In 2014 under prior ownership, I had a bad experience with this dealership. Rizzo Kesodia asked me to give him a chance to prove I could have a transparent, integrity based experience with him. He was positively right! My faith in this dealership & especially Rizzo's integrity/Customer Service is restored. Rizzo, made sure the process was hagle free, he met my pricing, he ensured the Finance office got me in/out within 20 min. He handled the detailing of my new Q50 and patiently walked through the features of my car even though it was close to closing time. Most importantly he remained accessible to me after hours for questions. I am not only happy with the entire experience beginning to end, I am impressed by Rizzo's advanced people skills and sales expertise. He clearly knows how to read his customers and uses his insight to sincerely exceed their expectations. Great Job Rizzo!

We consistently have fantastic experiences with our he service department in this dealership- whether it be just an oil change or a bigger service. Adam (Service Dept) is the reason that we will definitely stick with Infiniti if and when we buy a new vehicle. I have had BMWs, Audis, VWs, Chevrolets and Fords and I have always dreaded dealing with their Service Departments and those other brands were ALWAYS unpleasant and difficult. Not Infiniti and certainly not this dealership- they are absolutely top notch.

Recently leased my fourth infiniti and this experience was the best. Worked with Ara Kharazyan who was excellent. He was patient to the extreme. Answered everyquestio we had and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. When were unsure and decided to wait another day to decide, Ara was more than kind and offered to answer any questions/concerns over the phone at any time. We returned the following day and Ara went through each vehicle type again. when we chose our model and color, there was not on the lot. Ara quickly found one and had it delivered to the Van Nuys dealership that same afternoon. We are very happy with our Q70L and with Ara's patience and concern over the time it took us to decide. Need help buying or leasing an infiniti, talk Ara. Enjoy the experience.

I had a huge mainenence issue with my car and I was not very trusting that the service department would help me and be honest. When I met Rick the first thing he said is you came to the right guy and I'm gonna take care of it and he did just that. I can't thank Rick enough for all he did to make sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met and addressed. My car is all fixed and running like new and I honestly thank god for all of Ricks help and expertise because now I know my children are safe and that our car is going to last us for a very long time. Rick is such a professional and stays true to his word, he is honest and doesn't try to oversell things that are not needed. I bought my infiniti from this dealership in 2007 and other than once, I haven't had a reason to visit again because I have a local mechanic I give business too. However, my remotes wouldn't work, wouldn't open the door or allow me to get the car started without one heck of a hassle so today I took it in. I had no appointment but they saw to my needs very quickly and the consultant they provided was excellent. Really efficient, pleasant and patient with my questions. They should be very proud to have Steven Chen as one of their employees. He arranged for a car to take me back to my office while they checked for the problem and 2 hours later called to say the car was ready, their was a recall on the remotes and he had replaced them with new ones and their was not one cent charge. He sent a car to pick me up so I could get my car back. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Steven and the staff in the service department for making my day a lot easier.

Rick Robinson has been the service professional that I have gone to since I purchased my Q50. He consistently meets and exceeds my expectations. Recently I had a flat. I drove in to the dealership, spoke with Rick and he helped me with a new tire and dealt with a recall issue that I completely forgot about. Lastly, he told me that he replaced the battery in my key because it appeared to be going out. He did all of these things that were on my mind but had forgotten about. This is exactly the type of employee you need to really WOW your customers. I can't say enough good things about my Infinity and the service that I have received.

And when it was time for this recall, they told me that they had the part on numerous occasions. Just to find out that they had lied to me. David Gonzales and the service team at Infiniti of Van Nuys were able to replace a "light cluster" in the dashboard so we can see all the information systems. There were some glitches, no fault of "team Infiniti", but they persisted until the right parts were secured and the installation could be done correctly. David kept us informed at every step and we are very grateful that he made the extra effort.We have owned three Infiniti cars during a period of over 20 years and we wouldn't take our cars to any other dealership.

Deceptive opinion of work to be done by mechanic. Brought to this dealer as a second opinion to verify cost of repair which was quoted by the dealership of Firestone Complete Auto Care. Once in the Infiniti repair shop of Van Nuys , We were quoted things that mad no sense to the repair of the vehicle at hand. We believe them to be milking the client for a potential sale in the upward range of $4000.

This dealership was my first stop and it was the best decision I've made in a car purchase. First off, street parking was a mess and when I pulled into the lot, Kevin jumped right in to help park my car. There started my positive experience. Kevin understood what I was looking for in my Q50 and showed me cars right away. He was patient while I test drove a couple of cars. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the car's features. When I decided on 'my car', Kevin worked with Vick to help finalize my deal with a happy handshake. Vick was also personable and professional. We had good conversation, as he walked me through the finishing touches. Overall, I had a GREAT experience and of course I'll be back! Infiniti of Van Nuys did not disappointed me. I called the day of the sale to inquire availability. Came at noon. Discussed the numbers and signed the papers. At 6PM car was ready to be picked up (the color combination was not available, hence the delay). Overall, I have had great experience, with one minor disappointment. Where is your coffee corner guys? You have had it before. To all the other reviewers complaining that they got ripped off I can add only one thing - the last financial crisis was partially because of ignorant customers not reading the fine print. Same applies to car dealerships - if you don't read the print - you might feel robbed. But, pay the due diligence and discuss all the aspects - and you won't have extra questions.

First, they blatantly send you an email steering you to this website "if you have a good review to leave them". And if you have a bad review, they give you a different link! Truly incredibly scandalous, and that's just icing, not even the cake.They misrepresent CPO vehicles intentionally, even when brought to their attention, claiming they do the 150+ point inspection, however I have evidence they are falsifying those documents. This is called Fraud and False Advertising.They lie to get you in the door. Direct lies, with no shame on you arrive to discover you were lied to, then manipulated to work around it.They refused to be transparent during the transaction and used severe intimidation tactics including threatening behavior and curse words.This is intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. It's very real.

Experience was horrible. The salesman didn't want to take my 2013 pilot as a trade in . I assigned a deal only to later get offered by another 125 less the what Van Nuys gave me. Now I am stuck with 3 cars one of them being a total ripoff. The other dealership was so surprised how much more they charged me "why"? I wanted to leave but he continued to insist for me to take the car home. I regret to ever visited I literally feel awful about me signing. I have nightmares about it and can't sleep at night for the stress.

I have a Nissan vehicle, and Nissan is right next door, but the dealership is crooked and isn't customer service oriented. This is why I go to Infinity. The customer service is excellent, they give me honest opinions on my car and they treat me correctly. I don't mind paying a little extra for an oil service, when I know its done correctly and I'm treated well. I consider the Nissan Service department next to them worse than Pepboys.

Steven Chen is the ONLY reason I would put up with the inconvenience to the customer during the remodel. After remodeling, prices go up to pay for it. Why? There was nothing wrong with it the way it was. Steven, and the work of the mechanics is great! I followed them out to Van Nuys from Glendale. That is how great they are!!!!!

...a truism for any service business. In general, this dealer's staff are all competent and reliable, but I've been very impressed with Stephen Chen, the Service Consultant assigned to my cars. He's knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, flexible in terms of serving my calendar needs, and has never made a promise he's failed to keep. Add to that the Dealership's general commitment to service and what you get is truly reliable, economic (and it is that -- I've price-shopped from Santa Monica to Glendale) and prompt service. But again, it helps when you feel your consultant (or whatever noun is currently is in use) has familiarized himself with your needs and goes out of his way to make things work for you; Stephen Chen does that. Nowadays it can be a truly pleasant surprise to be treated like a customer rather than an annoying interruption of the dealer's day...

By far one of the worst experiences of my life. To put it as simply as possible they were completely unapologetic about mistakenly taking $2,500 out of my account. Yes that's right they took that money by mistake and seemed to be annoyed that I wanted it back. I found out the money was missing when my card was declined at a restaraunt, I was later hit with 5 transactions worth of over draft fees. I am now in a negative standing with my bank and had to go without money for over 4 days until they conveniently decided to have me drive all the way back to the dealership during a work day to pick up a check. When I asked them about the over draft fees they said I needed proof from the bank and snap shots of my online banking was not enough. Ok so they take thousands of dollars from me without my authorization, I have to take time off from work twice to go to the dealership then instead of doing the right thing and giving back my over draft fees they say no you have to waste more of your time to help fix the mistake we made. What makes everything so scary is how nice they were before they got my money. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Yes they are great when you first meet them but if your looking for a genuine dealership that cares even after the purchase please stay as far away from them as possible.

This is by far the most unprofessional dealer I've ever dealt with. Be warned, they will not stick to any price they agree or communicate with you. It's all just lies. When you get there, they will switch the price on you once you are ready to buy at the office. Prior to going there, we agreed on a OTD price by email; without discussing what payment route I'll be choosing. When I got there to purchase, they tried convincing me to finance and run my credit. Just heads up for all of you, if you are not financing through the dealership, they do not need to run your credit. I refused since I already financed through my bank. After them taking all my personal info, they came back to me and said, because i wasn't financing through them, they need to raise the price several hundred dollars. What?!?? I walked away from purchasing the car. Customers should not be treated this way. Do not waste your time and money going here. I wanted to refer my mother to purchase a Nissan through them as well since they worked out an OTD (scam) price with me beforehand, but I'll never allow her to go through the same experience I went through.

I brought my car in for a 60K service on my EX35. I drove out of my way just to get my car serviced by Davin DeGraca because I know he is an exceptional service consultant. He always surprises me on how well he takes care of me and my car. He put me in a new QX60 loaner car because I wanted to "test drive" a SUV, gave me a BRAND NEW throttle body out of warranty instead of just cleaning it to make sure "dying on start" issue was fixed, and even contacted factory to see if they can restore a cosmetic damage another infiniti dealer had caused free of charge. Davin always went far far and way beyond his job description every time I had the pleasure of dealing with him and I would recommend friends, family, coworkers AND strangers to this dealership and Davin!

Just needed a routine oil change; Steven greeted me upon arrival, and escorted me to the convenient waiting area (with Starbucks, fresh pastries and TV!) He later notified me that I needed a repair on my clock light which was covered by the warranty and would take an extra 10 minutes. I called Infiniti of Van Nuys and spoke with Andy, who said he is the fleet manager. I gave him a quote that I received from a different infiniti dealership in Orange County and he promised to match those prices. I explained to him that my friends and I are interested in 4 vehicles and are very serious. I also told him that I am nine months pregnant and not coming to play games or bargain. He, of course, reassured me that they are just as serious and that I can come immediately and leave with a new car. My friend and I got there immediately and went over all the details of this deal, he took our information and ran all of our CREDITS (!!!) he told us that everything is looking good, keys were already on his desk, and so I called my husband and asked him to take a quick break from work and come down to sign final paperwork. Only when my husband was on his way, Danny, a "floor manager", came to us and said that there's a bit of a "dilemma". Apparently they maid a mistake and missing a mysterious incentive that would allow them to give us this deal and therefore we'd have to add $1500 to the cost!!! We were disappointed and argued this random price and the fact that it feels like a fraud and after about an hour, Danny "agreed" to meet us half way and increase the price by $390 but only for 2 of the 4 cars. We agreed. He went to "prepare the paperwork", and in the meanwhile Andy came back to sign my husband on a document that allows them to run his credit (only after the fact). Then Danny came back and kindly explained to us that SINCE WE DON'T LOOK LIKE HAPPY CUSTOMERS, HIS BOSS IS REFUSING TO GIVE US THIS NEW DEAL BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORTH IT FOR THEM! From there, everything went downhill. My husband got really upset for the wasted time (we were there for about 3 hours) and I was upset because of the fraud and dishonesty! The mysterious "boss" suddenly appeared and started screaming and swaring at my husband. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THE FIRST PAGE OF OUR CREDIT REPORTS WHEN WE ASKED FOR IT, WHICH IS ILLEGAL, ESPECIALLY COMBINED WITH THE FALSE PROMISES AND DEALS. I ENDED UP FINDING AN AMAZING BROKER AND GETTING A MUCH BETTER DEAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay tuned for the positive review! STAY AWAY FROM INFINITI OF VAN NUYS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This is the most unprofessional, terrible dealership I have ever been to. I needed a new Infiniti because the lease on my last one was up. I've been a loyal customer of Infiniti for quite some time now so it only made sense to get a new model of my last car. I made an appointment with the sales manager but when I went in, I was traded off between three other sales associates until someone finally helped me. I spent 6 hours in the dealership because these people are clowns. After finally making a deal, they couldn't find my car. They couldn't remember where they left it and they were upset I wouldn't choose a different color or package. One of the crazy sales people there boasted about his trophies and great sales. He then suggested we roll the miles back on my old lease "under the table" so that I would lease a new car with him. I was floored. I should have walked out right then and there but I just politely declined and continued to work a deal out on the new car. He told me to bring friends over to him so that he can overcharge them, meet his sales, and pay me the difference in a referral fee. Beyond shady. He then didn't say a word to us after making the deal for my new car. He became even more rude and unprofessional.The car was given to me FILTHY and I had to wait for them to clean it, which wasn't even done that well. Then another salesman chased me as I was almost driving off the lot and said "please remember to give us 10/10 ratings 'cause we don't want to hear from corporate." Sigh.

Steven Chen, Devin de Graca, and Adam are always excellent in providing service every time I bring in my cars, even for just a simple oil change. They are a bunch of crazy guys, but they do put in their full attention to your needs - what you need and what you could defer for later servicing. Also, your car always comes back clean. A couple of times I didn't feel like washing my car, so I brought it in for an oil change! I have a 2006 M35 and a 2008 G35. I love both cars and the people that takes care of it. Keep on. It's the service and attention that brings me back - tho' I have to deal with these "crazy" dudes.

Kenny wasn't just helpful but he made my experience buying my first Infiniti fun. I was able to trust him off the bat. I know I can call him up and ask for his help. The way he treats customers is the way every dealer should treat their customers. Earlier that day I had test driven the Camaro but it wasn't as fun when compared to test driving the Infiniti. I had such a great experience with Rick and this service dept last time that i decided to get my brake work done by them a few months later. Rick did not disappoint - great straight up kind of guy; the exact type of service manager you always hope to get, but never usually do. I have an older 2004 and I was in last time for engine problems which they fixed nicely without trying to gouge me. I usually get my brakes taken care of somewhere else - glad I brought my car back to them again.

The service department has done a full 180 in quality of service. While my previous service consultant Resty who was great left Infiniti Van Nuys Steven Chen is my new Service consultant and he was extremely knowledgeable in his explanation of what needed to be done and had fair recommendations. Also I am assuming the service department has recently done a transition in management as the place now seems well run. Small example when Infiniti used to leave a small sticker on your front windshield to remind you of future service they would use a gas station reminder sticker they are now using one that says Infiniti---wise branding improvement.Overall Steven did a great job and overall improvement in service department is great to see!

My customer rep was fine. Other than that, it was another bad experience with this service department. This is the THIRD time I have driven away from this dealership to discover the service light is still on for the problem I had taken my car there to fix. These guys tell you everything is wrong with your car and try to sell you fixes that would cost you more than it's worth. I have no trust in this dealership's service department, it really feels like they put their own profit over the customer's well-being every time. For example, they recommended a thousand dollar repair for something that an outside mechanic just told me will be fixed by an oil change. Now that I have other options, I won't be going there again.

I had one! I am on my 3rd Infinity from Miller Infinity. Infinity makes amazing vehicles. Very intuitive! But, they have of great sales & service and always been more than fair on trade ins and new car deals. Recently I ran into a service disaster. My Radiator ruptured and rendered my FX35 inoperable.I had it towed to Infinity of Van Nuys when I was introduced to Steven Chen, Service advisor.I was really in a pickle. I was on my way to pick up my son, ill at school when my car failed. Bu the time I got help and made to infinity, almost 3 hours had passed. Without delay, Steven had 1 loaner car left and was able to reschedule another client, knowing my son was waiting as school for so long and the stress I was under.The next day the radiator trouble was located. I was made aware that the Transmission oil also cools through this trans core radiator. Ir was detected that radiator fluid had contaminated the transmission fluid. So it wasn't a question of if, it was a question of when will my transmission fail?With Steven's influence, all party's agreed to replace my transmission by being proactive as to things to come. I was stunned when I saw the service record! 9200.00! The Transmission alone was 8K!I couldn't believe it. Steven said He did not want me coming back months from now when my warranty expired, knowing the the Transmission would fail at some future point. I was astounded.This is the greatest dealership I have ever worked with! From the first call, Service Sales, everything!I can't say enough about the quality of the dealership, Manufacturer and especially the great folks at Miller Infinity. They know about customer service and look for opportunities to do great things for their customers. Thank you all so much. New cars dealers don't make a ton of money on new retail car purchases, it's the parts and service department that is the blood of the organization. This place needs to be taken off life support. I'd take my new car to Pep Boys for service at least I would get some respect, there.

I bought my car from the infinity Van Nuys .a spot purchase 30 days later they told me to come back in and redo my contract 30 days after that they told me to come in and return the car. a spot purchase is when you assume the person has good credit and you let them drive off the lot so when the finance company opens the next day is when rhey do the finance . I used my trade in now I have no car I was also threatened if I don't return the car they would report the car stolen.be careful

My regular contact was out on the day I wanted to bring my vehicle in for an Oil Change and General Maintenance. The person he referred me to was great. Very personable and knew what he was talking about since he had once been a mechanic at the dealership. Turnaround was very quick even though I was not in a rush and left the car there for service. Charge was very reasonable and it was a quick in and out.

I've been lucky, the first manager I met in the Service Department was Resty Tiangco. Resty is one of those professionals you are always hoping for when you're in need of excellent service. Since I bought my first Infiniti at what was Miller Infiniti in 2012 I have used the service department almost eversince. I have always relied upon Rick Robinson as my service writer and sorely missed him when he took a hiatus from the dealership. So I was very pleased when I discovered him back at his job right after I bought my M 37. I have pretty much known all of the service writers who worked at the dealership over the years and I have found that except for one individual, all have been very attentive to my needs. Rick is my go to guy and he has never steered me wrong.

THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP FOR A CAR, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, FALSE ADVERTISING, PHISHING THROUGH THE INTERNET SOURCES, BAD DEALS!!!Last year, in around November, when new car models came out, we went to Van Nuys Infinity to check the models. We found a model that we wanted, and after getting the price estimate, we tried to bargain a bit to get it down couple grand. NOT A PENNY they would be willing to bargain at that time. Well, we had time and decided to wait a year.This year one of our cars died on us and we needed a car asap.I was shopping for 2015 Infiniti QX70 and got a quote through TRUECar from Valencia, Beverly Hills, and Van Nuys, CA Infiniti dealership with the price and model that satisfied me. I got the TrueCar GUARANTEED Savings Certificate that stated that Infiniti of Van Nuys will provide me the access to IN-STOCK new vehicle. Certificate number UN***E. When i called the Van Nuys dealer, they started playing with the price, putting me on hold, calling me back, i spent half a day trying to schedule an appointment to come and pickup the car ($51.000 + cnange value), not a cheap, at the end of all conversations, i got a reply that they DO NOT have the car in stock... Cristina Madlangbayan and sales manager of that day, clearly denied existence of the car in the dealership possession on 03/04/2015 and i had to start looking for it at other dealerships at the end of the day... Van Nuys dealership clearly phishing for customers on truecar website. What is the point of getting quote for a car that claimed to be in stock if it is not there, and dealer says that they will call when it is in their possession, it is just waste of time. Very unprofessiona handling of such business, when people plan to spend decent amount of money, they expect decent service and honest business. I do not recommend dealing with Van Nuys Infiniti dealership.

I struck a deal with this dealership. When, in good faith, i went back to them to make this deal happen they made all the excuses in the world why this couldnt happen. It was outrageous. I was trying to give them my business and they failed in a miserable way. I wasted so many hours of my time here and its incredibly frustrating how this place operates. I will not recommend anyone to go here. I would have expected a better experience and them to have made this deal happen rather than trying to stick it to me.

I recently brought my 2012 G37 Journey Coupe in for two service appointments: one for regular scheduled maintenance, one for a relatively minor mechanical warrantee repair.The service, as always, was flawless. I highly recommend service advisor Robert Bettencourt. He's pleasant and professional and always follows through on any open issues or repair. Granted, this is the closest Infiniti dealership to my home, but I still wouldn't take my car anyplace else for service.

I'm from The Bay Area and was traveling in L.A. when my FX45 decided it wanted to blow its coolant going over the 405, I nursed it over to Infiniti of Van Nuys to have it checked out and have them work on it. (big mistake)David was nice at first and got me in and told me it was going to be an hour before they can look at it. An hour and a half later they had racked up a $5,000 bill with everything that was wrong with the car like old plugs, old motor mount, Worn control arm bushings, parking light bulbs and the thermostat needed replacing along with a coolant flush and new cap. Having my hands tied I had to get the cooling system done so I could head home. They said they pressure tested my system and the total was going to be $700 and the mechanic said this would fix my issues so I said do it. I asked David if I could get a loaner so I could go get some lunch because it was going to take them 3 hours to do everything, at first he was reluctant saying I didn't have an appointment but then said ok. I came back to the dealer and the car was done and I was on my way home to the Bay. 70 miles later on top of the GrapeVine it blow again. I immediately called david and he didn't offer me any resolution accept for me to pay and have it towed back. I let it cool down and nursed it back to the dealer getting there at 6:45 and they close at 7:00. I explained to David what happened and he said leave it and they will look at it in the morning. I asked him for a loner so I can go to a hotel and he said he could only offer me a ride in the area. I explained to him that hotels are twice as much and would rater stay in Woodland HIlls where its a bit cheaper. His reply was the guy that gives out the loaners is already gone and I was lucky he even stuck around. Before blowing my gasket I got in my car and drove off to come back in the morning to get it taken care of.8:00am the next morning I got to the dealer and David came out and said he wanted me to talk to the Service Manager, perfect! Kennet Frakes was the rudest manager I have ever met. I sat down and he started to tell me "you know your car has 250k miles and we have to replace the head gasket". Wait nothing was ever said the day before when they tested my system and diagnosed the issue to be a $700 thermostat job. I tried to explain to him that because I have 268k miles doesn't mean I need a head gasket. the mechanic didn't say anything the day before, in fact the mechanic and David couldn't believe how well of condition my car was in and how it ran so good. So now Kenneth is pretty much telling me there is nothing they will do for me and have a good day they fixed what they were paid to fix and thats that. I told him I wanted my $700 back and I would go somewhere else, he denied and said they wouldn't be doing anything for me. I was able to make it home after 12 hours of stopping every hour to let the system cool. The repair that needed to be done.... The Engine Temperature Control Sensor, a $40 part and the car runs perfect.
