I went to the dealership to appease my husband who wanted me to buy a new car that I did not want. Jason Tucci, who was from the Jeep dealership waited on us. We walked out buying a Ford Taurus. There was zero pressure from anyone. Ryan,the Sales Manager was also extremely friendly with no pressure. Even when we picked up the car three days later, Jason just wanted everything to be perfect. I would recommend this dealership and especially Jason Tucci to anyone buying a car. Thanks Jason!

I had a service appointment on Thursday, November 14th. The people in the service department could not have been nicer. My car was ready in no time. They had told me it would take about two hours and the work was completed in an hour. The waiting room was comfortable and I was notified as soon as my car was ready! I had a great experience!

The entire experience at #1 Cochran was very pleasant. We planned to do a whole day of car shopping and this was our first stop. We took a test drive of a 2014 Escape. I really liked the car but hated to "pop" on the first one. There was no high pressure sales and they were very pleasant, but we left the dealership and visited the next. The next dealership didn't really have what we were looking for, but rather than continue shopping other places we returned to #1 Cochran. They greeted me at the door and I said lets talk numbers. They appraised my trade-in and presented me their offer. We were very close and I countered. The came back within minutes with the pricing I was looking for and we immediately shook hands. The paperwork was painless, as usual it takes time, but we were never left waiting for long without someone checking if we needed anything or had any questions. I will definitely go back when we are in the market for our next car.

We were greeted by Terry Brubaker who helped us pick an Escape and take it for a test ride. We were sold on it. When sitting down to figure out financing options, Ryan Maritz came over to introduce himself and shake our hands. Upon talking with him I told him what I wanted and didn't need in the Escape and he said I have another Escape in another garage you might like. Terry Brubaker to get it for us to look at and it was exactly what we wanted. Terry helped us so much with programing things in the Escape. He treated us like we were already his friends as did Ryan Maritz. Our vehicle buying experience was very pleasurable. Thank You- Terry Brubaker and Ryan Maritz

My wife and I appreciated the "no-nonsense" and structured approach to the sales process. Most of all we liked the printed offer sheet that we were given to take with us. This allowed us to quickly complete our own analysis of the offer in order to finalize our decision. All relevant items and the associated costs (or numbers) were clearly shown. This provides for specific, quick and efficient discussion when and where needed. It was also helpful that the sales manager was also present for the important parts of the discussion.

James Wilson and Cochran Ford made my new car buying experience more pleasant than I expected. James was friendly and answered all of my questions. I did all my research on the Web. Cochran's website is easy to use. I looked at all the different SUV's that are made and decided to try a Ford Escape. Cochran had sale prices on their vehicles and that drew me in. I was amazed at all the extra's that came with my car buying experience that day. (I really did not want to give up my 2002 Ford Taurus, it only had 157,000+ miles on it and was hardly broken in...shout out to Ford Motor Company). Cochran was having a tent sale that day with Y108. We were offered free hot dogs or hamburgers and free drinks by Ryan Maritz, General Sales Manager. Ryan also fixed us up with a new t-shirt and my husband got a new ball cap. We also got a chance to win tickets to Learnerville Speed Way and a Nascar event. (this story gets better). James found the exact SUV I was looking at on the Web. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me more car than I said I wanted. The standard package on a 2014 Ford Escape is amazing. James was perceptive and kind enough to stop explaining the hands free cell phone use when my eyes began to glaze over. He gave me his cell phone number and said I could call him anytime or just come in and he would set up my hands free cell phone (I hate talking on the Phone). The one "bell and whistle" that I never thought of was a back up camera. You must drive a Ford Escape just to try out the camera, Amazing. I was also amazed at Cochran's free first oil change and lifetime free inspection (if nothing is wrong with the car) package that came with the new purchase. (yep, I bought a new 2014 Ford Escape). I don't think I forgot anything, wait...they washed my car and filled the gas tank before I drove away in my new SUV. I will only buy my next car from James Wilson at Cochran Allegheny Valley. We really enjoyed our experience at Cochran Ford. When we entered the showroom we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named John Best who introduced us to Ryan Maritz with whom we had an appointment. Ryan made us feel very welcome at his dealership and we were soon shown vehicles in the lot and taken for a test drive. Cochran Ford had all of our information due to the work of Customer Service Rep. Ian Sharpley. My wife and I bought our new Ford Fiesta after only one visit and it was a wonderful sales experience . Our new car sparkled as we drove home thanks to the hard work of the Cochran Ford staff. Thank you all for treating us with dignity and respect during our car buying experience .

The Cochran Ford employees seemed very genuine and sincere. This was true from the moment that I walked through the door. Within minutes of me arriving, Bill H had located and provided descriptions of four vehicles of interest to me. Bob H and Mike T were very professional, personable and helpful throughout the process. I did not experience any pressure or stress thoughout the visit.

Everyone worked well as a team, friendly, and the pricing was beaten by three other dealerships we had went to prior to the sale. Jason was knowledgable about the truck and they worked quickly to make the sale move smoothly. They made sure we were happy and made sure we found the exact truck we wanted prior to coming into the store. The truck was waiting for me to test drive when I pulled in, and Jason greeted me at the door, along with Ryan the GM. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

We recently traded in a vehicle that wasn't working for our family anymore for a more fuel efficient family friendly vehicle, a lot of dealers don't have time for trade-ins, but we could not be more happy with our experience, no one tried to push anything on us that was out of our price range and we ended up actually purchasing a car and leaving with a check paying us for the difference of our old car! Our sales consultant could not have been more personable, we are looking forward to future dealings with #1 Cochran Natrona Heights.

Kevin Wetter was our sales person and we just can't say enough good things about him. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the product, and took care of our every need. We would recommend him highly. He met us outside of the front door when we arrived on a sweltering morning and arranged to take us for a test drive immediately. Even though I came to look at this car and decided to purchase, I didn't have my checkbook or the title for my trade with me. Regardless, the car was prepped and we were able to drive it home that day. Everyone involved in this trasaction were professional, and helpful, from Kevin to the sales manager, to credit, and even the prep guy. I've been buying cars for over 40 years, and this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend Cochran, and especially Kevin for the fine job they did.

I am happy with the service I received on my new car, this is the first time that I have had my car in for service. They got me in quickly and work around the fact that I am a full time nursing student and can not miss for anything. They were welling to explain everything to me and I ask a lot of question and what to know everything that is being done on my car. I am this way with all my cars regardless of how old or new it is.

When we first arrived at the dealership, we looked around feeling kind of frustrated because we couldn't afford what was on the lot. But Brian went above and beyond his job as a salesman, and found our new car for us! The staff at #1 Cochran Ford is by far the friendliest, and most helpful group we've ever encountered when buying a new vehicle. We will most definitely be going back there for any future maintenance, and auto purchases. They made us feel very comfortable, and there was no back and forth on pricing. They understood our needs from the moment we walked onto the lot, and met every single expectation we had of them. Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a new car!!!

Got a call from nick on saturday after he reviewed my internet search of cars,he set me up an appointment on the following monday which was good for me.This was my first time at this dealership and had purchased 4 other fords elsewhere.met with Ryan who was very nice,and he assigned Brian to show me the car i was interested in which was a ford fusion titanium.my Trade in was appraised in short time.a deal was agreed on and in a short time I met with mark to do the paper signing.Mark was very nice also.the sales people were very organized and professional which made my car buying experience very pleasant and I have already recommended this dealership to others. We had an excellent experience at Cochran Ford in Natrona Heights. Our salesman, Jason Hladney, came out & met us in the parking lot when we arrived. He was friendly and accommodating. We discussed our needs and particular situation. He listened well, was very knowledgeable, and showed us the various options. He was willing to take test drives in the cars we were considering, and he gave us the time we needed without undue pressure. Jason had a very professional manner which we appreciated. He was tireless in his efforts to help us reach a satisfactory deal. We would recommend Jason to other people thinking about purchasing a vehicle.

I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Cochran and enjoyed working with Terry. I hate high pressure car dealers and will usually just walk away, and never buy. I involved my sons in the process so they could see what to expect, and yes we did walked out of one dealership prior to meeting Terry. The boys have come to the understanding that I never buy the first time I go to the dealer, but this time it was different. They (Terry and Mike) gave me the price I wanted on the Focus and more than I expected for my trade. I never felt like it was a game or being pressured to buy.I have been driving my Focus for over a week (500 miles) and I really like this car, the way it looks, the way it drives.Thanks Terry for showing me and the boys what car buying should be like.In 28 years of buying cars (new and used) I have have never bought a Ford before, but I now can say, I have driven a Ford lately, and love it !scott

There was no haggling which I liked very much and am very happy with the deal that she got me and the car that I purchased from her. Jason was very professional and would highly recommend new customers to him. We looked at other car dealers and decided to go with a car from Cochran. Once we showed that we could receive and additional discount on the new car they didn't try to change the price of the trade in which other dealers may have done. We was offered more for the trade there than what other dealers offered which helped make the decision to choose dealing with Jason and the cochran team.

I had an oil change appointment for my 2011 Ford Focus, my second Focus I bought from that location. While waiting I went to look at the 2013 model. Everyone greeted me, then Jason Hladney came into the room, having sold me the first Focus, years earlier. He greeted me by name, he remembered me, asking me if I was looking to buy. I just threw out a sure, if you can make what I owe on the present one go away. He said he could do that. Well he did....great deal, an even trade, working out to be less then what I was paying! Now that is service...honest,friendly,and they remember your name. That is why I rate this dealer high, and I will continue to go there. Oh, by the way...they even paid for the oil change I went there for!

The staff was more than accomodating to my demands and very helpful in finding me just the right car. Ms. McDonald was friendly and understanding when I had to come back the next day to complete the purchase and never complained once. The selection of Fords was very impressive and I have heard nothing but good comments about others who have gone to #1 Cochran. When I have to get another car, I will definitely be returning to #1 Cochran.
