Salesman Derrick Menefield and all staff very friendly and helpful. After purchase Derrick synced my phone to my new van, programed some radio stations for me and he demonstrated the functions on the van. I have also used the web sight for more info, it was easy and helpful. I believe all the employees I dealt with have very high moral standards.

My salesman Samuel and the entire staff was very friendly. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences ever. Samuel was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. He answered questions and if he was not sure he found out the answer for me. I was encouraged to call I had any questions. The finance manager was also a delight to work with. He prayed with us after closing the loan. I highly recommend Bramlett Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new auto.

From the moment you walk in to either purchase a vehicle or have one serviced, you are treated with professionalism and respect. Every employee is genuine and eager to help you. The service department has always been up front and fair with me and I've never felt like they were taking advantage of me. A dealer is only as good as their service department and Bramlett has the best!Truly the best place to buy a car and continue the service there, too.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences Ihave had in years. Our salesman Sam was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy He answered questions and if he was no sure of an answer he found out the answer for us. He helped set our car up for us before we left and made sure we were satisfied .We were encouraged to call or text if we had any questions. We strongly recommend them.

Truly a great place to purchase a vehicle. Loved the no haggle prices, you could just walk around and see which vehicle was in your price range. Derrick was very helpful in answering any questions we had and very patient with us. They have a lot to choose from, so we had a hard time deciding which vehicle we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The thing that I will remember the most is the prayer said to us as we were getting ready to leave by the finance manager (so sorry I can't remember his name) but he made the biggest impression on me and made the whole day a blessing! This will definitely be my go to for my next vehicle purchase.
