I would recommend nky auto sales. It's a great place to purchase a car from. Marty is great and he does everything to help you get a great car and if you have a problem he does everything to fix it. He is very easy to communicate with and the rest if the staff are great as well. If your looking for a new car and want excellent customer service then nkyauto is for you.

Last year we purchased a used Ford Crown Victoria from Northern Kentucky Auto Sales. It was the perfect experience. After one year and 25K miles driven, we have not had one single problem. I found out about Northern Kentucky Auto Sales when looking on the internet for a pickup. NKAS had a late model Ram listed at a price that included a warningmay be too good to be true. It was true, however. Because these guys buy salvage cars from insurance company and completely rebuild them. Martin Hoober and the men there told me what the trucks history was and what they did to it. And they have stood behind their commitments and have even gone beyond the "letter of the contract" to make sure I have a truck that is exactly as they described it to me. Because of the rebuilt title, it's not a truck that I purchased thinking about huge resale value. So what? I plan to drive this one with it's low mileage and excellent condition for a long time. My hat's off to Martin Hoober and the folks at Northern Kentucky Auto Sales.

I spent months looking for a car. We purchased a 2010 Nissan Rogue from Northern Kentucky Auto Sales. Marty and the gang are great to deal with. Marty takes all the times necessary to address any questions or concerns regarding the vehicle of your choice. I got more bang for my buck than I thought possible. Don't waste your money elsewhere! My husband and I were looking for a mustang. We tried many of places and no one could get us approved that is till we came to Northern Kentucky Auto Sales. Without them my husband would of never got the car he had been wanting for the past 6 years. The facility at this place was nice and the service was even better.

I found Northern Ky Auto Sales while researching vehicles on line and spent many months checking out the inventory.They took the time explaining how their process worked and answered all my questions.Last month I purchased a 2011 Taurus and we love the car.Marty was great to deal with from purchase to delivery of the car.I recommend you check them out.It will save you thousands.

I spent 6 months watching their inventory while I cleaned up my credit and saved a down payment. I went in to get the Maxima I'd picked out, they'd sold it the day before I got there. I wound up getting a different car that cost 4k less but I got much more car than I'd picked out originally. Marty knew what would work well for me and my wants and helped me get the financing it was easy and no pressure.

Marty, David & team were high quality individuals that were helpful in every way. We told them what budget we were working with and they were able to set us up with a very nice vehicle that fit within our budget. The whole staff was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that is interested in finding a nice, used vehicle. They will find the vehicle for you that will fit within your budget. Not only do they have high quality vehicles, but they offer warranty packages and will even let you test drive the vehicles for 48 hours to ensure you are getting what you signed up for. No place else will you find expensive quality cars at a low price, on top of that a hell of a warranty, and to top it off exceptional customer service, in specific Marty and Matt. I bought a red hot 2006 infiniti g35 coupe, this baby is fast. The only issue i had when i first looked at the car was the cd player didnt work, Marty told me it wouldnt be a problem, so i bought the car. Fixing the cd player and radio turned out to be a lot more work than any of us anticipated, but Marty kept to his word though, and the radio got fixed. I gotta say that this was definitely a pleasant purchasing experience. Thanks Marty and guys in the shop for all the work.

I just purchased a used truck from Northern Kentucky Auto Sales, and was extremely pleased with the car buying experience. I had been shopping for some time and talked to a number of other dealerships and came away from each of the other facilities more and more disappointed with the overall process. Marty was completely different. he walked me through their process even brought out the guys that had done the repairs on the truck i was looking at, and had them explain the work that had been done. When it was time to talk business, Marty was extremely helpful and transparent there as well. If you're in the market for a used car, give Northern Kentucky Auto Sales a shot, you won't be disappointed.

VERY CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY. They are not your "typical" car dealer. NO B.S. Marty Hoober was when I dealt with and he is as good as it gets. Went above and beyond to help us select the car that best suited our needs and budget. Marty was exceptional in every area. I was refered by a friend of mine to 'cross the border' from Cincinnati in to Kentucky and go to Northern Kentucky Auto Sales. I went with three of their inventory in mind. Two of my three choices were sold even as I was getting there. I bought the remaining one of the three that I'd picked out. The process took an hour and I was on my way with a warranty and a smile. Matt and Marty are easy to deal with; don't mess with 'getting every dollar they can' they just get and give fair numbers for my trade and the car I bought. I will go back and I will refer my family/friends too.

I was drawn to northern Ky auto sales on the web because of the price, so i check it out on a monday, test drove a Bmw and a 2008 Infinity G35. Mr. Hoober let me take the Infinity back to Lexington for inspection , without a deposit. When my bank could not finalise the loan on wednesday, Mr. Hoober let me keep the car until thursday until i got the financing done. bought the car on thursday, very happy with the car. Great car, great price, great service.

Marty was kind enough to pick me up when I was looking for a used vehicle. My previous vehicle, not purchased from NKY Auto, was not available/operable. After reviewing the available vehicles on the lot, I decided on a Chevy Trailblazer that had the options I was looking for. Marty wasted no time to reach a selling price. After that, he was able to work with the finance company to secure financing at the time of sale. The mechanic checked it out one last time before I signed the paperwork. Marty also reviewed their process of procuring vehicles and how to place a down payment or secure a vehicle that is being repaired. This was important because I will be returning next year to upgrade this vehicle and will look for the same great service I experienced this time.

My husband went to buy a vehicle from them. When we went to look at it the back tire was flat... they had told us that the mechanic just didnt fill it up all the way. We ended up liking the vehicle so we purchased it. Without doing a proper inspection on the tire they let us take the car home and the tire went flat TWICE after putting air in it while on I-75. We took the car back and wanted a refund. They only gave us the refund if we paid for the tire... that was not our fault at all but we deducted the tire from the refund. THEN the refund check they wrote us bounced because they wrote it from a bank acocunt that was not even an active account. WHICH IS ILLEGAL! I am not sure what kind of business they're running but i warn you do not go there!
