-Low miles and one owner (outside of the Rusnak BMW from which I purchased this vehicle where it was used by an executive at the dealership). I bought it with 7k miles if my memory serves me well.-No accidents whatsoever. Clean vehicle report and you'll see all the paint is original factory paint.-Well maintained and the car runs great and all everything works great. I also have all the service records. Until the factory warranty expired the car was serviced at Santa Monica BMW. After that it was serviced by an independent shop run by the previous service foreman of Santa Monica BMW.-Looks great but this is an eight year old car so it has a few minor blemishes but nothing major as you can/will see.-Only one, not so obvious issue, is one of the "angel eyes" on the daytime running lights is a bit dimmed. Other than that, I'm not aware of any issues outside of those you can see with your eyes.-Cash and local buyer only, not interested in trades or "creative" financing or other terms.-Based on the mileage and condition I think the price is reasonable and I'm in no rush to sell.-I'm only selling the car because I bought a new car and dealer's trade-in offer value was too low.If you have any questions let me know.
