Found a listing for a barely used 2013 Camaro at Zeigler. Very prompt response from their online team with a CarFax and scheduled a next-day test drive. Rocky met me in the parking lot and immediately addressed me and my friend and grabbed the keys for a test drive. Rocky admitted to not knowing too much about the history of the vehicle but said he would check up on it for me. I didn't ask any questions regarding performance/specs/etc, as I'm a Camaro guy and knew what I was looking at. While getting the paperwork in order Rocky went away for a bit and came back with Brian Hess, their used car manager. The guy knows his stuff and was able to answer all of my remaining questions regarding the car's history and ownership. Overall very smooth experience, will definitely recommend Zeigler.

I went in there to help my sister with a service problem she was having. I spoke to Guy the sales manager. He was helpful in the beginning untill i gave him my opinion and he was not happy with my response he started banging on the desk like we were having a discussion in a bar. There is no way you can be a manager and talk to a customer that way. He could of just said i can not help you, like he said at end of the conversation instead of disrespecting me.

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable sales person who will put you at ease, see Chuck Fioravanti. He listened to what I wanted and delivered on his promises. Nothing perturbs him. He was reassuring and professional at every turn. Chuck made a seamless hand off to the finance guy, Ben Trush - no BS, got me what I wanted and got me my keys. Could not have been smoother. Ben beat my best outside deal on financing and warranty. Explained everything in just the right amount of detail.Recommend both gentlemen very highly.

Bought a new Chevrolet Trax from Ashlee Reusch on Friday June 3rd, 2016 and was the very best car buying experience I have had in 50 years!My wife and I had great price from Grossinger Chevrolet in Palatine and had shook on price but when paperwork was presented the price was higher by over a thousand dollars!We than left and gave Ashlee a call and told her what we were looking for and she made an appointment at our convenience to stop in and see her> We knew of Ashlee because we were looking to buy a Volt last year and out of all the Volt sales people we met she was the most knowledgeable and helpful. We met Ashlee the next day and she had the exact car paperwork on her desk ready for us to look at. She asked us to write the price we wanted to pay on that paperwork and she took it to her general manager and two minutes later came back to us with the o k on our deal. At Grossinger Chevrolet it took many back and forths to G M to o k deal and wasted 30 minutes of our time doing this! Also, Grossinger said the car we wanted was not available nearby and would take them at least two days to locate and bring in.Ashlee not only found this car nearby BUT she also went to get it personally so it was well cared for on drive back to Zeigler! We were also very impressed with George Reusch , customer relations manager, who handled all of our paperwork!!! He was very fast and efficient and did not try to sell you on anything you did not want to buy! Needless to say, we will be buying all of our future vehicles from Ashlee and Zeigler.

I took a gamble with visiting Zeigler Chevrolet to look for my potential first new car and it was undoubtedly worth it! Aside from the nice variety of vehicles, the customer service experience is what really sold me. I worked with Rocky as my sales person and he was phenomenal. Our overall experience was amazing! Joe McLeearen is a knowledgeable and friendly sales rep who was easy to work with and made the entire buying transaction a comfortable experience. When we first walked in we knew what car we wanted. We were greeted by Mr. Rogelio "Rocky" Arredondo while looking at the car. He was NOT pushy at all and had the answers to all of our questions. At no point did my wife and I feel rushed by him as we did so many times with other dealers. Normally I do not fill these out, but Mr. Arredondo's professionalism was above, and beyond.... Okay, so I went in to view a small crossover. And first off service was amazing from the door. The dealer I talked with Chello was awesome he was very patient and considerate. He helped me get preapproved even though i had some lumps in my credit, he didn't treat me any less professional because of it. I found a 2013 accord in bridgeview for 13,600 with 35,000 miles on it, and Ziegler had a 2013 accord as well, but they had 45,000 miles on it. We talked prices but they could only match the price when their car had 10,000 miles more on it. I walked out as soon as he said that he could match the price.

Here I am in the market to purchase a new car, but in no real hurry. First, I decided to check out the Chevy dealers that are closer to my house, just to see what type of deals they can offer. I was not completely satisfied with the "other" dealers, either because of the sales staff or their prices. So, I decided to take a trip to Zeigler Chevy in Schaumburg. As I pulled in, I was instantly greeted by my salesman Chuck F. As I'm sure a lot of you have had some bad experiences with car salesman, my salesman Chuck seemed very nice and trustworthy. Even though Chuck did not have the exact car I was looking for in stock, I decided not to look any further and place my new car order with him. During the time between the initial order and delivery of the car, Chuck was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing regular status updates on the progress of production. I would like to thank Chuck, my salesman, for a great car buying experience and Frank, the GM, for providing me with the best deal in the Chicagoland area. This was the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Ziegler Chevy and I intend to come back again in the future.

Hats off to Santino, Dominic and Amber. On limited funds, we wanted to help our son get a newer car and he wanted a loaded car on an anemic bank account. Amber kept us entertained and made sure we were comfortable and happy while Santino and Dominic were trying to find the perfect car. these people simply played a bait and switch scheme on me and were caught red handed. my sharp as a tack son caught it right away and we had a nightmere of an experience from there. I made a deal for a truck that the initial sales person took me to look at to start, amber totorello discussed it with me wrote it up very specific equipment .she was very clear about the different features and we only looked at one truck . slept on their finally counter offer that she and the sneaky little sales manager came up with and called in the morning to come out to purchase it. when I got there she said she had went through the truck had it cleaned up and was ready for me to take it home after we did the financing was over. went into the financing room where the finance person tried to short me 100 dollars but I caught him right away. finished that then told everyone I would be back with my son to pick up the truck in an hour or so. that's when the trickery and deception started. I started to put my clothes and paperwork into the truck when my son noticed that a few of the things I told him it had in the car ride were not there. THEY SWITCHED THE TRUCK> THATS RIGHT< THEY REPLACED THE TRUCK WE HAD BARGAINED FOR WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT < LESS EQUIPPED TRUCK> I brought it to amber attention and she didn't even act surprised. she was definetly aware of the switch. at that point my blood pressure was going through the roof . wheres my money I demanded . the sneaky little salesman started shaking knowing that he had been caught started to stutter and shake. and handed me 4500.00 right then and there. he was prepared togive it back immediately as soon as he was caught. to avoid a scene . then tried to whisk me out the door to avoid everybody knowing he was caught along with amber on a scam. they were hoping I wouldn't notice and just drive off the lot then would have no recourse. because the vin number on the documents I sgned were of the switched vehicle not thr one they sold me. ALWAYS CHECK VIN NUMBERS TO AVOID PEOPLE FROM SWITCHING TRUCKS ON YOU> AND NEVER I MEAN NEVER GO TO ZIEGLER CHEVY> walter glisson

I visited this dealership 2 weeks ago to test drive an Equinox, I met with Sales Associate Chuck Fioravanti who was very knowledegable about the vehicle's features along with financing options. After the test drive I explained to him about my budget and that I was still shopping around. He was very understanding and kept my visit entirely pressure free. After looking at a few other vehicles I realized that the Equinox was the right fit for me. I then returned and sat down with Ashlee Reusch [ another very resourceful Zeiglar Associate ] who allowed me to take a second test drive and answered all remaining questions that I had. I came in on a late night looking for a used car. Tanja Jeffenic, my sales woman, did not force feed me anything I wasn't interested in. She has a great grasp for what a customer's needs and wants are and does everything in her power to make the customer satisfied. They were MORE than willing to work with me to find a price that I'm comfortable with! The greatest experience a customer can get from a car dealer is being in an environment where the customer does not feel intimidated to and feels empowered with the decisions they make. Jay Conway was excellent to work with, he was very friendly, and his focus was on customer service. He asked us multiple times, what did we want to know about the car. He did not try to upsell us or sell us a different car than what we came in for. He was absolutely awesome to our kids, keep in mind the ENTIRE staff was as well. Shopping for a car with a 5 year old and 2 year old is a challenge, but everyone at Zeigler was amazing. We definitely will recommend, and hopefully buy from Zeigler again. First class experience.

It was refreshing to have a 5 star experience with Jay Conway after a horrific experience I endured with a different sales person 2 weeks prior. Not only was Jay very understanding of my family's needs but he was also patient with my questions and concerns with finding a vehicle that was the right fit and at a fair price. He truly went above and beyond sharing his expertise by thoroughly explaining everything about the vehicle I purchased. He even took the time pair my phones, suggest XM stations to program and set up my OnStar account...all before I drove off the lot. Now that's customer service!I also appreciate that Jay extended his vast knowledge and excellent customer service skills beyond the day of my purchase. Unlike some sales people who are finished with you once you drive off the lot and they've received their commission; Jay was the total opposite. He continues to extend selfless customer service and has even called or texted to follow up to be sure the vehicle suits our needs and that all is well.SN: My 5 stars ratings reflect my experience with Jay. The other ratings reflect my previous experience the Zeigler dealership. If you are wondering why I came back to Zeigler, I had to do so to try to resolve the fiasco they created during my initial purchase. Jay helped with that.

I just received a phone call from a representative of the company who's attitude was worse than the sales man was the day I came in. She also tells me that the person I talked to does not have employment with your company.....both of them,the salesman an the lie telling lady named kiesha,mysteriously disappeared. I hung up because she was rude an impolite. I'm glad this happend,why would I buy a car from service people like this. Thanks for making the choice easy. Good day every one.

I purchased a brand new 2014 Silverado. My salesman, Tarlan Aliev, lied to me about the length of my truck. The truck had to be serviced twice within a 72hr period because it would not start. They (GM Frank Psyhogios and Ben Trush) said I could only trade in my vehicle because they had registered me as the owner they would have to sell it pre-owned. On top of everything, the dealership lost my Purple Heart license plate and it took them more than a week for them to tell me they would replace it. After complaining for over a week they finally took back the truck and reversed the deal. I checked online a couple days later and they are selling the truck as NEW.

I came in to the dealership recently to purchase a car for my daughter and worked with Jay. He made the experience very easy and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles i was looking at! I ended up purchasing a Malibu, which my daughter absolutely loves!! Jay was very thorough and made sure we knew about all the features on the car and didn't let us leave until he gave is a tour including showing us the service department! I found the car I was looking in internet, that was Chevy Camaro. The price on the web site was exactly like the one that I found on another web site. I like that model and we went to the dealership with my husband. The sales person Jay Conway got us from the door, very polite and helpful.From that point on, we found the car, exactly like was posted on the web site. We had test drive and in 2,5 hours we drove out of the dealership with the car. We had great service, the price was right, All the people in the dealership were friendly and helpful. Do not buy cars from this dealer they try to act like they are giving you a deal but are not. I drove all the way over there because they had told me the car I wanted was 18 thousand guaranteed it took me almost 2 hours to get there so when I do and all the paper work and everything they told me I Owed 11 thousands after I had put 12 down I tried to talk to a couple people there and all they said was well we gave u a good deal so the car came out to 23 thousand why say you guarante sum thing when your not I talk to Stephanie more then 3 times and she told me I would go out the door at the price they told me. Please don't go there they cheat you and try to make it look like they gave you a great deal.

Usually I detest the entire process of looking for a new car due to past unpleasant experiences. My friend suggested to take me to Zeigler Chevrolet and in particular to Samantha Temple. What a surprise! She was friendly, (not in a phony way), knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and I left with a brand new leased Equinox. First & foremost I would like to say my finance contact Sarge was amazing, he went above & beyond & all things considered I believe I got the best deal I could have. However it was on a car I did not want. The entire time I was working with my salesman, Chuck, he was working with another couple, this while moderately annoying, I could overlook it as the process takes a long time. My problem is that as it was getting late, I was close to making a deal but not sure & was told to take the car home & that the paperwork I was signing was just in case I didnt come back, I was liable for the vehicle. Nothing would be done to my car, that is not how we do business, we are not out to take advantage of you were the exact words I was told. However, when I contacted them to make an appointment to come back & get my vehicle I was told it was a done deal, my car had been taken to get repairs & that I owned the new car. The salesman who was once very helpful, was short & completely unwilling to work with me. I offered to pay for all the repairs that had been done, & said I was willing to do anything to get my car back, it was right there for crying out loud couldnt I buy it back? There is nothing we can do for you, we are not in the business of returning cars he said & curtly got off the phone with me. I am very surprised that an unhappy customer did not phase this dealership in the least, they did nothing to help rectify the situation even after I offered to do anything necessary. I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can possibly find, so that hopefully the dealership will see & will right what was wrong, & so no one else gets taken advantage of.

I have purchased 3 vehicles here in the last 5 years as well as brought family members and who bought another 2 vehicles with in that same time frame. Samantha T was my sales professional on each transaction. Purchasing a car has never been one of my favorite things to do because of the time commitment required to satisfy your purchasing experience. I have been extremely impressed by the willingness of Samantha to work as my advocate as well as the personalized attention contributed by the sales manager, general staff and service departments. I don't know that I have ever felt this comfortable with a car dealership at anytime. Samantha's knowledge of her company's products as well as her work ethic have been a huge plus in each purchase we have made there. I recently bought a vehicle from Jerry and his team. The whole process was awesome. Not only did they stay open late awaiting my arrival, they patiently showed me vehicles in the body type and price range I wanted. I never felt pressured, or that I was inconveniencing them by keeping them so late in the evening. The whole staff was very friendly and service oriented. Now, a month later, I am SO happy with the vehicle I purchased that day, my family loves it and we look forward to many years of use out of it. I don't normally write reviews but these guys really deserve the props. I had my guard up when going into Zeigler, not because anything that they did, but because we had just came from a few other dealerships in Schaumburg and they were all very aggressive and "in-your-face" if you know what I mean. I was relieved when I came to Zeigler because there staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us take our time looking around and didn't pressure us like the other dealers did earlier that day. We had a great interaction with the General Sales Manager, Jerry S. My wife and I had so many questions and he never made us feel rushed or talked down to us when we needed further explanation. I'm very happy with our Malibu and I'll be sure to visit them again when we need to add another family car. I would gladly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Great job guys!

Bob Lamantia is probably the best car salesman I've ever met! He is enthusiastic and sincere about the product, and is forthright in telling people what is going on. I was very nervous when I came in to purchase a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic about two months back. He walked me through the entire process, and made me feel like a human being rather than just another sale, which is something a lot of salespeople, autos or otherwise, don't do nowadays. He worked very hard and, along with the finance manager, got me a good financing deal on the car. He made the impossible come true for me, and I am one very satisfied customer. Bob gets a 10 out of 10 in my book!

Bob was great to work with. We got a price from Hartford insurance and bob was the person we worked with. He called initially and we told him we needed a few days to think it over. He touched base with us a few days later and we came in to buy the car. We didn't go to the other dealers that contacted us because some of them called 3 times a day after we told them to give us some time. When the car we agreed upon could not be obtained, Bob kept trying until her found one that would satisfy us. He is very polite and treated me as an equal to my husband. I have found that is not always the case when buying a car.

What a great experience! I was initially nervous about the whole car buying experience but the team at Zeigler Chevrolet was so friendly and accommodating. They took their time and first listened to what type of car my family needed. They presented a couple different options and even explained why the Cruze probably wasn't a good option due to the size of the vehicle vs. the amount of family members I have. We went on a few test drives and we ended up choosing the Chevy Malibu. I can't be happier with my vehicle choice and with the team at Zeigler. I really think highly of Jerry Spanier (General Sales Manager) and the Zeigler team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Great job Zeigler Chevrolet!

saw a 2009 cadillac in the internet and e-mailed dealer for more information. mike kuhn e-mailed me back three times with info. decided to drive there to see car. called mike kuhn before I left to make sure car was still there he assured me it was. after driving there we were taken inside show room and was told car was not there and they tried selling me a different car. this dealer puts cars with low price in internet to reel customers in just try to sell them other cars. if you cannot trust them to tell you the truth why would you buy from them. am very upset

I was in the process of buying my first used car by myself. I found one I really liked on cars.com and sent an email. Alison from Zeigler said that I could come in (last) Monday to test drive it. However, when I show up to the dealership fifteen minutes after it opened (I really wanted that car!), Chuck informs me that it's out for the day getting routine maintenance. I was irritated because I was explicitly told I could come in "anytime Monday" to test drive it, and I live in the city so it was over an hour of my time wasted, not to mention the gas, getting out there and back. So I go home and later that evening, I call Chuck and leave a message asking if I could look at it tomorrow (Tuesday) and if he would call me and let me know if it's been sold. I explained I work the night shift so I wanted to know if it would indeed be there, before I get off of work at 730am and head out to the dealership which opens at 9am, to find out that it's not there. I didn't hear back from him all night so I called again, fifteen minutes before they close, and some woman informs me that the car indeed has been sold. Thanks for the follow-through. I find it interesting that, for a business that relies solely on servicing customers to stay in business, they did such a bad job. I will not be recommending this place to others.

BEWARE!!! This was the worst experience looking for a car that I ever had to deal with. They promise to help people with bad credit, but instead they try to put you in a vehicle that you really can not afford. When they do finally found you a car they jack up the price 3 to 4 thousand. ALWAYS check the blue book value before signing anything. This dealer is very unprofessional and i will be making a complaint.NEVER and I mean NEVER visit ZIEGLER CHEVROLET of SCHAUMBURG. I'm glad the dealership just west of them could help me out. Not going to say which but starts with a T. Thanks for nothing

From the moment we walked into the showroom at Zeigler Chevrolet it was such a pleasnt experience. I was looking to trade in my 2012 VW Jetta to purchase a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze to lower my payments. George, was the sales associate and Jimmy, the Used Car Manager, who we talked with. They were both the absolute best, straightforward, polite and not at all pushy. I was undecided at first and wanted to sleep on it before making my decision, they were very understanding. The next day, we returned to purchase my new 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. We were loyal Lattof customers over 30 yrs until they closed their doors. We followed some of their staff to Zeigler in Schaumburg where we received wonderful service from their service department. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and delivered what and when promised. We purchased a new Chevrolet from Amber Tortorello in March 2012 and another in November 2012. Amber and the entire Zeigler team were incredible to work with. They delivered everything as promised. They are both professional and friendly to work with as well as competitive in pricing.We recommend Zeigler to anybody interested in purchasing a new Chevrolet vehicle. I recently purchased a Chevrolet Equinox from Ziegler Chevrolet in Schaumburg, Illinois. This was only after carefully reviewing the consumer guide, test driving multiple vehicles, and negotiating the price with multiple sales people via email. I found through this extremely long process, to be most satisfied with Benny Alvarez, Salesperson at Ziegler Chevrolet. He corresponded with me via email a ridiculous amount of times because I had so many questions and wanted to get the best vehicle at the right price. I also went into the the dealership to test drive the vehicle three times. Benny was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, I met with Preston. He was very friendly and thorough. Bottom line is this...if you want an awesome vehicle (great features, roomy, and unbelievably good gas mileage) go see Benny Alvarez at Ziegler Chevrolet in Schaumburg.

The dealer offered for sale a used M class mercedes 500 on the internet. when I visited the garage the sales person was agile nice, crisp and ready to help. However he confessed that he has little knowledge of Mercedes Benz since they specialise on Jeeps. The colour of interior of the car was different to what was advertised,they called the car 4matic but it was not written on it.They were unable to show me the third row bench seat and the car was said to be overprized by 130 dollars. Generally speaking the experience was good.

I scheduled a service appointment and they scheduled me on a holiday, when they weren't open. How they even managed that is beyond me. However, I did bring my car in because I did not realize they were not open on this holiday, and of course when I get there, they were closed. I called the next morning and the service manager apologized and got me an appointment within the hour. It took them 5 hours to find out what was wrong and didn't even fix anything because for some reason, nothing was covered under my warranty. Which is fine, but I opted not to have the problems fixed. Allen called me to tell me my car was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up, he acted like I wasn't supposed to be there and said "I should have waited for another call to pick it up". I told him he never told me to wait for another call. He said it was ready at any time, so I assumed any time meant just that! Then he disappears for 20 minutes, comes back, just hands me my keys and says "I'll mail you the receipt because you're obviously in a hurry and can't wait". I proceeded to tell him his attitude was not necessary, and he said I could have at least gave him 10-20 minutes to get my car ready before I showed up. I did give him that much time, because it takes that long for me to even drive there.It was also a very rare 105 degree day in Illinois and their waiting area had a full line of soft drinks but no cups for anyone to drink out of. Nice.I will NEVER go back to this dealership after being treated like complete garbage. They were the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. I had an appointment at another dealership later this week and I wish I would have went there instead. I would recommend going to any other dealership than this one to have your car fixed.

I bought a Chevy Aveo in 2004 and in seven years of owning it have visited Woodfield Chevy lots of times to service my car. Since the day I bought my car until I traded it in for a new car Eric Dostle was my contact at the service department. He was always friendly and returned my calls quickly. He was very honest about what work needed to be done on my car and what didn't need to be done even though the service manual for my car said it did. He remembered me every time i came in and always knew the details about my car and service without looking it up. My car broke down last week and unfortunately Eric was not working that Saturday and I was forced to deal with someone else in the service department. This made me appreciate Eric even more. I had to call the service department 4 times to even get through to anyone and then when I finally got a live person they had no idea what was going on with my car and I was told someone would call me back in 10 minutes and they never did. I called back again in 30 minutes and was told they were looking at my car and someone would call me back. I didn't receive a call back until almost 4pm (my phone calls began at 11am) and was told it would be until Monday until someone could figure out what was wrong with my car. I was very unhappy and felt that they never even looked at my car and just told me they did. I have never had one bad experience with Eric and he has always called back promptly and when he says he will, sometimes sooner. I recently bought a new Toyota and what I will miss most about my Chevy Aveo is going to visit Eric at the service department. He seems to be Woodfield Chevy's best asset in the service department.
