This was my first experience with Woodhouse. I made an initial call to inquire about the availability of a specific used vehicle I had viewed on the website. When I commented to Fred that I would be driving in from another city to look at the vehicle, he even asked me what vehicle I would be driving so he could watch for me. The minute I pulled into the lot, Fred was there, pulling up next to me in the vehicle I was interested in seeing. That was impressive! From there on, my experience was smooth and we arrived at a fair deal for my trade-in and for my new purchase. Every individual I encountered at the dealership was attentive, acted like I mattered, and offered value beyond just the purchase of a car. The icing on the cake was Fred's offer to arrange to have the vehicle delivered to me the next day once the certified pre-owned inspection was complete--and I live over an hour away. I have never before experienced that depth of customer service, and I certainly would not have expected that for a used vehicle purchase. Fred continued to send update messages to me up until the time the vehicle was delivered to me, making for a smooth transfer of my trade-in and landing my new (used) vehicle in my driveway. I would not hesitate to recommend Fred and Woodhouse Mazda. I will add that one reason I chose to give Woodhouse a try was due to an extremely positive experience my daughter had a few years ago with an emergency service need at another Woodhouse location, from which she received top-notch customer service. It is obvious to me that Woodhouse prioritizes customer satisfaction--and these experiences matter to me when I choose where to take my business.

I had such a great experience! Antonio G., who assisted me throughout my purchasing experience actually made me feel like a human being, which can be rather rare in sales. I never felt pressured into buying a car and what's even better is that Antonio actually follows up with me to make sure any questions I have are answered. And he answers my inquiries really quickly which is awesome and always makes me feel at ease knowing that I made a good purchase!

I needed to replace a car for my college aged son on short notice after his car(not a Mazda) had severe engine problems. I reached out to Woodhouse Mazda and worked with Fred. Fred was courteous, prompt, did a great job of explaining the cars features, and making the whole experience easy. My wife even commented on how easy the whole experience was compared to some previous car buying experiences. If you're looking for a easy car buying experience and want to deal with a place that wants to earn your business and then I'd recommend Woodhouse Mazda!

Went to Woodhouse because I was looking a reliable car since I had my first child. Came to Woodhouse and was helped by Tyson and he was incredible. He helped me find a nice and reliable car that fit all my needs as well as my budget. He was extremely professional and kind and he made the whole process very easy and hassle free. We even went back to get another car for my husband through Tyson. I refer everyone I know to Tyson when I hear they're looking for a new car. Excellent experience, highly recommend!
