I was in to have a computer reprogramed for a recall. I mentioned that the drivers seat was starting to crack along the seam and the service advisor, Thomas Childres , said it was covered under the warranty. I was happy about that and even more pleased that they had the part to do the repair.

John Randozzo was excellent in helping us to select another Enclave to lease. He created a lease with equitable terms. We like the auto very much so far.Calving Stark was excellent in helping us to work through all of the paperwork for the lease.Both men were pleasant to deal with and anxious that our needs were met and that everything was explained clearly.Complaint: we had to wait over an hour to meet with Calvin to sign the papers.

Left car on a Sunday night for work on following Monday. Received call by 9 am from Amy Porter/5805 that requested work was complete. I was also advised of nail in tire, and she inquired if I would want Lou Fusz to repair...,work was approved. Within 30 minutes, second call received to state that my car was ready for pick-up. Any and all personnel that I have ever encountered have been pleasant to talk to and/or deal with in regards to servicing of my vehicle.Great job done by all (mechanic and service advisor!

I never dealt with a sales person that will do whatever they can to get what you want. My salesman Gus, i cant even put it into words on much I appreciate his honest, loyalty, and his commitment that I will leave with a car. And he came through just like he promised. We went into this place thinking there was nothing anyone can do for us. The vehicle we had to trade-in was originally sold to us by an overnight dealership 2 years ago. The sales guy said "that car is a death trap" and we agreed. It was financed by one of the most brutal finance companies with a horrible reputation called Arrow (something). Always made our payments but they were always hateful when you called them. They had no way to make payments online or to see your account, they flooded your account with fees. You know what these guys John, Calvin and Scott did? They treated us professionally, honest and worth the time. They never made us feel once that the credit was shaky or anything. They got us approved! We were in shock! Some how they did it. They went as far to let us take the car home and said "we will still work to try to get you a better rate in the morning". What place does that? I am coming back to this place in the future.

I also wanted to compliment my Service Advisor Thomas Childress. I have worked with Thomas several times now & appreciate his honesty & explaining things to me. Unfortunately, in the last year I've had several needed repairs that have been expensive. Thomas has helped me prioritize what should be addressed first to not cause more issues. Christine initially reached out to me and told me to come in to her location to view some cars but I went to Lou Fusz Metroeast and had a bad experience. Christine continued to follow up and I told her what happen, she was very concerned but still didn't pressure me to come her location which made me want to go and visit. Angela gave me a call and reassured me that this time around would be better. I felt extremely comfortable and came to their office. When I arrived Angela introduced me to Brittany. Brittany was amazing. Unlike the other location she listened to my wants and desires to be able to get me a car I need and like. Due to my very challenged credit I was skeptical that I would be able to get anything which is why I planned on doing the buy here pay here but Brittany saw bigger things then I did. She and the finance department was able to get me a new 2016 Buick Verano with no money down. This experience was amazing! Truly a blessing!!!! Best dealership ever!!!! Awful experience. I asked this sales person about leasing a demo car at a price advertised in their web page. She said car was available. Made the time in the middle of my work day to go see the car and asked for a lease quote. When I got the quote several hours later that day, suddenly the car was full price even though it had 6,000 miles on it and showed some wear inside. They even took the time to go online and change the price just in case. Very deceiving business conduct. I will definitely advise all my family and friends against purchasing/leasing a car here.

Came in recently to ask Gus about trading in my Buick Enclave. I loved that car but it was just too big now that our last child was off to college. After 25 years of driving car pool, I still wanted a nice, safe car - just less of it! After my initial meeting with Gus I brought my husband in to take a look at a few options. Scott Brotherton took over from there and within a couple hours I was driving home in my slightly used- small and efficient Encore! Its simply a smaller version of the car I was accustomed to so driving it felt really familiar and the transition to a new vehicle was painless. I recently had my oil changed at the dealership and my experience was great, as usual. The employees are always very helpful and take the time to get to know you on a first name basis. I also appreciate that the dealership accepts walk-ins and you do not have to schedule an appointment. If it is a busy day this may cause longer wait times but the advisors have always been very upfront about how long I should expect my service to take. It is a relief knowing that if I ever have an issue with my vehicle that needs immediate attention I can bring it to Fusz and it will be looked at right away. I have been to other dealerships where they won't even talk to you If you do not have an appointment scheduled.

I purchased a car from the by here pay here side the had the car 2months lots of problems occured wasnt to mad because pretty much everything's under warranty took it in to the shop there service department fixed the wrong thing i called the advisor with whom i checked in with jason called at least 6 times left messages he never responsed so after a while i called tom treiber he's the supervisor over the service department several times left messages still no response finally we took the car back to there shop we got the same advisor jason very rude not apologetic he showed no sympathy for us even stated why didnt you guys call me we stated we did he then said oh i have a call on hold now and plenty more to come we where getting no where with him so then we asked for tim the supervisor waited 30 mintues and finally the receptionist said hes on lunch won't be back for an hour we left our names and numbers it's been 3 days and still haven't heard from him we purchased another car from the other location in st.charles cave springs exit sales man calvin stark gets a 100percent we had problems with it also and that experience gets an 100percent we had to take the car to ammoco on midland blvd 100 percent customer service always it was looked at we where told exactly the problem polite and a smile.these businesses and their employees need to understand that customer service is everything i dont recommend this location to anyone but calvin is at this locaton now

I was interested in looking at a Buick Encore Convenience. I filled out an online survey. Immediately my phone started ringing, bad luck, I was in a training class. I received a text from Ryan Finan asking if he could help me. I jumped on that, I could still be in training and text back and forth. I told him what I was looking for. We set up an appointment for Friday. I didn't get to meet Ryan personally but he turned us over to Scott Brotherton. Scott was Great. Asked the right questions and got us in and out of there in a short time. David Hoeflinger was our finance guy. You couldn't ask for anyone better. Left Friday night with my new vehicle. Amy greeted me as I took my Silverado in for routine service and to have the battery checked as the truck had begUn to slow when cranking. She indicated that an electrical check would be $35 and I said fine. She called me later when my vehicle was ready to tell me that, yes, the battery at around 5 years old was no longer holding a charge as it should. She went on to state that the battery had been replaced BUT, there was no charge for the battery or the electrical check since the old battery had also been pucharsed from Lou Fusz. These folks stood true to the information that we received over the phone prior to our 3 hour plus drive. We had specific color and safety options we wanted. We all have heard a horror storie of the "car salesmen". Well, you won't have it here. We were quite relieved to receive the professional level treatment from Scott Brotherton. I bring my GMC Envoy in to Lou Fusz GMC for any service issues. I also purchased my SUV here in 2002. The staff is knowledgeable, and efficient. Eric Wagner was my service adviser on this trip. Eric was one of the most professional and friendliest SA's I have encountered. After understanding the problem I was having with my car, he took immediate ownership. He advised what the repair would cost, and as I had to leave my car overnight, Eric reserved a rental for me at Enterprise; however, none was available. The next day Eric contacted me with bad/good news. My car would not be ready until the following day, but he had secured a rental for me! As promised my car was ready the next day with the problems resolved. Eric, and the mechanic, have made me a very satisfied customer. I love the care that Lou Fusz gives its customers. I know that I can count on this team if I have car trouble, and that makes one less stress in my busy world. Thanks, guys!

I DID NOT experience the typical used car guy approach yesterday at Lou Fusz Buick-GMC when I first met my salesman, Zach Hern, and I really appreciated that. He was pleasant, personable, courteous, neatly dressed, and presented himself very professionally. I also observed other salesman meeting and serving new clients and I was impressed by the way they treated people who were waiting on them. And Brad, our financial guru, was so easy to visit with; I felt like we'd known him for years. He definitely knows his stuff which shortened our paper-signing time, which also translated further into me feeling like we really were valued customers. I will have no qualms whatsoever about recommending your dealership to other friends and/or prospective buyers. At first the service rep seemed not to want to help. He then looked up my file to reveiw the repair ticket then told me that I did not pay for it. When I told him that I paid the deductible, he look at the papers that I had and started putting something in the computer. He did not tell me what he was doing so I thought he was working on something else until he said that he would submit my request. He did not offer/give me a copy of whatever he wrote. He took a copy of my receipt then said I would be contacted when it requested is processed. He then went back to working on something else and I felt dismissed.

I approached Herman (Service Manager) and explained my car's problem to him. He immediately seemed to recognize the problem and explained the procedure probably needed to fix it as well as the price. I asked him about a couple of other problems I had experienced and again was given a solution to the problems. Turns out Herman was right about the problem and the car is doing just fine now. His solution to the problem also corrected another problem I had. Both of these had to do with the fuel system. John gave me a ride home and then picked me up when the car was ready. He was very courteous and professional. I appreciate the service I received as well as knowing there is a place close by where I can have any future issues with the car resolved. By the way, I purchased this car from this dealer. Just haven't had any problems till now. Thank You.

Our salesman, Scott, was very considerate of our time, knowing that we had 2 small children with us. The "toy room" at the dealership is a great idea for situations like ours - when kids have to tag along with Mom and Dad for the day. The whole staff was sensitive to this and made sure the process went as smoothly and quickly as possible. In the past, we had a bad experience at a different dealership where the "after factory" add-ons, like a DVD player, weren't what we expected. The salesman at that other dealership didn't sell us what we were looking for. We were more than pleased with the DVD player we purchased and had installed the week after we bought our Acadia at Lou Fusz. Scott made sure he understood what we were looking for and definitely delivered. The overall experience was great!

I have always loved Lou Fusz and put great trust in them servicing my vehicles. On the last visit, general maintenance was done and we needed new brake pads which was done. After I paid, picked up car and started to drive, noticed that my foot went practically to the floor. I thought perhaps it was cold so drove across the street to QT, turned around and came back, it was 5:10. I was helped by Jason Walters and this is when it got bad. He asked if I was going to leave the car with him when it had been there all day and I just picked it up. I explained it had been there all day and the brakes were not working. He explained that he had no one to work on the car as it closes at 6:00 pm. I again stated the car had been there all day, brakes were replace and now the brakes were not working. At this point he remarked, "we can go around in a circle like this all night." I walked to the passenger side of the car and called my husband to come back and get me and a service ticket was written up by Jason. At the end I remarked to him that I was not replying to him any further as he had told me that we could go around like this all night. The next morning, I called and left a message for Herman to see if he could help with the car as I did not want any further dealings with Jason. Herman returned my call and was very understanding and took over the case. It turned out that there was a cylinder that was broken and repaired at no cost to me. I appreciate this and will continue to bring my vehicles to Lou Fusz. Herman should be commended.

They have always been very nice and gave me good service but the last two times I have been there I am questioning their service. My car has 32,000 miles on it and they said I needed to have my transmission oil changed. Being a woman I never questioned this and advised them to change it. When I got home I read my manual and discovered that I shouldn't need the trans. oil changed till 100,000 miles. The last time I was there they said my transmission was leaking and needed repair. Luckily my warrantee paid for that. It seems like a lot of problems for such low mileage. I just don't know if I can trust them anymore. I was thinking of buying a new Buick but if these problems do occur at this low mileage I may consider something different

Mr. Randazzo was extremely helpful, working with me to "sell" me the car that I wanted. I appreciated all of the time and consideration in making things right with the car. It needed a new windshield and oil change at the time of purchase, both of which were taken care of within days of my purchase, as promised by the sales team. The lady that answers your phones always seem cheerful and ready to help. Herman, in your service department, is great. He has a great understanding about what might be wrong and explains what is needed in a way that I understand. He has been my go to person for many years and is one reason I continue to come for service. I thain that all of your service personel are A-One. Herman in the service department was Excellent. He was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. When I came to pick up my car, the invoice was wrong. There was a balance due, but everything was supposed to be covered under my warranty. I had to wait a long time to get it resolved, which was frusterating because people were waiting for me outside, and I had somewhere to be. The women who helped me were very nice, though and apologized for the wait.

Words cannot express my distaste for this dealership. As my husband and I welcomed twins several months ago, we decided to upgrade our vehicle to something larger. We knew we wanted to be loyal to GM as my grandfather was a time efficiency manager for General Motors for over 50 years. He would be sick to know how poorly we were treated and used at this dealership. My husband did extensive research with many dealerships to get the best price on a new Acadia. (Joel) committed to the lowest price and we forfeited deals with all other dealerships, secured a babysitter, and went up to Lou Fusz to sign the papers and be out the door with our new vehicle. Unfortunately that did not even come close to happening. Upon arrival, we were taken out to the lot to look at color choices, found one we intended on buying but were forced to wait over two hours only to find out that the deal, as promised, would not happen. Seeing as how their strategy was only to keep us waiting until closing to tell us that they would charge us much more than what was promised, we could no longer work with any other dealerships.The manger quickly dismissed us as well and was unapologetic. This dealership does not care about their customers. They make empty promises and cannot deliver. Please do not give them your business. I urge you to patron a dealership that actually cares about you.

The service team is great; so I can't really ding the dealership with anything. My issue is with GM warranty. I spent 60K on a vehicle; bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty and within the first 1 and a half years of owning the vehicle I've had two tires malfunction. I don't think that's coincidence. So after spending 60K, I've also had to fork out another $1000. I probably won't be buying a GM with my next vehicle.

I really appreciate the employees of Lou Fusz. My biggest concern is the price of an oil change. I would not recommend this to a friend due to the price. Even with the $20.00 coupon that I get. I am sure I could get an oil change for less than the $41.70 that was left. I must say that Stephanie was very friendly and courteous, as opposed to the 2 gentlemen that talked while she did all the work.

i got my oil changed,they rotated my tires and checked a whole bunch of things on my car because I have 60,000 miles . They were looking for anything that was still under warranty that needed to be fixed. I also told Stephanie Watkins that since they rebuilt my transmission a few months ago I have noticed that there is somewhat of a problem with first gear. She said she would have them check it out,but the throttle sometimes is not sure what to do because of the computerized part,not sure I am saying that right. Well,after they did everything,Stephanie told me that my transmission was in proper working order and there were no warranty repairs to be made.

I was a little frustrated with some of the equipment on my new Enclave and found my service advisor Kevin Graham to be great in explaining each and every button I pointed to. I brought my car in to be fitted for some floor mats I had ordered.......and Kevin put them in for me quickly and I waspleased. My first SUV and at my age (80) ... this is some experience........ incidentally..... I love my Enclave.... in the short time I have had it, I feel it was the right choice for my lifestyle. I take care of my three grandchildren periodically and its great when I pick them up after school with all their backpacks etc. I do get lots of compliments from friends.. they like the style -- I am working with Kevin to try to get my garage door opener to work by using the button in my car.. this will be my next visit with Kevin......... a pleasure to work with him.

The expeirence I had with my sales rep. Nick and the finance guy brent was absolutely exceptional. I have been driving for 47 years and have bought plenty of cars. Nick by far is the best salesman I have ever delt with and went far above and beyond any expierence I have ever had. Considering the number of services completed, time in to time out was very good. Oil and lube, Transmission service, tires rotated, 4 wheel alignment, Tire air pressure checked for all wheels and Fusz'sstandard service checks were performed in approximately 4 hours. Very good.

I dropped my car off for an oil change. They got me in quickly and called me when my car was completed and reminded me of closing hours. I ended up getting my oil changed and my tires rotated which he advised was literally less than a dollar more and really good to do before winter and with the mileage I've put on my vehicle in the last 5 months! Also aired up all the tires (I believe 1 was at 22, 27, 28 and 30 for 35 psi) and a courtesy wash. For demographic purposes I thought I'd share I'm a female between 30-35 and went for service alone. I certainly trust the reliability and suggestions of this dealership team. I highly recommend Lou Fusz! thanks for everything!

Totally GOOD. My compliments to Lou Fusz for having a salesman as good as Rob. He was a pleasure to meet and to deal with. He answered my questions with no difficulty. My first encounter was just to see what was available and Rob was very informative and helpful. My second was a couple of days later. I took my niece with me so she could get the low down first hand and ask questions I tend to overlook. She, too, was impressed with Rob and his ability to make people feel comfortable. At one point he asked me why I wasn't buying today. My reply was because I wasn't sure my wallet could the new payments. We talked a couple of minutes, he excused himself and left for a few minutes. When he returned he told me my payments wouldn't be any more than I was paying on the Saturn I had. Everything worked well for me and I hope for him. I ended up buying the Encore then and there. Rob is deffinately an asset to the Lou Fusz automotive network.

I had broken the passenger mirror on my 2009 Buick Enclave and brought the vehicle to Lou Fusz Buick for replacement. Stephanie Watkins scheduled me after one day to get the replacement mirror painted and when I brought the car in I was in and out in about an hour w/ a new working, matching passenger mirror. Excellent service as usual from Stephanie and the Lou Fusz service team!

i bought a 2014 gmc here they had lost a the extra key and remote so they did send me a new key and remote but only the dealer can program the remote they are 100 miles from so they said take it to a local dealer which is 30 miles from i had to pay to get it programmed they said they would reimburse me its going on a moth still no check (larry you do have a copy of the recite chuk confirmed that) i also had to install the cargo lights on the truck my self that should be done before the truck was showed to any one (since when do you buy a new truck with some assemble required) the best part they offered me few dollars extra in the reimbursement that i haven't got to answer they survey that gm sends out with all completely satisfied answers

Terrible 5-hour experience. We had traveled from Kansas City to St. Louis, and we had blown a tire on the interstate. I brought the car to Lou Fusz, dealt with Stephanie, and she and another guy in the garage said "Whoa, never seen that before!" because apparently there was a huge hole in not only the tire, but WHEEL itself. Stephanie said it was not covered under warranty, which definitely surprised me because we had just bought this brand new Buick Verano 6 weeks prior for that very reason-- we wanted a warranty. She said "well, do you have your contract with you?" I said no, but we had bought the car at a buick dealership in kansas city, and I even knew the name of the dealership (not putting their name here because they have been wonderful, so I would not want to associate them with the disgusting service at LOU FUSZ.) She then said "Well, without your contract I have no idea if you have a separate wheel/tire warranty." WHAT?! I bought the car 4 hours away at the same type of dealership?! You can't look that up on some system, or even offer to CALL that specific dealership?? She acted like I had bought the car on another planet. So much for nationwide service-- we were only 4 hours away from where we purchased it! Nonsense. She continued to say that it would not be covered because it was not a defect of the car. I questioned this by saying "Well, if it's something so strange that you guys have never seen before, doesn't that make you think it could possibly be a defect with the wheel?" And here's the worst part... she answered "I know what you're after, and it's not happening." EXCUSE ME? I was completely insulted that I was not even being heard out. I called my husband to consult with him about spending over $700, and he reminded me that whatever the cost, we just had to do it because we were just there for the weekend, and we had to get back to Kansas City somehow. I tell Stephanie-- yes, let's do it, we have to do it. Then she says they don't even have the wheel that I need. Of course. Then Stephanie tells me that they "might" consider selling me one of their wheels off of one of their cars "for an additional fee." Sure, that's great, I have to do this. My husband told me to keep the blown wheel/tire so we can show it to our home buick dealership, so after I was all checked out and ready to go, I popped the trunk and saw that our blown wheel/tire was gone. I walked back into the garage and asked Stephanie what happened to it. She said "There is a $50 deposit on those, so we keep those." I explained to her that we wanted to take the wheel because we wanted to show our home buick dealership what had happened to it, and she said I would need to pay 50 more dollars if I wanted it back. The wheel that I had bought with the car. The wheel that I owned and they took out of my trunk. I called my husband to tell him that ridiculous request, and he said to get out of there and not give them another dollar of our money. I sat at LOU FUSZ's horrible buick dealership for FIVE HOURS with the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

MY SERVICE (TIRE ROTATION) TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. HOWEVER, IT WAS AT THE END OF THE SHIFT AND THERE SEEMED TO BE SOME CONFUSION AS TO HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO PERFORM THE SERVICE. Just went in to get a remote programmed for my wife's car, and then when I was told that they were closing at noon, I was just going to miss a movie that we had planned on seeing. Jason then told me to hold on a minute and then said they could work on it right now and have it ready in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck. I was very impressed at how hard they worked to please me and to make sure that my needs were met with purchasing this vehicle. I just bought my fourth auto from a Lou Fusz dealer. Albert Koesterer made my recent purchase probably the easiest of the four. Walked in with the autos I was interested in, price quote from Lou Fusz on one of them and 2 1/2 hours later I was driving home my new car!From sales to service, they get the job done!

My wife and I recently visited Lou Fusz Buick and GMC. Albert Koesterer was the salesmen who talked with us. He was very knowledgeable and never put any pressure on us to buy. He was very patient with us and answered any question we had. We did take a vehicle for a test drive. Sales person "Nick Damaso" was very knowledgeable about the cars he sales and the services they provide. He did not use any pressure sales tactics and worked to get me a deal I was comfortable with. He was honest, upfront and delivered quality customer support. Overall it was one of the best buying experiences of my life and I highly recommend Nick and everyone at Lou Fusz.

I love this dealership because of the customer service given. I normally wait for the same service writer because he has always been honest and upfront regarding all repairs that I have needed. Herman Torluemke is always willing to work with me to explain what the problems are and why I need to get them repaired. Hope this helps other find a great dealership to work with!

I honestly went in not knowing exactly what I looking for. When I got there I was greeted promptly by Steve VanSickle. He was polite and was very knowledgeable. He knew my price range and helped find so far great vehicle at a very good price! I would highly recommend the dealership and Steve as well.

Nick gave us top priority in finding the car we wanted from another dealer to satisfy us over the telephone. While we were a repeat buyer they (the whole dealership)were just as interested in us as a new buyer.

I recently bought a new Yukon XL from Lou Fusz Buick-GMC. The salesman listened to what I wanted on the vehicle and was able to find the gold truck with the options that I wanted. I had seen a different set of wheels on another truck that I liked and Steve was able to accommodate me with those wheels. I got my "perfect" truck.The buying experience at this dealership (from beginning to end) was wonderful and I would hightly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

what a great wxperience this was. This was my first new car purchase on my own and the whole experience exceeded all expectations. All of my friends kept telling me all the bad experiences they had at other dealerships. Well, they apparently went to the wrong places and had the wrong salesperson. From the minute I walked in the door, where I was greeted by my salesman, Peter Wolff, it was a treat. Peter asked me a few questions to narrow down what I was looking for, and once he understood my needs he suggested he pull a car up from the back of the lot, as it was raining out. We test drove the car, and once I decided it was the right car for me he put together a purchase proposal that was very close to the price I was trying to get to. In fact we were within ten dollars of what I was trying to achieve. The business office gave me a price on an extended warranty I could not pass on. Before leaving the sales manager, Larry, gave me his card and his information in case there was any issues. I am thrilled to report there were none. I would certainly recommend both Peter Wolff and Lou Fusz Buick GMC to all my friends.

I recently purchased a 2012 gmc terrain. It honestly was the best experience of my life!!!! upon entering the dealership, which came highly recommended to me by one of my business colleges, I ran into the sales manager Larry Buschhorn right off the bat. He greeted me in a manner that i was not accustomed to. It was at that point I new this was the place, that I had finally found a dealership home. I did purchase on that same day I was there and was given a more than fair no nonsense price on my new Terrain. I must say, I did have to return back to the dealership a few days later, but it was to bring my neighbor a few doors down to recieve the same experience I did as he too purchased a new vehicle from FUSZ GMC. I LOVE FUSZ GMC!!!!!! By the way, "Thank you Larry for my LOU FUSZ Chair, I will proudly take it every where I need it."

Mike showed us the different cars on Thursday so we could make a proper decision on what we needed. We then made the appointment for Saturday and Mike showed us the 2012 Buick Lacrosse, we decided on the White Diamond that was on the show room floor. Car shopping is by far one of my least favorite things to do and the people with Lou Fusz made my experience as painless as possible for me. I ultimately decided upon a 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo. However, prior to making my final decision they were very attentive to what I was looking for in a car and took me around and went over the different features of each make and model that I was interested in and discussed which options provided the most for the money that it was going to cost. If I ever voiced that I wasn't interested in an option they did not try to push it onto me. Regarding price, overall they were very fair and more than reasonable on the value of my trade in. Bottom line, it was a positive experience and I would recommend Lou Fusz to both friends and family.

I shopped three other dealers before I decided to buy from Lou Fusz. Thinking this was my best deal I drove 225 miles to buy the automobile. After some razzle-dazzle paper work I got home and found I had been charged $2,000 more than I agreed to. I called my salesman immediately and he had a "manager" call me. This "manager" accused me of trying to make a better deal after the sale. Not so. He also questioned why I would drive to St. Louis to buy a car. I have bought cars in Little Rock and Kansas City - because that was the best deal. When picking up the car the salesman only gave me one set of keys. He said he'd send the other set "nest week." It is now 12 days later and I still haven't received the keys. I have emailed the salesman and he has not answered me. I have called his cell phone and he won't answer because he knows who is calling. I am also due a piece to go over the dealerinstalled trailor hitch. I have not received that either. worked a deal on a car that they found at another dealership. They could not produce the car.Gave them another chance at another dealer wher they located a car and they could not produce it. This took one week. They wanted me to buy a car off of there lot in a dark color. I gave them 4 choices of colors. They were all light colors . I bought a car from Suntrup Buick, they got the car from a dealer less than fifty miles away.Had a great car buying experience at Suntrup.I will never buy a car from Fusz or recommend them to anyone.
