These guys are the best! Best dealership experience I ever had, hands down. They treated me like I’m the best thing that happened to them that day! I flew over to pick up the car and they even went to Prescott to pick me up. Austin really went above and beyond to make sure not only I get the right car but also get the right deal. I just wished I had a dealership like that where I live for service appointments. Otherwise if I ever going to be buying another Jeep it will be at York. They also had that for sale(picture attached) - how cool is that?

I prefer York Chrysler over other Chrysler dealerships in the valley. I take the extra time to drive to Prescott for service because of the quality of customer care. I have constantly been disappointed by the other dealerships in the Phoenix area.

The customer service rep was friendly and helpfull. The oil change was performed in a timely manner. The service rep explained that I needed to replace my battery soon. The only downside the technician did not reset the needs oil change idiot light when I start my Jeep.

I brought my truck in for recall service. I was told the repair would take 90 minutes and that's how long it took. The waiting area was large and comfortable. I was given a ride to a local restaurant where I had lunch. Everybody was helpful and friendly. They washed my truck at no charge. No complaints at all.

Number one...The service representative doesn't even acknowledge you...A simple "I'll be with you in a minute would you have a seat?" No, she leaves you standing. Number two...Also when filling our our work order she was busy with keys that were to go with other work orders. Not good business. I like York and we're remembered in the sales floor when we have a question. I just feel that it could be handled a little better in the service area. Like a sign in sheet for each representative. Then go and sit down and wait. When we asked where our car was she just waved "out there".

I had owned my Jeep Grand Cherokee for three years. During that time, as with all cars, there have been several recalls.Usually, both in CA and AZ I have had to wait for a part. This time I was scheduled immediately for not only the recall, but for all necessary updates. I had always been happy with the service I have received and this time was no exception. Friendliness and good workmanship abound at York in Prescott.

We had a major repair on our 2007 Aspen. This car has performed perfectly for nine years with the routine service reguirements done every 3000 miles. We had a decision to make whether or not to repair our beautiful faithful car or trade it in. We chose to repair. The. Service given us by our service rep. Dianna was professional and competent. The mechanic was a long Term Chrysler employee. The extensive repair took 5 days. So far, we are very pleased with the outcome. We hope to enjoy our Aspen for Many more years. We are sad that Chrysler decided not to continue making this car after 2009. If they had , are decision would have been to trade . We are told that we have a two year warranty on parts and labor for the extensive repair which makes us happy.

Was surprised at first my brakes that were installed were still under warranty when I reported squealing noises. front pads were installed and rotors turned at no charge. work was done quick while I waited. Joe and Toby as usual were very nice about it and the mechanic Bruce was very informative about the repair.

The contact and information through the internet division was great. I did ask for all things to be confirmed before I arrived to test drive and they weren't, but all staff was helpful and friendly. Much improved over my last 3 visits. Turnaround time was 1 hour for standard service. Prior 3 visits averaged more than 3 hours for similar service. In fairness, the dealership was experiencing many significant challenges that perhaps influenced my previous perceptions. That said, I was still impressed with the improvements and sincerely hope they continue.Service Consultant, Diana, was excellent - professional, knowledgeable, and customer-centric.Well done to all but especially the service manager! Improvements on this level don't happen overnight. Keep up the good work.

We got a recall notice on our van over a year and a half ago. My wife made between 3 and 5 calls to the service department to schedule a time to get the part installed. Each time she called she was told they were waiting for parts and they would CALL us when the parts arrived.. Finally after getting ANOTHER RECALL notice for the SAME issue we called Chrysler Directly and told them of our issue trying to get this recall repair scheduled. Chrysler placed us on hold and they contacted YORK directly. After a short time Chrysler connected us to YORK and wouldn't you know it they had the part and were ready to schedule the install.. Keep in mind we did not buy our van from YORK so I am suspicious that this played a part in the fact they were not returning calls to us when the parts came in. So we take the Van in on the day it was scheduled and they took the van in before 11:00AM as scheduled and I left my wife's cell phone number to call when it was done. My wife came minutes later and picked me up and noticed the van was moved to the back area of the service parking. We then ran some errands for a couple hours ( side note...sales person calls not a hour after we dropped it off and wanted to know if we wanted to consider a new vehicle because he noticed ours was in the shop) and then drove through the lot and saw that it was no longer out back or in the service parking up front so went and ran a few more errands. Then my wife got a call and had to meet one of her customers so she took me back to the dealership and we noticed the VAN was out front. So she dropped me off at 2:00 PM and I went in and they told me that they were waiting on the paperwork and if I would have a seat they would let me know when they get it. I patiently waited for 40 minutes before I walked back up only to be told we have the paperwork. I asked why I was not told they had it and was ignored and asked to sign. It was only AFTER I got the van they called my wife to say it was ready. Maybe this is just how they operate or maybe it was revenge for calling Chrysler direct but either way it was the worst experience I ever had at a dealership.They were rude when I checked in...asking why I called Chrysler to which I replied we been trying for quite some time to get this done and always were told there were no parts and they would call us. We did lie to them when we said we were not in the market for a new car...we will be getting a new car but it will never be from YORK. I rarely write any reviews and actually do not like doing it at all. But for YORK to not even care enough to apologize for making us wait well over a year to get this done and have more concerns in why Chrysler was called then why they dropped the ball it was obvious to me they did not care about my thoughts or their treatment of me. Me not using them will not mean anything to them...and sadly others will fall victim...but please just be aware...they certainly are not a 4.5 star service center.

I only say Customer Service was a 4 star instead of 5, because the person that was initially supposed to check me in, could not be found by any of the other employees, they searched for 5-10 minutes for the person who checked in the Fast Oil Changes, and finally two other people helped me get input into the computer. Everyone was nice and helpful, and I have more patience than most people as I have to hauling around a couple of kids when I do things like this. The lobby area is spacious and having a couple of ipads for the kids to play games on is SMART!

Went in looking for a truck with a trade of two vehicles and came out with a used RAM 2500 so far so good. The New vehicle pricing was ok but a used vehicle already has the depreciation taken into account. and most of the bugs worked out.

Work done at York is very expensive. But, the quality of work is excellent. I took away 1 star on facilities and gave only 4 because the coffee in the waiting room is not good. You would think with what you're paying for service that the coffee would be excellent too. Not the case. I will need to go by Starbucks when I come back for my next preventative maintenance service. I will come back, coffee already in hand.

Yes it broke after less than 3,000 miles! Parking brake module. I purchased this car at this dealership and was satisfied with the complete sales process. But to the service problem. The dealership needed to keep my car due to the holiday and their needing to order the part, but they did take care of my transportation needs while my Cherokee was being repaired. Overall I am completely happy with York as a dealership. I reserve my observation about my Jeep purchase until I put more miles on it.

My experience was very positive.The appointment was made in a timely manner and was kept. The work was accomplished in the time frame estimated. Although not needed transportation was offered.The service writer was helpful in recommending baseline maintenance level for this used vehicle.After service briefing was comprehensive and helpful leaving no doubt that good value was received.

I've been coming to York Dodge Chrysler for years having purchased our trucks there as well. Whenever I need service, Jake ALWAYS goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of my needs. Even if the dealership is busy, he always seems to be able to get my truck serviced when needed and goes the extra mile to make it as convenient as possible.

Things were done in a timely matter. When we got the truck the tire light was on so we had to check pressure ourselves and make sure the pressures were right so we could get the light to go out, after we paid for tire rotation!

Prior to the sale I had been taking my Dodge Neon to York for maintenance and never had a bad or unpleasant experience. My "new" battery (installed by my previous service center in Maryland in Jan 2015) gave up the ghost in late August. It would jump start real easy (usually) but it would not hold a charge after driving around for an hour or more. I stopped by, you guys diagnosed the problem, reached out to my previous Dodge Service Center and confirmed the battery was still under warranty and popped in a new battery and all is good. Thanks.

I've had the pleasure of purchasing two brand new Jeeps from York Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Prescott, Arizona in the past 14 months. On both occasions I felt that from the General Manager to Finance; all genuinely liked what they were doing, knew their products, and were innovative in their ideas. Their vehicle inventory never hurts, either. Whether it be upgraded tires and lift or full blown Rubicon Unlimited to JK-8 pickup conversion, York is doing it. John, their outstanding General Manager, Chris, Scott, the 'Jeep Guy', Thomas in Service, all the team are knowledgeable, approachable, and looking to make a deal. My window for monthly payments would really determine whether I could purchase the vehicle or not. It was that simple. They bent over backwards to meet that window, and actually came in under it! A new Jeep is everything I've been looking for in past Jeeps I've owned, and for once I don't feel like I have to rush out and buy a new bumper, winch, or... Well, I've never known a Jeep owner that didn't dump thousands into it. After all, 'Jeep' does stand for 'Just Empty Every Pocket'. I am very happy with the deal(s) I have received at York and also know good people when I am around them. York has their finger on the pulse of the local 'Jeep Community', and is certainly, in my opinion, the best Dodge / Jeep Dealership in northern Arizona. Our thanks to all there.
