We love our new Ford Fusion! Tim at Advantage Ford was extremely helpful during the whole process of us test-driving, buying, and picking up our car. There were no hidden fees, everything was very honest and up-front. We even got a bigger rebate than I was expecting, which was wonderful! We will definitely be returning to Advantage Ford for our next car purchase in the future.

The service department is always friendly and they make the service convenient for my schedule. They also check and inform me of anything that may need replacing immediately or at a later date without jeopardizing my safety.

Sales could have went over all the electronic and computerized options at the time of the sale. However, my experience with the service dept.is far better than any dealer I've ever took a car in for service and I am 69 years old and was even in the car business for 10 years.

I had received a recall notice on my 2011 Mercury Milan premier and when I took it into my dealership the service was efficient and professional. With the exception of putting on some brakes this has been my only issue with this car. Lovin it. Keep up the great work.

I called Advantage Ford because I detected a slight vibration in my MKZ. The Service Manager made an appointment for me right away. The service department did a great job on identifying the source of the vibration, ordering the part, and fixing the problem.

They did not have the exact new F150 I wanted on the lot so they searched other dealerships to find it for me and had it shipped to my dealership the same day. I was very particular in what I wanted in my new truck and it met my expectations and specifications exactly. Excellent and friendly service.
