My salesman was perfect. I told him I wanted to lease another Sonata and I knew which one. He accommodated my lack of time and had everything ready. I thought the finance piece went well too until I got home and found out the extra warranty coverages I purchased did not include what I specifically asked for and had on my last car. I was told I could purchase that coverage for an additional $499 on top of the $799 I just spent for warranty I was told covered everything and no need to piece it together. She said because she already sent Hyundai my contract there was nothing she could do. I was lied to at the signing. I would never have a second thought about leasing another car from until this.

Great experience... I could not be any happier with my purchase of a Hyundai Tucson. Charlie and Dalton were very professional and I will definitely refer more people to Cochran. They both had tremendous product knowledge of everything in and on the SUV. Ask for Charlie/ Dalton next time you go to Cochran.. You will get the best experience possible in their hands. The management staff and finance department were also a big help to make sure I had a comfortable monthly payment. Also, the SUV was cleaned inside and out before I received the keys.

When my fiance and I stepped out of the car and began looking at vehicles, we were shortly after approached by a friendly, smiling face, who we later learned was Dalton Mottillo. Dalton made it apparent he was knowledgable and answered all of my questions with ease and ultimately made me feel comfortable with my decision. He was easy to communicate with over the two day process that it took me to decide on a vehicle, and answered his cell phone multiple times when I called with questions. I looked at sign-and-drive leases, comparing the Elantra to Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. Elantra offered apple car-play and alloy wheels not provided by the others despite a lease payment $60 lower per month for the Elantra. I could not sense any significant difference in perfomance or handling or comfort, so my decision was very easy to make. I have now driven the car every day for two weeks and still love the car....and I really love the price.

First let me say that my salesperson did great with the vehicle lease. Cochran even did things that no other dealer in the Pittsburgh Area would do for me. Fantastic customer service. So regarding the vehicle lease, they were excellent, best in the city. However, they fell short when they promised to take care of the leased car that I was returning. They left a lot of loose ends that required me to physically return to the dealer, several times, to ensure that things got done properly. It would have been better if they didn't make promises that they could not keep and allow me to return the lease vehicle myself. I could have left the dealership with everything done and enjoyed the new vehicle. Instead, it put a damper on what could have been a great experience.

Price was great, gave me close enough for trade in, wait time for test drive terrible over an hour! Car was at storage. Take home cleanliness was good except windshield and back window weren't cleaned well at all. Had to clean them once car was home. Subpar with that. Would use Cochran again but need to significantly improve on wait time when car is brought from storage! Tom Saxton was a great salesman. Need to work on detail and transport guys!

Easy financing review and nice people in general. Nothing more to say other than Hyundai Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport are excellent SUV's. However, I took my car in yesterday for a "free" inspection and a safety recall and I will not be returning for service. I was charged $750 for rear brakes, 2 rear tires, and various bulbs that I had checked the night before. They worked on the car for about 90 minutes and charged $300 alone for labor. I would still recommend buying a car from this dealership because of the huge inventory and helpful sales associates, but I would avoid any type of inspection or service that isn't covered under warranty.

Bought my 2011 Sonata at Cochran and always go there for service. Very professional and know my car better than outside repair shops. Had to have my fuel pump replaced. They replaced it but my car just didn't seem to be running like it did before. Took it back in and they checked it out. Here it wasn't sealed completely so they repaired that They could have told me it was something else and charged me. I would have never known but they were honest with me and that speaks volumes to me. That's the kind of people I want working on my car! Definitely a customer for life!

Cochran went out of their way to make the deal. Our salesman, Bruce Turner, could not be more helpful and gracious. He is a low pressure salesman who goes out of his way to make you comfortable. He explains the deal and the car and makes sure that you understand all of the factors of the transaction. Mario Russo, the general manager is a gem. He is pleasant and works to make the deal happen. Heather Champion, the finance director takes her time to be certain that you understand the financial end. We have purchased more than 14 cars at Cochran since 1988 and this is the 4th car from Bruce since our prior salesman retired. We will always go to Cochran first.

My mother and I arrived later in the evening; Charlie was kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our entire experience even though the dealership was closing in a short while. Buying/leasing a car can take time, and for the less than patient people that we are, we felt like a priority. Heather was also a great employee; she waited with us to complete all of the paperwork. My mom and I both felt bad for keeping both Charlie and Heather at the dealership until close, but they were not only not worried about how late it was, but they cared more about our satisfaction. I left with an awesome car and had an awesome experience leasing my very first vehicle.

Have purchased my share of vehicles over the years and have dealt with Cochran for at least 25 of them. I have been treated as a valued customer and in a professional manner each time. That business model has served them well over the years...they get it...something a lot of businesses could learn from. On occasion when a service problem would arise they made every effort to resolve it in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer. I have not experienced a problem with any of their staff or technicians. Their waiting areas are clean and comfortable which makes the wait less stressful. Not every experience will go perfectly but the effort to do so was always there.

I was interested in the 2017 Sante Fe Sport as I wanted the passenger seat to adjust higher. I was curious as to the value for my low mileage 2014 Sante Fe Sport which I was very happy with. The trade in and additional safety features made purchasing a 2017 model a good decision. The salesperson was very helpful in finding a model with all of the features requested. He is a very low pressure and informed salesperson. This is the second Sante Fe Sport purchased at Cochran with this salesperson. Great dealership!

It wasn't my plan to buy a new car when I arrived but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse and paid off my 2012 and got me into a 2017 with it costing me and arm an a leg. We had already explored the 2016 Sonata at another dealership, but didn't feel comfortable working with them. We decided to check out Cochran and immediately had a different experience. Charlie greeted us as we were looking at the cars on the lot... There were plenty to check out! His first question wasn't "How much do you want to spend?" Instead he asked us what we were looking for and informed us on the ins and outs of each vehicle/package. We took a test drive and WOW what a difference! Instead of test driving a smokey dirty car, we were in a new Sonata that smelled and felt new. Charlie said that he could find one just the way I wanted - color, sorry package, and within the budget. He definitely did! When we started to crunch numbers, Heather worked with us to keep the car in the budget and get it in the road. I couldn't find the title to my trade-in, but Heather told me exactly what I needed to do to have a new one requested so I could leave that night in a new car. I'm very pleased with my car buying experience at Cochran. I got the car I wanted at a price I couldn't argue with. Car buying is always an anxiety filled experience for me, but Charlie, Heather, and the Cochran team pit me at ease.

Had a problem with rotors on a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Technically, it was out of warranty but they corrected the problem and repaired the rotors on all 4 wheels. The brakes are now nicer than the first day I drove the car home.

The only thing that was upsetting is I couldn't get my $500 millitary rebate with my veterans I'd card. You need a dd214 . So vets ensure you keep it safe. I utilized their free shuttle service to get to work after I dropped it off at 7:15am. They immediately offered a loaner car after they notified me that they would need to keep the car overnight. They called me several times to make sure I knew my vehicle's status and answered all of my questions. NEVER AGAINOn 12/03/15, I received a phone call from #1 Cochran Service Center. I was told that my 2011 Hyundai Sonata was ready for pick up. For over 5 hours, my 2011 Hyundai Sonata was in the custody of #1 Cochran service advisors, Monroeville, PA. I was SURPRISED to find out that no maintenance was performed on my vehicle, "no oil change and no wiring harness replacement." When I arrived to pick up my vehicle from #1 Cochran Service Center, service advisors (Johnston, Sutton and Williams)ignored me for over 5 minutes. The (3) service advisors must have mistaken me for the Invisible Man. The (3) men acted as thou I was not there. About (10) minutes later, I was shock to find out that no one changed the oil in my vehicle. My tail lights on my Sonata were still out and not working. NOTEA service advisor (W. Casteel) left a message on my machine telling me that my vehicle was done and ready for pick it up. When I later found out that nothing was done to my vehicle, I immediately went to the service manager for help. The service manager had a tech bring my vehicle back into the garage. Two hours later, I left out of #1 Cochran with an oil change, new wiring harness and a freaking headache. NOTE... I wrote #1 Cochran's owner about my horrible experience. He has yet to get back with me.. "Never Again" will I step foot in this Hyundai Dealership. "Never Again"

This is the first time I,ve dealt with Cochran of Monroeville. I have to say that when we bought our car, there Salesman running up to us to buy a car. They let us take out time and check out all their cars. When we came upon the one we wanted, we given a very pleasant salesman, was very patient with us, and NO pressure to buy. When we picked the one we liked the sale went smoothly. We are very pleased with our choose. When it comes to having it serviced, it is not like pulling teeth. I call tell them what I need, make the appt. Now I do have to wait since I live quite a distance. If there is a problem Rex or someone else from service finds me and explains just what is needed. I had two wonderful experiences at Cochran. The first being when I went with for my boyfriend to find his new car. I had expressed to Jim, while he was assisting my boyfriend, that I would be getting a new car within a few weeks and he answered many of my questions. Even Heather, in finances was amazing and patient as it was the first time buying a new car for my boyfriend. When I went back a few weeks later, Chris took care of me and helped me out immensely. All three of them didn't look at us like we were just another sale. They got to know us personally and showed we were more than just a paycheck to them. I had looked over the Elantra before I came in so I had a pretty good idea of what I was interested in. I asked to determine my credit worthiness before looking at vehicles seriously and Ted took care of it while he directed me to some of the available Elantras. With a quick response I looked over options and test drove an SE. While I do have some wistfulness that I didn't choose something with more options, it was due to my own desire to keep the price below a certain level, not due to anything Ted did or didn't do. I was able to take delivery of my first new car the same day and I've been enjoying the driving ever since. Finally bought my second tank of gas and I'm having fun trying to keep the MPG meter high! The Elantra handles great, has enough power for my driving style, and has intuitive controls that work as expected.

I did not want to buy a car. I can't stress this enough. But the head gasket blew on my 2003 Grand Vitara and it wasn't worth fixing. So I gave in and began to research cars, even though I pretty much knew I wanted a Hyundai Elantra. I contacted #1 Cochran because they had one of the best prices in the area. The customer care rep scheduled a same day appointment for me via email. However, when I arrived at the dealership, no one knew who I was or why I was there. The sales rep that I had been scheduled to meet with either wasn't there or was with another customer. Based on this, my first impression wasn't very good. But it was the last day of the month and they were busy, so I let it slide. It was only a couple of minutes before the manager found an available sales rep to meet with me. Chris P. was fantastic. He asked what I wanted and didn't try to push me into anything else. We discussed options, looked around the lot a little, I drove a 2016 Elantra and loved it.Financing was the hard part. I had arrived late in the day, around 7pm, and we weren't able to get it all figured out that night. Chris sent me on my way at about 8:45 with instructions to fax proof of income, etc. the next day. Chris was off the next day so I worked with Heather C. in financing. We played phone tag since I was at work and the dealership was really busy. But she would leave voicemails and kept me updated on what was happening.Then I got a call from Chris, saying that everything was ready. I went back in, signed the paperwork, and drove away in my 2016 Hyundai Elantra about an hour later. Even though it took a couple of days, it was kind of nice because I didn't have to sit at the dealership for hours on end while they got everything worked out.There are some perks that come with buying from #1 Cochran. Maybe other dealerships offer things like this but I didn't get them when I bought my Grand Vitara or when I bought my Cavalier. #1 Cochran offers free roadside assistance, free state inspections, every other oil change is free and they rotate your tires and wash the car. And this is for the life of the car. There's a free car wash on site that you can stop by and use anytime, and even a cafe that you can hang out at while your car is being serviced. I was pretty impressed.I had so been dreading buying a car, but Chris, Heather (and Jen J, who did my paperwork) were great. I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'll be recommending #1 Cochran to everyone I know.

After an absolute horrifying experience there, we decided to go to #1 Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville. Our buying process started at Edmunds.com, we were contacted by Haston from #1 Cochran, who promised us that, we would definetly have a pleasant experience with their dealership. We were not disappointed. The whole process was completely different: we were greeted warmly and kindly, not rushed or pressured. James Cendrowski our salesman was attentive and knowledgable concerning our needs. Although they have have what we were particularly after, they had it to the lot in less than 2 days. I was however not used to the way the purchasing price was agreed upon, at the other dealership it was a struggle tooth and nail, to get to an agreed price. At #1 Cochran price agreement was reached quickly and decisively. The vehicle was delivered with the options as requested and the price as quoted.

Parts needed to be ordered, so my repair is incomplete. But as always, the staff is wonderful. As a matter of fact, as I was waiting to find out about the repairs on my car, a technician was watching me struggle to fix a broken strap on my Coach purse. GGI've been buying from Cochran for a long time, my first vehicle was an Oldsmobile,since then I've purchased Subaru and Hyundais. I've tried other Dealers and they really don't stand up to Cochran. 1 starService adviser Connor Williams was very nice and professional, I have no qualms with him as a professional and if you must get service here, I recommend Connor W. However, the garage itself is a disaster. They over-book appointments, I dropped my car off early THE NIGHT BEFORE and they didn't touch it until the next day at 2:00, after I kept calling. I brought it in for a 4-wheel alignment, as I had a coupon they mailed me, and they didn't even do the alignment, said the "machine went down." So I paid 45 bucks for a rental car and got NO service done. Then they had the gall to want to charge me $89.95 for a diagnostic fee as I asked them to check out the drive-ability (front end, brakes, etc). So I get NO work done, pay for a rental car, and then the want 90 bucks. They gave me half credit, so I still had to pay 45 bucks for their "diagnostic fee" (really?) and the 45 I laid out for a rental. So I spent 100 bucks for nothing. Would NEVER return there for service. Will always buy my cars there, but not for service.

I bought my car at Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville. I really like my car. It only has 37k miles on it. However, the third time I scheduled service (oil change) I ended up being directed to several other items of work and paid over $300 in the end- and all I came in for was an oil change. I figured this was a fluke and let it go, however I didn't schedule any service at the dealership for 12 months and had oil changes taken care of at other auto service centers. When the time for my most recent oil change arrived I figured I'd try again. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation- ~$70. Then the service rep came out and told me there was a recall on my car and recommended several other items. New total over $300 again- and this is for a car with low miles and that drives fine. I should have told them to shove it. Never going to the dealership again.

We were very pleased with our experience at Hyundai. Victor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and really seemed to care about us, the customers. We ended up buying a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited for a decent price. The customer service was what made the difference. Thank you Victor!

This was the second car I have purchased from my salesman, Victor Yakin, and the first car I have bought from Cochran. Victor is a top notch class act when it comes to being a salesman. I received a call about a recall on my car. The lady that called said I could bring my car in before winter because of a recall pertaining to corrosion. Thankfully I took my car in the following month. I dropped my car off on a Saturday & received a call on Thursday that it was ready. Again, thankfully, everything was covered under my warranty.

I came in because my car was having electical issues after having my battery changed. I originally bought my hyundai used at Kenny Ross so I went there first and all they said was my remote and clock was broke...well I already knew that! I came into Cochran and was greeted by Rex who was very friendly and upfront with me. He listened to my issues, offered to complete recalls today as well and told me upfront how much it may cost. I really liked that because it saves the shock for when they call you later in the day. When he called me in the afternoon he explained everything in detail, told me what was wrong, what they did and how much it would be. I was please but boy oh boy I had no idea. When I arrived to pick up my car, he recoginzed me and brought my information over to the computer and explained everything again. He also told me that they replaced 2 of my door handles for FREE because he noticed the chrome was peeling off. Which it was I just had no intention of spending money to fix it...so WOW!!!! Then he threw it that they ran my car through the car wash....what a shock!!! I was really impressed by how they went above and beyond by fixing things without charging me. It was my first time there and I will continue to go back!

Bought a vehicle there that looked nice on the outside, but poorly taken care of all around. Vehicle was dirty with food under the seats, stains and dog hair on the carpet and noises and leaks coming from all over the place. Travis their general used car manager treated me like he didn't even care. They were very pushy on selling this vehicle. I can see why. It sat on their lot for 6 months. I traded in a perfectly well maintained vehicle for garbage. Buyers beware. Look over every single thing before you waste your money with this place. Also, beware of their Service Department. Unless they want to make money off of you, they really don't care.

Went in late on a Saturday after having endured a relatively high-pressure sales experience at another local dealership. Bruce Turner went out with us on a test drive. My wife and I agreed this was the car we wanted. Everything from there just fell into place, even though we hadn't driven the car we wanted to trade in - no problem! "Bring it in Monday," Bruce said. "We'll take care of it then." He even gave me his cell phone number in case I wanted to talk to him on Sunday. (And I actually did end up calling him.) Bruce was an excellent person to work with - very informative, very accommodating, and just a very nice person all-around.With very minor negotiating, we were ready to sign the papers and drive our "new" (one previous owner, but less than 1800 miles) 2014 Kia home Monday night. "Signing the papers" is where Heather Champion came into the picture. Heather is one of the most pleasant, smiling, congenial persons I've ever met at a car dealership. She "walked" us through signing the numerous forms and explained them all. She answered all our questions (including one about her name that she's probably been asked hundreds of times), making sure we understood everything (and always with a smile).This was one of the absolute best car-buying experiences my wife and I have ever had thanks to Heather and Bruce. Went there due to a grating noise with my front brakes, was taken in immediately, inspection & description provided quickly, and repairs completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Pricing fully explained to me, was reasonable, within the amount I expected it to be having some knowledge of car repairs. Thing I liked most is the friendly treatment from the service personnel, not treated like just another job to do.

I so recommend the service department for the 10 years of service I have received from them and the extended warranty is everything they say it is, I still own the 2005 and just had some work done to it that was still under warranty that some elsewhere was going to charge Hundreds of dollars for. Our total satisfaction has brought us back to purchase another Hyundai. My husband and I agree that Charlie Smith was one of the best sales people ever.

This was my first Service of my Hyundai Elantra.....Bob took care of me and was friendly and I felt at ease with him....I told him I was in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation...He asked me how many miles were on my car and I told him 3800....He said I didn't need a tire rotation and he saved me 10.00 right off the bat...When the service was finished Bob came in and said I was ready to go...He also informed me they replaced the sunglass switch as there was a recall on them...Total Bill was Zero....Nada....nothing...and I left a Very Happy Man....

Three weeks ago I was involved in an automobile accident involving my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I will say for a small car my Elantra took a beating. Cheyne Brooks provided excellent customer service! Cheyne was not only thorough but very helpful and courteous. While visiting Pittsburgh, on the weekend on 20 September, my 2007 Hyundai Sonata broke down. I had my car towed to Cochran on West Liberty Ave. because they were the closest Hyundai service center. Cheyne contacted me before and as soon as he evaluated my car. He ran a full diagnostic check. He explained all the service and repairs he recommended. He answered all of my questions and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable. He put my concerns at ease and contacted me as soon as the repairs were completed. Kudos to Cheyne and Cochran! Rex was very patient in answering my questions. It is nice to talk to a service writer who broke things down to me in terms I could understand since car knowledge is not my strong point. He had me drop my car off for service before work and he called me later and kept me posted on the progress. My car was done in the same day. The price he gave me before I dropped my car off did not change. My car was repaired and ready to be put through its paces in my day to day travels.

The 1st oil change is free which in itself is a good deal. The service,timing and employees were just great. We got there a few minutes to spare for our allotted appointment they took us right away with a 30-45 min. wait. My husband and I took a walk came back 30 min. later with the car going through car wash and we were done and driving off the lot, A very enjoyable experience. They did all that they said they would. Unfortunately I couldn't buy my vehicle from Cochran as they had no AWD Tucson's in stock and I needed one right away. I had to go to Wright Hyundai in Wexford who were awful. Anyway, I have since been to Cochran for a repair and a recall fix and the service has been just excellent. The men in the service center were unbelievably helpful and although suggestions were made for further work there was no pressure whatsoever. I definitely want to purchase my next vehicle from this dealership.

9 Years ago I purchased a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon from Don Dressler...He not only took care of me but kept in touch over the years to see how I was doing...So when I decided to buy a new car I called Don and told him what I was interested in and when I arrived he had the car ready and off we went for a test drive...Just like 9 years earlier Don explained all the features of the car including the Warranty, the Safety Features and how all the new gadgets worked that I had no clue about...He also gave me a good trade in on my Tiburon and the sales process was a smooth as glass...My wife owns a 2008 Santa Fe and said she would be looking Don up when she buys another Santa Fe....I highly recommend Don as he is an Asset to your Dealership and it shows he loves what he is doing....

We leased out last vehicle from Hyundai of Greensburg. We went back to lease another vehicle from them, and the salesman, Jeff Bossart, was less than helpful and slightly rude. We decided to go to #1 Cochran instead. While there we worked with Ted Lesko. He was incredibly helpful, respectful and very nice. There were a few hiccups along the way, because they had to have the car driven in from another dealer, but overall Ted and Heather made the experience as easy and stress-free as they could.

Within the past year I bought a Hyundai Sonata at #1 Cochran in Monroeville. I can't speak highly enough of the experience from the purchase with Bruce Turner, the sales specialist, to the ongoing service. I went for a test drive three times while I was researching other cars and other dealers. The purchase I made is very satisfying in every way. After purchasing I returned to the dealer several times to make sure I understood the electronics. Each trip is a nice experience and I come away satisfied. I have taken it in for routine maintenance twice, again experiencing pleasant, efficient, and excellent service from all involved. Shortly after buying the car, it got splashed with road paint and I took it to Cochran's Collision center, once again for excellent service. I would recommend Cochran and Hyundai with no reservations.

To whom it may concern: Today (4/2014), I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from Ted Lesko at #1 Cochran in Monroeville. Having test drove it last week and meeting with Ted deciding on what I was looking for and going over some numbers- I knew that there was no doubt in my mind I would be back to purchase this car from him! We were introduced to our sales representative who was very attentative to what we were interested in purchasing. We went through a test drive for the vehicle we wanted and were not rushed during the test. We then thought we were more interested in a different upgrade to this vehicle and again we test drove the upgraded vehicle which we ultimately purchased. We were never pressured during the entire process.We had no need to haggle over pricing since the sales representative through his manager offered us a slightly better cost than what we expected.The review of all of the functions of our Santa Fe Sport was so complete that we thought we were never going to get out of the dealership, it went through closing........this was a very good thing.Thank you

Cochran Hyundai Monroeville, Pa. I have been very busy traveling over the last few months. My 2013 Sonata was due for oil change & tire rotation. I made the appointment quickly to take my car in for service. When I arrived at the service center I was greeted warmly. As I started to go into the waiting area the service man (Wayne) noticed my car Inspection was going to run out soon. He mention that they could take care of it during this visit. I said OK lets do it. Then I remembered we had an intermitted problem with the keyless entry button on the driver side door. No problem, Wayne said, we'll check it out while it's here. Within an hour I was ready to leave. Inspection / emission test, oil change & tire rotation done. The keyless entry button, needed a new part. It was taken care of also. Great customer service. J. I came in for an unscheduled test drive on a Saturday and Cochran was nice enough to accommodate me. I felt very comfortable with their sales staff (I dealt with Don) and at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Don was very informative about the product offering while also having a pleasant personality. The dealership was orderly, clean and everyone was friendly. Our previous salesman was really good, knowledgeable and helpful. He Retired, Charlie Smith took over this time. Charlie is just as knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions had the car ready when we needed it (shoveled it out of snow) so we could return the rental car and get back on the road with our own car. Once again there was no pressure and Charlie did a wonderful job keeping my wife informed and above all happy. I broughtlearning09 Hyundai Sonota in for two recall items and to have the transmissikn looked at for hard downshifting. They couldn't find anything wrong reviewing the transmission's diagnostics so theu took it out for a road test. Still unable fo determine any problems they reset the adaptive learning on the transmission. I will monitor the transmission and get back to them with any future problems. The recall items were completed and I was out in no time afterwards.

I have been dealing with #1 Cochran Hyundai since 1999. It is my pleasure to express how satisfied I am with the service I receive each and every time I have taken one of my vehicles to be serviced. I have purchased 3 Hyundai's and love each one. My first one was a 1999 Sonata, wonderful car. Second one was a 2004 Santa Fe, wow what a great purchase, third vehicle was a 2007 Tucson. The Santa Fe and Tucson are still going strong. The only reason the Sonata isn't going is because we traded it in for the Santa Fe. Anyway, back on track... My brakes were making a terrible noise. I called and they told me to drop it off and they will get it in to see what the problem was. I dropped it off by 5:30 Wednesday evening and was called by 10:45 am Thursday and they said the car was fixed. At that point I remembered I needed an oil change.... Not a problem, oil change done! What great service that was... I LOVE COCHRAN HYUNDAI and the employees!!!! I would recommend this service center to everyone. :-) Thank you Wayne for making me feel like I was the only customer you had today! All of the Cochran Hyundai employees go above and beyond to make their customers feel like we are #1!!!!! Keep up the good work. :-)

The service department at Monroeville is absolutely first-rate. I was in and out yesterday in only twenty minutes -- new headlight installation. These guys are the only ones I allow to touch my car's engine and they are keeping it running like new (91,230 miles). They always explain carefully what needs to be done and then they go and do it. Staff at the service desk are always respectful and pleasant to deal with.

After owning my Hyundai XG350 for over 10 yrs. I had a transmission problem. The warranty was expired and the age of the car (even though in great appearance condition inside and out with only 66,000 miles - it was still an old car. Conner in service, ever so gently gave me the not so good news - transmission. We realized it was not worth the money to replace or repair in a car that old. Time to shop. I returned to Hyundai sales as I had such wonderful luck and just loved my XG350. I didn't want to not continue to have service with the guys in the service department that always treated me with kindness and respect. I shopped (a woman alone) for my new car. My husband was in S.C. golfing and gave me the green light to pick out a car. Bruce Turner was extremely knowlegeable about the cars I was interested in and drove. He treated me with respect and courtesy. It was an easy car buying experience. Being a woman buying a car alone never really mattered. Same with service over the years. I went right back to where I previously purchased because it was the only place I wanted to go. The Tucson AWD was the perfect fit for me. P.S. My Hyundai Elantra has over 117,000 miles on it and the service crew at #1Cochran should be called #1SERVICE!! I absolutely recommend this dealership. I was bringing my original Sonata here for several years and have always had great service. Never any pressure to have work done on the car that was not necessary. Yesterday I decided to look for a new car. I made an appointment with the Sales Manager, who greeted me and introduced me to the Sales Agent who would be assisting me in my search. We talked about what type of vehilce and the features that I was looking for in that vehicle. He checked the inventory sheets and asked if I wanted to go look at a few cars or run some numbers. We ran some numbers and I was extremely happy. I got a great value for my trade in. He explained all of the rebates that were available, how my trade in was appraised and showed me the final price of the cars that we had chosen. We picked one for a test drive and it was sold. Going through financing was easy, and when it was all done, I drove out in a new car, I had put down less money than I had planned, and I have a lower monthly payment than I had anticipated. .

He was very informative and easygoing. Not pushy or condescending as some of the other dealers I have experienced in the past. I had the pleasure of having Don Dressler to help me. He was not only compassionate but he was more than willing to help me with my decision to select a car. When I came in I didn't know if I should buy a new or a used car. Don was very helpful telling me that he would help me with whatever I decided. He never tried to sway me in any way. Mr. Brozack I feel was very concerned for my well being. I came to this location twice, the first I had came to view cars in the summer and he worked to try and get me a car I was courting but my income in the end wasn't strong enough for financing. He had tried to get me financed but it wouldn't work as I am a college student who isn't well versed in the car sales world. He was very gentlemanly in demeanor and his character didn't waiver once he knew I wouldn't be purchasing that day which I've seen happen with other dealers. I last week purchased a vehicle upon my return home from the semester at school and made it a point to remember him once I found a car at this location. He was diligent in helping me finance the car and reaching out to Heather Champion who was wonderful and friendly and worked to get myself financing as I have good credit, no outstanding incoming because I'm a student. They both were steadfast in reaching out to me the following day to let me know of the news of finding financing and that the car is mine if I still want it. Richard showed me the entire carfax, explained why the car was priced as such, what things were up-kept at the dealership, and gave it a full inspection and a couple extra perks to the car to top it off. The service I received from the two of them was exceptional and took away much of the anxiety of making such a large purchase. I greatly appreciated Richard's gratefulness for my purchase as he reached out to me after the deal was done.

I was referred to Charlie Smith by my mother, who by the way bought a Sonata bout 2 months ago, and boy are we glad she referred us to him. Charlie was very personable and easy to talk to. He wasn't pushy at all. I told him what I was looking for in and what payment I wanted to stay around. He lead me to the Sonata, which I already liked cause I had seen my mothers, but I didn't think I could afford it, but after Charlie worked up the best payment he could do, it worked. I definitely recommend Charlie Smith & #1 Cochran if your looking for a car.

Seems that they book multiple people at one time and I end up waiting 1-1/2 hours or longer for my car to be ready (for simple things like oil change, inspection, tire rotation). Would appreciate it when I make a 7:00 a.m. appointment, my car is taken in and work is started on it at that time. I ended up late for work. I had asked for a tire rotation on this service time and after I left I noticed it wasn't listed on the service bill. Not sure if it was because they recommend my car be aligned or if they missed it on the request. Faster service time is definitely something they should look into. Thank you.

I bought my first Hyundai from number one Cochran, after being involved in a vehicle accident, I knew the car was going to be totaled #1 Cochran was my first stop in looking for a new car. When I first went there I went to the Subaru section with all intent on getting one. They were so busy there wasn't a sales person to help us so in the meantime we walked up to Hyundai. Charlie came out to talked to us and he was nothing but perfect. He showed me an elantra, explained all the perks, and answered any questions I had from my last Hyundai. THEN! He walked us down to Subaru anD showed us some of the cars down there. Needless to say I couldn't purchase that day because we hadn't heard anything from the insurance company, and unlike any other salesman, Charlie understood explained everything that we needed to do for a transfer process to a new Hyundai and gave me his card. He wasn't pushy at all. Other dealerships were not as understanding and even lied about incentives to get me to sign. After the car was totaled I messaged Charlie to have the car ready an he did! When going to put my loan through Heather was just as awesome! She even remembered me from my LAST Hyundai!! Copied everything over from my last deal and made the purchase easy!! BEST SERVICE EVER at THIS Hyundai dealership. I don't think I'd go anywhere else, and my next car I'm going to call and ask for Charlie!

We bought a Certified Hyundai and one week after buying found out that the Certification was falsified, recalls from over a month prior were not performed. We had trouble getting a call back about this and how it could happen. Had to wait 2 weeks to get the repairs done. Everyone we spoke to in service seems like it's a bother to contact them. Also, bought the multishield for dent repair and Cochran said we need to contact the dent person ourselves so we did and he said he can only do the repairs at Cochran so we said the car would be in for service and he said he would do the repairs then. To sum things up It took two hours to get a rental for the day, the service person had an attitude because we did not tell them about the dent repairs to be done (that Cochran said we have to handle ourselves) and the dent repairs are really bad, now we have bunch outward punch marks where the dents were, the high spots were not taken down . Also, because of our certification issues Jim Downs said he would give us vouchers for a few oil changes but I guess that was just some more lies since we did'nt see those either :( And now to top things off the rear suspension has a loud clunk after the recall was performed. I'm getting tired of this and we have only had the car 3 weeks and 150 miles.

We have previously purchased 2 Hyundai's from Charlie Smith. On Tues 8-13-13, we bought our 4th car. I explained to Charlie that I was having back and hip problems and experiencing difficulty in getting in and out of our Elantra. I told Charlie that I would not be able to sit at his desk while working out the deal that I would need to stand. This patience man was able to seat my husband and I at a pub style table and chair. He stood at this table and work out all the details so that I could be comfortable. Because I forgot the checkbook and needed to go home, Charlie arranged with Heather to have the paper work ready when we returned in an hour, While we were gone, Charlie had the license plate transferred to the new car. Heather was waiting for us with everything ready for our signatures. We were able to complete everything so quickly that I didn't have to remain standing. If our ever have a problem with your back or hip, believe me someone willing to stand up with you means a lot. But we already knew from previous experience, that Charlie Smith is a special person and an asset to this dealership

This was my first service on my 2012 Santa Fe, a simple Pa. State Inspection and tire rotation. I was greeted warmly by Bob Johnston who, after we exchanged paperwork, escorted me to the customer lounge where I had my choice of TV, Magazines, coffee and comfortable seating. In less than an hour Bob retrieved me and presented my with the bill, lower than the online estimate. I was very pleased with both the cost and quick service. In my freshly washed car, I found a note from the technician who serviced my car, Josh Taylor, thanking me for my business and hoping I was pleased with the work he'd performed. Clearly these people want to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have dealt with #1 Cochran since 2002 when I bought a new Saturn from them. And the beat goes on. The service is always top shelf. People are friendly and Rex Sutton is a great guy to work with. My last visit was to have an initial oil change for a newly acquired vehicle. Rex always said that no appointment was necessary for an oil change so I took him up on it. I was in and out in 45 minutes. And unlike those quick oil change places #1 Cochran replaces the oil filter along with changing the oil. When I stepped up to pay I was told there was a discount for my first oil change for my new car. AND, they washed the car. Always a great service experience at #1 Cochran and with Rex Sutton.

I can't say enough about my buying experience with Cochran Hyundai. I've purchased my last four cars at Cochran. I have always dealt with Elaine Corbin. Elaine has always given us a great deal. And there is never any pressure or sales pitch. I have complete confidence that I am being treated fairly and honestly. I have recommended her to a lot of friends. Elaine had Dave Sharo take us for a test drive. Again, no pressure or sales pitch. He showed us the features and answered all of our questions. My wife had a smile on her face the whole time. (She really likes the Santa Fe.)We decided to buy the Sana Fe, but wanted one with the technology package, in red. Elaine and her team did a fantastic job of locating one for us. Apparently Red is a very popular color on the Santa Fe and hard to find. This one was only 14 days old from the factory.Everything went smoothly with the transactions with Anthony in Finance. And Anthony Naret explained all of the features on the car. We were assured, that if we had any questions, they were there for us. Just call or stop in. We also got a tour of the service department. And i ordered mud flaps while we were there from the parts department..All and all, it was a wonderful experience that I would and have recommended to all of my friends. He found the color car i was looking for and i am enjoying it very much- it has a great ride and look, is extremely easy to drive. This is the third car i have gotten from this dealership and always bring my cars there for service.. Delana Wilhelm was also very helpful and gave good explainations of the services available.I also felt no pressure to buy which is always a good experiece.The incentives on the car were good but of course the price could always be a little lower. I am completely satisfied with the service I received at the Cochran Hyundai dealership in Monroeville. I took my Tucson in for the auto butler service, oil change and tire rotation. Wayne Casteel was the service advisor for my appointment and I am always so impressed with him. He went over the services I was scheduled for and then got my car in immediately. He checked in with me and recommended a fuel induction service be done to keep the intake clean and free from carbon build up. He was extremely friendly and informative in explaining the benefits of the service in a way that was easy to understand and so I opted to have it done. I must mention that Wayne was also the service advisor for my previous appointment and he informed me that I was in need of having my tires replaced at that time. I was hesitant at first because I have always been shocked by the price of tires at a dealership. However, Wayne quoted me a price for 4 mid-grade tires that was almost $200 less than I had spent on the same grade tires at a chain store. I trust Wayne's professional opinion and I am always comfortable and confident with the services he recommends and provides. Everyone in the service department is very friendly and helpful. When I couldn't find where my car had been parked after the services were completed, Bob Johnston walked around the lot, found my car and backed it right up to the service door for me. It's nice to have a team of service advisors and technicians that treat me more like a friend than a customer. I appreciate all they do and they deserve to be recognized and rewarded for all their hard work. Thank You!

My sales consultant was Charlie Smith, who was very friendly and professional.He was very knowledgeable and reasonable to work with. He is very interested in cars and it is shows. This was my first car time buying a car but not the first Hyundai dealer I had been to to look at the Tucson. I felt very comfortable with Charlie as the sales consultant. He was very understanding that I was a little overwhelmed by my first time buying a new car. I felt the offer for the new vehicle was very fair and the offer for my trade in was fair. I knew I wasn't going to get a better deal elsewhere. It was also a much faster process than I anticipated. I took my father in with me and he thought the whole process went well. Delana handled all the paperwork for my new car. She was very nice, friendly, and up beat despite it being the end of the day on a Saturday and she had done multiple deals before me. Corey was knowledgeable and helpful. He understood that I knew which car that I was looking for because I had already owned 2 Sonatas. He offered some useful insights and showed me the options packages that I was interested in. He did not try to talk me into looking at more car than I was interested in buying. He also worked hard to take care of everything so we could complete the sale that day even though I stopped back into the dealership at 4 PM and normal closing was 6 PM. Trade in value was fair which I appreciated and the new car was priced correctly according to the market research I was able to do online.Delana was helpful and organized when it was time to sign the paperwork. Overall a very nice car buying experience.

My experience at Cochran is by far the best car buying (leasing) experience I have ever had. Charlie Smith greeted me when I came to the dealership on Saturday and made what can be a nerve racking experience a great experience. Charlie is EXCEPTIONAL; exhibiting great listening skills, patience, professionalism and knowledge/detail of product. In addition, he has a warm and refreshing personality and a genuine interest/knowledge of cars. When I returned to the dealership a few days later to take delivery of my car, Charlie was thorough in going over the features of the car and patient in answering all of my questions. He also assited me with returning my other leased vehicle when I returned it to Valley Hoda. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Charlie! Heather helped me with all of the leasing paperwork on Saturday. I found her to be upbeat, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Cochran and Charlie to my friends and family. Bruce Turner was very personable, knowledgeable and caring making him an excellent salesperson. We were not initially sure which Santa Fe that we wanted; the newer, bigger one or the Sport model. He called us as soon as the first new version GLS arrived and did a side by side comparison for us. He was always willing to take the time for several test drives (bigger GLS and Sport Turbo and non-turbo versions) showing us all of the features. We ultimately selected the Sport 2.0 Turbo, but wanted a specific color with specific features (leather package, front wheel drive, roof rack, etc.) and he worked with the Cochran team, to quickly (within a week) find the vehicle that we wanted. We were able to "close the deal" on that vehicle. The finance department found us an excellent loan rate and all the other people that we dealt with at Cochran were friendly, competent and a pleasure to deal with. Thank You All!

I gave Cochran a great rating primarily because they made me feel comfortable & welcome. I did not intend to buy a car the day I came into the dealership- I was primarily just looking at the cars on the lot & an emplyee who was helping someone else at the time asked if we needed help. I said not really but a salesman still came out to greet us- his name was Anthony. He was very patient & knowledgeable about the particular car I was looking at. Before I knew it the paperwork was being drawn up. I didn't feel any pressure & to be quite honest I wasn't sure where my credit would take me. But it all worked out! On the financial end Heather was super nice friendly & honest. a few years ago I visited another dealership in the So. Hills & I was not satisfied with how they treated me & opted not to buy a vehicle for 2 years afterwards until I visited Cochran. It was a positive experience pretty much from the door! I bought a Sonata in 2003 & just purchased another one in 2013- It is a great vehicle & looks fabulous on the road. I will tell anyone I know to visit your dealership- The experience was positive by all means...

The day I purchased my Sonota it was cold and sleet had begun to fall.Charlie Smith came out on the lot and greeted me with in 2 minutes of me looking at a vehicle, some would have waited till I walked in the show room. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted and what I wanted to pay.Charlie gave a clear and knowledgable presentation of the vehicle, it features and options as well as price comparison. He worked to get me the best deal using all incentives available, got me the best value on my trade in and didn't try to oversell me on additions products I wouldn't need.The finance department was also very friendly and thurough in explaining all the options available to me and made it easy in choosing any additional coverages I may have needed.Overall I would say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had.No fast pitch! No double talk! No B.S.! I like that!Thanks Charlie!

Knowledgeable Sales staff, no high pressure, honest and friendly. Offered vehicle and financing options in a clear and concise manner. I was impressed with the test drive route that the Salesman suggested, it was representative of typical western Pa driving. The experience of leasing a new Elantra was quick, easy, and very affordable thanks to Chris Piro. The service was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and friendly and that made the process so easy. The most important part was low pressure and experienced suggestions to make my car decision more confident and practical based on my personal situation. For that, I am thankful! We had a very positive experience at the Cochran dealership. Our sales representative was Calvin. He was very knowledgeable about the Tuscon we purchased. His relaxed manner made us feel at ease. Charlie Smith is a great person to deal with when buying a new car. He took lots of time to show us colors, options, packages on screen as well as in the lot. He helped us to get the most discounts available. He let us take a nice drive to try the type of car that we were interested in. I just had a oil change and tire rotation but I was treated very well. Rex even listened to my crying about the terrible gas millage of my brand new Elantra. There was nothing he could do but I had to vent about how I hate my new car due to the terrible gas millage. I purchased the car specifically for the great gas millage it was supposed to get but does not get any where near the number. Anyway Rex listened to my ranting but still was very pleasant and serviced my car with a smile. I was also shuttled to and from my destination in a timely manner.

I went to Cochran, and more specifically, to Corey, after I had been shopping around looking for a new reliable car for several months. Corey was very helpful and understanding of the needs that I needed to have in a new car. I drive nearly 400 miles per week, so I needed a car that offers good-great gas mileage, but being a young buyer (25), I didn't want to sacrifice standard options to do so. Corey and all the people at Cochran were useful in helping me select the best car for my budget. I will certainly reccommend Cochran to my friends, family and coworkers.

I wish I could have purchased the car but payments would have been too high for me. I'm retired and a lease was the perfect payment I could live with. Calvin was a sweetheart. After taking possession of the car, I kept remembering things I left in the car. Twice I had to return and pick things up I forgot. Calvin was always curtious and helpful for me to either return or pickup the items from my car. This is the seventh car that I have gotten from Cochran, and if I live long enough, it probably won't be the last.

As always the people at the Hyundai Monroeville location were friendly and informative. I brought my Elantra in for an oil change and to check why my engine light kept going off and on and also for the smell of antifreeze. As I always wait for my car I sat in the waiting room for about an hour when I was informed by Jim that they had to replace my Radiator and part of my exhaust but that it was covered by my ext. warrenty. They had all of the parts in stock but my car would not be ready until later in the afternoon; mind you this was New Years eve; I was given the option of waiting or to given a loner car until my car was finished. When I returned to pick up my car Jim explained everything that was done to my car and also explained what I should expect with the repairs, burn off etc. I was also told to call if I had any problems which I havent. I would highly recommend this service department even to people who didnt buy there car at Cochran.

Excellent customer service. Only issue was my full warranty coverage did not cover my Santa Fe's issue. Belts and Hoses not covered, and I needed a new power steering hose. Being the holiday's I was not anticipating a $180 bill to cover the hose. I don't think it is fair to charge the $89 for a review on top of the hose itself. Please call me to discuss at 412-445-6677. I would like to discuss this with someone who could help me. Thank you

The facility is pristine, the service is exceptional and Bruce Turner is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I have found my salesman for life. I went to #1 Cochran because when I completed an online request for a quote, Mr. Justin Virsack called me immediatley. We talked and I told him I would visit the store the following day. I did, and with the help of sales associate, Chris Piro, I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson. I was pleased with the nice reception I received from the secretary and Mr. Jim LeBlanc when I entered the store, when "dealing" and when I came to take my new Tucson home the next day. Mr. Jim LeBlanc and Chris had assured me they would be able to get the Tucson in Garnet Red, as they did not have one on their lot and they did just that. Joyce Hall, who did all the paperwork, was so pleasant and made me happy about my decision on the Tucson. I may have gotten the Tucson a little cheaper somewhere else, however, the time I would have spent travelling and looking would not have been worth it in the end. I liked that the employee's worked to help me get a good deal and yet left some room for themselves. I am very happy with my new Tucson and want to take good care of it.

Bill Dolon was very welcoming. We reached at around 8:45PM and I would expect that not many people will entertain at that hour when the dealership is closing. But i was wrong, Bill was generous enough to take us for a quick test drive. It was worth driving down from Carnegie to Monroeville.Followed by he gave us a very competitive rate on our New Hyundai Elantra.Again, on 12/14/2012, we were under the impression that the dealership was open till 9PM and arrived at 6PM. Just to realize that the dealership closes us at 6PM. However Bill and team helped us take delivery of the vehicle the same day. Appreciate for all the help and hospitality.

I went to look at a 2012 sonata and seen a 2013 sonata on the floor ask a lot of question about it and the salemen was very knowledgeable about it.Also made me feel like a friend and that no question was unimportant. I had a great experience and i would refer them to one of my friend or family menber.I have bought a lot of cars and this went smooth.No sitting around wait while the saleman leave you setting for hours on end to wear you down.Show me what my car was worth online and came back with both leasing and a buying.I ending up leaving with the car great bunch of people.

Why I would recommend this dealership: Service and vehicle were top of the line. I was very pleased with my purchase today and am 100% satisfied. I worked with Bruce Turner for about a month to find the right vehicle for the price that I was comfortable with. I knew what to expect the day of the purchase and even though buying a car is a long process I never felt like my questions would go unanswered or that I would be rushed out of the door or nagged about buying a more expensive vehicle. I was very impressed by the tour of the facility and the explanation of the Hyundai services. I also was impressed by the time the dealer took to explain to me all of the features of the vehicle. When I drove away from the dealership I felt confident that I had purchased the right car, knew how to maintain the vehicle properly, and understood all of the safety features of the vehicle which was my main concern. It was easy to get an appointment and service was fast and curtious. The new automated service system uses text messages and email to provide details of service needed and allows customer to accept or decline recommendations, I really liked that.Very efficient, a great experience, this was the first time I used Cochrans service for this vehicle.

We had an excellent experience in purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Cochran Nov. 24, 2012. Our salesman, Corey Casper, was knowledgeable, attentive and helpful but not overbearing. We researched and test drove several comparable models from other dealerships over a weeks time and finally decided on the Santa Fe from Cochran when Corey found the car with the specifications and color we were looking for -- and the dealership team came up with a very competitive price, including a good trade-in discount. We had purchased a Santa Fe from Cochran in 2007 and received a loyalty discount which was important in our final decision. We have had a good relationship with the Cochran service department for the past five years, so we were not surprised at this good experience. Everyone we met at Cochran Hyundai was friendly and willing to assist in the sale. When we had questions about maintenance issues, Corey was able to tap a member of the service staff who immediately answered every question we had quickly and in detail. We feel we made an intelligent decision on a new car purchase and the Cochran team certainly facilitated that.

This was my first major purchase since my husband passed away. My old car , a 1999 New VW Beetle had it's engine give out a few days earlier. I was very worried as to whether I would be turned down for credit because I do not use credit cards-only my debit card. Everyone there was so friendly and supportive. They made me feel comfortable and also explained everthing they were doing. Anna and Calvin explained in depth the buttons in the interior and the key ring.At the end of the day I had a beautiful car that I love and enjoy driving. I truly feel Anna, Calvin, Delana and Elaine expressed excellent Customer Service Skills. They were professional yet friendly in helping me to purchase this car.I would recommend #1 Cochran and would most likely purchase other vehicles there.Dorothy E. Rating was for the following reasons. Car towed in late on Monday. It was not checked until late afternoon. I stopped in dealership to check status, about 3:30, and was receiving call as I walked in door. Was told told repair could not be completed and no loaner was available. Picked up next day after repair completed. For $400+, car was not washed and 2 rear tire indicators on. I later filled with air & indicators went out.

I have been a lifetime Acura gal but I am now a convert. I was very indecisive about everything but color (not available) when I came in and my brother who was with me was very decisive about everything I wasn't. Bill Dolon had been recommended to me by a stranger in the Social Security office where I was getting a Pennsylvania driver's license having just moved from California and what a gift that was. He was friendly, knowledgable, patient, kind, and smart enough to get me behind the wheel of a fully loaded Elantra GT. Whatta guy! My brother was right. He was right. Who needs baby blue. I ordered the Titanium Gray Elantra GT with tech and style packages and SCREECH. I need the car now and it is nowhere to be found. Bill got his manager Jim involved (sorry, forgot the last name), kept me in my seat with Finney - did I mention I had my sidekick part MinPIN part Chihuahua, Finney, along with my brother? Bill kept frayed nerves in tact, got the financing going with Delana, along with Jim worked the price and availability and hours later, I walked out a proud owner of an Elantra coming soon.When the car came in, Bill was on hand again to explain features, program my phone, and do just a little more selling. Listen up Managers, the most profit is in the after sale - I know that - I was in sales - but I still bought from Bill. Why - he's a good salesman, it's a good product, and Delana is a great sales support and finance person. The two of them double-teamed me and I ended up with some great after sale care products. Best of all, Finney and I walked out of there with a Pitt door magnet. Score! I am a Pitt alumni you see. I would and will happily recommend this dealership, Bill Dolon, Mgr. Jim, and Delana to anyone who wants a great car, great service, at a great price.

sERVICE WAS FAST, tHE SERVICE PERSON WAS FRIENDLEY, AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. tHE ONLY NEGATIVE ITEM WAS THAT A PART NEEDED TO SERVICE MY "CHECK ENGINE" LITE WAS NOT AVAILABLE, REQUIRING ME TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER TRIP TO HAVE IT INSTALLED.

I originally came to #1 Cochran in order to purchase a used car. I met Corey on my first visit there and he worked with me in order to locate a used car that would meet my needs. There were only a few. I ran the numbers to see what it would take for me to purchase a new car, decided what numbers I could afford, and contacted Corey once again - this time to purchase a new car. I knew I wanted a Sonata and he recommended that I look at their online inventory and then get together for a test drive. It didn't take long for me to find my perfect car and I was able to stop in the next day. Unfortunately, Corey was not going to be at work that day, but he made arrangements for me to see the car and place a hold on the car. On Monday, 10/29, I purchased the car during a very stormy evening. They pulled the car into the service garage so that I could take a look while remaining dry. Everyone that I came into contact with at the dealership was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I will most certainly return when I'm ready for the next new car!

The service at this dealership is absolutely fantastic. I am usually not used to going directly to the dealership for service, but I had an issue that my mechanic told me needed to be dealt with at the dealership exclusively. Although I entered the whole experience with concerns about the price and service that I would receive, I have to say I am extremely happy. Bob is a wonderful person to work with. He was not only friendly but also understanding about our situation and helpful. I'm also surprised to say that the price was not as terrible as I was preparing myself for. I do not have enough words to recommend Bob and all the staff at the Hyundai service in Monroeville.

I was at the Hyundai dealership for warranty work on my 2010 Tucson. As always I received excellant service. Jim Downs and his staff are courteous, friendly andare alwasys concerned with eliminating whatever problem you have. I do not know why Cochran Hyundai is not included in this survey. If the price is right I would not hesitate to purchase another Hyundai product. My experience with this service department has been without a negative. Just a group of great people doing thier best to satisfy the customer. Jim Downs deserves kudos!

My husband and I had such a great experience with Don! This was my very first new car buy and I will admit I was very hesitant going into a dealership because I do not like to be pushed into anything. My husband and I looked around the lot by ourselves and were not bothered (which I loved) and it gave me a lot of time to decide what I wanted to really look at. Once we decided we went inside and that is when we got paired up with Don! He was so friendly and funny it put me at ease right away! We told him what we wanted to look at and he got the keys for us right away and chatted with us as we walked to the car. He opened it up and my husband and I explored around the car and I was loving it! I know at this point a lot of saleman will try to just sell the car to make the sale, but again Don did not push us into anything! He stood with us for a very long time explaining every detail of the car and explaining things to me on a low level (since I do not understand many car details and terms), but my husband followed right along with him and understood every word. I love the fact that Don was explaining a lot of things to ME since it was going to be my car. After much talking and a quick test drive, we asked to run the numbers of our trade in and see what kind of payments we would be looking at. We told Don what kinds of things we were looking to get out of our payments and he said he would do his best to make it work...and boy did he ever! When he came back with the offer we were so pleased it was unreal! We signed for the car right then and there with Don! I was so pleased with how well Don worked with us that if I ever do decide to make another car purchase in the future, I will be looking for Don to help us out again!

Repairs not Done.. Same problem as soon as I left shop.Kept car two days for nothing. This will cause me two more round trips and arrange for rides back and forth. Left car for two problems Service engine light on and can not fill gas tank without it splashing out of filler neck on hands and ground. Still have same two problems.

I came here to get my state inspection and fix the brake sensor in my Sonata. Service was done well. They fixed all of my items under warranty. I thought the "labor" costs were a little extreme, but all in all not a bad experience.

I liked that he was not pushy but was very informative. I did extensive research and looked at cars at several different dealerships. Corey did a great job Informing me about the vehicles I looked at and test drove without the irritating "pushiness" some car salesmen posses that can turn a buyer like me off. I appreciated his professionalism making himself available to answer any questions I had after initially meeting with him and following up with me in a timely manor. I developed an unknown fluid leak from the front end of my Santa Fe on Wednesday. I called on Thursday and was able to drop the vehicle off that night at the dealership with a gauranteed Monday appointment but a promise that if they could fit me in on Friday, they would. The Hyundai service group was able to fit me in and Rex kept me informed of the issues that they discovered and the repair schedule. I was able to pick my car up on Saturday afternoon. Sales staff and the financial staff were very professional yet personable. They listened and tried to determine what my needs were. Both Josh and Delana went out of their way to help me resolve other issues as well, like returning my Enterprise rental car. They were prompt and responsive in answering questions and returning phone calls and emails. It was clear that they wanted to provide me with the best product and service possible. Josh was very enthusiastic about Hyundai products. He was thorough when demonstrating the cars I was interested in and was easy to understand.Delana was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me through the loan process. She went out of her way to introduce herself and make me feel comfortable when I arrived.I feel that I received a quality product at a good price and was impressed by the warranties that Hyundai has on the car I purchased.
