My experience with Best Buy Auto Mart was overall a good one in the best way. I road the Mega Bus from Chicago to Lexington and they did all in the power to make sure that I was assured a quality vehicle. This dealer says they deal with integrity and affordable pricing, this is true. Out of all the options my wife and I considered this was truly the "Best Buy"!

Folks i am not kidding you need to check out these guys for a great, relaxed, and comfortable experience when buying a car. Joe Hamad, Shak, and his team go out of there way to treat you fair and that's all we want out of a car buying experience. Do i think i could have gotten a better deal, i don't know, but i know these guys go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and that's enough to for me to respond on here which is something i don't do very often. Don't believe me check it out for yourself. I am a very tough negotiator and they went out of there way to provide me with a great customer experience and i will be back next time. Also something i found out they are also affiliated with Fantastic 4 if you want to buy a high end truck or car. I know that because that's were they provided my financing....please go check it out, don't take my word for it you will see... Joe and Shak keep up the good work don't let me down i will recommend you you guys when i know somebody is in the market. Thanks for my wife's 2010 toyota corolla she is VERY happy with it...now if i can only get her to stop wasting gas....;)

Everything about the car buying experience was simple, friendly and done just the way it should have been. Joe and his staff were/are the best. We had prayed and prayed and searched very long and hard for just the right van for our family. the process was proving difficult till I searched online and found Best Buy Automart. They put us in hte van we had searched for with spotless service and reports. They offered the CARFAX report with no problems when another dealer was going to charge for it. They got us the deal that was right for our family and kept us happy with what we had chose. Such blessings and wonderful people to have in our lives. We couldnt have asked for more. We will definantly do business with them again as well as tell all we know to do business with them too, such a great business. Love every part of them. I had both positive and negative experiences from Best Buy Auto Mart. Joe said he would fix a piece of the car I bought from him that was broken if I came back the next day. I came back, he didn't do it. Came back 6 more times to make payments, every time he didn't fix it. It is still broken. Not only that, but he mislead me about how the paperwork would go which ended up costing me extra money that I was not informed of. However, he did take care of this by paying for the extra expense, but only after telling me that it was my fault because I did not understand the process. He was very patient to answer all of my questions, but I also feel that he took advantage of the fact that it was my first time buying a car from a dealer by saying whatever he needed to say to make the sale. There was also a point where I called him to make an appointment to come look at the paperwork with him, and he said to come in at 2pm. When I got there, he was not there, and his employee Shaq had to call him. When Joe came back, he barely said a few words to me, and quickly dismissed me and rushed inside. I felt like he was avoiding me because he know that what he had told me about the paperwork was false. The only other issue I had was that after I bought the car, Joe went on cars.com on his computer, filled in the 5 stars, and told me to write a review while he was sitting right there. I felt that this did not give me a chance to make an honest report, and I also believe this is the reason why almost all of these reviews have 5 stars. I would still recommend this dealer, but I would advise that you make sure you know what you are doing when dealing with him, or bring someone along who does. Joe comes across as a very nice guy, but you have to keep your guard up with him and be very careful.

Went to look at the lot after checking them out on line. Only went to look, not really intending to buy. Met Joe, found Chevy Venture van like I had wanted. My son was with us and he fell in love with a Chevy Trailblazer. Before we knew what was happening, we were making deals on BOTH vehicles! I see all if these 5 star positive reviews and it is beyond me. When first greeted, the young man seemed nice enough but not really engaged. I came up there looking for a car I already decided on from the website. When they showed it to me the car wouldn't start and had a flat. The man said its where it had been sitting fir so long in the cold. Ok I can roll with that. I then move on to look at 2 other cars that catch my attention and 1 had severe smoke from the exhaust and the other had trouble starting. His explaination- They both had been sitting there in the cold for awhile. Hmm wow I think to myself. I then ask how long they had the first car l looked at and he said 2 weeks. So at this point I knew he was lying about everything and was unsure of the inventory and basically everything there was junk. Do not do business with these people. Unethical and very unprofessional. I wonder who really posted they're feedback.....?

Joe is amazing! Extreamly sweet and actually cares about his customers! He along with his son created a very friendly and comfortable environment. I walked in just to look at a car that I had seen online, today I will be leaving with my new car. This was my first experience with a car dealership and it was absolutly wonderful. Joe made is easy and painless. He even helped me get rid of my old car solving two problems at once. He did every thing he could to ensure I would get the best possible interest rates on loans. He could have been like other places and taken advantage of the fact i was new to it, im young, and I didnt know what i was doing and had me paying high interest rates, Joe was not having that. He is an amazing guy and I would never think about buying a car from anyone else. Within 30 min of me leaving i recommended him to multipul people. Great experience!
