My name is Lonny Elliott, my grandson Nathan was looking for his first car, a friend of mine, Jack, said he had just purchased a car there, he spoke very high of the dealership so I deceided to try it. I stopped by monday and went to the information desk, I wasn't mobbed at the front door by sales people as we had at other dealerships. I spoke to the young lady at the information desk, I asked to see a LOW Pressure salesman, she went and brought back a young man, his name was Seth. My grandson had an amount that he could spend, Seth got some basic information and we went out to look at the car my grandson wanted, Seth was very well informed on the vehickle, a 370Z Sport. It was still wrapped in the plastic from shipping. We went back inside and Seth worked very hard to get the price that would work for us. I felt that Seth was working more for us than the dealership, the price that he got approved fit Nathan's budget, They cleaned the car up, very good, I might ad. We had to wait awhile to get with finance because they were very busy, once we got in we were out in less than ten minutes. Nathan drove the car home, spent the evening showing off hin new 370Z, this morning I ask him if he was still glad he bought it, his comment was...the more I drive it, the better I like it. Everyone we worked with was great, I've been in sales most of my life and know the value of a well run organization, Woodman Nissan is tops in that field. Thanks guys. Lonny Elliott

I recently purchased a pre-owned auto from Woodmen Nissan. My salesmen Lawrence, was kind, courteous, really considered my needs and great to work with. He did not pressure me, listened to what my needs were and worked to meet them. I left the dealership feeling very happy with the car, the deal and the customer service. I highly recommend Lawrence and Woodmen Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car.

It was a pleasure doing business with Travis and Seth. They were busy and yet they handled our affair in a easy going, friendly manner. The manager made sure that my vehicle was detailed to his satisfaction as well as mine. All questions that my wife and I had were answered. This is our second Murano and we were pleased to purchase a second one.

This is my 3rd purchase of the Nissan Frontier crew cab short bed from Woodmen Nissan. All my experiences at Woodmen have been exceptional, from purchasing to service. On my last purchase, I want to thank Jonathan Furlong, sales consultant, for his professional and caring attitude. Once he knew what I wanted in a vehicle, he went to work and was able to get exactly that. Jonathan went over the checklist of items on the new pickup and got me familiar with the new upgrades in the cab and outside. I felt very confident with his knowledge and persona.

Laurence Johnson, who was my Sales Representative understood what I was looking for.....he went looking for just the right vehicle that met those qualifications. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that I truly wanted...however I did not believe I could get. To my surprise I not only drove away with that vehicle but they were able to get the monthly payments down to where I wanted them to be.Thanks Laurence, thanks Nissan.

It has been 11 years since I have purchased a vehicle. I was very concerned about a couple of items that did not seem to make sense to someone who had just made a purchase. I was quickly greeted by Joe, who was assisting another customer. Once he had completed his service to the other client, Joe assisted me with my concerns. My rear window wiper was not working and I had no spare tire or jack in my trunk. After reviewing my wiper, he concluded that it would need further service and made an appointment for me the following Wednesday. As for my tire and jack, Joe quickly explained to me that my tires were what are known as "run flats". Seeing the confusion in my face, he further clarified, taking the time out of his busy schedule, to let me know exactly what that meant. I left the service department happy that my concerns had been addressed.I came in on Wednesday and dropped off my vehicle. Reg called me to let me know that the motor for the wiper is what was causing the issue. He had put in an order for a replacement motor and would let me know when the part came in. He further explained to me that my vehicle was in great shape. He then explained that they were putting 4 new tires on the car and doing an alignment due to the Pre-owned Certification that is completed on all pre-owned vehicles. I was concerned because I did not exactly understand what was going on. He eased my mind by letting me know that there was not cost to me and it would all be covered under the warranty. I picked my car up the following evening a very satisfied customer. My experience in the service department has surpassed my expectations. Everybody has been more than gracious and kind. From the shuttle driver, who after dropping off the first passenger, ran me back to the shop because I had left something in my car, to the parts department where Bruce and Kyle assisted me with my purchase of all weather mats.I would be more than excited to refer other potential clients to Woodmen Nissan!

No pressure to buy with freedom to test drive whatever vehicle we were interested in. Laurence Johnson, and David Romanick demonstrated great professionalism and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We traded in two cars for a new and used one, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process.

We went to Woodmen Nissan with the intent to purchase a used vehicle. After arriving we were quickly greeted by Laurence Johnson and David Romanick who treated us with absolute professionalism. No pressure, and absolutely were there to serve us. They let us test drive what ever we wanted without any question as to what our credit rating was or how we intended on paying for any of the vehicles we drove. New, used...it didn't matter. Long story short, we traded in two cars (easier than we thought it would be) and we haven't been happier.

Dealership ripped off an older couple for more than MSRP on a used(car had 7500 miles) and sold them a 7 year warranty. They would be almost 95 before the warranty was over with. If this is how they treat old people they will rip you off also.

My experience with Roger and Hallie when purchasing the car could not have been better. The two of them made it an enjoyable experience.I'm afraid my experience with the Finance Department wasn't as enjoyable. Beginning with Lucas.....of course he wanted me to finance through one of your banks, which I expected and that was okay. However, I wanted to finance through my own credit union which was out of state. The process was to be very simple. As I was in Lucas' office on a Friday morning, they faxed two papers for me to sign and have Lucas return them by fax. They explained to him that the money would be in my account the same day. Lucas left the office and stated that he faxed the papers back to my credit union. I then gave him my personal check. Friday afternoon my credit union called me to say they hadn't received the fax yet. They tried to call Lucas but couldn't reach him. They left a message. Saturday morning I called Lucas but he wasn't in yet, so I left a message with one of the other men in Finance. I was told by person answering the phone that Lucas was in the office. Monday morning my credit union still had not received the faxed papers. Therefore, I made a 20-minute trip to Woodmen Nissan to see Lucas. He wasn't in the office yet so your manager, Oscar, said he would help me. I explained my situation to him. He said he'd have Lucas fax the papers. I asked him to fax them. He stated that it may take a while and that I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM IF I HAD FINANCED THROUGH ONE OF YOUR CREDIT UNIONS. What kind of a comment is that for a Finance Manager to make!!!!!! I told him there would have been no problem, if Lucas had sent the fax. It was all very simple. I stayed while Oscar sent the fax and was on the phone with my credit union to make sure they received it, which they did and very quickly. Note: my check was still sitting in Lucas' file. A day (or two) later, check was still in Lucas' file. I called the title office and spoke with Bobbie and Aspen. Aspen went to the file and pulled my check and deposited it that day. I'm now waiting for the final paperwork, to enable me to title and plate the vehicle. I have no problem with the sales people and I appreciative of Bobbie and Aspen. My experience with Lucas and Oscar was enough for me to say that, if I purchase another Nissan, it'll be at a different location. I don't like to do business like this, and I'm sorry it had to be this way.

Never having researched a Nissan I walked in "just "looking". Brannon Herzing met me and walked me through their used cars. Suggested a Rogue and after much negotiating I bought it. Glad I did. I was approved for the truck I uave always wanted on Saturday. They told me that they had to keep it on that day to detail it and service it and I will get it the Monday. Monday comes around and I'm told they need to keep it another day. Tuesday I get the ok to finally come pick up the truck and while on my hour and a half drive to come get it I'm suddenly told that I can't and I need a co-signer. This was very poorly handled and a horrible way to treat a customer. As a result, I got my downpayment back and I will not be returning. Neither will my girlfriend who planned to but a car from you guys as well.

I was very impressed with Woodmen Nissan's Used Cars, and in particular my sales person, Scott Palladay. I told him what I wanted through a contact phone call and when I came in to meet him, Scott had three really good options ready for me to check out. I outlined the the budget I had to work with, and again he worked for me with their finance department to find several options that fit that budget. The dealership located really good financing for me, with a payment I know I can meet. And the best thing, my new (used) car is just plain great! Over the years I've bought a lot of cars and this was one of the more positive experiences. I will recommend Scott Palladay and Woodmen Nissan to anyone who mentions car shopping.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Abby. When I first spoke with Abby I was very very frustrated because of some Mis communication issues that I had dealt with in service, but Abby was sweet and kind and understanding the entire time and she went above and beyond to fix my issues and the experience I had, Abby at woodman nissian is the best!!! I will say I was grumpy as heck of the situation and after a long day of work my grumpiness was at its max but the whole time she had a smile on her face and just turned everything around for me!!! I will say the only problem I had with service was Mis communication but it really ruined plans I had, so make sure you are very very clear when speaking with service on what you want and your expectations! Also Oscar is very helpful as well

We were contacted by Seth not really in the market for a new vehicle. All of the negotiations were done over email/phone including trade in value and new vehicle cost. We drove up (2 hours) to Colorado Springs the next day and Seth/Woodmen stood behind their numbers on everything. We were out the door in 3 hours (a half hour of that was our fault). Seth was a pleasure to work with and the entire process was fast, professional and fantastic. Best buying experience ever!!

After purchasing a certified 2016 Nissan Rogue with 9K miles, we had a scheduled appointment on a Friday morning with the service department to take care of issues. Struts were squeaking, headlights needed adjustment(need to drive with brights on to see at night) and passenger airbag light stays on saying it's turned off. We called Friday evening to see if our vehicle was ready, but their response was, couldn't hear the squeak, lights were fine, and airbag light stays on because passenger isn't heavy enough. Really???? When we insisted they fix all issues since this was the second time we'd had our vehicle in their shop, they said they'd get to it first thing Sat. morning. Saturday evening we called, they hadn't touched it. Monday evening we contacted them again and they said they don't work on Sundays (or obviously Fri., Sat. or Mon). Our vehicle sat in their service dept for four days untouched. We went to pick it up MOnday evening and expressed our extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of customer service we'd received, only to be handed our keys, with no apology or assurance it would be taken care of. If this is how they take care of customers with CERTIFIED vehicles, I'd hate to see what happens if you buy a non certified vehicle. We will search out a new Nissan dealership in hopes of finding a competent service department.

We purchased a Nissan Frontier for our 16 year old daughter - her first vehicle - we also purchased the extended warranty because we knew Frontiers had issues with the radiator/transmission. So 9 months later - the radiator and transmission are broken - We find out the warranty we purchased will not cover either or any of it! What? Why buy a warranty! Totally insane! Woodman Nissan had our truck for 40 days trying to figure this out - that they wont cover it! 40 DAYS! They would not return phone calls - no one was in any hurry - no one really helped resolve this issue - We did get what we paid for the warranty back but what good is that? We still have to fix the truck - and they only offered HALF of what we paid for in trade in value - that is stupid - and when we went to pick up the truck - there was NO Apology - or anything - Lies and Deception - we were assured the warranty would give us coverage should something like this happen - NO Coverage - one big Headache - and a great example for my daughter on how deceptive this dealership is! And how careful you have to be purchasing a vehicle! Shame on Woodman - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!

Terrible service! My husband and I had a terrible experience at Woodmen Nissan. My son wrecked my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and we needed a new vehicle ASAP. Since I had bought two cars (since 2002) from this dealership and loved them we naturally wanted to check out Woodmen Nissan. Bad move, they have a new system now where they want to talk numbers before you even test drive. We were interested in the 2015 Murano. The sticker price showed 40k. The salesmen wanted to know what we would pay. My husband said "maybe 35K". Well, not good enough to test drive. BTW, we also told him we were already pre-approved for financing. Then the pressure started to give them that number. My husband, not wanting to put all his cards on the table, politely told him that is our "secret number". He did tell them that number was over the sticker price listed. Still not good enough to test drive! So the dealer points to another car and says based on your price range that is the car for you. My husband had just told him 5 minutes before he thought that car was ugly. At least they did address my husband by his first name. I was just addressed as ma'am (hello, car for me and did I not mention the two previous cars we bought from this lot were mine!) As we are now feeling insulted and are leaving we decide to walk over to see their used inventory. The salesmen comes screaming over in a basic Murano and wants us to test drive it.....swallowing my pride as this may still be the car I am looking for we drive it. After the test drive, my husband says this model is too basic for what we are looking for but yet still no offer to test drive the one we were actually interested in. The manager then comes out and says "sorry we could not help you out based on your budget"....frustrated we left. We bought a Hyundai Santa fe with an ultimate package later that day. BTW, Woodmen Nissan our top approval number was 55K. Too bad you did not let us test drive the one vehicle we liked you may have lost a sell.....but who knows since you wouldn't let us drive it!

I came into Woodmen after test driving a number of AWD cars and crossovers. I saw the Juke was rated #2 on Car and Driver Magazine for AWD crossovers (behind the 2016 Mazda CX-5). I was leaning towards a Subaru until test driving the Juke and it was so far beyond the other AWD vehicles on speed, handling and overall enjoyment. My love of the Juke aside, the 5-star rating is for Jamie Zigler, the Floor Manager and gentleman that worked with me to lease my car. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and very informative about all of the features available and their pricing. Between Jamie, Daniel Gibson (Financing), and Bobbi Ceurvorst (Title), it was the easiest car purchase I've had. They will get my business again.

I went down to test drive a vehicle and the salesman riding with me would not stop talking, I wanted to concentrate on driving the vehicle. After we went in the other person started talking and was making the offer/deal, the price for the vehicle was thousand more than what was advertised (would they think I would not notice) and then the pressure started, he could not understand why I wouldn't give him an answer right then, I said I wanted to think about it but that wasn't good enough. Finally had to ask for my key to my vehicle several times before I finally got it back and I just walked out.

Jesse Battles is a wonderfully personable young salesman who did an excellent job of working with me as I decided on which Nissan 4x4 truck was right for my needs. Jesse did a terrific job of establishing rapport and trust with my wife and me: he maintained an appropriate professionalism while being very friendly. He inquired about us and shared about himself all in ways appropriate to the circumstances. Jesse clearly took extra measures to be ready to provide me support when I was ready for it and to give me space when I needed an opportunity to think, to weigh options and to consult with my wife. I was initially interested in a Frontier Pro-4X, which the dealership did not have on the lot. Jesse took the initiative to problem-solved how to show me a Frontier Pro-4X which is owned by another employee. Additionally, he either knew the answers to my questions or he found someone who knew the answers as quickly as he could. I also found Jesse's manager, Lucas McCoy, to be a knowledgeable, straight-forward representative. It was through conversation with Lucas that I decided that my needs would really be better served by a Frontier SV 4x4 rather than a Frontier Pro-4X. Jase Clemison in financing worked with me and he too is an exceptional gentleman who did an excellent job of guiding me through the paperwork. Jase worked to find me an interest rate that was nearly a full point less than the rate offered by my bank. Like Jesse, Jase did a great job of establishing an appropriate, professional yet incredibly personable rapport with me in a very short amount of time. First impressions can make all the difference and, in my experience, the three employees at Woodman Nissan with whom I worked knocked it out of the park. I hope the leadership of Woodman Nissan will commend Jesse, Lucas and Jase. I am truly looking forward to further developing my working relationships with the dealership.

Service department reception for the appointment was friendly, upbeat, and thorough. The in-shop first 5,000 mile service on our vehicle was outstanding. The window into the shop at the comfortable waiting area is a great idea and allows customers to check out what's going on with their vehicle every once in a while, as well as the work flow in the shop. The service tech (working on our Rogue) appeared to be performing good preventive maintenance as he conscientiously followed the service job tasks checklist. The shop operation looked well organized, the environment was clean (and kept that way), and the technicians and supervisors went about their business cheerfully and professionally. The reason for only four stars, given this otherwise five star narrative, is because of the end-of-service car wash - which the dealership sales department touts as a great perk because you get a free car wash anytime you bring your Nissan in, or when you get a service. But the car wash we got would hardly qualify as one. Rather than being appropriately washed with soap and rinsed well, then wiped down, it just must have been given a cursory rinse off at best. The car came back dripping wet, and when it fully dried off after leaving the dealership, I noticed it was covered with road film and water spots. And when I got out to give it a closer look, I also could see that there was a considerable amount of road dirt on, and especially under, the vehicle. It needed to go through another commercial car wash to get properly cleaned. Granted we had been having unusually inclement weather in Colorado Springs for about a week, including hail and snow and all the anti-icing road chemicals that go along with such weather. However, all that was over with when we got the service, and that's why a good car wash was so important to us. If a dealership is going to champion its car washes during the sales process, all car washes performed should be done to standards much higher than what was given as described above. Poor quality work and/or results - even if only a car wash - obviously have a negative impact on what might otherwise be a great dealership reputation (as is the case with Woodmen Nissan).

Forces salesmanship, do not answer phones, never available, FINACE DEPT. SUCKS. DO NOT sign up for the SMART PAY program as they do not even remotely understand it and they do not tell you about all of the fees associated with program. These dealers do not care about you at all, they only care about making money.

Zack Becker was awesome. Thank you to him and the woodmen nissan team on helping us get the car my wife and i always wanted. We here hesitant about buying a car and financing but Zack helped us understand and took the time to explain everything to us. Crystal clear expectations with no surprises. They even beat the car payment we originally wanted. Friendly staff and great experience. i will be going back to Zack Becker to purchase a second car in the near future. Thanks again.

I have never had such a horrible experience buying a car before. Our salesman played the whole "you're military and so am I, I'll take care of you" card and he did the opposite. In fact, when things went sour, he hid in his corner desk for 3.5 hours instead of coming over and apologizing or trying to make things right. Here is what happened: We traded in our '07 armada for a VW Passat and Routan. The Routan needed the ignition fixed (not sure of the exact name), tire valve replaced and needed to be detailed. We bought the cars on V-day and made an appt for the following week (wednesday) to have everything addressed. It took them FIVE weeks to get the part in. Now, in the mean time we were in a 5 seater loaner car, when we're a family of 6 and had to take two vehicles EVERYWHERE we went. Park, groceries, errands, zoo, Denver, etc. and i had to make my car payment after only being able to drive it for 3 days!!! We finally get the van back and not only was it not detailed, but the tire valve wasn't fixed either... after 5 weeks!!! I drive it around, and i keep smelling an awful smell. I start getting headaches and finally have my dad drives it and he says its the exhaust... i have a 9 month old and a 21 month old in the van with me at all times. inhaling this. We notice the brakes are BAD and it squeals even when not touching the brakes. The sliding doors work half the time and in first gear (it's an automatic) it rolls backwards. Anyway, there are so many issues with this van. I call and its just everyone covering for everyone. Our new salesman there tells us it should have NEVER been sold, but now when you talk to someone, like i said previously, its just everyone covering for everyone and saying its just a machine and they break sometimes, blah blah blah. Anyway, we have no idea what to do since we are now upside down and our options are limited. I am contacting the BBB as well as the media and the corporate office. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Our original salesman (Sean) hid behind his desk for 3.5 hours instead of coming up to us and asking if we needed anything or apologizing or anything. I am so disappointed.

I came in on a busy day needing an oil change, but they not only took care of me swiftly, and kept me in the loop on the status of the car as work progressed, but they also looked at other potential things wrong with the car and gave me a report on how it was doing, what it might need going forward. They washed the car as well, and the thing I was most impressed with was that they didn't try to upsell me, which I can see through. I was dealt with honestly, professionally, and swiftly and I would recommend this to anyone. Furthermore, the young man (I am frustrated as I cannot recall his name at the moment) who helped me was exceptionally professional and customer-service oriented. Give that man kudos.

was lied to about the financing being approved, (because I did not want to take possession of the vehicle until the financing was done), when we picked up the vehicle they said we would receive the account # in the mail, we did not, when we asked they said the finance company backed out because their sales guy made a mistake with the numbers (when you take a vehicle off the dealer property you sign a paper that says they can charge you 50$ a day and .50 per mile if you back out) that is why I did not want to pick up the vehicle until the financing was done. Then when we finally did get the paperwork redone using the original date, they promised a bunch of free stuff and the only thing we have herd from them is we need to bring the vehicle back in for a check nothing about coupons or free stuff. they did fill the gas tank once.

June 2014 I purchased a used "certified pre-owned" 2014 Versus Note after several "back and forth" emails regarding another used vehicle on their lot. My only issue with the purchase was being forced to purchase the automate paint protection as a condition of purchase. I voiced my displeasure to the sales rep, Mr. Adams, Floor Manager, Mr. Haas as well as a young lady who did a purchase follow-up. The latter part of September 2014 I took the vehicle in for what was described as a 15000 service. It was really nothing more than an oil/filter change and inspection. While no one reviewed the service inspection with me I was told I needed a CV boot which they would order and call me when it came in. By November 10, 2014 having not received a call I visited the service department. Even though there were several service personnel in/around the service desk it appeared I was invisible. Not one acknowledged my presence. I finally approached a lady (Dianne) at the service desk, presented my paperwork and asked when I could get the CV boot replaced. She, in turn, consulted two other people, finally came back informing me I hadn't had a 15000 service.....all I had was an oil/filter change. I informed her I had no idea what was done; only that I was told the CV boot needed to be replaced. She then informed me at the 15000 service it was found my two front tires were at 3/32 tread and had been recommended they be replaced. I again told her no one had reviewed the service findings with me, I surely didn't believe tires would wear that much in 15000 miles and I was not going to purchase two new tires. She then said "we can schedule you to get the boot repaired Wednesday." I informed her I would prefer a Monday or Tuesday to which she responded...."OK....we'll get you in this Thursday." Not wanting to belabor the point I agreed to bring it in at 8:00AM Thursday. I then returned home and reviewed all the paperwork associated with the purchase and subsequent 15000 mile service. Several discrepancies were noted. One page of the service report stated all four tires were at 6/32 a no tires recommended while on another sheet was the 3/32 reference. It was stated a certified pre-owner inspection had been completed on May 20, 2014 at 13247 miles and everything appeared to be in good shape yet 3,000 miles later the CV boot was broken, the front tires were worn to 3/32 tread depth, the air filter was so dirty replacement was recommended. I typed a list of the discrepancies I had found along with a letter voicing my concerns. I had also visited this web site and read the reviews of Woodmen Nissan. I was prepared for an ugly confrontation. When I picked the vehicle up Thursday afternoon the service manager wanted to see me in his office. He (Rod) went over every concern I had listed as well as explained how he felt the discrepancies could have happened. In the final analysis I would have to say Rod Crawford provided superb customer service....at least in my case......as did the assistant service manager. If I were to make any suggestions it would in how customers are managed when the come in for service. They, at the very least, should be acknowledged and told "we'll be with you ASAP?" or something to let the customer know they have been noticed. I would also suggest the "service greeter" and the actual service technician who performs the service be on the same page so as to avoid obvious discrepancies reported to their customers. Overall I would say my issues were handled in a very professional manner, however; had things been done a little more efficiently I would have had no concerns at all.

After being pushed into a Hybrid lease with a promise that the gas mileage and benefit would be seen in savings, the car was very under rated and poor. after several complaints on mis stated fuel economy, along with the salesman leaving in between the process of 2 weeks. I gave up on any attempt to get results from this poor dealership. I had to eat the cost of the loss i spent on trade in and low resale value and go and buy a good vehicle from a professional dealer who values customers. This dealership truly feels and has the results of the old slick willy car dealers of the past. I will never do business with them again, and do everything I can to make everyone aware of this sales style and support and poor support of the consumer.

This dealership has a F rating on the better business bureau website for a reason! They use practices such as bait and switch and keeping the keys to your trade until you sign for a new car. The sales people are dishonest, the general manager refuses to address complaints and the finance people just plain lie. I went in to buy a car that the sales person sent me a picture of with a price. I got there and once they had my keys for my trade told me that the car was not really for sale! My keys were held hostage until I purchase a different car. I was told I didn't qualify for the 1.9% financing. I have a credit rating over 800 and had 8000 down. When I asked why the finance guys said "how should I know my name is not bank!" Wanted to walk away but was threatened as I had signed a contract to buy. I was later yelled at and threatened again. Please do your research on the business not just the car you want. Read my full story on the better business bureau site, along with others. This dealership is evil. Nissan corporate customer service is useless, they will take your complaint but refuse to help with a resolution. Do NOT give Woodmen Nissan your business.

Our engine was flooded to due rain and flooding in the area. They told us we needed a new engine and that it would be done on the 28th but we had to wait until the 31st for the car to even be done. Then they tell us over the phone that we could work out a payment plan for what insurance didn't cover. As soon as we go in and talk to Heath, our advisor, he tell us that we have to pay it all up front or we will not get our car back and the loaner car they gave us at no charge they needed it back by the end of the week and that after 30 days they would start to charge us more. We finally came up with the money and got our car back. When we got it back we were trying to put things in our trunk but our trunk wouldn't open even though before we gave it to them it worked fine. We told them about it and they said they would have it back to us by the end of the day. We waited several hours for the call to come get the car and when we didn't receive the call we went down there. We were told that they were going to keep our car for three days while they waited to get a part that would cost us $80 for the repair even though it was working fine before they had the car. We took the car that day and told them they can call us when they have the part and we will not be paying for it since it wasn't our fault. Later that day while inspecting the car we tightened some of the wires and fixed our trunk. We also found that the paint we put on the car was chipped and parts were peeled off, the sun roof no longer opens when it did before we took it in, we have paint on our rims and in some spots the paint is scraped off, our car has black grease and oil marks all over the cream interior. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were rude and messed up our car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEIR SERVICE CENTER IF YOU WANT THINGS TO KEEP WORKING AND NOT TO HAVE THE LOOK OF THE CAR MESSED UP!!!!!!

We took a vehicle in to woodmen Nissan for a basic service, was estimated at 120.00, some how one of the techs broke a major component of the vehicle, the dealership wanted to charge us an additional 500.00 to fix the issue that was caused IN THERE LOT. after 3 weeks of arguing with the rude service manager, he offered to cover the cost of the labor to repair the vehicle, NOT SATISFIED. From the time we got there to pick up the vehicle (after we drove 450 miles to get there) to trying to get them to get the title to our DMV, this process with these people has been an absolute disaster. While we like our vehicle, it was built by Nissan, not Woodmen. Do not ever go here. There are plenty of reputable Nissan dealers elsewhere. My story is to long to write here but in a nutshell, our used vehicle differed from what the specs and photos showed, parts were missing, they had to detail it 3 times inside to get it clean (while we waited), pestered six times by the finance person to buy a warranty, had to sign more papers after we left, and now we are 3 days out from our temporary plates expiring because the title clerk cant get the job done. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

The vehicle was not ready, the paper work was array. The finance dept was rude nad not very helpful. There was high pressure to buy extended warranty,,, why,, dont stand behind your product? After 3.5 hours we finally left for home with the SUV, but with a bad taste in our mouth for customer service.

My finance and I went in to Woodmen Nissan to look at a specific Nissan Murano with AWD as we just moved to Colorado Springs and wanted an AWD vehicle for the winters. We were looking to trade in a front wheel drive car. This was the first thing we told the sales rep (Todd) with why we were in. We looked at the vehicle and had higher mileage and wanted to think about it. Todd said they had another one, but said it was probably out of our price range. He told us it had everything we wanted, including AWD and leather, navigation, sun roof and was the top package. While we were thinking about the first vehicle, Todd pulled the second vehicle up behind us and says to hop in and that he talked the price down and we couldn t go wrong with this vehicle and had everything we were looking for. Believing him that the vehicle was AWD, we test drove and decided to purchase. The following eveing after I got home from work, I inspected the vehicle and how it operates as Todd did not show us anything as to how the vehicle operated, and find out it does not have all wheel drive as stated by the representative. It was past their operating hours that night, so I called the following moring 36 hours from purchase. Todd said to bring it in and appologized for his mistake and said he didn t even realize it didn t as they had just got it in on a new trade, so the vehicle didn t have any kind of sticker in the window to reference. Todd said to bring it in and we will make it right. I get off work early to do so and all they would offer was to buy the vehicle back on a trade and get us in to the lower end model we looked at two days prior. He said all they could do would be to get us in to the lower end vehicle, but would cost us about 5,000 out of pocket and was something they would not give our full money back. I stated that I should not have to pay more for a lesser of a vehicle and asked why we should do business with them if they wanted to charge us more. He said that they would not give us our money back and that wasn't an option. My fiance and I were so upset that we left as they were not willing to do anything other than sell us another vehicle and make commission off that. A week later, I uncover that their website stated they will give full value back for the vehicle if less than 3 days from purchase and less than 100 miles. The dealership did not offer this as we still requested getting another vehicle that had the features that we needed. We have not had a solution from Woodman and they have no called us back in regards to the matter. This was over a $10,000 mistake and with this loss I hope many of you read this review. This dealership is not for their customers and only care about the money they bring in to their own pockets. We went to their sister company South Colorado Nissan and were able to find an all wheel drive model that fit our need, however are still out the money. We have yet to be contacted by the general manager and they have yet to respond to our Better Business complaint. Beware of the shady practices ran by this organization and their unwillingness to own up to their mistakes and take action.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Please do your research on Woodmen Nissan before you buy. I wish I had! First of all, they have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Also, the reviews from recent customers are awful. I dont even know where to start with the issues that I experienced after I purchased a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Woodmen Nissan. The sales reps are rude and will tell you ANYTHING (worse than other dealers) to get you to buy a car. Their pressure tactics are unlike any Ive ever experienced. I was told that since the car is Nissan Certified Pre-Owned, it would be a like-new car when the dealer completed the work we agreed upon (interior detailing, paint chips, windshield chip, etc). I did not get all of this work in writing BIG mistake. Even though the car was certified, they repeatedly refused to do the work. I attempted to contact Brock Wilson, the General Sales Manager, but he did not respond to my email. At that point, I was forced to contact Nissan Regional. Brock Wilson and Todd Miller (User Car Manager) are HORRIBLE. Todd Miller actually swore at one of my friends (a fellow dealership owner) when he called to try to resolve the issues. Todd Miller told him I dont give a sh*t who you are or who you tell. It was only after I contacted Nissan Regional that Brock responded to my email. He also left me a very rude voicemail telling me I hate to break it to you, but you purchased a USED car. Im not going to rebuild a used car for you. This case is closed. The only thing that saved me from putting my own money into this car was the fact that it was a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and it should not have even been on the lot in the condition that it was. Todd Miller told Nissan Regional that they were trying to fix the issues with my car, but I was not showing up to appointments. That was a total lie. I was able to reach out to Mike Jackson, the GM of Woodmen Nissan, and he fixed everything for me. Of course, this was the FOURTH time I brought it in and it was over a month since I originally purchased the car. The bottom line is that no one at Woodmen Nissan cares about the treatment of their customers. They CERTAINLY dont care about their reputation or word of mouth. I would never let ANYONE buy a car from this dealer. The deal that they give you is not worth the trouble you will experience after. Ive talked to other people who have purchased cars here with bad brakes and other safety issues. I cant believe a company like this is still in business. They were hoping I was just a dumb girl and I would just go away if they made things really difficult for me. Unfortunately, thats not really my style. Ill be posting warnings on every site that will allow.

Be very careful in your dealings with the used car sales people from Woodmen Nissan. They will say anything to sell a car, and then once they have made the sale and you leave the dealership it's virtually impossible to get them to follow through on any of their promises. I bought a used truck from them and they promised to give me a manager's discount on a set of tires and to provide free oil changes for 1 year. After I purchased the truck and asked for the discounted price for a set of tires, they gave me a discount price that was over $100 more than I could purchase the same tires from a tire store, and they never bothered to send me the information and paperwork for the free oil changes. After trying repeatedly to get in touch with the sales person I finally contacted the general sales manager, Brock Wilson, who told me he would make sure to have the paperwork for the oil changes sent to me. Over two weeks now and still nothing. This dealership and its staff do not appear to value honesty, integrity, commitments or customer service. Unfortunately, it was only after I had these bad experiences that I checked the Better Business Bureau web site to discover that Woodmen Nissan has an F rating. I really wish I had checked their BBB rating earlier I would never have set foot in their dealership, and certainly wouldn't have purchased a vehicle from them, if I had known of their extremely poor rating. While there may well be people who have a good experience at Woodmen, given the F rating with the BBB, is it worth the risk? There are plenty of other car dealerships in Colorado Springs I'd recommend going to a reputable dealership with a good BBB rating.

Altima would not start. Called Woodman Nissan and service rep said, check if brake switch was loose and not extended, which would prevent car from starting. I ensured switch was seated properly and pressed brake pedal down several times trying to reset it. Petal got harder to press down each consecutive time (turns out, this is normal as brake system becomes pressurized).... Towed to Woodman Nissan who said problem with starting car was bad battery, and problem with brake pedal was brake booster locking brakes; $125 to test for problems, $175 for battery and installation, and $705 to replace brake booster. Woodman Nissan said they could smell the overheating, and feel the brakes dragging as they drove. Took my car to get a new battery elsewhere. Woodman said dont drive too far without fixing brake booster as will wear out the brakes or worse.... Drove around for a week and had no dragging brakes nor overheating smells. Called for a second opinion from South Colorado Springs Nissan who said the brake booster is what provides power brakes; if they fail, indication is the assist goes away and you just have to press down harder on the pedal to get your normal braking; no way can a failed brake booster grab or tighten up the brakes. He suggested I use a remote thermometer and gave me suggested temperatures. My temperatures were continually in the proper range.... Took car back to Woodman Nissan and ask that they test drive this problem again. At end of day, they called and assured me they did test drive the car, and brake booster had to be replaced for $705. I declined and drove around for one month. Called the service rep and told him what happened and he said only he would tell the mechanic. Didnt phase him that his suggested work would have wasted $705.... Called the Service Manager who was aggressive and impatient and wouldnt see the issue. Said he hasnt had a problem in nine months; really? I asked read the online reviews for Woodman? He doesnt, he said. Even once pointed the problem at me, and implied I was wrong because the brake booster does not lock up brakes. I asked him to read the work order which said, "Customer informed problem with brake booster causing brakes to lock up--told not to drive far, approx $705 P&L to repair". Afterwards, loudly he asked me, just what do I want. Anyway, was getting ugly, but I got my $125 for the inspection of the problem back.

We purchased a 2012 Nissan Rouge at Woodman Nissan, Less than 3 months after purchasing the transmission went out on the vehicle while my wife was in Texas for a family emergency. The Vehicle broke down in Amarillo TX. I called woodman Nissan they told us to call the national number warranty number. When we Contacted the Nissan Number they said contact the local dealership. When I contacted the shop they passed me to several departments. None of them gave us any info. No one there was the least sympathetic to our situation. Not one person at Woodman Nissan was familiar with their warranty and what is and what is not covered. When I asked what they could to help they offered to town the vehicle back to Colorado Springs for way more the then any other quoted price from local town companies. If you buy a car here dont expect much after they get their money. Worst customer service experience in my life.

Best New Car Purchase Experience Ever!Thank you to everyone at Woodment Nissan for your professional curtosy and outstanding customer service. After having a horrible experience just days prior at another dealership, it was very refreshing to be treated so well. Brad Campbell, New Car Sales Manager, helped us find the vehicle we wanted at another dealership and had it dilivered to their location. When the vehicle arrived, we noticed that it DID NOT have a hitch included, which was very important to us. Brad apologized and assured us that a hitch would be installed at our convenience. Can't give enough praise....GREAT JOB!!

We bought a used SUV via Cars.com. The sales team was very enthusiastic and friendly. Because the car was not a Nissan, they were not too knowledgeable on the features etc but in this case that was ok as we had the brand before and did not look for a lot of info. The car was relatively new so in good shape, however, the detail job the dealership did was sketchy. Lots of stains and smudges on the inside and an ok job on the outside. They also did not point out that there were some issues, such as missing parts (cargo cover) and a huge gauge in the tire wall and passenger side rims - I guess it's buyer beware. They worked very hard to get the deal we wanted but still pushed a lot of extra stuff such as a paint protection warranty - don't even know what that is, we sure did not ask for that- and a service plan. But ok, that is normal MO for all dealerships to make some extra money. Overall, good customer service. The facilities are so/so. We normally buy from other dealerships and places like Heuberger, Penkhus or Red Noland have really nice waiting areas and customer support facilities compared to Nissan. Theirs feels like 2nd rate shop, kind of dirty and not very comfortable.

I really like my new car but I really do not like being lied to so they could make a few hundred extra dollars. They have good cars so why do they resort to tricks and lies? Are they really that hard up? Because of my negative experience with the sales experience, I will not use them for service or ever buy another car from them. Their customer service specialist told me she was really sorry I had such a negative experience but did nothing to rectify to wrongdoing. Here is what they did: I had after market leather seats and a back up camera installed and they told me I would get a discount if I went through them, when in reality it cost me $250.00 more than if I would have dealt with the same company myself. Also they told me that I would get $500.00 off if I would finance my car. I had brought cash. I was told that I could come down and pay it off and I understood that I had 30 days to came in and pay off the car. Much to my surprise, I then found out that I was charged interest of $114.00 and I had had the car for 10 days when I payed off the car. They are very deceitful. Beware!

Wow, what an experience! My salesman Tony Mann certainly lived up to his name! He was so very knowledgeable about every nook and cranny of my new car it was just exciting to watch him work. He wasn't afraid to get right in there show me all of the goods! And there is just something about the uniforms they make them wear(pants too tight?) that was very appealing as well. Ladies if you're in the market for a new car, go see Tony Mann at Woodmen Nissan, he is packing the heat!

I went to Woodmen Nissan because of a friend who had a great experience there! When I went in to trade my truck, my sunglasses were stolen from my truck (which of course they could not locate). Then, they messed up the finance paperwork to which I had to return to sign more papers. I then brought the car back down for the agreed upon window tint and even though the appointment had been set for weeks, they had not contacted the tint shop to make an appointment. The brakes were squealing really bad during the test drive to which the sales guy said "drive it backwards really fast and hit the brakes hard" so I brought the car into service so they could check the brakes. They didn't even make them stop squealing... I sat there for two hours and all they could say was "the brakes are fine." I also had to ask for an owners manual for my 2013 car (to which the sales guy initially said he would mail one to me)... when I asked again when I brought the car back down the used car manager all but threw it at me! I was extremely disappointed in the service received at Woodmen (and their HR or service person did not make anything any better).... I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone!! DRIVE TO DENVER for a Nissan!!!

Purchase of a used Kia Soul on April 19, 2013 - We needed a decent used car we knew of Jeff Patterson from a previous car sale to us. Not only did he give us personal service, but introduced us to three other persons at Woodmen Nissan; The New Car Manager, Dylan Haas; Sales Professional, JB Francisco and The Finance Manager, Harley Schaelling. WHAT A TEAM! Thank you all. The car is great, the price was right and the purchase finalization process was the quickest ever..

What a horrible experience. Fro m the first step into the dealership, and to the signing of the contract. While we were test driving the car the salesman did not know nothing about this vehicle, my 13 year old son new more than he did. After we agreed on a price and color we did the paper work, I then found out they changed some numbers and added 6 more months to the contract without my knowing. Then when they brought the car to us, it was filthy: inside and out, in addition it already had 353 miles on it.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Back in January I bought a used car from Woodmen and not a month later I started having problems. Basically to keep story short, the clutch went out and I had to replace the transmission (the one thing that was not covered under the extended warranty I bought). Not 2 weeks later the check engine light went off which sets off multiple warning lights. This time I was told the intercooler had leaks which could be attepted to be fixed but no guarantee. Suggestion was to replace intercooler. Needless to say during this whole time no one from the dealership would return phone calls or emails. Car has since been traded in after 3 months and a huge loss. I will do my best to never have friends, family, or anyone else I can relay the message to never by from Woodmen. Pretty sure salesmans name was jessie but definitely a few of the internet sales team were involved. Even the manager

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle inside and out. Robert took the time to explain everything to me about the Juke. One of the things that stands out the most to me is that he listened to me, and did not try to sell me a different vehicle. The car-buying process was smooth, and every member of the Woodmen Nissan team was friendly and courteous. I also feel like I got a fair trade-in value on my previous vehicle. I had been dreading the trauma of turning in my leased 2010 Murano for a new vehicle. After all, I was totally happy with my current car. But the lease was up, and I needed to make a decision about procuring a new vehicle, which has always been an intimidating experience for me. A friend had referred me to Tony Mann at Woodmen Nissan, so on the last day of the lease I made an appointment to see him. I will have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at Tony's professional yet caring manner. He was totally concerned about me and my requirements, and he made the process easy. He went out of his way to find the car that best suited my needs, worked with me to get my best financial outcome, and thoroughly explained all the features my new car came with and how to use them. In general this was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I totally recommend Tony Mann and Woodmen Nissan. They get a 10 in my book.

I have only had my vehicles serviced here, I have not dealt with the sales aspect. But everything has been satisfactory except with a small miscommunication between service technicians. I wanted to get a tire repaired, but they tried and said that that the tire wan beyond repair so I would need a new one but they would not charge me for the attempted repair. At check out, they had the price for the attempted repair on the invoice. After finding the technician who had comped the repair attempt, the repair cost was dropped. But it was kind of a pain getting it all straightened out. It was a little over an hour of deliberation before the matter was settled.

Woodmen Nissan has a tremendous asset in Lee Heruth. Lee works in the Service Dept. His stellar customer service should be an example for everyone at Woodmen Nissan. Lee went above in beyond for us while the repairs on our 2008 Nissan Rogue were completed. We're happy to have purchased our vehicle at Woodmen Nissan and are more pleased to continue to use their terrific Service department ... as long as Lee is behind the service counter!

I had a cut in my leather seat and I asked & they said it would be warranted, Wednesday, 2-13-13. On 2-15-13, instead they glued it and inferred I did it. At 5,327 miles on my new, 40 thousand dollar SUV, at 60yrs old, traded in a 91,000 mile 2004 SUV with leather seats. Which had no cuts on those seats! All the sudden, a disabled retired Steel Worker, cuts his leather seat at 5 thousand miles just so he can drive, twice, from Pueblo to Colorado Springs w/ high gas prices, to see his friends at the Dealership! The same Dealer in October that I ranted and raved about even to the Factory in Tennessee with pictures, cut my driver side seat. They said the SUV does't come from the factory with seats that way. Like the same SUV doesn't come, from the factory with a bad battery but wait, IT DID! I want the drivers side, bottom leather, warranted.

We have two Nissan vehicles, one used, one new, which we purchased at this dealership. Although I have to drive 35 minutes to get there, and there are other dealers/shops closer, I appreciate many things about the people at Woodman Nissan. I am on a first name basis with many of the employees. I am treated respectfully, and am given exemplary considerations in regard to my schedule and needs. It might seem trivial, but I appreciate that the dealership is clean, especially the bathroom. I worked with Rodney (service manager) and Rob Robinette, who were both very helpful in getting my front struts replaced on our Murano, plus an oil change. I was given a loaner vehicle during the day to complete tasks. I am very pleased with the experience.

Stay away from Chris!! He is in used cars. The manager there along with Chis are RUDE and are lairs. Traded a 2001 4x4 with 93,000 miles for a 2002 Saturn. I was told It would be an even trade with no money involved. As we took it for a test drive I noticed the gas gauge was in the red. Chris says we need to put some gas and the needle will go up and not to worry about it. I liked the car so decided to do the trade. i sign the title over to them and start the paper work. Chris leaves to talk to finance. He comes back and says I need $ 400 after just telling even trade no money needed. They have my signed title. I have to pay the $400 to get my Saturn now. Bunch of thieves and lairs. They dont put any fuel in the car. What a shock! I stop and fuel the car up. The gas gauge still reads empty. It doesn't work . As im driving I look down and notice the odometer doesn't work and the water gauge doesn't work either. The paper work states a true odometer reading and i noticed they added 3 more miles to what the car said. Hmmmm... I call them about it and the tell me sold " AS IS" To bad there not going to fix it. I didn't think a dealer could sell a car with the odometer not working. I will never go there again and I let everyone I know to stay clear of this place.

I went to purchase my first car with Woodmen Nissan and up until we began to discuss numbers, everything was going pleasantly. The dealer, Clint Kuchowski, was very helpful, but everything turned absolutely sour when the Finance Manager, Jason Wilensk, wanted to speak with us. My bank had closed and I was unable to confirm that the car information for that VIN was accurate, so I concluded I would come back on Monday. Jason Wilensky began to sense I was ready to leave and began saying that he could provide me any, if not better information that the bank could. When I told him I was sincerely interested in the car but just wanted to clear my decision through all avenues, he began to attack me personally, questioning my inability to make a decision based off my limited knowledge of cars and the information he was willing to provide. Jason Wilensky then began to press the issue further stating that, "I must live a horrible life if I can't trust anyone and make a decision on my own." My husband and I left frustrated and upset.

I have been trying to sell my truck for months and Chris Gallion contacted me about buying my truck for the dealerships inventory. While I was there waiting on an offer I looked at a couple of used cars they had on the lot. I found a very nice Honda Civic that would fit my needs perfectly. Chris offered to do a trade straight accross with no out of pocket expense to me. Being as i'm between jobs right now buying a new car that would cost me anything is kind of hard to do. So this was a great option for me. They also gave me my first oil change for free, another perk. Went in for an oil change in Aug 2012, didn't need one this time, but during the Aug visit, and suggested I look into an alignment for my 2010 Frontier Pro 4X4. This time, went in for alignment based on specs they took last time. When I picked up the vehicle, it showed me before specs and after, it appears the original print out from Aug 2012 was still there. I was upset, even though it appeared they fixed the other areas, still was like .02 off. Talked to Lee, Service Advisor told him about it, he said the area that was showing .02 off was not adjustable without a 250 dollar kit. He could see I wasn't happy, as this was why I brought the truck in was to fix the last spec sheet. He offered to refund my alignment, as he statement, " I want to make sure you walk out of here happy", which I did. Woodmen Nissan service Dept. has already treated me with respect and Believe Lee just made me a believer that this is the place I will buy my next car. I'm in the process of purchasing a new car the salesman was friendly and knowledgable. They did not have the car that I wanted and I was told that they could not get one. The sales manager wanted to know what my second choice was - I informed that I did not have a second choice and would be more that willing to wait the suggested 90 days to order one. When it came time to get a price for the vehicle it got NASTY. I was then asked that if he could find the car that I wanted was I willing to make the deal now. My response was no I would get back with him in two days to make the deal. The pressure got worse by other managers getting involved and trying to pressure me into accepting a different car and trying to intimidate me. I was even asked at one point why I wanted navigation in the car ( the car they had, had no navigation in it). I was never given the price of the car - hence I walked out. Un-Intimidated.

We came in looking for a used vehicle around $18000. Nick Fernald was the first person to help us and we test drove a used vehicle with him. While we were waiting for a price quote on it we noticed a large truck that we liked and Nick showed us the interior and the features. We ended up leaving because we had a few other appointments a other dealerships. While we were gone we mentioned a few times how much we liked Nick and how we felt like he was the best salesman we'd talked to yet. We test drove the same truck just with less features at another dealership and liked how the truck rode. We decided that we would come back and test drive the truck at Woodmen Nissan. When we got there Ryan Pope came out and assisted us with finding Nick and then they both ended up going on a test drive with us. They both made it seem like we were top priority; making us hot cocoa and making sure we were comfortable throughout the process of pricing and purchasing the truck. Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable with the process. My mother and I feel like we have gained two new family members in Nick F. and Ryan P. we will definitely recommend Woodmen Nissan and it's wonderful staff to friends and family.

Thursday, Nov 1, 2012. My 2010 Murano (34,000 miles) has a problem with the blower for the heat/ac system- the blower is erratic and stops completely and then starts again after being off 1-3 minutes. This occurs randomly- speed, driving conditions, weather, etc doesn't matter. Unfortunately the service techs were unable to identify the cause. As you would expect the problem did arise during the tech's test drive. However, Heath the service rep was very professional and apologetic and assured me that he documented the problem to protect the warranty issue. Given the situation I was very appreciative of his efforts. I still have this mystery problem. Bottom line: The service department is solid even when facing an "cannot duplicate situation".

I didn't believe they could fit a newer Nissan Altima into my budget while trading in a 2009 Honda Accord with 70K miles. I dared them to fit a 2010 Altima into the same amount of remaining loan, or a 2013 Altima into the same payment (after trade), AND THEY DID IT! Straightforward discussions of actual dealer invoice, options available for each new/used trim line, and low/no pressure were the highlights of my buying experience. I am now the PROUD owner of a 2013 Nissan Altima SL, with free oil changes for 3 years, at a little under my previous loan payment!!

I went to woodmen nissan to find a used car that would fit into the budget i had in mind. I ended up getting a 2012 Nissan Xterra because of the great deal they gave me on my trade in and the financing rate they were able to give me. James was very friendly and personable, he made the whole experience fly by. It was actually a pleasant experience shopping for a car with him as my sales man.

As always, Leigh in the service department has given outstanding customer service on my 2008 Nissan Frontier. I though I had a massive oil leak in my garage. So I called Leigh and he said to bring the truck down. Pulled in and had the truck looked at immediately. The mechanic-Drew looked at it thoroughly, nothing! Was really stumped. But come to find out there was a lip/plate directly underneath the oil filter. Kinda put two and two together and figured due to the rain we recently had and the oil and dirt residue washed out onto the garage floor. Headed home and noticed there was water mixed with oil and cleaned right up.Thanks Leigh and Drew

I just wanted to drop a review to say that not only did I get a car that I had no idea I would be able to afford, but I also had the pleasure of meeting Harley Schaelling. Harley is a young whipper snapper. He is not only good at his job but you will want to adopt him by the end of your sale. He was extremely personable but left us alone when we asked (even though higher management pushed him to keep checking in). He was extremely knowledgeable about my car and made the test drive a joy. The whole team really worked with us to try to get just what we needed. Thanks Harley for the car of my new dreams for the next 12 years of my life!

It is always a challenge to walk into a dealership and feel as if the sales people are genunine. There is a stereotype that follows car sales people, but nevetheless consumers need to purchase vehicles in order to drive and buy cars. It's something we all HAVE to do at some point. I have had so many unpleasant experiences buying cars, but when I entered the dealership at Woodmen Nissan in Colorado Springs, I was greeted with grace and a genuine attitude. Eric Wass was my sales representative, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt as if I knew everything about my vehicle when I left. I love my Exterra. I was also introduced to the owner, Mike, and the finance manager, Scott. The entire process was seemless and went fairly quickly. I was very satisfied with my experience. I have since then been in for service and am treated warmly every time I come into the dealership.

Brian in the service department leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. During my recent oil change and tire rotation Brian checked me in. He was rude and very curt. We have purchased several vehicles from the dealership and have always had an excellent experience. We first experienced the friendleness of this dealership weeks before we came in. Husband and myself live in Montana 700 miles away. We had seen the 2011 Acadia Denali on Auto Trader, loved it at first site, but was too expensive for us to afford. I Called and asked if they could come down some in price and did some but not quite enough at that time. After looking in my area and not find anything I wanted, so I called Eric again. He was always friendly and tried to help us out, then the husband finally agreed to let me put more money down, so off to Colorado we went. The minute we got there Eric and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a great trade for our 04 Tahoe and gave us another small discount and a full tank of gas. It was really a pleasant experience and Eric was very easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns. I recommend this dealership to anyone near and out of state.

I have been to many dealerships in my day and I can tell you that without a shadow of a doubt Steve Ainsley and the Woodmen crew continue to set the gold standard for customer service and long term satisfaction. You walk in looking for a vehicle to fit your lifestyle and you leave with a education in car buying 101. The most any consumer could ask for is the ability to make an informed decision without undue pressure from a sales rep that is looking to make a sizable commission. While I dont know Steves training plan for his employee's I do know that I had a stress free experience from the time I walked in Woodmen Nissan until the time they took my "Proud Papa" picture on the way out. Everyone from the vehicle detailers to Scott who told me how much I resembled "Denzel Washinton" was very professional and knowledgeable in their area of responsibility. The best part is that even though I dont have Denzel type money I was still treated like a star! I appreciate the attention to detail and the committment to customer satisfaction and service. The end result is that the GTR on my "Bucket List" will be purchased with Steve and the gang! Finally one last shameless plug for all those who may read this, the new Nissan Leaf is "Amazing!" That thing aint ya Grandma's Prius...freakin awesome. Thanks again!

I was looking to replace a 2001 Dodge Stratus with a newer more reliable vehicle. I spoke with Eric Wass, and explained to him that I was not in a rush to purchase a new vehicle so I wanted to take some time to explore as many options as possible. I also explained that I wanted explore financing options to make sure I was looking at vehicles in the right price range. After giving Eric my personal information, he worked with Scott Brown and within a couple of days (over a holiday weekend) Eric called to let me know that Scott had financing approved, which included a generous trade allowance for my Straus. Eric and I scheduled time for me to look at the vehicles that matched my wants/needs and that were within my price range, to include a recently traded 2008 Rogue (which I knew was the vehicle I wanted as soon as I saw it). Eric introduced me to and worked with Mike, in used cars, to negotiate a great deal on the Rogue. Scott was not working the night I made the decision to purchase so I worked with Jason, who expedited the financing transaction seamlessly. When Eric delivered the Rouge, he was thorough in explaining the ins and outs, made sure I had both sets of keys and assured me that if I had any questions that he is just a phone call away. Eric, Mike, Scott and Jason made the car-buying experience painless - Woodmen-Nissan is definitely a dealership I will go back to in the future.

My husband and I were looking to replace out 2003 Saab Turbo with an AWD vehicle to enable us to get into the mountains when there is snow. Our quick sales rep, Rob, first showed us the Merano, which we loved. Then he showed us the Xterra Pro 4X, which we loved even more. It had the leather seats we required as well as the excitement of driving it. Rob was very accommodating and expedient in processing out loan options. He helped us figure out which options were financially best, such as no rebate plus 0.00% interest or $2000.00 rebate plus 2.99% interest for 3 years. The financial person was equally diligent in looking out for us. The price for the 2011 Xterra was a great deal. The dealership was immaculate. The personnel was cordial and helpful. we had side rails added two weeks later and the service department was great. High pressure sales tactics were used at Woodmen Nissan. My wife and I had to the employees there we were going to talk over the deal. They proceeded to push a sale. We told them we wanted to think about the deal and discuss it over the next day or two. They still continued to pressure use. I told them I needed to discuss it with my NCO since I was in the army. They said I didnt need to discuss it with my NCO and that my NCO can't prevent me from buying a car. I knew that. Their inappropriate pressure to prevent us from thinking about buying a new car and telling us we did not need to discuss with anyone about the offer angered myself and my wife.

I have been dealing with Woodmen Nissan since April 2009 when I purchased my 1st Xterra, a 2008 S model. Since then, I have made deals on 4 other vehicles: 2010 Xterra Off Road, 2008 Frontier SE, 2009 Xterra S and a 2008 Pontiac G5. When I had my 2010 Xterra Off Road, it was my 1st brand new vehicle ever. While I thoroughly enjoyed it, personal tragedy in the Spring of 2011 forced me to find an alternative means of transportation that I could afford. While they were able to get me into the Frontier at that time, I discovered later that it was really wasn't what I wanted to be in after owning 2 Xterras. I went back in July 2011 and spoke with Rick O'Donnell (Salesman), an Xterra owner himself. I explained how unhappy I was in the Frontier and if there was something that could be done to get me back into an Xterra. I was willing to make any necessary sacrifices to get that done. We proceeded to speak with Mike Jackson and agreed on a payment I could afford and went and looked at their pre-owned Xterras. I am happy to say that a deal was worked out for a 2009 Xterra S that I currently have. I couldn't be happier and I have nothing but high praise for the people at Woodmen Nissan for being there and helping me out in my time of need. I, ABSOLUTELY, will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and courtesy. Between Rick O'Donnell, Mike Jackson and Jason Wilensky (Finance Manager), I was able to get this whole deal done in less than 2 hrs. And, to top it off, 2 days later, they were able to help my son, who had no cash or credit, to get his 1st bank financed car so I didn't have to worry about him breaking down out in the middle of nowhere in his old Subaru. David O'Berto (Internet Sales Manager / Leasing Manager), Rick O'Donnell, Jason Wilensky & Brian Gregg (Used Car Manager) put together a great deal for my son on his 2008 Pontiac G5 with a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty and service agreement included. THESE GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!! I do not deal with anyone else in Colorado Springs and will continue to work with them as long as they are in business. GREAT JOB, WOODMEN NISSAN.

I came in to woodman Nissan with my run down" clunker" and got $2,000 trade in. With no credit I walked out with my dream car a 2004 Mazda rx8 in great condition with only one owner. Rick O'Donnell aka" gingie" was our sales man and he never once treated me like I was a dumb kid; Even when he was teaching me how to drive a stick shift on my test drive. My three year old son was screaming and my wife was "sick" and being grumpy, yet rick kept great customer service, was quick, informative and cool; playing with my son and making my wife laugh. He made our experience as good as possible. Two days later I noticed a scratch in the front tire and the car started a little rough that morning so I went down and spoke with jon johnson" the manager" and he a put us in a very nice rental because I had to be to work soon. Woodman nissan put a brand new tire on the car and sent it to Mazda for an inspection where they found the mass air flow sensor was dirty, instead of just cleaning it and putting it back in they bought a brand new one and had Mazda put it in for free. An estamated $400 without labor. Then While my car was being looked at by Mazda I was communicating with them without woodman nissan knowing and they did not lie to me about anything these guys were honest told me word for word what Mazda said. I wasn't offered the extended warrentee and these guys took care of me anyway I will definitely be back when my wife is ready to trade in her car and will be suggesting woodman Nissan to all my friends that's why they get 5s in my book. I bought a new subaru outback from woodman nissan. The car had a warranty, I also bought an extended warranty that they were selling. In 6 years I never used my warranty. I now need a repair for my air condition. I spoke with the service dept. The service man was rude when I asked a question about the warranty, he told me to look it up, rather than check it in their computer system. I was then put on hold without the service man ever asking me my name so he could find the answer for me. In short, he had no intention of answering my question, he just blew me off. Is that what you call great service? Woodman Nissan anyone can sell a good car, but it is the service you give your customers that keeps them coming back. You lost a good customer and all of her family members because when I needed you to answer a question, you couldn't be bothered. Beware Buyers!

Woodmen Nissan advertises they can get a person with bad credit financing...false! I desperately needed a vehicle & went to these guys. I found a car I liked & could afford. It took from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm to get the deal underway. I told the salesman I did not want to take the car home if I did not have financing, he & the sales manager guaranteed it would go through (verbally) For the next week I had to give them more info. I gave them everything they asked for and did not hear from them again. I drove the car for 2 1/2 months the ! I took the car back was told they would return my down payment because they were at fault for not contacting me, 2 weeks later I still have not received down payment & cant get anyone at Woodmen Nissan to talk to me. I was asked to come back after I had already left once due to not getting the deal I wanted. This was fair enough but the got me back saying they had a better deal. I made an appointment and when I arrived the person i was supposed to meet had gone home. I was given to another salesman who was very nice. He had to ask his manager, the oriental man, who gave me a much worse deal than before. I got up to leave and the manager tried to rectify the situation. He insisted he did not know how to get on his own website when I wanted to show him something on there. He did not know the incentives offered and insisted at first that the $2000.00 cash back was in with the quoted price. then said he did not know there was any incentives. I would never buy from here. I went to this dealership because they were the only ones that said they could help me get out of the vehicle I had at that time without raising my monthly payments and possibly even lowering them. I fell for it! Hook line and sinker. After several hours of waiting around, I ended up leaving with a vehicle that was not at all what I wanted or needed and raised my payments quite a bit on top of that. On the drive home I felt I had made a mistake. It was a Friday night (10 PM), I didn't sleep at all that night. First thing the following morning I called them and said I had made a mistake and wanted to turn this vehicle back in and get my old car back. No paperwork had been turned in, I've been told since that I should have been able to do this. They told me that was not possible and if they did that with every customer that wanted to do that they'd be out of business!! Gee, I wonder why? Don't ever go to Woodmen Nissan for anything ever! They cheat, steal and lie without hesitation! They promised many other things that they said they didn't. I trusted them. And ended up losing the vehicle I got there.

Woodmen Nissan In Colorado Springs Exemplifies 'Slimy Car Salesman', they do not practice ethical business standards and zero understanding of customer service!Woodmen Nissan did not honor our vehicle warranty in several instances and everything was always an argument with their warranty manager as well as owner of the dealership. When I confronted the owner on the warranty manager calling my wife a liar on repairs that were not made and hastles on the extended warranty for our Nissan Armada he saw me enter the dealership and ducked out the back door and drove away to avoid the discussion. Additionally, the service manager questioned our maintenance of the vehicle because we use it as our family vehicle and it is not always the cleanest and I could not even believe he thought that was an appropriate conversation with a female customer who has 4 kids and spent $35K on a vehicle. When reported to Nissan North America, Inc. they did nothing to address the situation and behavior at the Woodmen dealership and have now lost a customer for life! The reality is they take advantage of female customers and accuse the customer of being liars when repairs are not made to vehicles and when a male comes to address concerns on an expensive automobile they run away and Nissan as an organization does not hold them accountable to deliver quality! Dishonest sales and blatantly incompetant service. I bought a used SUV from their Woodman Preowned store (now closed) and they pulled the 'jack up the price of the vehicle on the paperwork' tactic after we'd already negotiated a price for the truck and their offer for my trade. Unfortunately, it was too late by the time I realized what they'd done. And they swore I had to pay for the Automate clear coat as it was not negotiable. What a blatant untruth. To add insult to injury, I took the vehicle to get the rear main seal repaired per the purchase agreement and some new shocks put on, paid for by me since it was in the shop anyway. I got it home only to find the truck's spewing coolant from a cracked radiator which had not leaked before I brought it in and they claimed they had nothing to do with--awefully suspicious! The incompetence continued--the service guy only changed 2 shocks when they were supposed to change all 4 so I had to bring it back to get that done, at which time he tells me he accidently didn't charge me for the first 2 shocks and subsequently charges me for all 4, which I believe are of dubious quality, but I don't have proof yet. So I got raked over the coals for those repairs to the tune of a $1000 and the service team didn't even bother to flush out the coolant system after they installed the brand new radiator! Then, since I was forced to pay for the clear coat, I brought the truck in to get it done the second time and had to have them clean it because I didn't have time to do it myself. They evidently used some kind of leather cleaner that left black marks all over my upholstery!! And, unfortunately, because of the Automate apps, I have to deal with them for another year. But you don't, so watch yourself with this bunch!!! They'd have a tough time making it right with me and they're lucky I didn't give 'em the absolute lowest rating.
