There was a problem (again) with the online reservation system used by your dealership, such that the service dept did not know I was coming. After I showed them the exact confirmation email I'd received, they realized that there is a "message" problem for the webmaster to fix. Nevertheless, they did my oil change service for me while I waited. It did take longer than I'd originally expected, but given that their computer system didn't have the appointment for me, I was thankful the service dept accommodated me, & I was out in about 2 hours, oil changed, tires rotated. I would also like to say that everyone I encountered or interacted with at the dealership was friendly, patient, respectful & very professional. Many people complain about car dealerships, but I have yet to find anything to complain about with yours. Oh, except maybe that the free coffee is too weak!

I brought in my Buick 2006 Rendevous for service due to the AWD Disable light on. Very happy there was an option to drop off in the evening. Very covenient. The next day I received a call with my diagnostic report. The representative was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful,and understood my concerns. Definitely staying with this dealer. I wound up trading in my car for a brand new Buick 2015 Encore. My sales representative Gary took his time to go over the best options to suit my needs. Drove off in a brand new car

I brought in my 2014 impala for routine oil change, filter and tire rotation. Jim my service advisor had everything scheduled with the tech for the service. I waited for my car to get done and received a call when everything was completed as scheduled. I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership and have had all of them serviced at Bellavia with no issues or problems.

Service was completed on time and I was updated on the repair throughout the day. I love the new showroom and customer lounge . The sales department has always been First CLass . They make you feel like family and no pressure to buy . Very helpful .

I love my new Buick Enclave. I visited three other dealerships and Bellavia was the best again . I live over an hour away in Central Jersey and I always end back up at Bellavia . Kevin and his staff are very professional and are current on all the new technology . I also love the new dealership . Thanks again for making the buying process so easy. My experience with Bellavia Chevrolet-Buick in East Rutherford, N.J., ,has been terrific. Mitch Rubin made our transaction incredibly smooth.Because I live in Md, not NJ, the paperwork required more detail than it ordinarily might, but Mitch handled the process with friendly, efficient excellence. Every item was in order, and when I transported the car to Md, and a minor repair was required for it to pass a state inspection, Mitch found a local Chevy dealer who would fix it, then arranged for me to get a rebate on my cost for the repair. The car itself, a certified pre-owned vehicle, has been a dream to drive, and Mitch's guiding hand along the way simplified matters toward getting a wonderful Bellavia car on the road with great ease. I would highly recommend both Bellavia and Mitch Rubin to anyone looking for a car, new or pre owned, even if you do not live in NJ. I told Mitch that if I win PowerBall, my second call will be to him, to purchase cars for everyone in my family.

I went to 3 other dealerships and Bellevia offered me the best price for my old car, best lease price with the best package. Matt has been nothing less than fantastic. I sent several other members of my family there this year who bought cars from him and they were equally as satisfied.

I had a good experience at a car dealership today. I had been to so many other places but the attitudes of the sales people I encountered were not desirable to me, too pushy, and the cars were not at all reasonably priced. The sales person, Mitch Rubin, that I talked to at Bellavia Chevrolet, East Rutherford, NJ is without a doubt informative, friendly and not once did he give me hard time or haggle me into buying what I didn't want, no pressure and no lies, he took the time to truly help me. I got a better price with Mitch at Bellavia than I ever got at Toyota and all the other car dealerships in the past.

This is my 7th vehicle I've purchased from Bellavia Chevrolet Buick . I live over an hour away, Bellavia is well worth the trip. Kevin and his staff put the customer first, never any pressure. I bought certified Buick Enclave 2012 from this location. There were couple of issues with my purchase experience. I first must say, price was excellent. Well, otherwise I would have not even gone there. Price is my first criteria. But sales guy Alvaro Perez was the worst experience. He promised me so many things before purchase but he kept delaying things and some of it are not done even today, two months later. They charged me for Oil Change & Car Prep for $89 on day of purchase and told me that it will take time to finish this. I said okay. I went little late. They sold me vehicle without doing anything. 10 days later, Alvaro calls me and tells that he has to do that and did not do it at the time of purchase. A Cheater !!! Beware of Alvaro Perez !!! He also promised me that he will do touch up on two of the very very minor scratches. Two months since my purchase, till date, I am just waiting for him. I kept asking him so many times. He never said no. He just did not order touch up paint for me till date. Biggest Cheater in my perception. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Who knows, what all they can cheat on?

This was a great experience for our family. We had looked at several used trucks, and came across Bellavia. Very close to rt 3 in NJ - which was easy to get to from Hudson County. They had a large selection of used GMC and Chevrolet Trucks - so we decided to make a deal, trade in our old Toyota and we got a black GMC Acadia. Gil was very friendly - the entire dealership was friendly. Overall a great experience at this store.

I highly recommend Bellavia Chevrolet and GM Kevin Holdorf.My family combined.. (me, my husband, my son, my sister and my brother-in-law) has purchased around 20 vehicles over the years. I recently directed a work friend to them and she bought a new SUV. The staff has always been amazingly helpful, the financing is easy and well explained, the leasing options are great. We like to walk in, pick a car and come back in a day or two with the car completely ready and all papaerwork in order. No haggling is needed and the service center is great as well. They do their best to inform of any special deals and if you are a repeat customer, there are all kinds of loyalty perks.It's not even Chevrolet that I am loyal to, it's this particular dealership and Kevin.Thanks for all the great years of superior service.Kit and Lou Tedesco

The Employees are really friendly and helpful. They won't bother you if you tell them you're just looking around, unlike other dealerships where every person comes and asks you if you need help then stalks you around. Also, they won't hesitate to give you a test drive either.

I WAS LOOKING TO TRADE IN MY OLD BEAT UP PATHFINDER FOR A NEW CAR FOR MY WIFE. I WENT TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT CAR I COULD AFFORD AND LIKE..AFTER 2 WEEKS OF TEST DRIVING DIFFERENT VEHICLES I NARROWED IT DOWN TO THE HIGHLANDER AND THE TRAVERSE. I WAS VERY UNDECIDED BETWEEN THE TWO, SO I KNEW IT WOULD COME DOWN TO WHO COULD "SELL" ME THE CAR. TOYOTA WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE AND PUSHY AND WAS SEMI KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THEIR VEHICLE AND JUST KEPT ASKING FOR MY SS NUMBER..WENT TO JERSEY CITY CHEVROLET AND WAS GREETED WITH KNOWLEDGE, CONFIDENCE AND SENSITIVITY TO MY NEEDS..I ASKED A MILLION QUESTIONS AND "ERIC LOPEZ" HAD THE ANSWERS, SO I DECIDED TO "RIDE" WITH THE TRAVERSE..HE SOLD ME A BRAND NEW 2012 TRAVERSE. Bellavia Buick/Chevy is a volume highway dealer. I shopped there for a Chevy SUV. It was my very first stop, so at that point, I was undecided between a Traverse and Equinox, and I was also unaware of what these might cost to lease. The salesman Alvaro, was very nice, was knowledgeable about the vehicles, took me for test drives in both, and provided me with a competitive price for the Traverse once I settled on that model. His numbers were clear, straightforward and complete. I appreciated that. He was also not pushy at all, allowing me the "mental" room I needed to evaluate the cars, and the deal he was presenting. He answered all my questions in a clear manner. He applied no pressure. There was actually nothing I didn't like about this guy or the dealership. If it were the third or fourth dealership I visited, I would have probably leased from Bellavia based on my positive experience with this salesman. Unfortunately (For Alvaro), after his and two other quotes, I priced the same car out at another dealership late one night over the internet, and that price was the best of the four quotes I received. The internet transaction was great and fast, and the dealer is a small, local "Main Street" dealer, with low pressure salespeople (like Alvaro). I liked that a lot. So, lo siento, Alvaro, but I leased elsewhere this time. I will, however, definitely shop Bellavia in the future, will most certainly ask for Alvaro, and would recommend this dealership without hesitation.A year later, I returned to Bellavia looking for a used car for my son, which I did purchase from Alvaro. The deal was good, but as I learned later, the cost of a GMPP extended protection plan that I purchased was high. SERVICE EXPERIENCE: Very good. I have found them to be fair and honest, with little to no up-sellng. Based on an initial visit where they fixed a problem that another dealer did/could not, I have made Bellavia my choice to service my three GM products.

It was an extremely pleasant experience, all the way around. I went to Mazda, this dealership that dealership and the high pressure and nonsense that you have to go through just to test drive and look at is ridiculous. At Bellavia, there was none of that, I test drove 5 different types of vehicles, the salesman Alvaro, had no problem, with that, when I finally settled on a model and make and style, I went back and test drove the final three. Of course, then the negotiation began, it took me two weeks to get the deal done, because I am a tough negotiator, but it was painless, uneventful and fairly done. Service and follow up have been excellent. Nothing but good things to day about Bellavia. My boyfriend also bought his truck there last year Aug. and had the same wonderful experience I did. I highly recommend this dealer.
