Worst car experience of my LIFE! They are rude, demeaning and do not stand behind the "quality" used cars they sell!! If I wanted a car that would simply "pass inspection" I would buy the clunker on the side of the road. After identifying a rattle within days a of purchasing the vehicle we took it back to be looked at only to be told it was fine..... 1 month later we receive a call that the part has come in. HMMMMM!! When we questioned why the part was ordered in the first place if the car was fine.... we were told it was for "routine maintenance". Obviously it was so we could pay for the part and labor. HMMMM! interesting. I wouldn't recommend this dealership or their maintenance department to anyone!! You are better off going to Pick-a-part! ANYONE can get a car to pass inspection! Clearly not everyone stands behind their product.

I liked the idea of a 'Tune-up" and all oils changed, engine, tranny, 4WD plus brake fluid and rear brakes cleaned.The car has 117K and never had spark plugs or injection cleaning.Don't know if valves were adjusted, I assume not.The car 'seems' to run quieter and smoother. I passed a truck on a hill, 2 lane road, and it seemed to do better then last time I did that.

Salesman was rude. Argued with me about the car I was looking at said they didn't have one. Which in fact they had two! Was not willingly to negotiate. Drove for 2 hrs to look at said vehicle only to spend maybe 10 mins at the most there. (My husband had called earlier that morning and he was told that we can work something out) We will never buy anything from Williams. Buyers beware!!

When I called to schedule the service, the person I spoke to was very friendly and easy to schedule at my convenience. I had never owned a Honda before and had many questions and some reservations about buying one. Once I got to the dealership, I felt very good about the service I received and had all my questions answered. I was treated great and they were very accommodating about the financing. I was very picky about buying a new car since i was going to be spending a good chunk of money. I commute to Ithaca 4 days a week so i needed a car with great gas mileage and something that was reliable. I had driven a Honda before, and they last a very long time. I drove about 8 different cars before deciding on a Honda Civic, and I also visited 2 other dealerships while searching for my perfect car. No one really took the time to sit in the car with me to play with all the gadgets like Kenn did, other sales people just wanted me to drive, and weren't about selling the features. I was all about the inside of the car, what features it had, the colors, and if it looked "hot". Kenn really helped me decide on what i felt was the perfect car for me, while being completely patient. Every question I had, Kenn or Ed took the time to answer them. I really have had a great experience buying a new car from them, and also getting it serviced there. Everyone at Williams is very friendly, and cooperative anytime I have needed anything to do with my brand new Honda Civic. Overall I was very happy with my experience and my purchase.

John Evans was very nice. The first visit we explained we were comparing several vehicles before making a choice and not to call us. We would call him if interested. He did not call as promised. We went back a week later and he was most helpful. We took another test drive, and then sat down with John and compared other vehicles. We decided we would like to purchase the Honda CR-V and told him we needed a certain color(blue) and needed Navigation and a sun roof. John came through for us and found us that vehicle in Pa. He told us it would be there in a few days. He called us when it arrived and we went in and signed all paperwork. He took the time to show me how everything worked. Very helpful. Ed Sophia also was very nice. I think I made a wise decision in choosing Williams Honda!

We have always been completely satisfied with the courtesy and customer service we have received from the Sales and Maintenance staffs - in particular Dave Raymond and Ed Ropp. When I decided to pursue purchasing a new vehicle, Dave was not available so John Evans most effectively pitched in for my test drive and made the arrangements for a preliminary deal. Dave finished up the final sale arrangements and coached me through the high tech gadgetry so that I was comfortable with the vehicle before I drove it away. I was very pleased with the entire sale experience and I have no doubt that if I wish to buy another vehicle, I will visit Williams Honda first. Likewise, I will also be using Williams Honda for Maintenance on my new vehicle because I have had such great customer service in the past from Ed Ropp. All in all, this is a customer oriented dealer and they will do their best to keep you coming back for any sales or service needs you may have.

This was an early turn in because of over mileage on a 36,000 mile lease. Dave Raymond carefully walked us through what was a unique new car lease. We have leased other Honda LX Accords before but this was a new model with many new features. Dave walked us around the car pointing out external changes then got in with us and went through all the new electronic features, encouraging us to try most of them. We then drove the car on the highway to experience the changes first hand. We wanted to keep our monthly payments about the same as our previous lease so he and Ed Sophia worked out the base price so this could be done. They were both very knowledgeable and thorough and always warm and friendly. We would highly recommend both of these men to anyone looking for a new car.

I live 15 minutes from the closest dealer and choose to drive an hour away to buy our Honda's. Dave Raymond is an excellent salesman and takes time to explain everything to you. I was very interested in a particular 2012 used car that this dealership had. It had all the features I was looking for. I called the dealership the night before to make sure the car was still there. I took a day off from work, and drove 175 miles to see the car. When I got there, the car was there, but had none of the features that were in the ad. I was terribly dissappointed. And I was mad that I wasted all that time, gas and mileage on my car for nothing. All they said was they were sorry. Never even offered me a gas card or anything for my troubles.

Then I made an appointment to look at a CR-V at 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon with Mike Gray. Mike was very helpful. Once I selected the model and color CR-V that I was interested in, Mike arranged a test drive. I loved the vehicle, bought it that very day and drove it home.

Turns out I wasn't given any options and I actually could have gotten a better interest rate elsewhere but the sneaks didn't bother to mention that. So if you have to get a car don't finance it through them.

I was extremely happy with my first purchase of a new Civic and my wife liked the car enough that we went back this fall to buy a second one for her. It was a simple plan, pick a color, make an offer, trade assessment and sign paperwork. No need for test driving , no selling, nothing that would take any time, a fair deal and we would be done. Unfortunately this time they tried to low ball the trade by at least $1500. I explained that they were way off what I was expecting and it was left at that, no reconsideration or anything. I later spoke with the salesman and explained why I was put off and he offered to have my trade reassessed by another manager, but by that time it was too late and they had lost my trust. Probably lost any repeat business and they still have all of the Civics sitting on their lot that they had when I was there. *UPDATE*I went back to Williams Honda to take a look at the 2013 Civic as I have been extremely happy with my 2012. Brad Lister met me in the parking lot and explained that he would like to work something out as he wanted to make sure the dealership had done all it could to make things right. I took the 2013 Civic for a quick test drive and upon returning to the dealership set down and discussed the situation, both the bad and the good, and he was very clear and transparent as to how he came to his numbers. He also gave me the opportunity to discuss the numbers that I had brought to the table, and was very open that he wanted to do his best to be fair with me. Given the opportunity to get what I considered a fair trade I agreed to meet him in the middle and I went on to buy the 2013 Civic. I really appreciated that, not only did they know that I had been in and had a less than stellar experience, but they were very open to a discussion. I have to give credit to Brad as he personally took the blame for my previous experience (whether it was his fault or not) and went the extra mile to make sure I knew that my business was appreciated. I, also, want to thank Dave Raymond for taking over once I had worked things out with Brad and picking up with the sale as though nothing had happened. These guys really made me feel that the original issue was nothing more than a fluke.In this new light I have to say that I feel Williams was definitely worth the second chance.

We travelled over an hour to check out Williams. They were nice and courteous. There were no bully tactics involved. They gave us a good deal on the new car and the trade in right off the bat. They didn't low ball the trade in and quote us sticker price for the new car and then try to make us feel like they were doing us a favor.They had ideas for making service calls easier on us since we live so far away. Found information on accessories for us. if they wre in stock or needed to be ordered.We would buy again from them. They made us feel important.

I recently purchased a new Civic from Williams Honda and found the overall process to be about average. The salesman was very helpful (but has since left the dealership) and the rest of the staff did their jobs, but it took too long and being on a Saturday it ended up being a little rushed at the end. Business manager was adamant that he was going to sell some add-ons to me that I didn't need (insurance or extended warranty etc), wouldn't take no for an answer until I started to be rude. I've reached 1 service since them (according to the Civic's computer) and took it for the oil change. They try to upsell you that you should be coming in at least every 5000 miles even though it uses synthetic oil and Honda's manual tells you to go by the 'Maintenance Minder' computer. Really getting tired of sell, sell, sell. The dealership needs to maintain the vehicle not upsell on everything. Not sure I'll be going back based on the push to sell.

Enjoyed the whole process. I found the car on www.cargurus.com. I sent an email, never expecting a reply since nobody ever replied to any email. Low and behold, Owen answered me. We had a good conversation and follow up communication. Owen let me take the car home for an overnight test drive. He fixed the issues I found. Owen is a smart, friendly, and knowledgeable guy. He will fight for your price. He did for me and got it. I am happy with my purchase and the follow up. Good job to Williams Honda. I was working with several dealerships but Williams was head and shoulders above them all.The nicest thing about my experience is that Williams did not hound me, pester me, or push me. I expected it because it was close to the end of the month and quarter and everyone wants to sell cars. Not Williams.I hope to do lots more business with these folks. You should too.

This is the second time we have purchased a new vehichle from Dave Raymond. It had been 6 years since our last purchase and he remembered who we were when we walked into the dealership. We were amazed at the knowledge Dave has about not just Honda vehichles but other vehichle brands as well. Dave was able to compare the Honda Odyssey to the Toyota Sienna with great expertise. We were interested in purchasing a new Odyssey and he spent several hours with us explaining features, showing us how they worked, what model year Honda changed a specific feature and most of the time knew the reason behind why Honda changed a it. He even stayed past closing to ensure we were able to test drive it after spending so much time looking at all the features inside!! Talk about dedication!! We have only owned the new Odyssey for about 24 hours but I can say one thing for sure, Dave sold us an amazing vehichle and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a new car. We will be seeing Dave again when it is time for another new Odyssey!!

Everyone we encountered at the dealership went out of their way to be friendly on our visit there. John even stayed late and made sure we had all the information on our potential purchase before we went home to think about it. Once we made our purchase and completed the paperwork (on a Saturday), it was discovered that the wrong forms were used. Our saleman came to our home (which is an hour from the dealership) to make things right on Tuesday evening. We were pleasantly surprised.

We were able to agree on the price and they located the vehicle in the color I wanted within days. They gave a fair trade-in our vehicle as well. I shopped around for my new minivan, comparing Toyota, Nissan, and Honda cars. I made several visits to different dealers, including Williams, to learn about the cars and test drive. Williams was my favorite when shopping around, the salesman was knowledgeable about the car, giving me a thorough tour of the features. Sadly to say, neither the Toyota nor the other Honda dealership did the same. The Toyota guy didn't even know how many carseats fit in their car! When it came to negotiating, I was requesting one from a third dealership who boasts the best price. Well, Williams matched their price without even knowing the quote. They replaced a part in the radio to hopefully bring in the AM/FM part of the radio. At the dealership the radio did work with sites from Elmira but the radio stopped working after I had left the dealereship. I called back to dealership when I was almost home and told them I had NO AM/FM and they said they would order a new radio and try to repair the problem that way. I have a new appointment to have the new radio installed and hopefully this will repair the problem because this is a new vehicle just purchased and this will be at least the 4th time I have had this vehicle to the dealership for this problem. Don't know where we will go from here if new radio does not take care of problem.
