0 stars, i walked into service, theres 5 men on their computers, one with a customer, not one acknowledged that i walked in, no one said at least ill be with you. I stood ther a good 3 minutes, then more people walked in, no one acknowledged any of us. Finally one says can i help you, and to my luck he couldnt help me i had to wait for the one with a customer. Jr. Finally finished, started to help me and said it would be 2 hrs, when i was told by him 1 hour. I will not return!!!! I prefer to drive n get serviced by someone who will have a smile & acknowledge I am standing there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would unfortunately I can not . My wife and myself went in on Friday July 26 to look at a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 . We took it for a test drive and the exhaust fumes in the cab was terrible. Then we went back inside and worked a deal with the exhaust problem to be fixed later in the day. Our sales man called later that night and said it was ready to go , so we drove back to the dealership to get it . We signed a BCA that would allow us to have the truck from 7:30 to 5:30 pm the next day . We started home and made it maybe a 1/2 mile before the smell came back and we returned to dealership . The next day I went back to dealer ship to get the truck again one of the sales managers Charlie said he wanted the service director to take one last look at it . They found a exhaust leak and said it would be 1 hour to have it fixed , My daughter and I sat there for about 3 hours . When they finished we went to the front to pick the truck up they told me that they had another buyer and wanted me to sign the papers right then in order for me to get the truck, my 24 hour test period was gone . I talk to a sales manage who was rude and said since I didn't pick up the truck last night that is not a option anymore even though the truck was not drivable at that time . The sales manager Alex said he was the last person I could talk to when I asked to speak to someone higher up. I found this not to be true when I got home and got online and found that the GM is named Mike Messina I called and left a message for him he was prompt in returning my call and was very apologetic . So when it is all said and done the sales man Jessie Hernandez was a nice person and good to deal with Charlie was also pleasant their main problem is the middle management who was very rude . The GM called as I was writing this and assured me that he would look in to this . I hope they do and the problems they have with the sales managers is rectified.

Time to return my leased vehicle, I call LMD , they say speak to Joe Maggio, I call him , no reponse, 3 times , no response,I was told to just come in , so I do , and no Joe Maggio again , no one else can help , so I come back next day , same thing , so a man from there goes ahead and tells me to leave it and Joe Maggio will get back to you . Well he never does , then I get a letter and a bill for $125 for the other key. Well I was in the dark not knowing what was going on because of Larry Miller Dodge lack of communication. I have the key and would be happy to bring it , but Joe says you should have dropped it off with the car , and rudely says sorry there is nothing we can do, I said I will be down there to talk to you , he says fine , I will call the police if you try to start something. What the hell was that ? Why would they have a guy like this working there.

3/20/15 I got my car. 4/12 I called LHM Avondale and reported the problem with my transmission. I was told by service manager Albert that they couldn't get my car in until 4/21. I took my car there 4/21 and was turned away because they didn't have any room in the bay for my car. I had to make my service appointment for the following week on 4/27. On 4/22 my service transmission, check engine, and temperature light came on. While I was headed to your house. Car went into LIMP mode. Called service center in Avondale and was told to have my car towed to the Avondale store but due to the warranty and roadside assistance restrictions it had to be towed to LHM surprise. 4/25 Nate called and said my car was fine and that it had just needed an update. I picked my car up 4/26. 5/4 my service transmission, temperature and engine light came back on! called LHM Avondale and was instructed to bring the car down. I dropped the car off and was told by service manager John that my car was bumped to the head of the line. Spoke with the sales manager Jodi and was told the same thing. Called 4/6 and was told my car has yet to be diagnosed. I as a disabled veteran and I am set to move back to San Diego to start a job on base and when I call LHM to inquire about my car I experience horrible customer service, I don't get a call back or I am lied to about the status of my car. Since I had my car less then 45 days and had not made my 1st payment when the problems started I would like to exchange my car for a reliable car of the same price. Very respectfully, Rolanda R. I would give a 5 star rating but I have so far just used for oil changes and have to wait over an hour and a half for an oil change. I have had 4 so far at the dealership. I would think that if you advertise for an express oil that it would be done sooner then an hour and a half of longer. I'm retired so tell myself to be patient.

The salesman that took care of us was very pleasant, confident, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. Everyone we met there made it a good experience for us. We were given a good price for the truck we were interested in, offered a fair amount for our trade-in and able to get financing from our credit union done through them. All these things made it an easy decision to go ahead with the purchase. The entire process was straightforward and smooth. The place is clean and comfortable. Wait time for basic services are over 2 hours no matter the time of day you arrive. If you have an appointment for an oil change you still wait over 2 hours. Seems under staffed OR they needs to take down the sign that states "QUICK OIL CHANGE" because quick is not 2 hours or more!

First my tires, bed liner, and tint werent included in the sale even tho they r on the truck. Then the Extended Warranty. I have waited since Aug 2015 for warranty work and 2 Recalls. Only to be told in January 2016 by AJ Davey "you haven't figured out we aren't repairing your truck by now" thanks for no service! Wont even fix their mistake no third brake light!

After making the decision to purchase a 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat, I surfed the Internet to check on availability. This led me to Larry H. Miller Dodge and one other dealership. The Scottsdale dealership I contacted told me that, no, they did not have the car on their premises, but expected it to arrive in 2-3 days. I later found that this was a mistake, since the Plum Crazy-colored Challenger wasn't due for "another 2-3 WEEKS."Meanwhile, after an online inquiry, a man by the name of Charlie Favreau from Larry Miller Dodge e-mailed back to me that they had both a Challenger Hellcat and a Charger Hellcat sitting in their showroom. I was not aware that the Hellcat was available in a sedan. Not only did the Charger fit my needs better, but it looked meaner than the Challenger. I hesitated to buy a car on the west side of town, since I usually prefer a dealership closer to my residence, but, boy, am I ever glad that I took the freeway to check out this car. From the moment I arrived there, I knew that this experience was going to be different from all my past dealings. (I'm not a spring chicken, so I have had many.) First of all, nobody pounced on me before I told them I was meeting Charlie. And Charlie didn't pressure me to make a decision even though it was obvious I was enamored of the Charger on sight. I didn't envision that I would be driving it home, since I was trading in not one but two cars in this transaction. The speed with which the paperwork was completed amazed me. Instead of feeling uneasy in a "man's world," I felt an atmosphere of being around family. One more word about Charlie: His whole demeanor was eminently calming to my tightly-wound personality, even guiding me in to the location by phone when I missed the turn on 101st Avenue and was swearing at the written directions. This man could work at a Bentley dealership.So many employees at Larry Miller were genuinely happy and congratulating me on my purchase of this car. No one seemed bored or unhappy in his or her job.Since experiencing the "No Commission, No Hassle" policy of Larry Miller Dodge, I think I've died and gone to Heaven. After driving my Charger Hellcat, I KNOW I have!

Not only was I able to do everything via text/email, I was able to get exactly what I wanted without fighting back and forth with a "finance advisor". The deal was done through various text messages and the only thing left to do was go in and sign papers and drive my new 2016 Dodge Charger home. Second scheduled maintenance, but third time in, on my Avenger and again top notch service. Wife came with this time and she agrees. We have always been treated very well and the amentities provided while waiting are excellent. They have already sold me on purchasing the yearly maintenance package they offer, and no one mentioned it once (they have a sign hanging that states the offer/cost but no one tried to upsell or pressure me into it). Robert once again impressed me, he looked up and greeted me by name. I felt like I was treated as a welcomed person instead of another job to push through the system that day. As I stated in a previous review, when it comes to us looking for a new vehicle in the future their gonna make it real difficult to want to "shop around"...

I made an appointment for 12:30 to Larry h miller dodge Avondale for a oil change. Told the service adviser my tire pressure monitor was coming on and he said he would check it out. 3 hours later my car oil change was done and he said one tire was a few psi low. Ok thanks, but I didn't even make it to the end of the street and it came back on. Really certified dodge techs and they don't test drive or verify the repair. This is not acceptable business.

Worst service ever I had from this place took my car in for service base on a checking engine light coming up. When in for service and told me they will call me first thing next morning. Next morning went to work nobody call me. Almost three days with my car in services, and I had to call them they were closed and nobody was able to tell me anything. Service people when you said I will call you first thing in the morning do it. Theirs people that also need a car to go to work.

Brought in company van for 6 month maintenance service. Upon entering into the service area it was a very busy day and the lanes were somewhat full. After sitting in the farthest lane away from the service desk area I was uncertain how the process was working, for I was there before one other vehicle and they were attended to before me. I decided I needed to get out of the vehicle to get someone's attention. Other than that all was well.

Tim, my service advisor got me out by the specified time I told him I had to leave. Oil change and U Connect security update done. The RRT for the upper radiator hose clamp was not done because Tim found I had a radiator recall to replace mine, so the clamp will be done at that time. Has to order it. Hopefully the return trip goes as well as this trip.

In May of this year I purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 crew cab Laramie 4x4 with the 6.4 Hemi 4 inch lift and custom wheels and tires. I was told by my salesman that the truck would pull my toy hauler. In July I took my family up north and found that the truck could not pull my trailer, at least not over 30 miles an hour up hill. My service writer who I actually like had sales call me when he heard of my problem, I informed sales I would be willing to trade for a lesser truck (BIG Horn) with a diesel. I was called the next day with a terrible offer for my 2 month old truck and told my payment would go up and I probably wouldn't like that. When the general manager found my post on facebook explaining my situation he apologized and said he would bring this up in training, which is great but I still have a truck that wont pull my trailer and I owe so much I cant trade it in. Please think twice before purchasing a vehicle here, they may get you financed and even get a payment you like but they will not stand behind their sale if your not happy

Saturday hours are wonderful. I like the idea of simple services such as an oil change does not require an appointment. It took about an hour from the time I arrived to when I left and it was what I expected. Other repair services I have had done were always pleasant experiences with thestaff.. I always come prepared with my coffee cup and laptop to keep me occupied while I wait so I don't have an issue with wait times.. The online notices/reminders are great too and to schedule online is helpful. I have bought four vehicles from this dealership and have not been disappointed. I prefer the Dodge over Ford and Chevrolet and I had many vehicles of each.

Aurelio Rodriguez was the person in charge of handling my recall installation & my satisfaction on the job being done. I was totally impressed by Rodriguez and his keeping me updated on what was going on. He called me at 7:30a..m. on the service date of March 30th. He called me at lease 4 other times during the course of the day updating me on the work being done and that they were going to do a oil change & tires being rotated. He also greeted me when I went to pick up my car; explaining what was done.I would love to have Mr Rodriguez being the only person I will have to deal with all my future maintainence. After having contacted and visited a number of dealers around the Valley looking for a used truck, I contacted Larry H Miller Avondale about a 2010 Ram 1500 they had listed on their site this last weekend. I got a very quick response from Kris Kapusta with the information I was looking for and we decided to go down to the dealership to have a look. When we arrived, Kris had the truck pulled up front and ready for us to look at with minimal wait. He was very knowledgeable about the truck in spite of it being a few years old and not the latest, and was able to point out all of the various features to us. He was also very accommodating on the test drive, rather than forcing me to keep to a specific route (as some dealers do) he allowed me to take it on a route of my choosing, which is a big deal to me. Pleased with the truck we decided to start negotiations. We had to go back and forth on numbers a few times (for the trade-in as well) but the process was low-key and I never felt pushed or pressured. After we settled on a deal it took a little bit of time to process everything, though my sense of time might have been exaggerated by the fact I was dealing with a couple of young children at the time ... at least everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating of them. The kids appreciated the popcorn up front. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience and so far I love the truck. I felt like I was treated well and never pressured - none of that sending over the sales manager in a suit to try and strongarm me into a deal! Thank you Kris and the rest of the staff at Larry H Miller for a good experience and a good truck.

I called 4 days ahead to get my Van serviced, the service advisor stated, " we need our 'certified ' ProMaster mechanic here for it, scheduled for saturday. I bring it in friday evening, so they could have it all day if needed. The same guy that scheduled the appointment, acted like he knew nothing about it. and his own employee states in front of me, "you set the appointment, Robert".I make my living in this van and can't afford to schedule time off, to have some incompetent individual, screw it up! He went beyond to help us, insisting he would be there after the sale and continued to impress us by reemphasizing to contact him any time. I did contact him and unknown to me he was on his day off. Instead of the usual "well I'm off today call me tomorrow" he gladly assisted with my questions.I must admit I hate going to dealers due to the push attitude but your facility did not express that type of attitude. I know some will not purchase if they leave, but I took a few days to think carefully about my options and I feel we (my spouse & I) made the correct decision.The manager and service manager were also very impressive, disclosing that their intent was to help the customer, not just at the sale but also after the sale...... IMPRESSIVE!Upon the purchase we were congratulated on the sales and welcomed to the Larry Miller #1 sales facility family.I have dealt with 2 other Dodge dealers in the area and felt I would NEVER return to Dodge due to the way I was treated during the sale & after the sale. I am usually true to my decisions, but I met and spoke with a Larry Miller mechanic in Surprise and decided to give Dodge another chance.I now hope I am treated with respect & honesty in the service department.One of my uncles worked for GM, while my cousin worked for Chrysler (in accounting) and I worked for a Ford dealer in the Boston area.I have owned many vehicles but continue to return to Dodge & Ford the most. I have lost hope in Ford due to their care free attitude about changes to their vehicle which impact their customers.If I were to criticize one area of any dealership it would be the costs of extended warranty. While I enjoy the full coverage, I feel the costs are extreme.

I went to look at a truck for a company in MN. They had asked me to check a specific one they had advertised online. I went there and test drove the truck. I said yes, we will take it. As we have done so many times before, I asked to put a deposit down with a credit card until we could get the certified check to them. Well, apparently they don't do that. So, they needed paperwork signed from the company in MN so they could get the title etc. Which they overnighted. They sent financing papers when they knew we were paying cash. The owner of the company signed whatever they sent just to get things moving. We had spoken on the phone with 3 different people and one being the sales manager. They all said that everything was good .Since the entire company was in Florida for training the vehicle couldn't get picked up until the 5th or 6th of March, they said that would be great. The following day, (day 3 after the test drive) they are calling the company in MN and demanding we pay the amount in full. Day 4 after test drive, I show up with the certified check in hand and ask for the title and the truck. They tell me they can't release the truck until they have the paperwork back from MN. ARE YOU KIDDING!!!? They have our money. They harass us for the money and then we can't even pick the truck up or get the title. Finally the sales manager says that everything is fine and I am able to take the truck. The salesman hands me one key and I ask where the other one is. He says it only came with one. I say, you better get another one made. Which they do eventually. 2 weeks after the test drive, and we are wanting the title, now they need a copy of the owners (Of the company in MN) drivers license before they can give us the title. Wow. It just keeps on getting better. This truck is for wildfire fighting by the way and needs to be in MN by March 13th. We have not even put 100 miles on the truck and it breaks down in Mesa, we limp it back to Avondale Dodge and they can't get the parts until the following morning. They supposedly fix it, and we don't even get 3 miles down the road and it breaks down again same problem They say they figured it out and send us on our way. Big surprise we make it to Albuquerque NM and it breaks down again. This truck needs to go on fires tomorrow! We get it to a dealer there and it is the same problem it had before, and they bill us $1200.00 Not sure the truck will make it to MN. We have only had this truck 2 weeks. I am so disappointed by this place and the people and how they handled this cash sale or handling for that matter. We were going to use Avondale Dodge for 2 more trucks but after this experience I think we would rather pay more somewhere else just so we don't have deal with them. So VERY disappointing.

We originally went to the dealership to get some information about what we would need to qualify, and then go back when we had the means to do so. Needless to say we were pleasantly surprised when everyone we worked with was willing to meet us where we were at and stay within our budget. Julio worked very hard to get us the payments we could manage and into a vehicle that was much better than the one we originally arrived to see. Jessi in finance again worked with us to get us a great deal on an extended warranty that was much less expensive than I had thought possible (had planned on telling him flat out no...). In the end my wife is driving a vehicle she is in love with and that I feel a lot better about financing. I went in for my first oil change on my 2014 charger, when i purchased this vehicle i also puchased an oil change package that comes with tire rotation, update on all computers, and a car wash. Everything went great. What displeased me was the car wash. It seemed like they just threw water on it, didnt even dry it off didnt wash anything, my bumper was very dirty m side view mirrors aswell my winshield and door windows were smeared. I did not complaint because they had so many cars already and also didnt want to catch traffic as I had to drive home to Casa Grande. This doesn't change my opinion about the dealer tho, and i still reccomend you guys as my favorite dealer!

Did our request on Truecar through Usaa and printed out our certificate or voucher, went to the dealership and had a hassle free car buying experience. Dwayne Pool the sales associate was up front and non pushy, worked to our needs not to just make the sale. Even when the dealership closed he stayed and help with our new car after we finished signing all documents at the finance office. All though we can't remember the gentleman who help in finance was thorough and gave us options that were helpful to protect our New Dodge Durango. To make the wait better, the coffee area needs to return to the way it was. It was a quality coffee machine with enough many choices that suited most everyone's taste. It more than likely cost more but only a fraction of what it cost for maintaining my vehicle. I think most employees like it as well as the customers. We are both worth it. Cheap cookies and some kind of coffee doesn't get it.

I was in the market for a Ram 2015 2500 Mega Cab. I was unable to find a truck that met my requirements anywhere near me. After a search of dealer inventory I found that Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale had one equipped exactly as what I was looking for. After requesting some information on the vehicle I was contacted by Arthur Badowski,Internet Sales Manager. He was able to get me a great deal on the truck and a great price on my trade in. He was able to do all of this over the phone and through emails. We made the long drive out to pick up the truck and could not be happier with the whole purchasing experience. Arthur was very helpful and walked us through the entire vehicle. The truck was detailed and filled with fuel before we left. Jesus Alvarez in financing was very helpful and we where out of there in no time. Overall probably the best overall experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Love my new truck!!!

The service advisor (Junior Rodriquez) advised me they were going to replace my front strut mounts and replace my right rear door molding, I had a great experience as he set up my car rental and advised me of everything they were going to work on, I was satiisfied with the way I was treated by the Service Advisor as he did keep be advised of the work they were doing. Overall the process was good. I worked with Ray Motley and he was good. No high pressure sales tactics or anything like that which I like. He followed up with me on several occasions as I was going through the process. As for the buying process itself it was to slow. Being an Operations VP most of my life there were areas of the process that should be made a lot faster. I don't believe it was anything Ray was doing to slow the process but overall it takes to long and gives a potential buyer time to think about backing out.

Went in for an oil change and the service rep called me back to let me know that my truck was done and also said that the technician noticed that the all the window bottom rubber molding showed some buckling and that they would have it replaced at no cost. This is so unusual to have a dealership find something that is warranted and not something that the consumer has to purchase. I;ll return my truck to this facility.

We traded for a 2013 Ram 3500 dually. Really just went in to look and drive the one we'd found online, but they worked with us on the price and we felt like we were getting a good deal, so we did the trade. Our salesman was Anthony Oquendo. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Once the deal was made, he showed us how to operate some of the electronics and answered all of our questions. We had to go through the finance department (doesn't everyone??) and that went well too. No high pressure to buy a bunch of extra stuff. Start to finish, this all took 3 hours. When we bought the truck, my husband noticed that the right front tire had uneven wear and thought we needed to get the tires rotated. After putting about 1000 miles on it, the wear was happening faster than it should, so he took it back to the dealership today. The service department aligned it, straightened the steering wheel, rotated and balanced all of the tires (which was a big deal because of the aluminum wheels on a dually - so they all had to be remounted). Our cost on this was zero. They were very nice as well. This dealership has earned our respect both in sales and service.

On the shop now they charge for things like a diagnostic when those where free with the previus dealer owners. On buying a car, sales man are full of empty promises and when yhey see you walking looking the cars they aprouch just to know if yoy are buying, they dont care if you have questions or doubts. However, when the deal was made, had an absolute disconnect between sales and finance department accompanied by rude cat like behavior. And got lied to my face. It was a dealbreaker. I always went to Avondale Dodge and they were awesome. When Larry Miller purchased this dealership and it changed from Avondale Dodge to Larry Miller Dodge (a year or so ago) their quality and customer service dropped way below acceptable. I quit going to this dealership because of it. However, this being the closest Dodge dealer to my home, I decided to try it again. It has been over a year since my last visit. I scheduled the appointment (Tim was awesome), brought in my vehicle and everything went very smooth. I did end up having a couple of extra routine services done while I was there. I did end up waiting for over 3 hours, a little excessive for what I had done but one of the tech's had to leave early so they were short handed. Hopefully this was just one of those things and it wont be a normal occurrence since I typically sit and wait. All in all this was a much better experience than the last one I had at Larry Miller so I will continue to go back as long as they keep their standards high.

I have traded in 3 cars with larry miller in Avondale and always got a good deal ! The service there is excellent and the free coffee, popcorn, etc. is an extra bonus while you wait. I wanted to trade in the car I have now but unfortunately larry miller dodge in Peoria was so crooked in their sale of the car I now own that no one can help me get out of it and lower my payments. I ended up owing $30,000 on a car that sold for $21,000 and they say now 4 months later it is only worth $15,000.I figure I will be stuck with this 2014 avenger until I pay it off or die, which ever comes first. I hope you won"t delete this review larry miller in Avondale. I would also like to say that if you are looking for a new dodge, PLEASE only deal with the Avondale lot and stay away from Peoria dodge !! I wish I could send a copy of this to Larry Millers wife who now runs the business since Larry miller himself has passed away R.I.P Sir !!

Our car died a few years earlier than expected. We needed to get a car quickly and affordable. The Avondale Dodge did that for us very well. There were no games. We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted and were relatively in and out. I worked with 3 different manufacturer dealerships, along with 3 separate locations from each that day. I was exhausted from the day, but and elated that the process was smooth, no trickery involved, and no pressure to do something we didn't want.Also, I will add that this is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. I have been very happy with both purchase experiences.

This is an excellent dealership. The staff are all incredibly nice and there was no pressure to buy a car. I had an issue with the finance department trying to include extra things into the final price that I did not want and I had to argue with them, watching everything they did. I complained to the General Manager and swift and severe steps were taken with that particular finance person. What they were doing was not the way this dealership wants to operate and treat its customers. The sales manager and general manager personally had discussions with me and did everything they could to make sure I was a happy customer. They assured me this will never happen again to another customer because that would just give them a bad reputation. I do believe them.

I went there there after I received an email saying they would buy my vehicle back and had a price. Sound familiar? Price was overstated and "Andrew" said they basically said they wouldn't honor it because it is a sales gimic. Then this guy "Aj" the manager blew up at me and flicked me off then called my truck a piece of sh** when I confronted him lol. It's hard to find an honest dealer. This guy had the nerve to do this in front of my wife and kids and other customers in the store. I went next store and felt right at home in the Toyota dealership and bought me a 14 tundra. I made a huge complaint and told the other dealers what happen too. IT SEEMS THIS GUY HAS A REPUTATION BECAUSE OTHER CUSTOMER S DID EXACTLY WHAT I DID AND TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

New to the Metro Phoenix area for two months and a veteran Dodge driver, I sought out a Dodge dealership before moving. I spoke with a sales person (Thad) who made me feel welcome to both the area and to the Larry H. Miller (LHM) dealership based on his phone personality. Although I was not a buyer, more of a "I want that new Dodge Avenger!" he set the tone for LHM for me in that conversation. (Remember, you only get one chance to make a first impression!)After living here for about six weeks, I set an appointment with the LHM Service Department (Justin) a week in advance for my 2102 Dodge Avenger. Upon arrival, I was greeted professionally by a Service Department member before I was out of my vehicle. Another great first impression. I was asked which Service Department Manager I had spoken with on the phone. I was directed to Justin. I told him of my issues. I expected to stay a couple of hours, as I wanted some warranty check ups due an impending warranty deadline (36K miles) as well as why I had set the appointment (tire rotation).As courtesy to the person who had first influenced me to come to LHM, I sought out Thad, who it turned out, was off from work that day. I gave my business card to another associate and asked her to hand it to him, to show him I had made it to LHM. I also managed to find some popcorn in the showroom lobby which was fresh and tasty.I next took my ipad and set up in the waiting room area. To my surprise, I found coffee, tea and cookies. But I had just had popcorn! Regardless, I indulged as it was halfway between breakfast and lunch and I needed some more....sustenance. Of course, I checked emails, looked at some websites and glanced at the monster flat screen that was showing a NASCAR race. Each employee that I interacted with at LHM showed me respect and made me feel welcome. I won't forget that. The restrooms were well maintained (always a measurement of attention to detail) and I appreciated that. Lastly, I walked back to the service area just as my vehicle was being driven to the wash area. I told Justin I didn't want it washed (I had to leave the city) and he immediately, without prompting, went to my vehicle, brought it to the exit area and came back to debrief me. The technicians had of course rotated my tires and had found a software upgrade that was needed. They also had inflated my nitrogen tires (I have had nitrogen inflation for over 10 plus years/another reason to visit this dealership) to 34 PSI. I was informed that they needed to be at this PSI rather than at 32 by Justin, as I normally inflate them. Hey, I didn't know that!Why did I take the time to write this review? I like to read reviews about car dealerships before I visit them. They are first person and based on experience. Believe me when I say you will respect your visit to LHM. This is a first class operation.

Had been looking over the internet for the truck I wanted for some time, but was unable to find it at the price I wanted. With the sale going on I saw the truck and requested and eprice, in less then one minute Arther Badowski responded with even a lower price. My wife and I came in expecting a high pressure sales push like we had at the Ford dealer, or that truck is gone but we have another at a higher price, to both of our surprise that didn't happen. Instead Arther had the truck ready, put the price on the table showing the discounts, said that is the best I can do. I couldn't find the 2014 Durango I wanted in Las Vegas so I looked online and found the one I wanted at LHM Dodge in Avondale. I took a chance in the 4 1/2 drive hoping they would give me what I wanted for my trade. After about 20 minutes the trade value came back much lower then expected so I was ready to leave but I gave them one more chance and they hit my number needed close enough. This review is for the sales person: Johnathon Robison Me and my wife are regulars at Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Avondale, however this time I have to say John was the best sales person we have had there! We were planning to trade in my old truck and my wife's old car for a upgraded vehicle, John was very polite and very patient with both of us. We had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them, not only that but he proactively explained how both vehicles worked and took his time to make sure we understood all the features. I picked out a slightly used 2013 Dodge Ram Laramie with everything, but my wife was a little more picky and after awhile we didn't know what vehicle she wanted, but after having a better understanding of what we were looking for John recommended one of their vehicles in the back for us that we would of never had seen on the lot and we fell in love with it instantly, he even got them to reduce the price for us. So we are now the proud owners of my truck and a brand new 2013 Dodge Charger RT with some pretty cool features. Thanks again John for all your help, we definitely would recommend him to anyone else looking for a new or used vehicle.

TERRIBLE experience. I recently got a used Caliber and when I thought it was financed and I didn't have to give any down payment, I was told that I HAD to put down $2,500 to keep the vehicle because they suddenly couldn't find any financing(the exact OPPOSITE that I was told). What made matters even worse is that two days after I brought the car home, I had to go to the hospital as I had full-blown pneumonia and was bed-ridden when Avondale Dodge called me. They took my vehicle back four hours ago and I'm telling everyone that I know how much of a lousy and fraudulent place this is. I have never had such a horrible event happen to me where I was given the car, signed the papers, told everything was fine, didn't have to place a down payment....and then I just get screwed over a mere few days later(four days to be exact).I hope anyone who reads this will take heed and just drive on past this worthless dealership.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!Went there to purchase a truck left with a dart at a reasonable financing rate. Car I had had dents scratches and needed an oil change and this was a 2013!!!! had went through four diffrent people before i got an appointment to fix the dents turns out there was an issue with financing since i a currently working at a temp agency they said I wasn't stable??? however i was ended up having to bring the car back and left in my old car that i traded in .... so embarrsing.

I chose this dealership based on the vehicle I wanted on Auto Trader. I enjoyed looking at it without being circled by sales vultures. I actually had to walk in the office to get a salesman and ran into Josh Reeves walking in. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The finance manager was professional and offered a smooth paperwork signing transaction with a warranty that just couldn't be passed up. Enjoyed the lack of lame sales pitches from both employees.

Purchased new car and had a pleasant experience even though we battled over trade in value. Overall the experience was nice. The problems occured after the sale. I have left the finance dept several voicemails and they do not return calls. The same goes for the sales dept. I imagine if I was asking about buying something I would be getting call backs right away. The car purchase started off good and slowly went the other way. Since I can't get a return phone call I have to drive down there to obtain the information I need.

First they lied about everything including features I don't have then jacked up the price so I was paying off my trade-in and they paid NOTHING. then lied about the interest rate and payment price. kept making promises they could not keep. I wish I would have ran far away from their so I did not have to end up with that "I just got violated feeling". These people are why used car salesmen have such a bad rep. From the start when my brother in law and I walked onto the premises of Avondale Dodge, Joel Gonzalez greeted us and shook both of our hands and remembered my brother in law (he sold him a used vehicle). He was professional but also down to earth and wanted know what I was looking for and my needs. I was looking at the Dodge Durange Crew. Unfortunately it was out of my budget. I thought the deal was done and I went elsewhere. Joel didn't give up on me. He e:mailed me and more importantly, took the time to call me and have a 30 minute conversation with me to see what he could do for me. He truly made me believe that he was concerned to get the best vehicle for me and my kids. He didn't give up, he spent time to see what would best fit my needs and called me back. He went over and beyond a typical salesperson's job and found the perfect vehicle for me. (2013 Dodge Durango) I could go on with the superb customer service he provided before making my decision. He put my needs and wants first and did everything possible to make it happen and HE DID!!!! Louis and Dwayne were awesome as well. My family and I are repeat customers of this dealership but the recent purchase ruined the long relationship. Be aware of this dealership, they make promises they can not keep! They lure you in and forget all about you after the sale has closed...they sold us a brand new car yet within a month the car need to be fixed, clanging noise in the engine, they fixed it, after 2 months the total integrated power module is shot!!! Wow!!!

From the very first moment we arrived we were greeted by Bob Mondello and he was very pleasant. He asked what we were looking for and just let us look without any pressure. If he did not have the answer to the questions we asked he found the answer. My husband and I were not able to do anything that night but told Bob we would be back. We got in the car and thought WOW he was really not pushy at all. We returned on 10/14 because we knew with Bob he would take care of us. Awesome, my experience with Smitty and Andrew was outstanding. Never did I feel presure, follow through was also excellent. The many different cars I have purchased over the years this is the FIRST TIME EVER that I was not presured or left for hours while people talked about how they are going to make the deal work. When I was ready to leave it was OK, again no presure to stay. After we had finalized the deal I had my car and both Smitty and Andrew walked me through all the gadgets that comes with the new state of the art systems, over an hour to make sure I understood before I left the lot. After we had the car a few days I received a few calls from Andrew and one from Thad in Finance to be sure we are happy, service is a big 10++++.

David was very nice and Blake, the manager was great. They both tried to make our experience as pleasant as possible. The only issue I have may be with dealerships as a whole. We came in there with a loan, had the car we wanted on hold and still had to suffer through 2 hours of sitting around. Buying a car should not have to be an all day experience, at least it felt that way with a 3 year old and a crawling 7 month old. I really hope we don't have to buy another car until the kids are MUCH older.

After posting on Avondale Dodge web page about the issues that i am posting below, Avondale Dodge has blocked me from posting to their Facebook page. I still have no email or response from them and no straight answers from the sales manager on any of my questions. While i have no Issues with the Chrysler Corporation it is a same that the dealer that sold me the vehicle under their name will not help or respond to any inquiries. *****BEWARE AVONDALE DODGE IN ARIZONA*******Back in March i purchased a 2012 Journey. it was an ad vehicle advertised at $16999. I was told that we could purchase the vehicle at a certain payment. about 2 weeks later they called us back in to re-structure the deal increasing the payment by $70 a month. Knowing we could handle the payment and having them tell us to refinance the vehicle in 6 months for a lower rate, we agreed on the payment.This past week my father also went to Avondale Dodge and they talked him into using their financing even though he was pre-approved through his credit union. They have now ran his credit 4 times. This made me look in detail at my paperwork. Come to find out they did what they called covering the overage on my trade in. Instead of receiving the new vehicle at the sale price i was charged $19486 for the sale of the vehicle plus $3800 for the negative equity of my trade. They showed me that they were giving me $2500 toward my trade but in fact that was applied to the selling price of the new vehicle, for a total selling price of $23286. IF YOU SUBTRACT THE $6300 THAT WAS OWED ON MY TRADE FROM THE TOTAL PRICE THAT LEAVES $16986. That means they gave me $13 for my trade in, plus financed the payoff of my trade in on top of the new vehicle "sale price".They also bumped our interest rate by an increase of 5%. I urge everyone to proceed with extreme caution when purchasing a vehicle from Avondale Dodge, I hope that no one is taken advantage of like my wife and I were.

My wife and I were in the market for a crossover/SUV. We had seen 8 or 9 vehicles,by the time we arrived at Avondale Dodge. From the very beginning David's experience and willingness to help we're apparent. He was glad to show us different models. Some other salesmen had hesitated, when asked to show us smaller/less expensive models. Even though we were near closing time, Dave drove us to a nearby sister dealership to show us a competing model that we were interested in.When my wife narrowed her list, but remained undecided, David welcomed her back to re-explore the interior of the model she was interested in. And when we settled on a Dodge model, David and his floor manager listened closely to our desired features. It quickly became apparent that the particular combination of features we wanted was not on the lot. David spent a great deal of time searching the metro area for the exact set of features we had requested. We returned to the dealership in the evening, mid-week. David and his Floor Manager, Blake, both stayed late to pencil out a deal for us.Believe it or not, the unit we had finally selected, got sold before our purchase order was processed the next morning. Both David and Blake scoured the area for acceptable alternatives. They actually found a unit that fit our requirements even more closely than the first unit we had selected!! And when we were concerned about price/rate of the new unit,they worked around our working hours to find terms we could be happy with. Once again they stayed late on a weeknight to close the deal!!I cannot say enough how glad we are that we worked with David. He went far above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! We appreciated all that you did.

He didn't pressure us to buy the car right there and then he knew that we were only looking at Dodge Challenger. The first day wasn't day we didn't buy the car because my day wanted me to test out other cars. but i had my heart set on the Challenger. So the day came were finally my dad agreed on getting me the Challenger we should up at the dealership once again Joel did not pressure us to buy the car. As my parents sat there talking about prices Joel always tried his hardest to get us the best monthly payment that i could afford. i really enjoyed the customer service always answered any questions i had explained to my parents as well i really liked the service have nothing to complain. i now have my car for over 3 months and i got a dent i contacted Joel and he was able to find a person that was good and in my budget. even after i bought my car Joel is there for any questions about my car.

We had been looking for a RAM 2500 for about 3 weeks and had been to three other dealers before coming to Avondale Dodge. Smitty was great to work with. My sister-in-law and I came on a Friday night to test drive the vehicle. By Saturday morning I was back to pick it up. They let me take the truck home with me and come back when my husband returned from Alaska later that week to sign the paperwork. Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend Avondale Dodge. One thing I really liked was everyone's knowledge of the vehicle and its options. as for smitty smith we worked all week with him and even when we arrived to the store we are able to say he was awesome we give smitty a 100% for sure in all he gave of his time and excellence when it comes to finance dept we were very unhappy as they offered only 2 chairs at desk leaving my wife out who is the one who found this car and worked all week with smitty we could have gone anywhere to buy a car my wife chose your dealership due to smitty the finance person was a fast talker who kept stating free/we will give you type statements my son and i are not knowledgeable on much of this part of the experience when we got home and reviewed papaer work we notice much of what was stated as free/given was not i am requesting callback from someone in this dealership as we are not in agreeance to the charge for paint/buff protection and have requested it be removed we arent happy with the 499. fee for extra theft alrm either we understand since we are back in Lake Havasu City witht this car now we are stuck with that I insist the paint protection be removed from the final figures and am asking someone call us a s a p to confirm this be removed or we will drive up next weekend to finish handling this and if we do we will also request returning alarm theft and have this removed as well please call 928.486.6872 daryl

Avondale Dodge sales people were very friendly and easy to work with. No pressure sales on the truck. They had a good selection of vehicles on the lot. Vehicle pricing is very competitive and matches or beats what Edmunds and other online resources suggest on pricing. We had our 18 month old son with us at the time and they accommodated our young family very well (play area for kids, plenty of cold water, and snacks). They will try to push additional services/sales at sale write up (extended warranty, vehicle alarm, etc), but that's standard practice. I worked with Joel Gonzo Gonzalez and he was very informative and knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at.

Since I used to work there before getting back to my Equipment Engineering job, I learned some of the inner workings of the dealership and coming back now for my second new car purchase, I can see that the same practices are still in effect. I was treated like the favorite son returning home from being away for years and I always feel at home at Avondale Dodge. I also took a fellow engineer friend of mine a few days before I made my purchase and she bought a new Fiat 500. Mike Radig was friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. However, the first rule of thumb should be to never buy at a dealership that has multiple price tags next to the manufactures window sticker. Once I decided what vehicle I wanted, things got fishy. Rebates disappeared, prices changed, grow men with accounting degrees forgot how to count. Then I was told someone else was waiting for my vehicle. The entire process was terrible and even though I am writing this a month after the fact I was a fool for not walking out. I'm no youngster, I should have known better.But, maybe you should rethink your future purchase.

I marked the price a 4 star because we did our research before buying the car and found the same model in Peoria for a few $K cheaper. He did match their sticker price with ease, but had we not done our homework we would have paid more then the car should have been.Overall a great experience and if I know anyone in the market for a dodge I will recommend they call Mike.

I bought my 2011 Challenger SRT-8 392 on June 25, 2011 from Jordan at Avondale Dodge. I was actually in the store for some service work on my other Dodge (which I bought 4 years prior from them as well) that was going to take about 3 hours.So I went out to the showroom to waste some time since I got tired of watching TV in the waiting room.I went out outside and saw this Toxic Orange 392 Challenger sitting their in front of the doors on the patio area, it immediately peaked my interest, and Jordan approached me and we started talking about, eventually taking it for a test drive.They shot me a great price, we ran my credit and that afternoon I walked out of their with the only Toxic Orange 392 in over 200 miles around the area.Jordan was a great sales person, not pushy, made sure I knew he was NOT COMMISSION. He was fairly knowledgeable about the cars features.During the past 8 months of ownership I have had a few issues, all of which Jordan has dealt with for me by taking the lead to get them resolved. None of which were his or the dealers, there were ENTIRELY A WARRANTY COMPANY or DODGE Directly.I plan on buying more Dodge's from Avondale Dodge in the future. =)

He also was down to earth and not at all like most car salesman who tend to be overdressed, over confident in their knowledge of pretty much everything, and fairly obnoxious. We were shopping for a Charger and had decided we would visit three dealerships before making a decision. Avondale Dodge was the first place we visited and it was a suprisingly good experience. We both left feeling good about the car and very comfortable with Joel Gonzalez. We explained to him our goal of visiting three stores before we bought anything. He never pressured us to stay or made us feel uncomfortable in any way. Instead he explained why we'd want to do business with Avondale Dodge and himself, and said he'd see us soon. We went on to visit two more Dodge dealers and after those visit's realized the experience we'd had at Avondale Dodge was fantastic in comparison. Shortly after arriving at one of the other dealerships I received a text from Joel thanking us for our visit. That text made it that much easier for us to reach him and let him know we'd shopped and that Avondale Dodge was by far the best experience. We were actually offered a lower price by another dealer but because of the way we were treated by Joel we went to Avondale Dodge and picked up my new beautiful Charger.

They sold me a used vehicle knowing it needed safety repairs and refused to pay for them. Crucial suspension parts were completely worn out, as noted on their intake assessment. Yet they chose not to repair it in order to maximize the profit. Nick, the used car manager, told me that very thing. Additionally, when I went by the dealership to talk to Nick, he was verbally abusive, interrupting me constantly.

I have been a challenger fan for some time and didnt think I would ever be able to get one. I went into the dealership at 10am on Saturday and was greeted by Brandon Gillespie almost immediately. The great thing was that he was not overwhelming or pressuring like most car salesmen. I was there to see a specific car and he helped me with all my questions, after looking at the car I told him what I would need to make it work and much to my surprise he was able to get me what I needed....Wow! that never happens at least in my experience, typically you set a price or payment and you end up paying much more than you expected and end up walking away or just settling for their terms but this wasnt the case at Avondale. After agreeing to the terms, I went to finance to sign with Shawn. He got me an even better interest which helped keep my payment reasonable and also getting the extended warranty which for a muscle care is so important. What a great experience!! When I am ready to buy a truck I will be seeing my new friend at Avondale!!

I was told that the vehicle I had purchased had a clean title and had never been in an accident, and was then shown the car fax as their proof of this information. I was told that when vehicles go through an auction the people that attend have to know and are told if the vehicle has been in an accident or has had any prior damage. So what I understand from this is that the dealership I purchased my vehicle from was told that the car I purchased had been involved in an accident. According to the dealership they appraise their vehicles before they sell them, and the appraisers check the frame the fenders and all other parts that would have been repaired due to an accident, this would confirm what they were told at the action. So when I bought the vehicle I was lead to believe and shown a document stating the car was never in any sort of accident, after hearing this from the sales manager I learned this is normal practice. I purchased my car October of last year at that time i was assured by the dealership as well as the car fax report that my soon to be new car was good to go base off this information I purchased it. I have now decided to try and trade my car in and have been shocked to find a new report on my car fax stating my car had been involved in a front of side impact accident. The new car fax shows that the car was involved in this accident 2/07/2011 which would have been more than eight month before i bought my car but was not reported on the car faxs till 12/23/2011. Because of this accident my car is no longer worth anywhere near what i purchased it for. If this information was disclosed to me at the time of purchase i would have never considered buying it. I went back to Avondale dodge and asked them about the new information I had and they stated they had always known about the damage on the car. No one told me this before and now that my car is worth 9,000 less than I paid for it everyone is being truthful. This is an unfair practice and I feel this needs to be brought to light as well as corrected.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have been in the dealership a few times and most of time I am treated the same way. I wish some of the pricing (auto butler, window etching, and warranty pricing) was explained to me better before the final price was drawn up and the loan documents were prepared.

They made me feel very comfortable and were very willing to listen to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. They also were nice and didn't push me into anything. I felt that they were honest and didn't have to sugar coat anything like most dealerships do.

I needed to purchase a truck within 24 hours for my business and did not have time to deal with the normal car dealers negotiations. Dwayne assisted me in making the purchase within my timeframe and sold me the truck at a low price. The customer service was first class and the service department is one of the best in Arizona. Thanks for being such a great dealership.

I shopped around for a bit looking for the right car and price; and when I came to Avondale Auto Dodge, I knew I found what i was looking for. My husband spoke to Smitty on the phone and lined up a quick meeting. When we arrived, he had the vehicle we were interested in ready to go. Smitty was friendly, helpful, and very honest about what he and the dealership could do for us. I was looking to buy a used car. Looked on line at many dealerships. Found Avondale Dogde. I found a car on line. Went to look at it the same day. When I got there the car was already sold. I was so let down. But the staff Jordan Scherer (product specialist) and Nick Zinevich (sales manager) was very kind and found me a car that I liked even more. I would recommend the Avonddale Dodge dealership because there staff was very courteous and attentive. Brandon Gillespie is the gentleman who helped me out. I chose to look into the Challenger, he told me the specs about it, then let me take it out for a test drive. He did not pressure me whatsoever which is very comforting. I definitely recommend this dealership.

We recently visited Avondale Dodge to buy a new truck! After going to another dealer that treated us badly, I didn't know what to expect from this one but it was like night and day. Arthur was just fabulous! The dealer was about to close for the day and he waited for us to get there, show us around, test drive the car and do all the paper work without a complaint on time.The price of my new RAM 3500 was the best too! far lower than anywhere else I had checked. This is my first time buying a Dodge truck, but with this quality of service, i can't wait to go back and give them my repeat business. Thanks! A+++

Dealer tried to add numerous details into the price of the deal. Things like VTR (vehicle id numbering of parts), Auto Butler (some idiotic upkeep thing), ridiculous document fee ($400) and an insulting trade-in offer (over $5500 below Edmonds). I kept getting the "let me talk to my manager" runaround even after I asked them not to do this. They took my trade-in car keys and wouldn't give them back! I talked to sales manager and got his "auto talk" sales pitch. Asked Luis to please speak to me in terms I could understand, but just got a blank stare. They also refused to deal off the sticker price! Typical "come on in, let me take your money" sales approach. Not happy with them and WON'T GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

AVONDALE DODGE DOES NOT HONOR THE USAA PRICE AND WHEN THEY ARE CONFRONTED WITH IT BY USAA THEY SAID THAT THE SALESMAN DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE PROGRAM. ALL CAN SAY IS THAT IS BS. THE FIRST THING I TOLD HIM WAS THAT I WAS A USAA MEMBER AND HE STATED THAT HE KNOWS ABOUT THE PROGRAM AND PRICING. I ALSO WENT OVER THE SAME THING WITH HIS MANAGER AS WELL. AVONDALE DODGE ARE DECEITFUL AND HAVE NO INTEGRITY. IF YOURE A USAA MEMBER DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DODGE DEALERSHIP. I WOULD RATHER PAY THE HIGHER SALES TAX SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. I understand the USAA guidelines however I was told I would get that price form the salesman and his manager. If they were not authorized to deal with USAA members I would have come back the next day with what I needed but they did not. They wanted to make the deal and they lied to do it. I spoke with Arthur and he has done nothing to help me. He can tell me I got a great deal but we both know that they messed up. They will say anything to cover themselves. I was even told to contact the general manager. Im still waiting for him to call me back.The long story short, Avondale Dodge will lie to your face to make a deal. We all know that car salesmen arent the most honest but we can tolerate it most of the time. You would expect better from a dealership that partners themselves with a great company like USAA and whom they represent. This dealership by far has the most dishonest employees I have ever seen and will do nothing to fix any problems you have with them.

I wanted to add bluetooth to my 2010 Challenger. I was an auto mechanic and parts man many years ago so I am entitled to be a bit critical. I was evacuated due to the Wallow fire in eastern Arizona and while I was in Phoenix I called the dealer closest to my hotel. They said 6 weeks for the part! I went online and found that Avondale Dodge had the part in stock. Being leery from the poor price and cluelessness from my local Dodge dealer in the White mountains, I researched the part number. The part Avondale had was the newest one and the parts man verified this. Big plus for Avondale parts. I purchased the part. I was ready to install it myself and pay my local clueless Dodge service department to program the ECM later. I figured they would have trouble screwing that up. I asked the Avondale Dodge service writer if they could install it. The new Chrysler system requires that the ECM be programmed or Uconnect (bluetooth), will not work, otherwise I would do it myself. This is not something anyone other than a Chrysler dealer can do. My unhappiness about this is another matter. I was told that they could install it right away. Another plus. I asked if the mechanic had done this before and he said many times. Another plus for Avondale Dodge. Less than an hour later, it was done! No pain, quicker than quoted and a better price than quoted. Another plus for Avondale Dodge. I do not know if this is common for Avondale Dodge, but being a mechanic years ago makes me critical. You all know that this level of service is not common. I believe that any company that under-promises and over-performs deserves a great review, so here it is.

In short: I purchased an 07 Charger RT; worst thing I ever did... In service 12 times in 3 months and continues... I am discontinuing to pay for at this time... Horrible in every aspect.... Check engine light twice; check gas cap twice; front end coming apart; brakes squeaking and continue still to this day with 80% left in life "they say".. Absolutely a bad decision all the way around.... Buy Chevrolet from Van Chevrolet if you wanna be treated right and get a long lasting vehicle....

Bought Journey 09, almost 2 1/2 years ago. Never told me that the car was assembled in Mexico and used 75% parts made from there as well. Problem after 3 weeks, engine light turns on. 1 week later windshield wiper malfunction, turns on with the switch being off! It took 2 weeks to fix it. They also had to replaced the black trimming on the car because it was getting bubbles from inside out. The brake pads had to be replaced under 25k miles by my choice and preference of mechanic (not the dealership)mechanic said it was a cheap brand. Now i had to leave the car at the service dept on Friday 9/10/10 because they couldnt fix the front passenger window (not working)! I got a call the next day 9/11/10 and told me to bring my remote lock key and also told me that hey have figured out the problem. But as soon as i got there, my service advisor told me that it was not fixed and had to leave the car till Monday. (Keep in mind that I live about 40+ miles from the dealership). Brad told me that the technician with 30+ experienced was working on it but still couldnt figure out the problem. They have to wait till Monday (9/13/10) to call the star coporate technical service support for help. The car has a little over 25k miles on it but yet it felt like an old used car after with all these problems occuring.One more thing, just found out that the battery is located underneath the wiring module and among other things in the way. You have to take the tire out to to replace the battery! This will be a pain and a lot of labor just to replace the battery!!! That's it for now until next time :-(

My daughter and I went in to purchase vehicles. She choosed a brand new dodge ram and I choosed a Chrysler 300 used. To start..we had our discussion about price and interest rates. I thought we were very clear up front and they lead us to believe that what we said for was a done deal. After my Chrysler was damaged by salesman..I picked out another. They said everything would be the same price wise. My daughter and I drove off the lot with out new cars and happy with the payments. This was Sept 1, 2010. I get a call Sept 8, 2010 that there is a problem both me and my daughter had to come down to the dealership. I guess they have you drive the car a week and get you back in for the bait and switch finale. I was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership. Trust me..if you decide to do business with this dealership (avondale Dodge arizona) bring your own vaseline. My daughter and I left without our vehicles, after a week of loving our cars. Most people would buy the bait in switch after having the cars for a week. Sadly we didn't and left very very very unhappy.

I went to this dealership with the intent of trading my 08 charger on a new 09 journey and was outraged at the rip off they were trying to pull. first of all i understand that only having my car for a year, there will be some negative equity involved, but my car is a limited edition one of only 2300 produced by dodge and it books for $21,000 on KBB just counting the features not counted the special edition. they offered me $15,000 for my car and when i asked them why the value was so low and mentioned the KBB value they "raised" its value but said i would still have the same amount of negative to carry over. Do they think people are really that stupid? like i don't know how to do fifth grade math. i had called ahead of time and talked to one salesman on the phone and made an appointment with him to go look at a new car and had explained the whole trade to him and he said i would have no trouble trading for what i wanted. when i walked up this young kid asked if he could help me, when i told him i had an appointment with David Brueck, he acted like he didn't know a David like i must have gotten the name wrong even though i had wrote it down and the man on the phone had even spelled it for me! but he was willing to "help" i was there for a little over two hours, filled out a credit report they never ran, and got low balled on my car that they never looked up the value of and ended up walking out because they were completly unhelpful and not good sales people. right before i left, this other charicter who was a sales manager tried to come "help" us, and by help us i mean was trying to get us to put another more than $5000 down on top of what we were already putting down and our trade in value. this AJ kid, and i only know his name cause i saw it on the sales quote he handed me, not cause he introduced himself. He was more interested in telling me about his car and doing burn outs in the cars setting on the lot and his girlfriend then he was about helping us get into a new vehicle. i have bought several new cars over the last few years and this was the most rediculous joke of a dealership i had ever been two and to be honest will never go back, not ever, not even for service on my current vehicle- wich they overcharged for anyway. dodge should really consider taking away their five star rating because i have been to used car lots and have never been tried to be taken to the cleaners this bad. i like dodge but i will not go back to this dealership, i would rather drive farther to the next one down the road then to go back to these clowns. the other dodge dealership i deal with out of state, wich by the way i am not from here, is always more than eager to have you trade in and give you top dollar for your pre owned dodge, these people asked me if i really wanted to trade or if i wasn't sure if maybe i just wanted to but a second car and keep my old one. they are rediculous.

I had the worst car sales experience at Avondale Dodge that I have ever had. Think of a shady sales tactic, and this place used it! During my visit I had no less than FOUR salesmen try to work our sale. We had an opener, a negotiater, a closer, and then a "good guy" come in at the end to try and smooth over the mess that the "closer" made of the deal. Unfortunately for them, they just couldn't patch things up with us. These salesmen literally offer you things, allow you time to think it over and talk about it (we were there for 7 hours), and when you have finally reached your decision and decided to buy the car...the salesmen "suddenly" realize that they just can't give you the deal that they were originally promising you. Isn't this bait and switch? We sat down at the desk to tell them we would take the car, and the salesmen went back on the deal! They went back several stages in the price negotiating and blamed it on a miscommunication (higher price, less options). It's funny, too, because LITERALLY 2 minutes before they "SUDDENLY" realized that they were going to take back the deal, the salesman was up at the car pressuring us to take it, telling us what a great deal it was. Isn't this the age-old car salesman trick-- get the customer's heart set on the car, and then change the deal? I guess if this dealership is going to have "communication" problems, it shouldn't assign so many salesmen to a single sale.Our 3rd salesmen (a sales manager) raised his voice at us, was rude to us, and spoke to us in a very rude manner. We walked away from this sale and from this dealership because of the way we were treated and because of the dishonesty. We just felt like dirty deals were going on here and that nothing good would come from purchasing our car here. Luckily for us, we went to Performance Dudge in Glendale the next day and got the same car at a lower price from honest people! Yes!

I took a trade that was valued at $17,900 they gave me 6,000 for it and turned around and sold it for $26,000 the following weekend. Do not go to them at all for anything, they will RIP YOU OFF!
