Horrible customer service. Manager did not even take the time out to speak with me. I waited and waited. The vehicle was not as pictured. I wanted to discuss the price with the manager. His representative informed me that the manager is not changing the price. Again, the manager could not even give me 5 minutes of his time. I was willing to purchase car for the right price and with the right customer service. I receive neither, so yes I left.

I called beforehand. The person on the phone was not professional at all, but I still decided to go in person. The sales rep, never introduced himself and did not introduced us to the car. We were on our own. Looking at the car. No one to tell us the specs, info etc. After the test ride, we wanted to learn more about the vehicle, warranties and negotiate the price. I had some issues with the car and related my thoughts to the rep, who didn't seem to interested in hearing my worry. The sales rep was indefinitely not interested in the sale nor negotiations. They didn't even take my information, if need be to call me back to further negotiate. The whole experience was awkward, a waste of time, especially for a first time car buyer. I would not recommend. 2 stars, only because of the man who rode with us during the text ride was polite. ---------------------------------------------------------- 05-25-2021 Reponce to the reply: Hello, sorry but your wrong. The car did not drive well. I relayed my thoughts on the acceleration/ gas pedal and the stiff steering. Like I said before, the sales rep didn't seem interested in the feedback. The 4k was not my budget, I would have paid more if the rep was interested in the sale, but they seemed not to be, which is a shame because I was very interested and drove 1hour away to view the car in person. I leave reviews purely to help the public. Yes, I left you a bad review, because I believe the business is not very good and the sales rep that I spoke to was not good. You cannot argue with your customers. Have a great day

AVOID AT ALL COST! Do yourself a favor and read thru reviews. Even better examples are his replies to the reviews. This is the most unprofessional dealership in the county. The owner "Moe" obviously knows nothing about customer service. He wont give you his real name. He believes scamming people is the way the industry works. They use misleading facebook ads, and doctor pictures. Cars are touched up and repaired just enough to get out of the lot.

I bought a van just before covid shut everything down, and was promised - in writing - that I would receive the back seat headrests as soon as they could get them. Fast forward over a year later, and I have contacted them several times, but still don't have the headrests to make my van complete, and safe.
