I have a 2009 f-250. The body mount bushings had deteriorated and had to be replaced. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The service was done professionally and in a timely manner.

2011 Explorer Limted. First of the MY Touch Systems. Navigation remains a problem. GPS has become unreliable. Needs programming over & Over. Two $149. updates haven't done a thing to improve reliability. Perhap a 2015/2016 module would be better. Advise to 2011 ownewrs would help. Service at dealership has been very good considering what they can do with the system.All other aspect of dealer service from beginning to end has been excellent as far mechanical sytems are concerned.

Took my vehicle a 2015 model under the mfg warranty to them on 12/29/15 after making an online appointment on 12/16/815. Was told when I got there, I had NO appointment after finding out I had booked it online. Service individual Reggie said the online system did not work when booking appointments, that he was trying to have it "turned off". The fact of the matter is that the web page is a Ford initiated one that the dealership's crappy software does not interface with properly. After this individual rebuffed me he told me the "transmission guy" had seven jobs ahead of him and was working on one, could not get the under warranty Ford product in for at least a week, likely because I did NOT purchase it at this particular dealership. Was told I could not have a courtesy car either until after the service people had confirmed what the problem was, one that I already identified to him. The rear seal of the transmission was leaking, all one had to do was look under the vehicle to see the leak! Upon leaving and returning home some 35miles away, I faxed a letter to the owner George Wray and to the General Manager Greg Snellings. Mr. Snellings apologized and made an alternate appointment for service the following week 1/4/16, also agreeing to provide a loaner car as well. This problem should have been a quick and simple fix that took them all of 3 days to accomplish because of lack of parts (a transmission seal that fits at least 10 other Ford model vehicles). The Service Manager never contacted me and passed me off on a nice young man named Jerry to write up the repair order and get the repairs ultimately done. I think Jerry did everything proper but I am not buying the delay in the parts order, something that shoud have been available locally or in stock at the dealer. I belive the Service manager Henry Braud deliberately held the parts order or caused the delay in getting the repairs done the same day as his form of retribution against me as he likely got chewed out by the GM. The question that begs response is why on earth does the Service Manager schedule or allow to schedule at least 7 days of work with one transmission service guy? Does he need more help? The Service Manager admitted that some vehicles had been sitting at their shop for over 3 weeks awaiting repairs or parts or both. The GM Snellings advised me on 12/29/15 that yeah, I could bring the vehicle in that day but it would sit at least a week before repairs are initiated. THis is NOT the FORD way as I am a stockholder and have had many more positive experiences with Ford dealerships in Texas where I usually take my vehicles. Wray Ford's service department is deficit and it is likely the result of piss poor Service Management with the way the appointments are backed up. I called once before to get another FORD vehicle that was under the ESP warranty but was then told they had a backlog of at least two weeks before anyone could look at it let alone repair it. If you cannot get service after the sale, then the purchase is pretty much worthless as is Wray Ford's service department management. I do not experience this sort of crap when I take it to a dealer in Texas EVER and yes, they provide a loaner car if the vehicle is under warranty or has a FORD ESP warranty on it, which ALL my vehicles do. I want to emphasize that the Service Advisor Jerry was nothing but helpful, professional and polite but I suspect he'd drawn the short straw to handle me as the Service Manager did not even bother to speak to me. I WAS considering purchasing a new Escape for my wife there but I am leary of buying ANYTHING from this dealership as being able to get timely and professional service is a high priority to me with over $100K in Ford vehicle ownership and a Ford owner since 1969. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience overall with this dealer.

My '14 Ford Focus was left at the dealership for 2 repairs one being the front passenger door which sticks. Was told it was fixed. The 2nd time it was left the manager bent over backwards to get a long ordered part put on my car and make it convenient for me! However the door is still sticking. You literally have to push it with your elbow to get it open . Right now I feel like the issue is not important enough to Ford to fix it. I feel like I could take it back 10 times they still won't fix it!!!!!!

I brought my 14 year old truck in to have The Works oil change, my battery terminals/posts cleaned and to also find out why my ignition key couldn't be pulled out of the ignition. What was supposed to be a week maybe ended up being three (3) weeks. I did get my oil changed and my battery terminals/posts cleaned. Was told that my ignition key did not stick when service reps tried it, but it stuck when I tried to pull it out after returning home. I now know to push the gear shift up a little more to remove my key. Also ended up with new brakes on the rear which I didn't realize I needed but saw a year ago it was recommended. This was not my favorite service trip, but it is the first that didn't meet my expectations.I will be back with my next truck after the first of the year.

First problem with my very expensive NEW TRUCK... brakes went completely out..towed it to service.. Few days later ask for a courtesy car. Answer no. Was secretly told to ask for service manager. Got a curtesy you car rite away. Odd but if that's the way you wanna do business ok.. Second problem, kept putting me off, finally said you guys have to take it in and give me a car. Immediately nope no car, I said how do you know last time had to go thorough manager.. Anyway got car.. Truck fixed in one day, amazing, went to pick it up.. Oh my cracked wind shield , with a chunk of glass broke to start the crack rite in front of drivers face . I think I would've noticed that. Out 400 dollars. NEVER AGAIN EVER EVER!!!!

The roadside service folks were very easy to call and explain the problem that my car would not start and that i suspected a very dead battery. They sent a tow truck. It arrived exactly on time and got my car out of the garage and towed it to Wray Ford. Wray Ford fixed the problem within 30 minutes of receiving my car!. They called and let me know i could come get it. Wray Ford made sure that all the electrical things effected by the battery were reset and in working order. They even made sure my phone still synced up and worked perfectly. What a great shop.

I like the service I received. I came in several days earlier and there was a lot of customers ahead of me. Your service man was thoughtful enough to let me know that it would be several hours before they could get to me, he didn't want me to have to wait on my car and I didn't want to leave it and come back later. We traded in our vehicle and the salesman and finance manager were both great about getting us a good deal and great financing. However, the truck that we traded in did not get paid off and we got a collection call from the finance company. When we reached out to Wray's payment department, we were told the check did not even mail out until 3 weeks after our trade in date, and then they mailed it to the wrong department, so they had to send it again. We are still fighting to get confirmation of payoff. There is a risk it can go to collections and it's not our fault. Wray Ford has the truck, not us! Everytime we call Amy at the payment center, she is never available, and won't call us back when she says she will. Our salesman is doing his best to try to assist, but once the deal is done, he really doesnt have much he can help with. Absolutely disappointed that we could not trust this dealership to payoff a truck that we traded in to them. It's a shame, as we really were very happy with the salesman and the financing experience.

I had the master cylinder replaced. The weather interferred with getting it done quickly, but in the end, it turned out great. The staff was helpful and the people in the service department let me know how the repairs were coming along. Wray Ford service has always been one of the best in this area,for me. The only issue I had this time, when my truck was delivered. As soon as I got in my vehicle it reeked with tobacco smoke. Too the point I had to roll my windows down to air it out. I am a non-smoker and that really didn't set well!!I was going to call them so they could discuss it with whoever brought my truck up, but I didn't.

After looking at several different vehicles at a number of dealerships, a friend recommended that we speak to Amos Meshell at Wray Ford. Amos was, by far, the most knowledgeable salesperson we met, demonstrating his familiarity with the Ford Explorer. Amos presented a price that was most reasonable, but never pressured us into making an immediate decision. After reviewing our options, we returned to Wray Ford, met with Amos and Jerry, and purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer. Amos made it clear to us that, should we have any trouble with the Explorer, we should contact him directly, explaining that he would be involved with us throughout our tenure of ownership. In short, we have nothing but praise for Amos, Jerry and Wray Ford.

I had an excellent experience the whole way through. Amos Meshell did an excellent job with the sales process. He found exactly what I was looking, I got what I believed to be a good price and he did not come across as pushy for the sale like I have experienced at other dealerships. I like my 2014 Ford F-150 I went to get my free oil change seem to take longer than I was told but it was not that bad. I think you should do like Toyota has done since like 2007 and give a free 2 years of oil changes with your purchase. My next vehicle will most likely be another Toyota. That is about the only thing we don't like about our Ford. When I purchased my new truck the engin area was nasty with cob webs did not clean my truck well at all.

It was a great experience. Our salesman was great. He didn't waste my time with dragging my sale out. He made a great deal with me. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so we negotiated the sale on the phone and text while I was at work. Once we agreed the car was ready and paper work ready when I got off work. I was a little late getting to dealership and the financial agent stayed late to make sure I could drive my car home.

I had the oil changed on my 2014 f150 and the tires rotated. It was done very fast and they gave me the 'works' deal, which includes a $10 rebate. The rebate page on the internet was very easy to maneuver. I didn't feel like I had to jump through hoops to get a rebate.

Went home called myford and they told me to take cables off batteries and let it reset all electrical. It was quick, simple and painless. Came in and requested an oil change and my scheduled servicing and my truck was taken care of promptly. I sat in the waiting area no more than 15-20 minutes and then my truck was done and I was out the door. The only hang up was the lady at the counter told me I owed some money but after telling her I had already bought the Ford Servicing Package upon buying my truck, she checked my records and saw that I was right and I didn't owe anything. Wray Ford has good people and thus far I have been very pleased with the service department. I will be back and I do recommend other people to go to Wray Ford for all their Ford servicing.

The service was for a recalled part/adjustment and was previously scheduled. As I drove up to the Service Area, Bruce Gonyea, the service advisor, greeted me at my truck. The appointment was acknowledged. My truck was promptly taken to the service area. I was invited into the waiting area to enjoy my wait. I was informed during my wait of the progress of the service and an estimated completion time. After the service was completed Bruce brought me my keys, informed me of the service performed, and bid me farewell. The service was completed earlier than was originally estimated so I got away earlier than expected. A good start to my day.

When I entered the parking lot at the Ford dealership I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of "Taillights." From the minute we met he was very friendly and wasn't pushy in any way. I like that. I love not feeling pressure when I go car shopping. We arrived kind of late in the day, but Taillights stayed with us until the purchase was complete, which was around 8:30 in the evening. He called to check on us the next day, too. I feel that he is there to do his job, but that he also loves his job and working with people. We have already recommended Wray Ford to a few other people. Ford Fusion; My back lights were burnt out and it was a very rainy, foggy day. I called and asked if I came in could they look at it. I talked to Mr. Bass. He advised me to come in. I left work early and drove to the Wray Ford place. When I got there, he got the technicians to work on it right away. I was able to leave within 30 minutes. I am a very satisfied customer, as I have always received excellent service with any issues that I have had. Also, I would like to compliment Eddie Harris, who sold me my car, who calls me on my birthday, and continues to keep in touch with me to see if I am still satisfied, or if I am ready to purchase another car. 2013 Shelby Mustang: My Mustang had a very unusual gas gauge/sender, etc. problem that occurred as the gas was used. Wray's employees, especially the service individual, Reggie Dupre, went out of his/their way to assist myself while the Mustang was being repaired. We purchased a 2009 F 150 Lariat.. wonderful vehicle, the only complaint is that the backup camera doesn't work and the passenger side door handle is broken. We were assured that the door handle will be fixed however. From the very first Internet inquiry with Ms. Karen all the way through to the final sale with Mr. Charles Massey and the finance dpt and driving off of the Lott we were treated with sincere compassion and with the most upmost respect. We will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle, new or used. We had most pleasant experience. Now we are waiting to hear back about having the broken door handle repaired, that would be my only issue....

Service writer met me as I pulled in the drive and immediately did the paperwork. I had a cup of coffee, and before I could drink it, my vehicle was ready. Wray Ford has given me the best service I've ever had in my 52 years of driving. I hated your dealership when you were on Mandiled Rd. Since you moved to Bossier and got a real service manager, service couldn't be better. Will certainly look at Wray Ford first.

During my service on my F-150 I felt that the service department was unorganized. I had to wait for 10 minutes to even be waited on. At which point I had to finally go up and ask someone as it seemed no one was making there selves available. Multiple service personnel had walked by me several times before I finally stopped someone and they acted like it was someone elses job and they did not know where that person was. From this point on it was a good experience though as they quickly changed the oil and rotated my tires. I am usually not one to complain, but when I purchased the vehicle I had a somewhat similar experience with the service department with regards to getting a new inspection sticker applied as the one on the car was peeling off. It was hard to find someone then as well and when I did they acted similar to the way they did on my 2nd visit as if they were too busy or it was someone elses job. Thank you for the survey.

The experience was good for me, because I only need a oil change. I do think that the checkin system needs to be more organized. I arrived at the service department at 7:15 am and was not check- in until 7:30 am. I had to approach a service rep. I also have a toyota camry and utilize John Harvey for service. They really have a good system and approach you as the customer. Please look into this issue to make this more of a easier process

Round tree was pushy and very slow making us wait until we said we were leaving to get a quote on a truck. Then it was really high. We were also communicating with a couple on line.We came into Wray looking for Steve Good. Bought from him last time ( great experience) and he was on vacation so Joseph took care of us. He was there to help and answer questions but was not pushy. We were trading in a f150 and When they looked at it for a trade value we were expecting a low ball amount to start (had a bet on what it would come back at) Good quote (leaving a little room). We were very impressed with the fairness. Came back next day with our second vehicle to trade in ( traded 2 ) and worked out a deal. The manager "closer" came over and asked our bottom line. He was very pleasant and not pushy at all. We came to terms and we are very happy with the whole experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the Ford Escape and the Edge and thoroughly answered all our questions. She was patient and more than willing to accommodate my schedule. I was considering two Ford models and she was very patient (even long-suffering) to allow me to test-drive each of them numerous times. One of the most appealing characteristics of Miss Cricket Fletcher was the way she didn't resort to pressure sales techniques. Even though it took much patience to wait until we had figured out which model best suited our needs, she was attentive and available any time we needed anything. The absolute only issue we had with Wray Ford was the gentleman doing my wife's financial paperwork--we both bought vehicles. Mr. Jerry was OUTSTANDING in helping us out, but we had (initially) another gentleman "helping" us with her Explorer. He was RUDE. Thankfully (because I don't handle rude people very well and my pregnant wife REALLY doesn't handle rude people very well), due to the late hour, and us not getting the note we wanted, we had to step out. Even more thankfully, we were able to get a better note when the banks opened back up. Mr. Jerry, Jay, and the rest of the staff that we had contact with went above and beyond. We will definitely be back (just not anytime soon-after all, between my wife, my dad, and I, we did buy two trucks and an Explorer).

I have gotten 3 trucks from wray ford in the last 4 years. This truck hear the f250 I had to get it somewhere else because I was out of town. I talked to my sales man and he understood. They treated me great took my truck right on and took care of my problem and I also got my oil changed the only prob I had was they did not fill my oil all the way up it was about a half gallon low. I'm just glad I cought it the next morning as I checked everything out for my 1300 mile trip.

This time it was just for an oil change. They are very friendly and quick to get me taken care of. The charge is very competitive and I am very pleased that they let me use my own oil and filter. I really appreciate a good value for repetitive service needs. It makes me want to go to Wray Ford for all my Truck service and repair.

The experience was very pleasant. The sales person was friendly, helpful, and knew the product. I always tense up when buying a vehicle but that tension eased as the sales person was so friendly and involved that it was smooth and actually a pleasure.

they fix the problem with the light but everytime I bring it in for that type of maintenance they tear something else up. leave screw out. I do not notice it until later.

I have two Fords. F-150, 2008 Pick-Up and Ford Edge,2012. I did respond to the survey for the F-150 but you did not send me a survey for the Ford Edge. My truck was serviced on 11 August 2014 and my Edge was serviced Tuesday, 12 August 2014. Be that as it may, I was certainly impressed and pleased with the service of my two Fords. I mentioned the following Wray Ford Associates. when I completed the survey for the F-150 Ford. Our sales person was Cricket Fletcher & she was very knowledgeable & easy to work with. She answered all our questions & concerns.She made this car buying experience very easy. Just for fun, I was cruising the internet researching my wife's new vehicle wishes, and I ran across this website. I read the other reviews, and couldn't believe what I was reading. So, I'd like to share with you my experiences with Wray Ford for the last 10 years. We take our company truck fleet to them and are always treated like a customer should be treated. Service was accurate and the problem was always repaired. In fact, my wife and I purchased a new 2014 Ford Escape recently. Everything from the test drive to the final signing was straight forward and painless. I even received decent trade in value for my wife's old Escape. Some people think the buying a car should take no more than 30 minutes, however, you will always be busy for a few hours during the process. I gave them a high rating because I have bought many cars both personally and for the company and it doesn't matter if you are buying a 6 pack of trucks or a single Escape, it is a time consuming experience. Overall I'm very pleased with Wray Ford. Their not hard to find. Access is easy in and easy out.

Over the last ten years I have purchased three cars and have been very satisfied with my purchases. I have purchased cars from other dealerships, but always return to this dealership.

My son spent most of his leave trying to buy a specific car to drive back to his next duty station. The night before he was to head to his next duty station THEY found a car that they said would be perfect for him. The car broke down as he neared his next duty station. Since he bought it here he called them to see if they would contact the dealership that would be nearest him so he could get some help on getting the car fixed. Wray Ford told him to just contact the dealership there. They would not even give him information to get in contact with that dealership. I went there to look at vehicles to buy. I showed the salesman a car I was interested in and he tried to put me in a totally different car than I was looking for altogether. I left & will NEVER go back.

I am currently buying my third car from them, and they are great. I cant understand how people had a bad experience. Buy here is some advice....look at cars on a Sunday, when a dealership is closed. Then, when you find one you like, call the General Manager (their names are on their websites) and make an appointment with HIM. Tell him you hate buying cars b/c of bad experiences. You will be very surprised at the experience you get, no more flunky salesmen combing the lot. And Greg, the manager at Wray Ford is greaT!

We purchased a pre-owned car from Wray Ford with "the best of the best" of extended warranties. Four months later, we had to take it in for repair of a failed sensor. Initially, we were told that our warranty would cover it. Two days later, however, they backtracked and quoted us nearly $500 for parts/labor, insisting that our warranty (that "would cover ANYTHING!") just wouldn't cover this. Our car - a Nissan - was taken to a nearby Nissan dealership for the repairs. We were assured by Wray Ford (after they'd supposedly talked with Nissan) that the work would take no more than a day or two. My husband and I made countless phone calls throughout the next six days, requesting the status of the repairs. Wray seemed unconcerned and completely in-the-dark, though they insisted that they were in constant contact with the other dealer. Obviously annoyed by our questioning, Wray asked that we no longer deal with them and, instead, deal directly with the other dealership. Exasperated, I called the other dealer with Wray's request, and they seemed bewildered. It seems this is not at all common procedure. After one day of direct communication with the other dealer, our car was ready for pickup. Our experience with Wray Ford was unpleasant, at best. We won't be back. I regret that we purchased from them, and I've made it my mission to inform others of their ways.

Called 5 times in a 1/2 hour span and all I got was a recording to leave a message. Nobody ever called me back:(. Went somewhere else and got a good deal. I would have been glad to speak to someone there.

My vehicle broke down while passing through Shreveport. I called and once the service advisor realized I was out of town and didn't purchase my vehicle from Wray Ford he said it would be at least 3-4 days before he could even look at my truck. Needless to say, I went elsewhere.

Came in to purchase a new Escape but did not have the model I wanted. Instead of searching other dealers inventory they basically told us they didn't have it and couldn't get it. We left and went to Roundtree Ford And they were able to find one within 100 miles and we could pick it up the next day. We were serious buyers so bad customer service lost them a deal.

I have been buying cars from Wray Ford for 12 years. They are very friendly andI have always received good service there. I have known my salesman Amos Meshell for34 years. I just bought a 2011 Mustang in Feb 2011 and it is one of the best cars I have ever owned- love the new 5.0 engine.

the reason i have given this dealership such a low rating is because i have owned the vehicle less than two months and the service department has had it for almost a month. everything that they say is wrong with the car, i tell them that it was like that when i bought it, yet my warranty does not cover the deficiencies. the manager told me that they would consider buying back the vehicle but would not give me what i owe on it so i would be responsible for the balance. i encourage anyone looking for a new or used car to shop somewhere else if they do not want to be taken avantage of. they even refused to provide a carfax on the vehicle because they knew that they were lying about it.

Bought a F450 King Ranch in March 2009 from this dealership.In May 2010 took it in with engine concerns (32,000 miles on truck). I was told that they could not look at it for approximately 3 weeks. Was told that they would call me.3 days later, engine went out about 200 miles from home in Paris Texas. Called them about getting it towed in, was told to let the Ford dealership in Paris work on it, as they would still not be able to look at it for 3 weeks or so.Long story short, Ford denied warranty coverage on engine because of fuel filter issues, and it cost me almost $16,000 to get engine replaced and a month of being without my truck.This would have completely been avoided had they at least looked at it when I took it in.I realize that there are significant issues with the Ford diesels; but if they are failing faster than they can repair them, they need to stop selling them for awhile.
