While traveling from out of town we had an emergency with our brakes. Williams Toyota diagnosed and repaired the car quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. The show room and service area is very clean, people were sympathetic and friendly. If we didn't live 9hrs away, this dealership would be our go to place to buy cars.

My dodge caravan blew up on Tuesday. Wednesday found 2021 sienna on Williams website. Filled out I’m interested and credit app. Within hour don Miller calls worked out numbers and financing within 2 hours. Call my insurance company got policy change over all within a couple of hours. The salesman was very helpful to explain all the features of the new RAV4. I test drove it with my husband. I really appreciated not having the salesman with me on the test drive so my husband and I could discuss freely the RAV4. I purchased the RAV4 and took it home the same day. How fast!!! The salesman was also very helpful in finding a hitch I could have installed as well as the crossbars.

Andy Ligouri is a definite asset to your service department. He listened to my complaint about not being offered help with getting proration, from a person in your service department, on two Michelin tires I had purchased 25,000 miles ago from Williams Toyota. The tires have even wear, the tread is down to 2/32 on both, and have a warrantee for 60,000 miles. Andy immediately began paperwork to contact Michelin about my tires to see what they will do to help. He is to be commended.

How quickly the car was taken. I arrived a little ahead of my appt. and could not drive in, because another car was blocking the entrance. I sat in my car waiting for the car to move. A service adviser came out after I had sat for a few minutes, and said that I could go inside to sign in at the desk and he immediately drove the car into a service lane. Within less than the hours' time that I was told that it would take, a service asst. came to the waiting room to ask permission to replace two filters after reviewing what had already been done. He advised me of the additional time that it would take. Upon the completion, I was immediately advised and at checkout, he again reviewed all that had been done as far as service on my Lexus and provided me with a copy of the detailed checklist. Often one is shown the checklist, had it reviewed, but not provided with a copy.

I was in the area (I live about 40 minutes away) and stopped in to see if I could get my emergency brake looked at because it had stopped working. Service adviser Tom worked to quickly fit my car into the existing schedule while I waited. The technician made the necessary adjustments to my brakes, including the emergency brake, and checked the front struts and springs as requested to determine if it was time to replace them. This all took less than an hour while I waited in the customer lounge. I am extremely pleased that the service department could fit in the walk-in request for service, my e-brake was fixed and I do not have to worry about an immediate need to replace front strut/spring assemblies.

I was there for routine maintenance on my new car. However, there was a noise I was hearing, and both of the technicians who helped went out of their way to try to isolate the sound. When I left the dealership the problem was resolved. It has since come back, but again, I received help and suggestions as to how to deal with the problem.

I appreciated the friendly greeting in the service department Although it was very busy at 1 p.m. Friday, check-in was quick yet thorough. One could tell that the guys were working quickly to attend to customers, but still maintaining their sense of humor. At pickup time, RJ took care to go over the work performed and make recommendations without being pushy. It is worth the 1:20 min. drive to Williams Toyota to receive the kind of service we're getting.

Technician was very helpful and informatiive, but we are very disappointed that we cannot find a solution to our our problem with our radio. It will be replaced, but frightening that a brand new car has had this issue and no one knows why it is malfunctioning. I also was happy that they provided us with a loaner, since this is our main means of transportation. We were expected to replace the gas, and felt that was unfair due to the fact that this is a brand new car that was purchased from this dealership and felt that they would the minimal amount of gas used should have been courtesy provided by the dealership and part of good customer service.

I was then introduced to Darek Gulich who spent considerable time walking me through the paper work and demonstrating every feature on the car. Darek did the most helpful and thorough orientation that I have ever received from a sales associate. He also called the following day to see if I needed any help or had questions. The whole experience was first-rate from beginning to end. My wife and I couldn't have been happier and have shared the experience with several friends.

I didn't feel pressured into purchasing additional warranty, I was asked but when I declined, there was no more pressure. Bill Peters was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I test drove the truck on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. Issue was reoccurring problem of inside review mirror falling off (4th time) which we paid once for repair. This was the first occurrence under the new ownership "Williams Toyota"I told service Mgr "Amanda" that this was a repeated issue.She contacted a glass Co. And got instructions and material to repair for hopefully a permanent fix.No charge for the repair, even though Williams was not involved With the original issue. They also offered A free shuttle to and from an area we needed to do some shopping. Kent Browns had serviced us well in the past but Williams is definitely in a league above them.

Based on the Ad in Cars.com I bought a 2006 Toyota Land Cruiser from the dealer with 43k miles at an attractive price in October 2012. While initially I was unhappy that it looked like they would not cover the full cost of one repair to the car that they agreed (the day of purchase) needed to be done, in less than two weeks they did cover the full cost. In the 2.5 years that I have had the car since I have had zero issues with it. Super reliable car. Very happy with it and I plan to keep it for a long time. All's well that ends well.

****BEWARE**** although the prices here are competitive they are very untrustworthy. They completely lied about my financing and the available interest rates. Although I mentioned a previous established I used they claimed their rates were currently higher than what they were offering. Upon review this dealership offered me an interest rate that was double what was being offered at my old bank. They were not thorough in searching competitive rates and only were looking at what was convenient for them at the time. Furthermore they were extremely rude when I called back to discuss this issue and attempted to blame me when in reality it is their job which they failed to do. As a consumer I expect each person at this dealership to do their job and be accountable for their actions as we all have to do in our day to day jobs. Along with the issues above they also took it upon themselves to do several other costly things such as running new plates instead of transferring my old ones without my consent. Please beware this dealership is full of untrustworthy people. They will blame you for their mistakes.

Originally I felt rushed and pushed into into buying the car by the manager. At the point of negotiating price he would repeat something like c'mon bro and are you serious. Because I was trying to reduce the price. We had to meet in the middle between $300. I thought he acted like $300 was too much to take off, but I was crazy to walk away if he wouldn't take off $300. So I kept hearing what came off as an antagonizing, Bro are you serious? Are you really gonna walk away just because of this? C'mon there are no other cars as nice as mine bro or something similar.I had the car inspected days later to find a tire had a chunk out of it. The manager was loud and acted astonished that my mechanic had found this. He explained there was no way this was true because it had gone through his service shop. I asked if he wanted to call my repair shop and he said "I WOULD LOVE TO!" in what peceived as a sarcastic manner. He did call the repair shop to verify. The tire price was refunded though. I later (two weeks) found water { http://imgur.com/a/Ka4jv } in the trunk of the car. I called to see how to be accommodated and was told to send emails with pictures. After a couple weeks I called back again to find progress; the same manager said his email was having problems and not working and he said he never received my email(S), but a fellow co-worker that was in the service department copied on them did(hmm?). The manager explained he could not guarantee that he would be able to fix the car for free. Whilst trying to talk (and when I say talk I mean as professionals do) and argue my case that the problem was from when I left the lot he spoke over top of me and became louder and louder. I had to yell "Chris, listen!" multiple times o try and get a single word in. He did not listen or give me a chance at this point. I told him I felt he was being rude to me and he laughed at me. I asked to speak to his supervisor about being treated disrespectfully. He then began to use "Listen" anytime I just asked him to repeat himself, I believe trying to mock me using "LISTEN" as a play on words anytime he could. The supervisor also began to speak very loudly (YELL) over me when he got on the phone. He thought I was complaining about the non-guarantee of fixing it, but at that point I just wanted to know how I, a patron was being treated. Things got very heated. The supervisor sided with the manager and said his employee would have never done anything like that if I wouldn't have been so rude first, I would not have got that treatment. He told me I was just looking for a fight and disregarded my feelings. My mother listened the entire time and had to intervene between what became a shouting match. Her idea was to be transferred to the service department and deal with them after the verbal exchange became hot. The service employee was calm, polite and simply explained the same thing. Meanwhile I have a Prius that I bought off the lot that somehow gets water in the hatches battery compartment. All I really wanted was a car that was good to go off the lot with no problems. That's why I bought from a Toyota dealership. I thought they would offer more... I feel too embarrassed to go back now; all because I tried to stick up for myself. I live over an hour away and I do not believe I brought this on myself. I would have felt worse if I never would have brought it up to them. I will not be taking my car back even if it is covered after the treatment I received. I explained I would be writing my opinion and experience on social media reviews and neither seemed to care. I assume they will reply to this. I will not bring my car back. I will be having it fixed elsewhere after this incident even having t pay for it for sure.I do not only write negative reviews, I also write positive. I do this to give back to the social media world as it has helped me find the best product/deal/store. Any of you fellow Amazon shoppers will completely agree.

My wife and I recently leased a new camry from Kent Brown Toyota. We received a warm welcome from our salesman (Dennis Derr). He Knew the products and features like a pro. Everything was handled by him leaving me to only sign and drive away. It was probably the best car buying visit I have had and we have purchased many cars. The only thing I thought was the car cost a couple hundred dollars more than I had seen elsewhere. In the end dealing with a local dealer and having great service from salesman lead us to purchase the car from Kent Brown Toyota. We have since had a couple calls from Dennis making sure we have no questions and everything is going well. This is a rare service in today's customer service world. Will tell everyone I know looking for a vehicle to stop up and meet with him. The guy we signed the papers with seemed a little odd but was nice enough..

They say they are an honest small town dealer. I believe they are very shady. They basically told me a used car was in mint condition to get me there, then when I get there all kinds of issues about the car were uncovered.
