Always great service!! Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Russ at the counter. Very professional and friendly. Calvin did the labor and was fast! I took a bit longer to pick it up and he washed it for me in the meantime. Very satisfied!

Bought my first car from a dealership from them and honestly was 100x easier then I thought I was going to be . I was met by kind people who had the car that I was looking at ready for a test drive and everything . When it came to finding out what the best deal for me would be , they were honest on how much I’d be saving going in different routes , which me being a first time buyer from dealerships was very worried that I’d be hit with all sorts of things I didn’t understand but they were very nice and explained stuff well. Overall I was very pleased with working with Steve and young Toyota in Logan Utah .

Jordan and Tristan at Young Toyota did an excellent job of taking care of us. They even sold us a car I originally said I'd never buy! We found what fit us best. Not too pushy, just friendly. Great customer service! They went above and beyond and were patient helping us find the right car 🚗. Thank you, guys! The only thing I was less satisfied about was the wait time for the finance specialist. I understand these things take time, but it would have been good to have a time frame more or less. Just moved to Logan and needed Dealer-specific repairs for our Sequoia so I took a deep breath, clenched my teeth and went to Young Toyota.I knew the issues were such that a dishonest operator could exploit...to my relief, Young Toyota completed the repairs in the most honest and professional manner I've encountered in years at a Dealership!Bill, the Service Writer kept me appraised at every step and made sure the correct repairs were being done by ordering inspections of other possible peripheral causes, at no charge.The final total was well below the cost I had anticipated!Good to know we have a HONEST and reliable Dealership to go to in Logan!

I was so impressed w/ my service. I forgot to schedule an appointment and received an email reminder saying that I had one. My appointment was made on a day that fit my schedule and as a busy working mom that is a small miracle. Scott Ripe is always so nice and gets my car serviced quickly. The driver working that day offered to take me and my 2 year old daughter somewhere while we were waiting. So we had lunch and just as we finished U got a call that our car was done and they would come pick us up. It was the most enjoyable oil change that I've ever gotten :)

I went to the dealership with my boyfriend and we made an offer of 10,500 on a vehicle. We were told by the salesperson that would probably work and they'd have someone call us. They called to have us come and sign for the car. I went by myself because this was a car for me and was told $5k more than what I was told initially. They were unwilling to work with me and treated me unfairly. I wouldn't go here as a single mother or they will try to take advantage of you. The price they tried to force me into was over 5k over trade in value and they were saying they paid MSRP for this car. I don't know how dumb they think I am...but NO dealership does that and stays in business. They were asking more than high book and I was told by my salesperson that sometimes kelly blue book isn't accurate. I personally trust it over the word of a used car salesman. I walked out of the dealership when I felt they weren't being honest and the salesman followed me to the car and made two additional offers his "sales manager had approved" none of which were the numbers originally discussed. Come here if you're looking for dishonesty, high pressure and a lack of business ethics. If this was the only car dealership in Logan...I'd ride the bus.

I had my car in for a safety and emissions test because I was selling it. When the car was finished the guy proceeded to tell me a list of $5400 worth of things that were wrong with the car, even though it's been running completely fine and passed inspection for registration less than a year ago. He told me they 'heard something' in the engine, so they automatically call it an engine knock, so my car needs a new engine. He then fully admitted that they NEVER ACTUALLY TESTED ANYTHING in the engine, so they have no idea if it really needs a new one or not. I've actually already replaced an engine, so both my husband and I are super paranoid about weird sounds on cars. Neither of us have ever heard anything strange, and didn't hear a thing when the guy showed us what he supposedly heard. He then even had the gall to tell us that the car would probably run for years more without any problems, but it still needs a new engine. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. I will never use them again and I will make sure that anyone I know looking for a car knows what a scam these guys are.

Had problems with '07 Highlander while out of state on vacation. Work done to fix problem, but needed to make sure all looked good and no other unseen issues present. Car was taken in immediately, overall inspection and alignment on front tires done, and returned a few hours later. Now I can drive back to California with peace of mind. Thanks so much!

Saturday, just at closing time, I made it in to the dealership. My 2006 Odyssey keys and ignition cylinder have worn out. The car has been sitting in my daughter's driveway, 325 miles from my home, for about 4 weeks, during which time the battery totally died - with the car locked. Steve Hanson met me at the front door and took me directly back to the service department, which had just shut the gate to close for the weekend. Tyler Keller listened to my dilemma, opened the desk, and made phone calls to verify my ownership of the car in question (after all, the registration, insurance, etc. were all in the car's glove box, but with the useless keys were not accessible), then cut me a new base key that would at least let me into the car. That service was all given with a smile in spite of the lateness of the hour. I really appreciate their willingness to help. Great service, great dealership.One concern - what is going on with keys, ignition key cylinders, and the one keyed door lock all wearing out at about 150 000 miles? That is not acceptable wear, and will be a definite factor when buying a new vehicle in the future . Replacement for those items, including the new keys, programming, and whatever, is estimated to run several hundred dollars!

Took my 2014 Toyota Camry in for my complimentary 15000 mile service which was great. However, I made the terrible mistake of adding a tire balance to the free rotation and oil change etc. My mistake for not asking how much that would cost. I was in St. George two weeks earlier and had the tires balanced on my truck and was charged $25 so I figured it would be in the ballpark. I was shocked to get the bill of almost $60 just to balance my tires. So essentially I paid for the entire cost of the service anyway. I'll know better next time to add anything to the "complimentary" service in the future. It amazes me how businesses can be so sly.

And they washed it after the service! One of the employees that was working at the check in desk, walked me to my car and thanked me for letting them service my car!! What Great Service!!

We received help from a gentleman by the name of Ben Swenson. He helped us find a used car that was just right for us, but I think what I liked best of all was his non-salseman personality. We decided to get a new car for Christmas. We live in a remote area in Wyoming and so we drove to Logan, UT and stopped at the first Toyota dealer we could find. Big mistake. Salesman was nice but finance idiot refused to drop THEIR personal tire and rim warranty, which is a scam! Tried to get another $1,000 on our 2012 Rav4 trade in, (which was loaded and excellent condition, including brand new tires), but they refused. Two weeks later were tried to refinance the total purchase price of this new vehicle but immediately found out it was $2,000 higher than our bank (USAA) would refinance (above Blue Book value) and since we could afford dropping $2,000 down, we had to leave it with the credit company they used!Overall experience was very stressful and disheartening. Should have walked away and gone to another like Garff in Salt Lake.

I'm very pleased with the service (oil changes, tire rotation, general maintenance) I have received on my Outback Subaru. The staff is very friendly and eager to be helpful. My only regret is that they don't sell Subarus at the Logan location. When I'm ready to buy my next Subaru (it will be my third one), I hope to be able to deal with Youngs in Logan.

I was able to work with Steve recently in purchasing a Kia Soul from Young Kia. From the start, I appreciated Steves sales technique. He was not the typical car salesman, he took a more reserved yet very informed approach. I could feel that Steve was being sincere and watching out for me to make sure I found a car that would fit my needs and budget. Steve listened closely to what I wanted and offered suggestions. He didnt pressure me into making a decision and was eager to answer any of my questions. Once I finished signing the paperwork it was past closing time, but Steve waited around just so he could see me drive off in my new car. In all the excitement of purchasing a car, I left my drivers license at the dealership. Steve followed-up with me the next day and even offered to hand-deliver it to me. I live more than 50 miles away from the dealership! That is better customer commitment than I have seen elsewhere. I showed me again just how sincere he is. It was a pleasure to work with Steve and I feel lucky that he was my salesman!

Awful, horribly unethical group of employees and management. We purchased a used 2003 Honda Civic with about 200,000 miles on it for about $3,500. The salesman told us that the car was running great and had no problems or leaks. We had it for about a week and the engine overheated and the car never worked again. about $500 later we returned and asked them to refund us our money that we spent on it. They told us they would trade-in for another car at what we paid, $3,500, but we didn't want to get another car from them so we declined. After having the car for about 2 months, and actually driving it for about a total of 5-7 days, we put another $700 into it and then found something wrong with the engine which would have cost us much more to fix. We took it in and talked to the manager, Jake, and he told him we would be okay with trading in.We found a car on their website, a 2006 Scion TC with about 94,000 miles in Ogden. Jake told us that it wasn't in Ogden, but up in Logan, so we drove up to Logan. He had a 2008 Scion with 85,000 miles and it was about $3,000 more than what we were able to afford. He didn't give us the price or anything until we had been there for about 4-5 hours and were about ready to sign the paper. He also told us that, because they now knew about the engine problem, he would only give us $2,500 credit for the car instead of $3,500. TL;DR - So, we left with a car that was not what we wanted, way out of our price range, and taken advantage of through the deal that he said he would honor. This group of people are highly unethical and will do anything to take advantage of you and get a good deal on their end. I will absolutely never go back, they have lost all of my trust forever. They even asked whether or not we were LDS. Go here if you like to be taken advantage of. I urge anyone and everyone to go elsewhere for buying a car, this dealership is full of rotten crooks.

We tried to cancel the gap insurance on our Honda purchased from this dealership back when it was Ensign. I was able to get ahold of Scott pretty quickly to ask him how to do it. He sent me a form to cancel the insurance but it was through Toyota and not Honda. He didn't explain that it was still the correct form, however.When I tried to get ahold of him to confirm that it was the correct form, he was impossible to get ahold of. I emailed and called several times, only to be told by the receptionist that he was unavailable and to leave a voicemail or email him. I had already tried both of these options, and it had been days. I eventually had to call the main Honda Financial phone number who was able to get ahold of Erica in their financial department. I listened on the phone as he got answers for me, and she confirmed that it was the correct form for me to fill out. She also left her phone number with the representative and said that I can call back with any questions. A few days after that, I tried to get ahold of Erica by calling the number she gave me. The receptionist answered and told me that Erica didn't work in the finance department anymore and she wasn't available. Really? In a matter of days?Granted, we no longer live in Logan so stopping by to fill out the paperwork isn't an option. We filled out the paperwork and sent it to the dealership. Initially, Scott told us it would be about 6-8 weeks for it to process. After confirming that it had been 8 weeks and noticing that the refund for the gap still hadn't been applied to our account, we attempted to get a hold of the dealership once again to see what was going on. Yet again, no one was available to talk to and I was told to leave a voicemail. I tried calling Honda Financial who said they basically couldn't help me. Finally, my husband was able to get Scott on the phone who told me he had no way of checking to see if the paperwork was received. He told us to leave a voicemail for Erica, who wouldn't be in for a few days because she processes the paperwork. Suddenly, Erica works for the finance department again. It is no surprise that we haven't heard back from the dealership. My husband was finally able to call Toyota (our gap insurance) who confirmed that they received the paperwork at the end of January, but the information filled out by the dealership was not complete. They said they have tried to contact the dealership about the missing information and never heard back. Luckily, my husband was able to give them the information they needed and it is finally processing. I can't tell you what a hassle this has been, especially for something so easy and should have taken no time at all. I'm not sure if its the new owners that have made it so horrible, because I really liked Ensign. I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid this place.

I received very kind and caring service when I purchased my beautiful new 2014 Honda Accord a week and a half ago. Bracken was a pleasure to work with. The car I chose was all shiny and ready to test drive. Bracken went with me as I "test drove" the car and usually having someone with me, intimidates me, but Bracken was fun and helpful when I asked questions. When I drove back to the dealership Bracken found me a comfortable place to sit while he got a copy of my insurance card and drivers license. He offered a soft drink to me. Then Bracken took me back out to the car I chose and explained the car from one end to the other. Not all cars are alike, that's for sure. I really appreciate the patience Bracken had with me as I asked all kinds of questions about my soon to be new car .The thing I usually dread about buying a new car is the paperwork. It usually seems like it takes HOURS. When Bracken was sure that I was comfortable with the questions I had asked, sometimes twice, he took me to the office of Scott Cooley to sign the paperwork. Another very pleasant experience! Mr Cooley had all the paperwork ready to sign and I really appreciate how friendly be was and how fast that process went.I left the YOUNG AUTO MALL in my new Honda Accord, happy with the service, the price of the car, the beautiful color that I had been looking for, and of course the awesome new car smell!!

Worst experience of my life. I love Honda and have had above and beyond service at other Honda dealerships... However, this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had with. The salesmen smirked when I politely asked if he could show us a few select cars I was interested in. I ended up driving to salt lake to Karl Malone Dealership in Salt Lake. I definitely recommend them. I have had to have my car serviced and I tried to work with the Logan dealership and they are absolutely horrible. They do not contact you when a part is in for your car and do not treat you politely whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!
