Service department recommends customers make appointments for routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, etc.). So I do. What's the point? I still waiting 2.5 hours before my car is taken back for service!!!!

I purchased car 2 months ago. Sensor fell out and fog light falling down. Took into dealership for repair and because it was on a Saturday and everyone wanted to leave they told me I need to call my insurance company I had hit something. I am an insurance agent and nothing was hit. No damage to car. Head technician told me the way the car is designed the bumper is in two parts and due to incline of work place it pulls front of car. Really!!! Drove Infinity before and never had issue and if I had any service issues they fixed with no problem. The design of the car?? Maybe. It is as low as infinity and maybe Nissan was in hurry and just does not want to take blame. I have pictures and another shop look at car. No fault of mine....

My experience started with Marlo Kimble as my salesman. Marlo was great. He wasn't pushy and he didn't rush me. He allowed me to take my time and worked to find the best car to fit my needs. After visiting other lots with salesman that either lied to me or tried to make me buy without even asking what I wanted, he was a welcome change! I was even more impressed when I reached the finance dept., great group of guys there at wolfchase Nissan...and I love my new ride!!!!

I can't recommend the people at Wolfchase Nissan enough. I was going through a divorce, moved to a new city and had just gotten a job. Ashley, the finance manager, worked some kind of magic and got someone to take a chance on this purple haired girl. It was quick, easy and painless. Love them!!

I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30am and even though I was about 15 minutes late as soon as I pulled into their service station, one of their representatives quickly greeted me and asked how he could help.----I was actually worried because two days before my oil changing appointment, my car wouldn't start and had to be jumped. After it was jumped, I let it runs while, returned home (which was a 45 minute drive), sat a little more, and figured everything would be alright the next day. Then the day before my appointment my car still would not start, so the morning of my appointment I had to get my car jumped again and took it to auto zone; they told me that my battery was dead. I was so surprised because my car was only a year old and I would never leave the lights on, air or heat running, nor radio on without the car being cranked up. ----Because of all of this, my expectations were pretty low to up in the air when I pulling up to the dealership stating that my battery was dead and I needed a new one (which is covered under the warranty). Thankfully without any hesitation they asked me to please leave the car running and said they would complete my oil change (for half the cost), and replace my battery for free.On top of them being so quick, fair, and understanding; the Wolfchase Nissan Dealership completed my oil change and replaced my battery in less than 30 minutes. So they get 5 stars from my experience for greatly exceeding my expectations!

Last November, after several e-mail correspondences with Internet Sales Associate Michelle Dorris, my wife & I visited this dealership and test drove a Pre-Owned 2015 Nissan Altima with Salesperson Demetrius Kirkwood. Afterwards we went home to consider our options. Within about 2 hours, we contacted Michelle Dorris who got in touch with her sales manager and we agreed upon a price and returned to fill out the necessary paperwork and make our purchase. We saw that the vehicle we test drove was still parked right where we left it as we walked in the door. But, just prior to signing the paperwork, my gut instinct told me to test drive the vehicle one more time as our salesperson had mysteriously disappeared and we were to be helped by another salesperson named Bradley. We stepped outside and began to walk to the car we test drove with Demetrius when Bradley led us to another 2015 Nissan Altima with more miles on it and that reeked of cigarette smoke instead of the vehicle we agreed to purchase. When we expressed our displeasure, the best response we could get was from Bradley was are you going to let an additional 3,000 or so miles keep you from buying a car!?!Do not waste your time with this Dealership. We went on to Auto Nation Nissan and get a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima with a Sports Package AND for even less than we were prepared to pay Wolfchase.

1st time we scheduled to look at a 2014 Sentra with almost 7,000 miles on it listed at $14,450 after meeting with the Finance guy he jacked it up to 14,900 and told us we had to finance with them to get this price. (I checked the ad when I got home nowhere did it state this) decided to go back because we liked our Honda sales rep. Rep informed us that this car was sold however Nissan had a 2015 brand new vehicle for $14,900. My husband filled out the paperwork on Sunday and went through the process then told them he would be back Monday after talking to our bank and insurance company. Never was he told to put anything down to hold this car. Nissan was aware that we were coming back Monday. My husband contacts the sales rep and he tells my husband they sold the car. Had your finance people informed my husband we would have put a deposit down till the next day. I will never purchase from this location and I will make sure I notify all family and friends of how Nissan at this location operates. The first time we met with the finance person I felt like he was xxxxxxxxx. He really did not care how he explained the ad nor the cost. When I left there the first time I should have never went back. Your customer service regarding finance is the worst I think I have every dealt with.

My husband and I had purchased a new Nissan Altima in 2005 and it had over 200,000 miles. He needed a newer, more reliable vehicle as he is making weekly trips out of town. He has been very busy with work and really didn't have time or desire to go looking for a new car, so we decided I would look for him, and when I found what I thought he wanted, he would come take a look. After I did some looking around at other new cars, and giving him the information and prices, he decided he wanted another Nissan Altima, as he had had a good experience with his last one. Not only did he have a good experience, a few years after he purchased the 2005, he hit a deer on the interstate at 70 mph on his way out of town, and upon impact the hood of the car popped back, keeping the deer from coming into the front windshield, thus saving his life. I went to Wolfchase Nissan and met with Young Lee. He took me around and we found what I thought my husband would like. Like I mentioned earlier, my husband has been very busy at work. Let me say he is a wonderful man, but has little patience when it comes to salespeople. The last place he wanted to be on his day off was at a car dealership, listening to a pushy salesperson, and making a large purchase. So . . . after his long week of work and him just getting back in town, I convinced him to go with me to look at the car . . . on a Friday afternoon. He was tired and hungry, but it was better than being there on his weekend he thought. I had tried to discreetly prepare the nice salesman that my husband might be a little, shall we say, "difficult". But I had also told my husband how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Young Lee was, and I knew he would like him because he wasn't pushy. So he went with a skeptical, but open mind. I had called Young Lee and told him we were on our way, and he had the car up front and ready for my husband to see. As my husband sat in the car, Young Lee quickly explained all the features, including the special no pressure point seat, which was very important to my husband. He took the test drive, and really enjoyed the car, how smooth it rode and how comfortable the seat was. Not only that, he really enjoyed talking and laughing with Young Lee. After going back to the dealership and working out the "numbers", we purchased the car at a reasonable cost with zero interest. Afterwards, my hungry, tired husband and I went to dinner at LaHacienda and he talked about how it was "actually a pleasant experience". "I couldn't have been more surprised if I had woken up with my head sewn to the carpet" (Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation).I would recommend that anyone walking into Wolfchase Nissan, ask specifically for Young Lee. He is very knowledgeable and personable, not pushy. He made it a surprisingly pleasant experience!

This was the second car I purchased, and the first new car I had ever sought to own. I was rather unsure of what I was looking for and needed some extra help to make sense of things. From the moment I stepped on the lot Mr. Lee helped me in every way to identify exactly the vehicle I needed. He took extra care to point out every feature of the vehicle and to make sure that I fully understood the pros and cons of the Rogue I was considering. He made the buying experience a breeze. His enthusiasm, friendly demeanor, and wealth of knowledge were major contributing factors in my decision to return to this dealership to purchase the vehicle I selected. I could not recommend Mr. Lee more highly to anyone seeking to purchase a new Nissan vehicle.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Young Lee at Wolfchase Nissan in Bartlett, TN. I started out on the internet, and became interested in a particular vehicle. After negotiating the best price online, I travelled to the dealership, where I was put in touch with Young Lee. He was very professional and knew the product well. He took the time to educate me on the vehicle, and to make sure my questions were answered. He did not exert any kind of pressure on me, and agreed to the price I was quoted. He did not pressure me with add-ons, gimmicks or a sales pitch that most places use. I purchased the car without hassle or stress. I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism afforded me by Mr. Lee. I will recommend him and Wolfchase Nissan to others!

Young Lee was great. He was very patient with us and was great to deal with. He delivered the car to us and showed us how to use just about everything in our new vehicle. We also appreciated his honesty and his opinion. We felt like he really took care of us.

I appreciate all of the help Young Lee gave me while I looked to buy a new car. He found exactly what I wanted in my price range. He was very patient and called often to see if he could do anything else to help.

First of all, Mr. Lee was committed. He was positive. He was willing. His knowledge of product and belief of Nissan, was thorough and extensive. The personal service and education delivered by this man was simply outstanding. It is my wish to personally thank him for all his efforts. Nissan, you were chosen for your product, but the sale occurred because of Mr. Lee.

I went to Nissan to get information about the Juke because my boyfriend and I were looking to buy a new car. As soon as I walked into the showroom, Young Lee greeted me with a smile, a how ya doin', & a hand shake. He got all the information I was looking for on the Juke. He offered to let me test drive it that same day. As I test drove the car, he went over all the features. I instantly fell in love with the car. Long story short- Young Lee is the man! He worked out a fair deal for us and we will definitely send people his way. Seriously, Young Lee is awesome!

Young Lee was my salesman and he did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. His non pressure style of working through each phase was truly refreshing. I have purchased MANY vehicles both new and used, foreign and domestic, and Young Lee is the best. We shared conversation about our families, travels, and cars while we were waiting on others. He never felt distracted or hurried and that's the way the entire process played out. He will be recommended by me to all others from now on. I have one of his cards in my wallet just in case someone asks me about my new truck. I love it. I love the reviews it received from Consumer Reports and other online review sites. I know Young and the dealership made a few dollars off me, that's the way it works. We all have bills to pay, but I received a totally fair/honest price for my F150 trade-in and a fair/honest price on my new Frontier. RELAXED, FAIR, STRAIGHTFORWARD, TIMELY. Very happy!!!

Young made this buying experience the most pleasant car purchase ever in 18 years of purchasing vehicles. He listened with great care & concern for what we wanted in a car. We both feel as if he went above & beyond any previous car salesman. He is the most "unsalesman" we have ever dealt with. I would & will recommend him to anyone within ear shot of listening. If you are in the market for a vehicle - Young Lee at Wolfchase Nissan & Honda is the only salesman I truly would trust.

Please Read Before Going to Wolfchase Nissan to Purchase Any Vehicle!!I recently purchased a used 2005 Mazda 6i from Wolfchase Nissan. Within two weeks of having the vehicle it's broken down two occasions. The first occasion was on March 2, 2013 and the second occasion was on March 10, 2013. On March 2, 2013 I went to start my vehicle and it would not crank. I called my salesperson, Jason White, and he told me it may be a security feature and he had the car towed to the dealership. I had to call Mr. White several times just to get updates because if I didn't I wouldn't hear anything from him or the dealership. On one of my phone conversations with Mr. White he told me "I'm off work today and real talk Shondrea I have more important business to handle with the roof of my house." I was appalled that a salesperson would speak to a customer in this manner. I ended up having to call the dealership several times on March 4, 2013 to see what was going on with the vehicle because no one called to let me know what was going on. I finally received a call from David Fenton in the service department halfway through the day and he told me that they hadn't gotten to my car just yet, but he would call me back and let me know before the day was over. The end of the day arrives and I still didn't receive a call or a voice mail. I called the dealership to speak with Mr. Fenton and he informed me that his guy, I'm assuming the mechanic, still hasn't figured out what's going on with the vehicle and to give them another day. The following morning I received a call from Mr. White who stated there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it is now cranking. Mr. White also stated he had gone outside to periodically crank the vehicle to ensure it was working before I came to pick it up. When I arrived at the dealership Mr. White took me to where the vehicle was parked and he showed me it was cranking. Mr. White then drove it around the lot and stop occasionally and turned the car off and turned it back on to show it was indeed working. I then spoke with Mr. Fenton and he said he believed it's just the key and to make sure that the Mazda symbol is always facing me or whomever is driving at all times. I believed their word and drove my car back to work. Everything was fine with the automobile until I prepared to leave my mother's house. I got into the vehicle and tried to start it. Again, the same issue as March 2nd. I began to think to myself "not again." I called the Jason White on March 11, 2013 and informed him that I have the problem of the car not cranking again. The tone in his voice appeared to be frustration. Mr. White asked me had I remember to keep the key facing me and had I tried the security trouble shooting steps as before. I informed Mr. White that I had done all those things before I called him. Mr. White told me he would see what he could do and talk to Mr. Fenton to figure out a solution. Almost half the day had gone by before I heard anything from anyone at the dealership. I finally received a call from Rick Leslie who is the lot manager. Mr. Leslie informed me that he had a tow company that would come to pick up the vehicle and bring it back to their lot. I called Mr. White and asked did he know what was going on because he had not called me. Mr. White told me "I've been busy with customers who aren't even my sales so I told David to handle your situation and I don't know what's going on." Before we hung up the phone he said he would talk to Mr. Fenton and call me back within 10-15 minutes. When Mr. White called me back he stated that the vehicle was already on the lot and I informed him that it was still at my home because I had been waiting on his return call. I asked Mr. White if I could get another vehicle from them because there is obviously something more wrong with the vehicle. Mr. White informed me that my options were that I could get another vehicle but I would need to have a co-signer, I could pay for all expenses to fix the vehicle out of pocket, or I could turn it over as a repossession. I told Mr. White that neither of the given options was even an option for me. I asked Mr. White if they could accommodate me with a rental because I have to have a way to work and they have my vehicle. Mr. White replied by saying "aw come on now Shondrea!" Since my request was denied I asked if I could get my down payment back and shop elsewhere. Mr. White said that he doubt the bank will return my down payment, but I could call the finance company to find out. I called the finance company, Credit Acceptance Corporation, and they informed me that the loan could be cancelled and I could request to have my down payment returned. I spoke with Ken Mills, General Sales Manager, on today and he said that he didn't believe the loan could be cancelled and he would have to consult the financial adviser who is not in the office today. After I informed Mr. Mills that I had spoken with the finance company he then replied "we can try to put you in something else." How is it all of a sudden I can now be placed into something else without a co-signer? These people are liars!

I went with my wife to look for a larger vehicle because we are expecting our first son. The salesman showed us a 4runner that he said cost 25,998. My wife and I both test drove and liked the car. As we were getting our trade in appraised the salesman told us that he told us the wrong price and that it cost $36,000. Obviously we felt like he had baited us in and tried to switch the price and my wife was very disappointed. The worst part is that the dealership did nothing to try to correct the situation. I will never return to this location and will tell this story any time an opportunity arises so hopefully I can save somebody else the headache that we experienced.

Great dealership, although we did not end up purchasing. Got there, asked for Steve, and led straight to him. He was nice, helpful, and actually cared about customer. Customer service is absolutely fantastic. However, vehicle was not in the best of shape so we didn't buy, however, price was right and was worth it. (We ended up buying new Nissan though from Steve). One of the best dealerships I've been to, so much better than the rip-off Wolfchase Toyota also located in Memphis. Sometimes I wonder why some Wolfchase dealers are so nice, while others are racist and discriminatory. While the Toyota dealership was pitiful, WOLFCHASE NISSAN MET ALL OF MY NEEDS (AND THERE WERE A LOT) AND GOT ME IN A PERFECT NEW CAR!! THANK YOU STEVE MILLER AND THE WHOLE WOLFCHASE NISSAN STAFF.

I cannot say enough good things about my buying experiences at Wolfchase Nissan. This past year my family and I purchased several cars from Wolfchase Nissan, including my father who came all the way from Florida to buy a 2010 Nissan Altima that he absolutely loves. As someone that trades in and out of cars often, I know that buying a new car can often times be a stressful undertaking. But that is not the case at Wolfchase Nissan. Rick, John, and Brock (sales manager, salesman, & finance manager respectively), went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and once we made a decision to make the purchase, the deal was closed in an unbelievably short period of time. I would highly recommend Wolfchase Nissan to anyone in the market for a Nissan vehicle.

First and foremost....we went to this dealership to look at a certified pre-owned vehicle. We already own one Nissan, and we were looking to buy another. We spoke to the manager, told him our budget and what we wanted our note to be, and he set up an appointment. When we show up for this appointment one day later, the same manager apologized and said he had actually sold that car days before. This was just the first of many shadey moves. Well, since we were already there, we figured we would look at what else was on the lot. Well, we found another car that seemed pretty good. So, we go back inside, and this same manager starts "crunching the numbers" and writes out a number on a sheet of paper implying that would be the price we would pay for the car. The whole time, he is talking about how is he is "loosing money on this deal" and that this was "the deal of the century" blah, blah, blah. It ends up that the monthly note would be $60 more than we would like to pay, but we thought we were getting a really good price since it was a brand new car. Well, long story short, after we return the next day to test drive it again, and possibly by the car, a few more shadey moves happen. First of all, they already had our last name and "SOLD" written in the window, although this was never discussed. Secondly, we have to work with someone else because the manager was "too busy." Thirdly, they start shoving papers in front of us to sign before we ever even talk about numbers/price/interest rate/etc. So, we refuse to sign anything more until we are completely sure we will be paying the price that was quoted to us. We had to ask multiple times to see and talk about numbers, and each time we were told we would do that with the finance guy. So finally, I asked to speak with the manager we had worked with and asked him "What is the price we will be paying for the car," and he stated the price he wrote down for us the day before. Well it ends up, the price that this manager wrote down was the amount we would be financing....NOT the price of the car total. I said "NO....what is the TOTAL price we will be paying for the car." At that point, he realized we called his bluff and stated the entire price including down payment, which was $6,000-7,000 more than we wanted to spend. So this whole time we were under the impression that the purchase price was actually just the finance price. Now, my husband has a business degree, and I have a master's degree, so we are NOT by any means stupid people who amused wrong. Basically, this guy was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. So, when we confronted him he laughed in our face and said "You really think I was going to sell you a brand new car of XXX price," and we said yes. At that point, he laughed again and walked away. Then, when this scene begins to become noticeable to over customers, the financing manager takes us into his office, and said that there just must have been a miscommunication. Essentially, we gave him a piece of our mind, and walked out. THEN, the sales manager as the audacity to call us not to apologize but to just say that we were under the wrong assumption, blah, blah, blah. So, BEWARE! These people would lie to preacher on a sunday in church! WE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY REASON AND HOPE THAT THIS REVIEW WILL GIVE YOU SOME INSIGHT INTO THE TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE.

Did not live up to their promise to replace the windshield with a factory windshield. This places my family at risk, and thus far the dealership is just dismissive regarding my concerns. I would advise you to never do business with these folks, unless you want to be unhappy.

I purchased my car from this dealership in March 2009. I absolutely love the car. But the dealership is horrible. They titled the wrong car to me, took a while to fix that. Then the went back on the FREE OIL CHANGE part of the purchase agreement. And to top it all off, Wolfchase Nissan is refusing to service my car. Because I took it to Dobbs Nissan to have a recalled part replaced. They claim that NISSAN will not pay them for warranty work if another dealership has worked on the car. So now I am driving around in a car making a major popping noise in the front end until I can get over to the other side of town to Dobbs Nissan for repairs. Let's hope I never move out of town. I would not recommend Wolfchase Nissan to anyone. The folks at Dobbs are so much nicer anyway.....
