwork electronically. They didn't have the color we wanted, so they arranged to have it brought in the next day. They sent us home in a loaner and we will pick up our 2012 Tucson tomorrow. Happy wife - happy life!

Jason welcomed us as soon as we arrived at the dealership. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us, we believe, the best deal around. We had gone to another dealership earlier the same day, but they let us down. Jason did everything he could to make us feel welcome and well-taken care of. Wiesner Hyundai did not have the Hyundai Elantra I wanted on the lot, so they had to have one transferred in from Dallas. In the meantime, they put me into a brand new Sonata at no extra charge while I waited a few days for my new car to arrive (something the other dealership didn't even offer, as they too did not have my car on their lot).

I purchased a 2012 Elantra and traded in my 2004 fully loaded Nissan Maxima. My sales man came back with a $6,900 price for my trade-in. I said I had gotten an offer of $9,500 from VW. He said well that was on a much more expensive car. I went online to the "used" cars and it is now selling for $14,900 --- I can understand them making a profit of $2,000-$3,000 but $7,000 is cheating me! Plus taking advantage of a woman buying a car by herself. Shame on them and to look me in the eye and telling me what a deal he was giving me and for me trusting him on a recommendation from a two friends that recently purchased Hyundai from him.

ACTUALLY LISTENED to my wants, found the car I wanted and gave me a no-nonsense quote in less than 10 minutes that was competetive with 3 other quotes I received but I chose this dealership because of the attitude of the sales person Mike Cooper who also gave me a drive out qoute that was honored after I drove 2 hours to get there. I called about 7:00 on a friday nite after seeing a truck I had been looking for on the internet. I knew I was going to buy one Saturday somewhere so, with no time to waste I made a offer and told Leon if he would accept it, I would leave Saturday morning and be there as soon as possible. He accepted the offer and I drove 10 hours to pick up the truck. When I got there, Leon had all the paperwork ready to go and the truck was clean, full of gas and ready to go. Bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited on 10/8/2011 with no hassles and they even set up a discount off the sticker of the car by going through Jerry Reynolds at the Car Pro radio show. Terry Luker the General sales manager set me up with Jon Wiesner (who is the owner's Grandson at a family owned and run dealership) as a salesman who was great and helped me find the exact car I was looking for in my budget. Terry even helped me find a loan with a 3% lower rate than the outside financing I was seeking so I will save even more over the life of the loan. Jon demoed the car perfectly for me and let me take a lengthy test drive since this would be my daily commuter car and he wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Jon even arrange for me and my son to have some Fried Chicken lunch while our paperwork was being prepared since this was on a Saturday and I was there with my 8 year old son over the lunch hour. Mike in finance made the finance process a snap and we where not there all day getting it done. By far the best new car sales experience I have ever had and will highly recommend to anyone looking for a car to see them.

James Robertson provided excellent service and knowledge about the Equus car. He knew the car specifications and luxury elements very well. He demonstrated the Equus was very good value for the money and showed the comparisons with the competition (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes). He managed the purchase very professionally and worked for the customer to achieve the customer objectives. The end result was a win for the dealership and a win for the customer.Wiesner has recently installed a more interactive document control system that smoothed the paperwork process efficiently. A significant portion of the paperwork is installed on the interactive software where customer and company representatives electronically sign off each required document to ensure a transparent and accurate transaction. It certainly is an improvement over the paper systems I have used previously for new car purchases (1999, 2001, 2003, 2005 & 2008). I told John what I was looking for and when I arrived at the dealership he was ready to show me vehicles that might interest me. I left very satisfied. I went up the street and bought a 2012 Tucson after he told me that I would not find the vehicle anywhere else because no one else had them. Brandon was great. He knows what he is talking about and can answe any question you have.I told him what I wanted over the phone, he found exactly what I had asked for and had all the papers ready for me to sign when I got there. It was a quick and easy process that took me less than an hour! Everything was precise and he knew exactly what to say about what. He was honest and got strait to the point. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and the sevice that I got. This is the second Hyudai I have bought from him. That is how pleased I am. Third hand I knew the Wiesner name and heard of the good customer service. That said, I had never done business with their team directly. I live a good distance from the Wiesner lot. There are several Hyundai locations closer to where I work and live. I visted them all. I phoned them all and communicated with each of them all via instant text and email too. I won't taint this recommendation with the negative experiences I had with other locations. I will summarize by saying: The difference between the other lots, their personnel, their communication and integrity compared with Mr. Wiesner's team is like the difference between throwing a bullet and shooting one. There is no comparison. From the first phone call to the receptionist to the closing of the car purchase the whole experience was truly superb. I was handheld from stem to stern with great care by Terry and Mike. I almost felt like I was their only client (I know that's not true but that is the way I felt) . I have to be honest here. In the beginning, I thought it was almost too good to be true. Gun shy if you will. My past experiences with others fueled my skepticism. I kept waiting for something to change, a number here or there, calls going unreturned, something that just didnt flit. That was not the case. Every text (to personal cells I might add) every email, every call was returned quickly with detailed answers to my numerous questions.I beat Terry up pretty good. Emails, texts, phone calls, etc. I even called Terry's personal cell phone at 10:00 PM on a Friday night. I knew by then he plugged my number in his phone. I expected it to go to voice mail at that hour especially on a Friday. Good evening Eric was the answer. What can I do for you? I will fast forward to the day of purchase. My car would not be delivered to their lot for a couple days. I didnt care. I was excited about the purchase price and it was confident in the whole plan. I was going to rent a car (sold mine already) and wait it out until delivery day. Terry must have picked up on that somewhere in our numerous chats. So, what does he do? He asks a teammate (Mike) to drive all the way to my office with a new loaner for me to drive until my new car gets on their lot. Let me summarize... I received an incredible price on the new car, amazing service, and AFTER the purchase is closed, within 2 hours of the agreement they have a new loaner in my office parking lot for me to drive. There was no reason to do that. They had their sale. it was done. I was perfectly pleased and happy. This is one small example of the people in the business at Wiesner. Think about it. To have closed a sale and be done with it, only to then have two of their employees deliver me a temporary vehicle? yes two employees...this way I would not have to drive them all the way back to their lot like the Enterprise "we'll pick you up campaign". While here, Mike went over every single detail again with me. No rush, no hurry, he took the time to address my needs. He wasnt here to just drop of a loaner. He was here to take care of me. at one point during our talk I caught him, for lack of a better phrase, bragging on Mr. Wiesner and the team. It was natural talk. Not sales talk. The man was speaking factually with a ton of pride on his product line and leadership team. How often do you see or feel that these days in business. My employees were floored. Fellow shoppers, save yourself from yourself. Take your business here. The price is perfect, the service is amazing. You ask for either Mike or Terry. Trust me. Youre done, sit back and know with confidence you are in great hands. Amazing prices, intelligent, service minded industry leaders. What else can I say then I will not even bother looking anywhere else in the future. I know for sure customer service is not just words on a banner on their wall or web site. The whole team walks the customer service line very tall!

WE PURCHASED A HYUNDAI SONATA FOR OUR DAUGHTER ON APRIL 9TH. WE DID NOT GET A BOTTLE OF "TOUCH UP" PAINT WITH THE PURCHASE. I CALLED THE WEISNER DEALERSHIP, AND THEY SAID THERE WAS ONE IN STOCK AT PARTS COUNTER. SO WE DROVE TO CONROE, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE BOTTLE OF TOUCH UP PAINT WAS NOT ON THE SHELF. JOE URENA IN PARTS WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, HE TOOK DOWN ALL OF MY INFORMATION, AND ORDERED THE PAINT FOR ME. HE THEN MAILED IT TO MY HOME TO SAVE ME ANOTHER TRIP TO CONROE. If you go to this dealership to buy a new car, ask for Susan Davidson. She is absolutely the best. She is a total professional who knows cars, and is sincerely ready to help you find the car and deal that fits your need. My husband and I came prepared to be pressured because that was our experience at other dealerships. However, Susan was totally cool while we comparison-shopped at Mazda. When we came back to her for the Sonata, she made sure that every stage of the purchase was done efficiently and completely. She spent a lot of time with us after the car was purchased to make sure that we knew all the things we needed to about our model, and encouraged us to call with any questions that popped up later. We were so pleased with the experience that we sent our daughter to her a week later. She, too, was impressed with Susan's professionalism and friendliness. P.S. And we love our new Sonata, too!

Milan was absolutely the BEST! I was soooo disappointed to learn he recently resigned. Firstly, I had no intention of buying a new car; we were just looking. This young man had the patience of a Saint. I had many questions and requests, and he was able to address and deliver on all. Milan, our Salesman, and Tim the Sales Manager, were terrific in negotiating a fair price on both the new car and the trade-in, with both, my brother and mother, on my behalf. To deal with 3 New Yorkers with the diplomacy, kindness, and again, I stress... incredible patience-until late in the evening (when Milan was anxious to get home to his wife and small child) the night we purchased the Awesome Sonata Turbo, and then to invite me back a couple of nights later, and take approx. 2 hrs. teaching me how to operate all the features, and then to assure me, he/Milan, would like me to call him, ANYTIME, I have a question or concern...deserves more than any Salesman could possibly earn in commission. Sorry for the Run-On Sentence, but as you can tell, we were extremely appreciative of the efforts of Milan, Tim, Amy (Very nice/informative young woman in Financing)and today Tom in Parts (re: ordering another key). Tim was very reassuring to me regarding Milan no longer being there, that if I needed anything, he would be happy to assist. Another Weisner Salesman, from across the street, also deserves recognition, sorry his name escapes me, but he said he will be transferring to the Used Cars Bldg, is from Massachusettes (a fellow Yankee to make me feel at home) and was helpful enough to attach my new plates. All in all it has, to this point, been a wonderful experience. I pray the remainder of time I have My Beautiful New Silver Sonata, I recieve as warm, courteous, personal attention and service. I feel confident, Weisner Conroe will continue to exceed my expectations! Thanks to ya'll (Is that how you Texans spell it?-LOL). P.S. Only thing missing is the NY Bagels and Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies, I got each time I went to my NY Saturn Dealer....Of course I was recently reminded they are now out of business. Well, I believe Weisner Conroe can provide me with Quality Customer Service without Bagels And.... as we say back East. Thanks you Guys!

Matt was very friendly and helpful. He helped us to pick out the right car for us, and helped with our tradein. He was also vey pleasant and helped us through the bargaining process for the price of the car. He made sure we knew about the incentives for each car and the incentives avaliable thru financing. This is the second car we have bought thru this dealership. I felt like they were honest when we went to the financing department, both times. Before we left with our new car, Matt showed us how everything in the car worked. He was very patient with us as we asked all of our questions. If he didn't know something we asked about, he found out by asking someone who would know. I would highly reccommend this dealership to someone.

Milan Tadic was extremely courteous and friendly- He opened the door for me and my 11 year old daughter! Who does that anymore?! He was knowledgable about the details of the car and stayed late to finalize everything. Terry Luker definately took care of an issue and kept me as a happy customer that plans on returning. Amy Poole handled the financing on my new car and was efficient, organized and very friendly as well. Overall, the ease of the purchase of this vehicle through Wiesner Hyundai was excellent.

Good:- Provided loaner car until my car arrived- Good price- No hassle- Clean, fully gassed car on arrival- Susan took care of me (tinted windows on her dime)Bad:- Difficulty in locating my car and estimating its arrival. This is likely a Hyundai issue, not a Weisner issue, but it was somewhat frustrating that no arrival date could be provided.I will recommend Susan and her team in the future. Short version: Milan and Tim found the car I wanted, met me on my trade and price, and saved me from shady, time-wasting dealers.Long version: When I called Wiesner Hyundai and spoke to Milan I had already been jerked around by two dealerships and I was fast, abrupt, and probably a bit rude. I was sitting at Hillcrest in Huntsville and I was very frustrated by the deliberate obtuseness and underhandedness of the whole damned dealership system. I told Milan,I want a black 2011 Genesis Coupe and two dealers have told me its impossible, there arent any anywhere. Call me back if you can find one. Milan called me back 10 minutes later and said he had found two in Texas that he could trade for. I was, of course, skeptical. I said, Really? Are you messing with me? When I get down there am I going to find out you screwed up and there really arent any but, oh, look at this nice Sonata? He assured me that he was not mistaken and he could get the car if I am interested. I said, If the car really is the one I am asking for and you can meet both the price and trade in that Hillcrest was offering, Ill buy it. Hillcrest had the wrong color and were playing with numbers in a way that really made me nervous. I gave him the numbers and info on my trade in, he talked to his manager, Tim, and he came back and agreed to the price but, understandably, hedged on the trade-in. Sight unseen he couldnt promise that price, but, if the trade-in is in good condition, it should be fine.Once at Wiesner Hyundai, they made the process painless and quick (perhaps because it was already 6p by then). Milan took my trade in to the inspector across the street who gave me what I wanted. Tim, the manager, pulled some Hyundai rebates out of his hat that the other dealerships hadnt even mentioned for some crazy reason and met the price I wanted to pay (well below their invoice price). When I went to financing Tim and Milan coached me through what it was going to be like, maybe seeing how tired I was by this point, and gave me good advice on what to focus on in the mountain of paperwork. This was likely out of self-interest since the financing guy that night was overworked because two of the four were out sick and he did indeed make two errors (wrong financing arrangement, wrong license plates). I caught the financing error, just a simple oversight on the financing guys part, and made it through in one piece. They tried to sell me some insurance, as I expected, but that was it. They didnt force me to pay for VIN etching like Hillcrest wanted to or any other nonsense mandatory crap. I drove off in a loaner 2011 Hyundai Sonata that I kept for two days until my Genesis came in. A week later I realized that my Genesis is missing some of the accessories that were on the sticker, namely the ipod cable and the cargo mat. I called Tim, he checked his records and then immediately called the parts department and had them order the missing accessories for me. The parts arrived a couple of days later and I was very happy.All that above is my buying experience but there is one more chapter to the story that is the real reason I feel so compelled to tell the world about my experience. My wife was looking for a car at the same time and decided, against all better judgment, to take the deal at Hillcrest. They had the car she wanted, Wiesner wouldnt be able to get one for three weeks. I wont go into details because I want this review to stay on the site, but let me outline for you why Tim is awesome. We had someproblems with Hillcrest a couple of days after I bought my car from Wiesner. I phoned Tim to get his opinion, as a dealership manager, of our situation. He was incredulous when I described the scene at Hillcrest and offered to take a look at the paperwork. I brought it down to him and he looked over it for about half an hour and gave his opinion. After speaking with him and a lawyer in Dallas, we were able to play a bit of hardball and keep our deal. Now, its important to note that my business with Wiesner had already concluded, so Tim had no compelling financial reason to go so far out of his way to help me. He took half a dozen phone calls from my wife and I over the Hillcrest situation and was utterly patient and polite throughout. I highly recommend going to Wiesner Hyundai and dealing with Tim and Milan. Do your homework, come in with a reasonable offer and these guys can make it happen and watch your back throughout the process.

I was refered to Wiesner through a friend, and because I worked over four hours away, I was a little hestitant to shop there; however, Ms. Susan was extremely helpful and thorough. She made sure the car was absolutely everything I wanted for the price I could afford. The most helpful part was that we negotiated everything down to the last detail over the phone and all I had to do was drive to Conroe, sign some papers, and drive off in my brand new Hyundai Tuscon Limited. I sent out an email request for purchase to all of the Hyundaidealerships within 100 miles of Houston. I made it a point to do this through the Hyundai Website to ensure that everyone was receiveing the exact same information on the request for quote. I explained everything that I was looking for on the new Genesis along with what I specifically wanted and even gave them up-front the trade-in year, model, and mileage of my vehicle. I had purchased the New Car Buying Guide on this vehivle along with my trade-in beforehand so that I would be aware of the pricing along with all incentives, rebates, and hold-backs on the unit. I began receiving various quotes back that were all within the range of the price of the COnsumer Reports Buying Guide, however; this dealership and it's salesman as indicated above, "Brad Surginer" seemed to be the only one that didn't quite understand what the other 10 dealerships did with my request as he sends me an email addressed to, and I quote here, "Mr. Copeley"! I could not get over the fact that this guy actually had the complete lack of regard to ensure whom he was speaking to in his email!!!!!! He then proceeded to ask for the same questions to be answered that I had included on my initial request for quote from all of the other dealers (10) in total. I was dumbfounded at this point, however; I did respond back to his email to "Mr. Copeley" and explained to him that this was not my name, and proceeded to review all of the answers that I had orginally completed on my initial request. Having pretty much lost any faith in dealeing with this gentleman at this point, I also asked if it would be better for me to speak with someone at the management level moving forward with regards to my simple, yet very basic email request for quote. Three hours and twelve minutes later, I received an email back from, "Tim Van DeSteene" - Sales Manager stating that they did not have the vehicle in stock and would not be quoting the vehicle for me. Please note, that at NO POINT did this Sales Manager even take a moment to ask if there was anything else that he might be able to do to earn my business, much less, APOLOGIZE for the Sales Associates complete disregard for his complete lack of apparent sales training and customer service in refering to my email as another customer. The more that I thought about this entire situation, the more I felt compelled to say something about this dealer and this entire situation. Rather than stepping up and taking ownership of the mistake, this Sales MAnager must be exceeding his required quota for the motnh that he can just push aside a possible sale of a new vehicle. Whatever the case may be, I sincerely hope that someone that this sales manager is required to answer to for his actions will take note of this situation and use this as a training and teaching moment for not only this sales manager, but also the sales associate that must have been trained by him!!!!!!! There are far too many respectable dealerships in the area that truly want to earn your business, and will treat you with respect to have to deal with this Sales MAnager!!! I would absolutely urge caution to anyone considering dealing with this gentleman, especially if you have done your homework with regards to pricing and expectaions of purchasing a new vehcile from them!!!!!!!!!
