Maxkar Motors provides an excellent atmosphere. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Moe, the Finance Manager is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was attentive, informative and made the process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this dealership. I will most definitely be back to Maxkar Motors for my next vehicle.

I came in with my 2 small children, horrible credit and in desperate need of a vehicle. Moe took the time to listen to my situation as I explained my recent separation and how I lost my vehicle because of it. I told him exactly how much money I had to put down and the max car payment I could afford. He was AMAZING! I test drove 4 different kinds and ultimately ended up with my 2011 Mazda3 which I love!! The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The whole staff was patient with my kids as they had their markers and coloring books out and toy cars rolling along the floor! lol Very laid back relaxing office. Understanding and considerate and went out of their way to make sure I was going to leave driving MY OWN car.

I recently bought a Chrysler Aspen that at first I never heard of that car but when I saw it I absolutely fell in love with....It was wonderful inside and out for being a used vehicle...Also the staff was so pleasant.. Finance manager Waiz is great he is a must go to person. Him and Moe worked so hard to get me in the car and payments that were great as well they worked so hard fror me and I really appreciate them for doing so..Im extreamily happy and will come back myself and will recommend them to anyone Ive already gave recommendations to my co-workers and close friends..They definitely went the extra mile....Thanks so Much.... I recently bought a 2006 Land Rover LR3 and there were a couple little issues that arose once I took it to get a state inspection in MD. The manager Moe took care of everything promptly and to the tune of $700 that he absolutely didn't have to do. I was worried that a used car lot that I had no previous experience with would say "too bad" but they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the car and the experience. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them again.

So I purchased a nice Chevrolet Avalanche from them and the check engine light came on before I drove the 60 miles back home. I has the code read and it stated that the catalytic converter was bad and that it would cost $900 (parts and labor). At this point I was glad that I had purchased the extended warranty from them. Until I found out that the $1500 warranty that I had just purchased didn not cover the catalytic converter. Moe agreed to take care of the problem if I returned the vehicle for him to perform the repair in his facility. I found this to be more than fair since technically he was under no obligation to pay for the repair. After some discussion we both agreed that it was the right thing to do. I drove the truck back there and the problem was fixed the same day. They did right by me, otherwise it would have made for a bad buying experience. I would recommend them to friends and will buy my next car from them. They have some really nice cars on the lot. wb

My experience at Maxcar Motors was beyond enjoyable. Not only was there staff very helpful and polite but they also do whatever they can to really help you no matter what situation you're in. They are very honest and give all facts an truth up front. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car from a honest and polite dealership.

so i was talking to MOE from the Stafford location for a couple days not about a MAZDA 3 2007, he had told me to submit a credit application and he would work with me then after i submitted he told me he would call me,... never did so i called back he then told me he would have to speak to the finance dept and call me back bc they were already closed for the day... once again NOT received a call...then was told on the third day i was waiting for any results that he would speak to the manager and get back to me oh what a surprise he never did so i called today and was simply told that the car had SOLD this morning... i call this horrible customer service and will not even try to buy from there don't bother letting them view your credit it will be a total waste..

I came to the area looking for a truck at another lot nearby, but my wife stumbled on a couple of trucks at the MAXKAR lot. I was drawn to how respectful and personable Weis approached me. He was not pushy at all, and very honest about the condition of the trucks I was looking at. The honesty alone was what sold me. The truck ended up being much better than I expected. After buying 4 different vehicles, this car buying experience at MAXKARS was undoubtedly the best. This is a professionally ran dealership who I would refer to any and everyone.

I recently purchased a new car from Maxkar Motors, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. The 2 sales men,were very determined to get me into a car that I wanted at a price that I could afford. They went above and beyond not stopping after I was denied by one bank, but continuously searching until they found one that would give me a loan with no co-signer which is exactly what I wanted. They were honest, polite and very knowledgeable about the car buying process keeping me informed of everything that they were doing computer/paperwork wise and predicted outcomes. I would and have highly recommended Maxkar Motors not just to family and friends but to my patients as well seeking to purchase vehicles from a honest dealership. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!

The overall experience with MaxKar Motors was excellent from beginning to end. The car was described exactly as it appeared in person. The salesman, Imran, was very knowledgeable and very straight forward and honest, which made the overall experience very good. I would easily go to MaxKar a second time, it is what a used car dealer should be.

The salesman, Imran, was great, he was very honest and factual with the car and was in no way pushy or overbearing. They are very upfront about the cars, the car I purchased had a few cosmetic issues which they had already planned to fix and were simply waiting on the parts to arrive in the mail. They even went so far as to put the car up on the lift for me so that I could examine the underbelly of the car. In short they are an excellent dealer, and made the car buying experience very pleasant and swift (unlike most other used car dealers).

I had a wonderful experience at Maxkar. I just graduated from college and was in need of a car to get back and forth from work. This was my first time going by myself to look at a vehicle and the sales people were very patient and helpful throughout the process. I was not feeling rush or anything. I ended up purchasing from them and I am completely satisfied with my decision. Great place of business.

I have owned 12 cars and must say that my most recent purchase from Maxkar Motors was by far the best. I have always dreaded going to a car dealership and dealing with a salesman, however, Imran, changed my view on that. Imran was very helpful and kind. Not pushy at all. By far the best saleman I have ever met! I would recommend Maxkar Motors to anyone. You can tell that he loves his job. My husband loves his new car!

The salesman Imran knew the answers to my questions and he helped me get the fair deal. The car quality is excellent as well as the service. Love the car i bought here! Even though its a used one, it is a great buy. My old car completely broke down and i was very upset for a couple of days as i did not have much of a budget, and then i started researching online and then shortlisted a few and ended up at Maxkars and i am glad i did, as the salesman there(Imran) was very patient and courteous and answered all of my endless questions...even the other staff in the office who did the paperwork was very hospitable...overall it was a great experience...i test drove 2 cars before finally making up my mind...very comfortable office and the paperwork was a breeze...i would recommend everyone to go here and experience for themselves...i am definitely a happy person right now!!
