Andy could not have made my buying experience any better. As someone who tends to become awkward during the car buying process- he instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed- which further supported the fact that I chose the right dealership! All of the employees were welcoming from the beginning! And a shot out to Ty for being awesome as well!!!

Buyers be ware. They sell used cars as “certified” and there is nothing certified about them. Our car was sold to use with back door not opening, transmission issues, and dry rotted tires. We only had the car for few months and had to spend $1300 just on the tires and they refused to reimburse us. On top of everything I called for months and they never called back. Called the number provided and they never resolved my issues. Just kept on giving me a run around and wasting my time.

Absolutely horrible service. Had an 8am appointment but they were too busy to even look at my vehicle. Said they would make it a priority next day. Called next day late morning to tell me what was wrong and there need to do more diagnostics because there is something else wrong. They called extended warranty company who said they needed to come look at vehicle. Do you think they would inquire as to when they were coming out? Of course not. Called that evening to find out other problem and they still didn't get to it. Don't go there if you competence.

Your service reps are responsive and they explain everything clearly and succinctly. Whenever I have used Gallagher for service, I have needed a courtesy ride. Both drivers were courteous and professional.
