I came in from Montana to have a factory recall performed. Your service advisor made certain to get the vehicle in before I planned on returning even though the original day she mentioned was in the week after I planned on leaving. She made it easy for me to know I could drop off the vehicle the night before and she followed up the day of even earlier than expected as there had been a cancellation. She was still there for me when I came in to get my vehicle just after 5pm and made the whole process painless and great. :D I am incredibly grateful and happy for everything you all did for me and my vehicle. Thank you so very much!!!

I contacted the service department about making an appointment for a flat tire, the woman who assisted me was so rude, to be honest I never go to this Mitsubishi dealership to get my car serviced, I usually go to the new Parker location as the team from Aurora moved over there. Its just farther out from where I live, but the woman was so rude I just told her never mind and called the Mitsubishi Dealership in Parker. Always great service there and to top it off I got the flat on Thursday, Eric told me they would try and get a new tire and squeeze me in Friday but if not Monday. They got me in on Friday afternoon and even washed my car! Like I said, best service out of all the Mitsubishi Dealerships!

Jack was and helpful and extremely down to Earth in finding the perfect car for my needs. The finance department worked extra hard to get me a better rate. My overall experience at Mitsubishi was stress free and perfectly professional.

First time car owner here… Jack Thomas was amazing to do business with. Having never walked into a dealership before, he immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. He recommended a Mitsubishi Outlander based on my personal needs and circumstances. We went out for a test drive and the whole way he was thoroughly explaining the car’s features and details and even gave a little bit of fun history about Mitsubishi. Brandon at the desk was very nice to speak to as well! Whether you’re looking for cars for the first time or second or third, you gotta check out Skyline Mitsubishi!

I walk in knowing what car I want because I had been looking on cars.com but could not find a salesmen so I decided to walk around. When I do find someone I tell them about the car I came in for. The guy tells me to have a seat and walks away. I assume he went to go get the car. After 15 minutes there is no one in sight except for the useless manager Steven, I go over and asked him what was going on and he tells me to give the guy a minute to look for the car so I sit down again in their showroom that smells tainted to say the least. Another 15 minutes pass and the same guy that attempted to assist me earlier is with a new group of people. I go over and ask him what he was doing since last time I saw him. The guy took 10 seconds to recognize me and says"If you would like we can go out back and look for the car". At this point he had other people waiting on him so I didn't want to waste their time so I just walked out, I've never had anybody waste my time like that.

bought a brand new outlander sport ( at night ) got it home saw the car in the sun a couple of days later im a trucker and was gone on a trip. the car was garaged the entire time. pulled it out into day light and discovered hundreds of tiny hail dents on the hood and roof. called talked to JOE he told me to bring it down so i did he looked at it confirmed the hail damage and told me to" wait for the next hail storm and turn it in to your insurance" ummm one thats FRAUD two you probably already turned it in on your insurance Thee you didnt tell me the car was damaged in the first place. Now JOE claims he is the general manager of skyline mitsubishi. most un professional GM ive evr talked to if this is true.THIS PLACE IS AS SHADY AS IT GETS. car still not fixed 1 month later and counting

My experience was horrible!! The sales people were nice and great however the finance department has no Idea how to do their job. They do not know the VIN numbers on their cars, how to put paperwork together, how to communicate nor do they know how to send the right documents to the person that has their car!! I have had my car that I got from there for three months now and they still have not sent my title information to the DMV so now I have to fight with them about that. THIS WHOLE PROCESS WITH THIS DEALER SUCKS IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD!!

Caleb Fagan was great. Great personality and he made our experience exceptional. We bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and are real happy with the vehicle. Caleb made the buying experience fun and he covered every question we came up with. He met all our pricing requests and vehicle requests as well. You can tell by his demeanor he is knowledgeable about what he's selling and if we had any questions or requests he didn't know the answer to, he didn't hesitate to ask his manager. A lot of salespeople would try to give you a snow job but not Caleb. He's a straight shooter and because of that both my wife and I felt very comfortable around him. We had 2 items that had to be ordered and I called him the next day and he had already ordered those parts. Great follow through as well. I'd love to have him on my sales staff because I'd feel comfortable knowing he thinks about his customers. We even ran into the service manager named Keith, who is an exceptional individual. We had met him at Denver Suzuki dealership and he always made sure our vehicle was up to our specifications. Meeting him gave both of us a good feeling about how Skyline feels about its customers from sales to service.

Was a bit worried when first driving up; but after a bit of wandering, Joe Mortan (maybe Martin or Morgan) spent a considerable amount of time helping me and my family find not just want I WANTED, but more importantly what we NEEDED. A great experience overall but the Joe and the guys in finance really made the difference. I kinda felt bad after all the work the guys put in, but due to a family emergency we had to leave before we could finalize the deal--but we will definitely be making the purchase here.

10 years and 2 cars later I have nothing but great things to say about Skyline. Always personable and providing excellent customer service, I know where I'll be purchasing my 3rd vehicle when I'm ready for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. . Shout out to GM Joe Quintana and his team for his continued professional assistance. He truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. Definitely deserving of a great recommendation. . The proof is in their reviews! :)

My husband and I worked with Caleb while buying our new car. He was great at making us feel welcomed and cared for at the dealership. He had lots of advice to give us and steered us in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. We are very pleased with our experience and will definitely be keeping in touch with Caleb for all of our future purchases and car needs.

My husband and I talked with Jesus and we went in looking at a 06' Murano that was in the used lot but unfortunately the deal didn't work out. But Jesus asked Caleb F. to take over our deal as he had to leave for the night and Caleb was amazing at making it work!! He worked a deal with a 2010 Mazda CRX-7 and I honestly couldn't be happier :). Caleb went out of his way to look over the inventory to find us a deal that work with our budget and preference in what made us feel comfortable. Caleb was so helpful and informative to what our options were and to give us the best deal possible that was available to us. Not only that he stayed after hours to make the deal work and he lives in Colorado Springs so I am more than appreciative. I was in a recent car accident and this car was replacing what I had lost and it meant a lot to me that Caleb went out of his way to make sure that we didn't walk away unsatisfied and empty handed and if I could give him more than 5 stars I definitely would as he deserves it. He is a employee that is a asset as he definitely goes out of his way to satisfy the customer and I just have to give him KUDOS! Thanks again Caleb :)

I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Skyline Mitsubishi. I went there because no other dealer would help me because of my type of employment. I met Eric Chacon and he told me that my type of employment didn't matter to him. Eric and Anthony helped me find the right vehicle that fit into my parameters. I love my new Outlander Sport. The process was easy and Eric was great to work with. Thank you Skyline.

When I First arrived, I was greeted immediately. Once I mentioned Brandon, they knew instantly. Was looking for the Cadillac I saw advertised online but found a great car anyway. Never thought I'd ever buy a Chrysler, but I'm glad. Very hassle free and the upper management Ed... was also extremely helpful. The staff was very accommodating and my car buying experience was overall, quite smooth. They even had the car detailed and had a full tank. ... Thanks guys and i would highly recommend anyone to go check them out. .. Jay C

I recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Durango from Skyline. I first contacted them on their website to confirm that the vehicle was available. I promptly received information about the Durango. When I called to arrange a time to look at the vehicle, I visited with Ed Burton, who said he would have the vehicle ready. When I arrived, Ed had the Durango ready as promised (he had even taken it to a gas station to add fuel before I got there). I mentioned that I had seen the Durango advertised in the Denver Post as part of their end of the year sale. I expected that there would be some catch and that there would be additional costs or fees in addition to the sales price - but pleasantly, there were not. There were no high pressure tactics at all. Ed answered all the questions I asked, gave me the Carfax info, and told me what the final cost would be after taxes were added to the sales price. This was the most hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had - and I've bought quite a few cars over the years. I am very satisfied with the Durango and with Skyline. And i recommend Ed as a salesperson. All in all, a very good buying experience!

Very nice to me, sold me a explorer at full blue book, ten days later the transmission goes out. Fourteen hundred dollar repair. I think they knew the transmission was going out, rest assured they made alot of money on a bad explorer.

On August 4, 2014 I wrote a bad review "Nice guy, waste of time!" by Ghost dad, on August 8th, 4 days later the General Manager responded to me personally apologizing for wasting my time. He then asked what it is going to take to put a deal together, I told him, and on August 9th I drove away with the vehicle. I was impressed that he took the time to read and care about the bad review and really wanted to rectify my bad experience. I highly recommend this team, they will work with you!

So, I went in to get a car. My old one broke down and I figured I had better hurry up and trade it in. I was ready to make the first big purchase of my adult life. So I took a look at a Toyota Corolla that they had used, with hail damage. Why not, I said. They handed me the keys. We started it and began inching out of the parking lot. Then the engine made this horrible sound - like nails on a chalkboard. So I drove it up to the front of the dealership and handed the keys to my salesman, Alex, who immediately had it in the shop. He pointed out a nice little Chevy Sonic 2012 LT Hatchback. A little bit above my price range, but I figured why not. He explained I could get into it for a longer term at a lower rate. Okay. So we drove it, liked it a lot, and settled on it. After hours of paperwork, we were able to go home with it. So we celebrated with a dinner and were very happy. Until today. It's been two weeks. And they call me and say they couldn't find financing and I'd better bring it back or get a cosigner. Really?? You said I was approved. Well, I told the finance guy I would get on it but I don't have time for this BS. So after reading up on something called "spot delivery", I got a little scared. I checked my paperwork. There it was. "This sales contract does not guarantee your ownership of this car. If financing cannot be found, you will be charged $75 per day and $0.75 for every mile traveled until the car is returned." Nobody had explained anything about this before. Apparently, "spot delivery" is illegal in many states - except for Colorado. It's a scam designed to get you to come in and put more money down and get a higher interest rate. They figure you'll be so attached to the car that you'll do anything to keep it. They lied to me the whole way through and when I called them on their lies, they were rude and did not work with me at all. I hope someone sues them until they're out of business.

Before I traveled 1 hour told them what I would pay and the value of the trade in and he said we can make that work. Bottom line we ended up $3000 apart, wasted my time! All they wanted to do is deal! I walk away from the offer! Be aware, don't waste your time!!!!

As first-time used car buyers, I'll admit my spouse and I had a few things to learn, and some of my complaints may be true of all used car sales experiences. That being said, I had a horrible experience with Skyline. Bought a used 2006 Subaru that had previously been smoked in. My spouse and I are not smokers and as soon we got in the car for a test drive, I knew there was no way I could live with a car that reeked so bad. But our salesperson, Anthony Hopkins, assured us it would not be a problem to get the smoke smell out. They had just taken it in on trade, he explained, and hadn't yet had a chance to "deodorize" it. Naive as it may have been, Anthony sounded so calm and confident that he could get god-knows-how-many-years of smoke out of the car, that we believed him. It was even written clearly in the "We Owe" section of our sales contract.Fast forward a few long hours and my spouse and I are sitting zombified in the finance office while Joe Quintana tries to sell us some shady warranty. I can hear a wooshing sound outside of the office, which turned out to be the sound of our car being cleaned. When we are finally ready drive home, Anthony presents the newly cleaned car and says, and I quote, "Got that cigarette smell out of there for ya." Uh... really? In fifteen minutes?! You guessed it, the cigarette smell was far from gone. Weary from this process, my spouse and I drag ourselves home and decide to return as soon as possible when they re-open Monday morning. It's Monday morning. My spouse and I drag ourselves back to the dealership before we've got to rush to work so we can let the dealership know right away that we have a problem. At this point I'm skeptical as to whether there is any chance in xxxx they can actually get the smoke residue out of the car, and yeah, we're not exactly acting pleasant. At this point we're kind of pissed. And this is when we had the great pleasure of interacting with Skyline's manager James Berry (sarcasm indicated). As prickly as we may have been, this guy is a real hothead. At first he refused to work with us at all, claiming that we had "bought a car" and that was that. After pointing out that deodorizing was a stipulation of the contract, Anthony, our sales person, insisted that they hadn't actually had a chance to complete the process. They had just done a cursory clean, he explained, but it still needed to be fully detailed. He again assures us that they use this process on $50,000 cars. So we let them deodorize it. I was truly hopeful that this would work. We really liked everything about the car aside from the strong smell. Well apparently to Skyline Mitsubishi, "deodorize" actually means detonate five chemical stink bombs to try and cover up the smell that's making your customers uppity. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, well, you know how this goes...Desperate to save this car, I take it around to a few independent detailers to get their opinion and a quote. Most said that with the level of residue present in the car, they couldn't guarantee that they could fully remove the smell. One professional reached right in between the seats and pulled out three old, stinky cigarette butts! I gasped! Some "detail" Skyline had performed. At the recommendation of a local consultant that inspects used cars, we decided to try and get the dealership to pay for an actual detail. We called and called, and even showed up in person a couple times, only to get the run around. When we finally got James on the phone, he seemed appalled that I would request such a thing, explaining that they had already paid to have the car deodorized. I seriously began to wonder if we were using two different definitions of the word, and desperately tried to explain that the car was still fully-odorized and that regardless of who he paid or didn't pay, it was the dealership's responsibility to take care of the problem! As stated in the contract! He started screaming at me over the phone and then hung up on me. I really don't know how this guy is able to keep his job. Isn't it customer service 101 not to scream at and then hang up on people? In all fairness, he called back immediately and apologized. I frankly can't understand why he even put himself in that position in the first place. After going above James' head with the Dealin Doug franchise, we finally got approved to have the car fully detailed, which involved a deep steam clean of every inch of the car's interior. While this improved the smell greatly, it is far from gone. Gone- the original claim made by our Skyline salesperson. The two professionals who detailed the car informed me that there were so many chemicals leaching from the car as they steamed it (likely from the stink bombs) that they both ended up with nose bleeds later that evening! Terrible! We had other problems as well, which I won't bore you with, and still haven't received the title. My advice: Stay Away from Skyline Mitsubishi!!!!!

I traded my 2012 Chevy Sonic in in November for a 2010 Ford Escape just so I could have a safer vehicle. I loved the car and it was decently priced, so I wasn't too concerned about buying this car from them. They got me out of the door with my new car several hours after test driving it. But, I've had my car for about 4 months and I have yet to see any paperwork from the dealership, my title has not been sent to the county, therefore my cars been unregistered for over a month and I'm several months late on paying my taxes which will result in a huge fee, and they have yet to return any of my phone calls or work with me in any way. This is my third car that I've bought from a dealership and I have never in my life seen this poor of customer service. They can't even complete tasks that are basic and should be done within the first couple weeks of buying a car. I am extremely pissed off by this. I would not recommend them.

Wow, used car buying experience has been horrid. 20 year old kid was sold a 13 yr old car with 177k miles and MAJOR mechanical problems. There is a question about when she got her emissions "coupon" and an explanation of the 3 day return policy, which turned out to be pretty important when the car failed the emissions test. She was also sold $3300 of "extras" on this $4500 car. Joe Quintana, the finance guy, has not been good about returning calls or helping resolve the emissions problem. Unfortunately James, the sales manager, wasn't any help today either. After months of trying to resolve with Joe, his manager James said he knew almost nothing about our issues. After four visits to the dealership, going back tomorrow for one last try. Wish us luck! Sugestions anyone?

took my car in for repair, they tried to overcharge me on parts. i had to look on mitsubishi website to find that i could get the parts for $300 less than the dealership. After telling them this they then came down on the cost. When i went to pick up my car, they could not find it. After 40 minutes they did find it but they lost my car keys. Luckly I had my spare. 2 weeks later I am still getting the run around about getting a new key replacement. I have repeatedly been told that they will get back to me in a day or two and no one calls. I have to keep following up with them. And to top it off, i have been offered no appology. How does a dealership lose a persons key and then not bother to fix the situation. I love my car but I will NEVER buy another Mitsubishi.

We have bought and traded a few cars over the years and always had to fight and stay there several hours to get a fair price. When the thought came to purchase a new car with our 18 month daughter, we were terrified because of the exhausting wait we have experienced in the past. We were completely shocked at how different Skyline Mitsubishi was from other dealers. Not only did they give us a side by side comparison of the 2013 Lancer models, they gave us the listing price right away (which is usually something you have to ask several times for). There was no pressure to buy a more expensive/upgraded vehicle but honesty with what each vehicle could offer for our family. The entire process took two hours, from reviewing the models, test driving, taking our time to decide, and filling out paper work. Josh Anderson, our sales representative, was amazing. He gave us exactly what we wanted and made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you to the entire staff, we will definitely be back on future purchases!

Alex did a great job keeping us as a customer. The process was long but everyone was courteous and we ended up with a great vehicle. The only negative was the car we bought was used and only came with one key...I thought a second key should have been provided. But an overall good experience!

My wife and I was sold a used vehicle for 17500.00 With almost 100,000 miles on it.. After reviewing our purchase on Kelly Blue book, we discovered we're paying 7500.00 more then what the car is actually worth.. They danced around numbers and rushed through the process of the purchase quickly so we wouldn't catch on. The pretended they were working for us but the reality is they work for their banks. Advertising and sales tactics are unscrupulous. Dealin Doug. More like Dealin Thug.. Do not buy from them period. In fact the same more then likely goes for all of his dealerships...

They were very helpful in working with me. I did say that I felt I was paying about the same price for a used car as I would for a new one, they knocked off some, but then added it back on for a "mis-communication" but took off some of the tax to compensate, gave me a great trade in on my used vehicle and let me keep two of my new front tires to replace because the one I bought had a mis-match in front.

We went to this dealer to find a brand new car for me. I wanted a 2012 with third row seating, as we need the space for our larger family. We found an excellent car, got a very good price for our trade, and our payments are reasonable. We were promised a few of upgrades on the car, like remote start, a clear bra, and the front windows tinted to match the back, all were kept. We've never had a problem when we needed something looked at or needed any kind of service. We even got a cargo rack installed for a much better price than we could find it anywhere else, and they installed it for us. We'll go back here whenever we need a car.

I went in with intensions to buy, got pressured into buying a 2002 Saturn L300. I thought everything was good until two weeks later the antifreeze light came on so I took it in and it was the thermostat got that fixed. Than the same light kept coming on so I always had to check the antifreeze all the time because it was leaking. Four months later the I took the car in again and the waterpump had to be replaced. Eleven days later I had to take it back to a shop, still leaking so the shop says its the intake and head gaskets and that it is covered but They cant fix it so now it goes to a different dealership where Im told its the block heater, which is not covered. now I have a car that is worse than before...the struts are bad,the passanger rear window motor is broke so the window dont roll up all the way, the service engine light, security light, tool light, oil light, and gas light sometimes they stay on and sometimes they dont work at all. Also the all the gages work and then dont work. I called Skyline they told me to bring the car back and they would see what they could do to help me, I was told since im on umeployment and didnt have a co-signer they couldnt help me...IVE ONLY HAD THIS CAR 5 MONTHS!!! I would not send anyone to this dealership EVER!!!!! Not to mention I have paid all my payments even though I am unemployed at this time..

This is my third time to visit Cheryl for the service requirement for the Outlander GT. As usual, Cheryl was very professional, knowledgeable and competent. I would return for future service requirement on our vehicle.

Daughter recommended MITSUBISHI PRODUCT AND WE ARE PLEASED AND FOUND SKYLINE. When we contacted the dealership, Jeremy responded with a very professional attitude and my spouse and I were impressed. We drove three different models and decided on the Outlander GT model.

I made and signed a contract deal in October 2011 for a used truck. In that deal I traded 2 vehicles with a "we owe" promising a $2,000.00 cash/check back to me once the deal funded. It is now January 2nd 2012 and I do NOT HAVE the promised $2,000.00. What's more as of today, James the GM is trying to only pay me $1,800.00. To add insult on top of insult his finance department lost the original contract TWICE causing the vehicles that were traded in to go delinquent and report 60 days non payment on my credit reports! His finance officer Joe is refusing to write the necessary letters to each credit bureau to revered the gross error. And let's not forget they are not paying the $200.00 referal money to Roxanne Nance who has purchased 3 cars from them in the last year.

I have purchased a total of three new mitsubishi's now and one near new ford truck. Each time I have worked my deal's with Jeremy Nichols in the internet department. I will never purchase a car from any other sales person as long as jeremy is still selling cars I will make all of my purchases from him. He has never given me any bad advise about any of my cars and if I ever need anything all I have to do is call him and he takes care of everything for me!!!!!

I am a first time buyer and they didn't turn me away like most dealship did. They gave me a really good deal on a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander and the interest rate they gave me was really really good. I would really recommend these guys to anyone and actually my best friends is about to go down and visit with them. I am really glad I went down and talk to them thats why I bought my the day I went down. If you go ask for Joe or Eric really good guys.

REading past ratings, Skyline Mitsubishi has removed my negative rating and replaced it with what appears to be glowing reviews by their employees, so i would not trust Dealer Rating for any valid or usefull information about this dealership.I purchased a used vehicle from them. Driving home after taking delivery, I discovered belatedly during rush hour on the crowded I-70 freeway, that the vehicle had no radiator fluid because of a leak in the water pump. I managed to limp to a repair shop and had it fixed. I also had them fix a broken trunk lock that the sales guy said they would fix before I picked up the car. Total cost of repairs: $934.00.I had purchased the extended warranties because I was shipping the car out of state to my stepdaughter. I contacted these companies in Florida and was told they would not cover any of the repairs, that this was the dealership's responsibility.Since they refused to cover the covered repairs, I cancelled the contracts in writing a week after the purchase. I tried to work with Joe to get the repairs reimbursed, but got only excuses and delays. I was told it would take "4-6 weeks" to process the paperwork. I had to ship the car, so I did this and intended to wait the supposed 4-6 weeks. Then I became very ill, and it took me about 4 months to recover fully from my illness. When I called Joe to find out why the finance company had not received any refund from the dealership, he started in again with the delays and excuses. He claimed he filed the paperwork in January and couldn't understand why I hadnt received a refund. Bottom line: don't believe any of these reviews on this Dealer Rating website. They are as crooked as Skyline and Quintana. They claim that the dealership has to resolve all complaints to maintain their membership, but that isn't true. They simply removed my negative review and forgot all about it. If this review sees the light of day, I will be mightily surprised.RUN THE OTHER WAY! There are plenty of other dealers in the Denver area that will work with you and give you a pretty good deal. I've gotten good deals at Big Mike Naughton's in Aurora and Erlich's in Greeley. If they can't resolve a simple complaint like this, Skyline should be out of business.

I was looking for a new car due to the fact that my 1997 saturn was shelling out on me. I have credit issues from medical bills ect from an accident this past fall. That is why I went to skyline. They advertise that they "love bad credit". I am realistic that I will have to get a higher millage car and have high interest payments to rebuild my credit. I spent hrs in Jeremy's office going over everything to make sure they could finance me, and what I could get for my trade in.He even insisted on showing me his online reviews. I got good news he said. They got me approved! We went and looked at cars to see what I could get. I didn't really see anything but they were getting more cars in in a few days in my price range so I decided to wait and come back with my boyfriend. After the weekend went by we went back in. Jeremy was busy so Eric his partner was going to help us. Eric took us into his office and started going over everything all over again. Ugh I already did this. I don't understand if they are partners then why are you checking on my trade in again. We spent another hr going over everything. Jeremy was so helpful the first day I went in and Eric just didn't seem to care. I felt handed off, discarded. Eric kept calling people about my finance which I was already told was done. At this point I was so frustrated that I just wanted to go home. Eric talked to someone on the phone hung up and told me that due to my pay-stubs saying one thing any my checking account statements saying another that they wouldn't finance me. I am a bartender so I make hrly pay but a lot more tips. I put everything in my checking account to show proof of income. Jeremy said that that was perfect and not a problem. But now I find Eric staring at me with some blank looking telling me another. He then acts like hes got this great idea to go fight for me. I really just want to go I am so turned off by Eric's lack of giving a sh** and going over and over everything again but we wait. 40 min later Eric comes back and says sorry. I get I am the one with poor credit, but don't sell me tell me we are good to go and then hand me off to some half ass caring guy to waste my time. I spent a total of 6 hrs there for nothing. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!! getting the hand off sucks!!

Great experience! We used to have A+ credit and fell on hard times so our scores suffered, we weren't treated badly because of it. Jeremy took so much time advising us of the best deals and took the time to show us and let us test drive everything. We had originally gone to the dealership to look at a used HHR and walked away with a new car (totally different than expected). We are very happy with our purchased and glad Jeremy took the time to steer us in the right direction. We have purchased many cars over the years and let me tell you, this guy ROCKS, he's friendly, funny and just overall personable which the car industry lacks a lot of. Basically everyone we encountered had a great attitude. Thanks Skyline Mitsubishi for being a great dealership! Michelle and Charlie Jones

I was interested in the Outlander Sport because of its' great MPG and I went online to look at Misubishi Dealerships in the Denver Area. Jeremy contacted me a couple of times and once to notify that he had an interest in my trade. I went in to just look around and drove off in a new 2011 Outlander Sport. I swore that I would NEVER buy a brand new car right off the lot but since the Outlander Sport is a brand new model, there aren't any used available. I was given top dollar for my trade in and Jeremy Nichols worked me in every way possible to get my payments in the price-range that worked for me. He was personable and honest. He did not make me feel pushed or rushed and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends if they are in the market for a new car.As for my Outlander Sport, so far so good. It gets the gas mileage I wanted, heated seats, awesome stereo system, and overall the exact car that I was looking for. On top of that, the waranties are amazing! Other than regular maintenance, I will not have to put another $$ into it for years to come. I would highly recommend Skyline Mitsubishi and Jeremy is great if you are looking for an honest salesperson.

My son went on line to look at a new Lancer. He was then called by Jeremy and arrangements were made to see them on a Monday. Well my son and I went on Saturday to just look. When we arrived we were taken care of by Jason. He showed us all our options and prices and asked us questions to fit us on what we wanted. On Monday, I went up to Mitsubishi to see about getting me a new car. I then met with Jeremy. I was looking at the Outlander but then chose a Lancer. I am so happy with my car. I received good care with financing. I went back later that afternoon with my son and bought a new Lancer for him. Jason handled that deal. I was so pleased with these two young men. I have been back two times and had help from both Jason and Jeremy. They set up my bluetooth in my car and helped show me some things I just could not figure out on the car. You know how it is when you buy a new car and they have all the good little things that make you happy. Jason came out to the car and showed them too me again. Neither men had complained or gave a bad look. I am big on good eye contact and I got that from both men. Thanks guys your GREAT!

The salesman I dealt with was Shawn. He was great and not pushy at all. Very friendly and helpful. Made the experience a lot better. Would highly recommend him as a salesman. Dealt with Frank with the financing. Was very friendly and helpful. I did have to re-come in twice to re-sign paperwork and that was fine the first time. The second time I re-came in Frank was busy and I dealt with someone else. I didn't not get all the paperwork I needed back and some how my payment went up again and which is why I would not recommend this dealership. Mind you I did not go with the best credit due to my divorce and I did have to carry negative balance on my new loan but they ask you what is the highest payment you can afford. I feel like you tell them and I know it is part of the sales game to see if you will go higher. When I say a final amount though which was already $100 more than my last car payment and now my payment somehow became and additional $39.56 on top of that is ridiculous. I feel like if I knew I would be almost paying $140 more then I would not have purchased the car. I know they did do their best to make sure I could purchase a car and make the loan work and had to take hit on their numbers probably. Yes, I was able to purchase a brand new car and I am grateful to them for. Still I am a single mom on one income and I know I have to live within a certain means. I am realistic and work in accounting myself, so I try to be responsible with my finances at all times. So when I say this is the final and highest amount I can afford, I expect that to be it or I would have walked away. So I feel like there was some dishonesty saying they could get me a car at $400 a month which was already more than I wanted but then ended up being an almost additional $40 a month on top of that. Plus there was a mistake on my address and my unit # was not included. I called and left four messages and never received a call back which was important because I noticed I did not receive my financing information and knew a payment was due at some point. The mail carrier just happened to deliver one piece of mail finally. Yeah, and my payment was already past due. At this point, I can't recommend them for these reasons. If you asked me the day I purchased my car, yes I would have highly recommended them. Due to everything afterward, no I would not recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 2009 chevrolet pickup 2 days before Christmas, look at a lot of other dealers couldn't quite find what I was looking for. The saleman that assisted me was Kipp Phillps, who was very helpful that day. He took time to start a few vehicles that wouldn't start, and we test drove others. I would recommend this dealership to friends and other clients. There was only one problem there detail shop could of done a little better cleaning, but other word everything was great.

Was looking for a used car to replace my old Toyota. Jared our salesperson was very helpful, not pushy at all. We bought a really nice car and my wife also traded in her SUV for another one. Two cars on a Saturday and there was no pressure at all.We had to take in our cars for a little fix and they took care of us with absolutely no hassle at all. Skyline's manager Phil was extremely nice and was a pleasure to deal with, as was the staff. All and all, a great experience at Skyline.

This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had simply because I didn't feel pressured and I laughed my butt off with the staff! Great service and value! I had an odd situation with my trade, and financial history, but Jeremy and Joe worked everything out and I walked away with a brand new car with a great trade in value and interest rate!

I just bought an Evolution from Skyline. I'm middle aged and have bought a lot of cars, including some highline cars like mercedes, porsche and bmw. I have never had as positive an experience buying a car as I did with Skyline. I had some specific requirements for my evo. Frank, my salesman, couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, but got back to me with a perfect solution. I was fairly treated, they gave me a great price, were fair on my trade-in. I wanted leather, which they installed post-purchase. Phil, the manager, arranged a loaner for me and did exactly what he said. Dean in service was terrific also. Great job, guys! I'll recommend you to everyone! If you are buying a Mitsubishi...look here first!

Worked with Jeremy for several months on a car for my son. HE WAS GREAT! When it came to the final deal he assisted us in getting an INCREDIBLE deal. We could not come close anywhere else in town. My son loves the car, and Jeremy made it easy on my wife and I. A 5+++.

Impressive--that is the word to describe this service. My wife and I tried out two other competitor vehicles, but the service was lacking although the cars were close in features. Good research ahead of time helped smooth the buying and they did not drag out the haggling: we got a good deal (w/ rebate) and they got money too.

I really enjoyed my visit with Jeremy! He was very professional!!! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me with my decision making and assisted me with getting the right price and getting me where I wanted my payments. I was very impressed with the dealership and the way they do business!!!! I couldn't ask for better service! Jeremy was awesome and deserves a raise!!!
