Great customer service Knowledgeable friendly service representative Explained standard recommended service for miles on vehicle, and cost. Vehicle was completed on time. Complete service review inspection report provided. All questions answered. Vehicle looked great they washed it looked like just came off show room floor. They even found the coin purse I had misplaced and left me a note where they found it. Went over in detail work completed and what they found. Also let me know when I should come in for next scheduled maintenance. Easy to read itemized statement of work. Drive in drop off and easy location for pick up and payment. Great customer service experience.

Our salesman Dale is awesome. He was upfront and honest throughout the entire purchase. Jeremy in finance was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is my daughters first car and we had a great experience especially compared to some other dealers. The service department is just as great! Thank you for making this less stressful than it has to be!

First time having my car serviced here. Dropped it off over night and they called my at 8am the next day and it was already ready! Trish was great at keeping me updated on the status of my car. They even rotated my tires for free! Casey in service was very nice and helpful as well. 5 star service all around!

Had an appointment at 9am to check am airbag error message and rotate tires. I explained that I had to get the car at 4 by the very latest, earlier if possible. Never got a call the vehicle was ready. Showed up at 4:10 and the car was ready, but all they did was update the software clear the code and rotate tires. Why do I have a 9am appointment time of they aren't going to look at the car until after 2pm. My car should have been done by 11am. From now on for routine service I will either wait for the car or request that it be done by noon. If that can't be done I won't be back!

Service department, bad experience! I've been driving for the last hour without windshield wipers working to my Touareg. Stopped by, asked them to help me, I have kids and wife with me, all they had to do is check the fuse panels. But they didn't. Said that it's more than a fuse, how would they know if they didn't even checked it??? Other local shop helped out.

Came in to compare a GTI to a WRX. It was my first time ever looking at VW, but Tex was knowledgeable about the product despite being a trainee. If he couldn't answer a question, he got me in contact with someone that knew the answer and we both learned about VW. My first time in the GTI was out on another test drive and I couldn't stick around to wait for it, but he took me out in a sport Jetta to get my feet wet in a VW. I came back in with my wife on another day and he had the GTI ready, warmed up with the heated seats and ready to get going. He was very friendly and helpful in all regards to searching for a manual transmission car with the options I wanted. I ended up choosing a WRX, but it was due to the car and not the salesperson. My wife is looking forward to going back to Tex to get a new Jetta.

Was in the Market for a used VW. Customer service was great, very informative and not pushy at all. Although I did not buy a used vehicle from this lot, I did purchase from a different Zimbrick location. Kudos to Zimbrick, great overall experience!

Shopped for a used vehicle through this dealer recently. The dealership was flexible to my test-drive and inspection requests. We were unable to agree on a price, but I would have no problem working with them again.

Todd was great. The process of us buying our 2007 GTI was a long one. He kept in contact with us from the time that we first test drove the car, through our six months of saving and contemplating, and worked around our schedule so that we could order the car (in the afternoon on a Saturday) and really talk about the process. It seemed as though Todd was ALMOST as excited about the GTI's arrival as we were :). This was our first experience in purchasing a new car, and Todd made it a great one. He took the time to listen to my concerns about financing and put me in contact with Shawn as soon as the car was ordered to make sure that I could get the best rates available. If my interactions with Zimbrick in the future are anywhere near what they were with Todd, we will be life long customers. Taking the time to make that connection with a younger couple (we're 26 and 27) is a great overall business strategy.Great product, great people, great service. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!Kate S.
