Wow! What a Great Car and Experience i had purchasing a BMW 550i from Michaels Motorcars, inc in Neptune City NJ! I had been all over the tri-state area looking for a well maintained BMW from other auto dealers and the experience working with them was disheartening. The minute I walked into Micheals Motorcar that all changed. Alex Fernandez and Christopher Manrell were were very attentive but no pressure, they showed the vehicle ran me thru the options and i took a test drive. We were able to come to terms and they made a sale and a very happy customer. i love every minute i drive the car. if i have any questions I can call Alex or Christopher and they are very attentive even 3 months after i bought the car. I have owned many high end cars bought from various dealers in the trip-state area for more than 30 years, it is rare to be treated this well and I will go back to them for my next car purchase!!

Found my 2000 corvette online at Michaels. There was zero pressure nor any upsell. I made a VERY thorough inspection and I was not bothered while doing this. Once I made my purchase decision the closing process was trouble-free and all paperwork was in order when I arrived for pickup. The car had been detailed and looked great - they even got me a new alarm/key fob from the dealer which I know was not cheap. My title, plates, and registration arrived in short order with no undue delay. Overall a hassle-free purchase and I would consider them again for my next vehicle purchase. Michaels Rocks!

I had looked for a used car for over 3 months. Once I contacted Alex...I knew I found the right place. I was looking to get out of a Mini Cooper that barely fit me at 6'3" 250 pounds...let alone my wife and 2 youngest bean stalk 12 & 13 year olds. They knew what I was looking for, and listened to my budget needs. Even over the Fourth of July holiday they utilized emails, texting, etc to narrow down the search, and begin the financing process. Michales Motors went above and beyond me getting a 2005 Exploer XLT. Chris and Alex never let me down once when I thought all hope was lost of me getting a car. I am so happy that they were able to do everything they could to put me in my truck. When I heard I had to put down $3,300 I immediately said I couldn't do it right now and had to go to another dealer, but Chris and Alex were able to let me put donw $2,308 for my down payment. I was so happy and didn't know what to do with myself. They were very patient and also repsectable to me. They treated me like family everytime I came into the office. I was referred to Michaels by a family friend when i was looking for my 2011 GMC YUKON DENALI XL. They had my vehicle on the lot, it was exactly what i wanted. So this is my third car I am buying from Michaels and I have to say that he does a great job making sure his cars are in great working order and looking really nice also for a used car. I have delt with Michael himself in the past but my last purchase I worked with his cousin Chris. Chris was very honest with me on the cars condition and what would be needed in the next year as far as maintaince requirements. Chris did make the complete process painless and very quick!!! More importantly his honesty and passion for cars shows! The car I purchased is for my daughter and I feel safe with her driving a car from Michaels. Chris was also kind enough to throw in a free oil change and car wash with my purchase!!!! I feel compelled to say that if you want a good car for a great price and want to deal with a genuine group of guys go see Chris or Mike, I am sure you will be pleased with the whole process.

I was so thrilled with the experience of my recent purchase of a mint condition Corvette convertible that I am compelled to share it. I contacted Michael's about one of the corvettes in stock which was gorgeous, but off on a few details. I was disappointed, but Michael assured me he could locate the car I was seeking to my exact specifications. Within the week Michael had found my diamond. After countless photos phone calls and emails I was satisfied and ready to buy. After making my travel plans I was met and greeted at the airport by one of Michaels staff and taken to see my new baby. Everything ran like clock work from the great financing deal to the extended warranty to the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff. I simply have never had a better car buying experience. By the time it was over I felt like we were all friends I had known for years. Truly a first rate operation! Thank you Michael!

I discovered a listing for vehicle I have been looking for at this dealer. I contacted them to find out more about it. I was informed that the vehicle was in excellent shape and in fact they drive it when they need to run errands and that it was ready for sale. I live out of state, so I expressed to two different sales associates that I was traveling far to look at this vehicle. Gave them my name & number and made it quite apparent that I was coming with cash in hand with the intention that would be leaving with it the same day. When I got there, I spent 15 mins looking at the vehicle, I finally went into the office to find a salesman. I felt like I was bothering them to sell me a car and I was the only customer there. I spoke with the salesman I had spoken to earlier and it appeared he had no clue who I was. I looked at the vehicle which had 4 badly dry rotted tires that were obviously compromising the safety of the vehicle and a risk to drive.The salesperson agreed & stated he was unaware of the issue. Despite the obvious safety concern I still was interested. I wanted to take a test drive & informed them that it didn't have gas in it. It took 30 mins to move cars that were blocking the vehicle and to return from it needing to get gas. I went to take the test drive, I pull out of the lot to hear the cv joints snapping and another obvious noises. I immediately made the decision to turn around because the vehicle was completely unsafe to drive. I was extremely disappointed to know that the salesman put me in a vehicle that was unsafe to drive especially after driving it himself. I returned to the lot looking for him & he was no where to be found. I had to walk back into the rear office where I found the owner. I spoke with him about what my experience was already, my disappointment about being completely deceived & my safety compromised. He was apologetic but he said he was uninformed about the vehicle's condition and explained to me that he never sells cars this old, that he specializes in newer used more high end cars. This car was the cheapest on the lot, but that doesn't mean that it is any less important to know its condition. To me that was an excuse. Still a salesman, He asked me what I'd be willing to purchase it for. I told him that there was a list of repairs that needed to be done besides what was obvious and without having my mechanic with me & I wouldn't be able to trust his mechanics judgement. He realized I know cars more than the average customer, and kindly gave me $20 towards my gas. When I left, I finally ran into the salesman who put me in this unsafe vehicle, I asked him if he heard the obvious noises the car was making when he drove to get gas. He told me he had, but "he really doesn't know anything about cars & didn't know it was unsafe." (His own words) The guys here were nice, but they need to make some serious improvements in order to be a reputable dealer.Their salesmen need to actually know about cars, not just try to sell them or deceive someone on the condition in order for them to come and look at it. They need to ask more questions about the vehicles when they take them in as a trade. I would have expected being that I spoke with them several times they would have checked this vehicle before I traveled from out of state. They had my number & had about 5 days to discover that there were issues with the vehicle. Fix the issues or notify me before hand. But, no one took that measure. My time is money too, and this wasted both. This car should have been ready for sale, with gas, and not buried in the lot. No matter what you have on your lot, know what the condition is, and take pride in your business after all it does have your name. With any customer, treat them with the same respect as if they were buying a 5k or a 20k car. I felt that because I wasn't looking at a Benz that I wasn't as important. Well, surprise my Montblanc watch is real & I could have bought any car on your lot in cash.

After going from used car lot to used car lot in the NJ area I found that Michaels Motorcars had the best price for my buck. I surveyed about a dozen used car lots up and down Monmouth and Ocean County and they all seemed to have over-priced cars, when it came to something nice. (i.e. 2006 models or later, vehicles) Many of them looked like lemons at first sight. I think that Michaels Motorcars is most definitly the cream of the crop car lot, here in NJ. Part of this I believe is because of thier remote location on rt. 35 and the attentive staff they have working there. Love my Audi and will highly recommend michaels Motorcars to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Ask for Alex, he helped me step by step through the entire process.

Bought a 2004 Sebring convertible November 15. Engine light came on 2 days later. Brought car to my mechanic. Was told it was the leak detection pump. Cost was $285.00 installed. Had a 3 month power train warranty, but of course part was NOT covered. Michaels motors cars wouldn't pay for repair. Didn't even have the car a month....won't stand by the cars they sell!! Will NEVER do business again with them!!

I have had bad experiences in buying new cars and even worse trying to buy a used car. Michael Motors was recommended to me by a friend. WOW! What an experience. I saw a 1998 MBW Z3 that my partner feel in love with at a good price. I went in with both barrels loaded and ready to make a good deal. Well all I can say is that before I knew what was happening I was the proud owner of that Z3. Michael was expert in customer relations. I didn't feel any pressure at all. If anything I pressured him ha ha. All in all it was a smooth operation. I was in and out. They know how to treat their customers. I was so satisfied that we went back just a week ago and purchased a 2003 Jag. This time we dealth with Alex. What a nice guy, professional in every since. Paperwork smooth sailing. I will be going back to Michaels for all of my vehicle purchases.

I highly recommend Michael's Motorcars in Neptune City, NJ. The salesperson I dealt with, Alex Fernandez, couldn't have been nicer. As a single woman, I was a bit apprehensive about shopping for a used car, and I had already had a bad experience at a new car dealer. So I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked at a couple of vehicles and then Michael remembered that a 1999 Infiniti G20 was arriving in a couple of days. It was a match, and within a few days, I drove it off the lot, with a 3-month, 4500-mile Powertrain warranty. Unfortunately, the next morning on the way to work, I had a blowout. When I finally got to work, I contacted Alex at Michael's. He spoke with Michael, and they agreed to give me 2 new tires at no cost even though tires were not covered by the warranty. I was very impressed by this offer. I highly recommend Michael's Motorcars in Neptune City, NJ.

I was referred to Michaels Motorcars in Neptune city from a friend What a great place. I was shooing for a car and was not sure exactly what to buy. I wante something in the Mercedes or BMW line. What a great selection. They had many differ models to choose from and in my price range. Michael and his brother Alex and there cousin Chris were great. They made the whole experience of purchasing a used car easy and comfortable. Also i felt at ease knowing they had there own service center on premises If your looking for a used vehicle, I would proudly recommend Michaels Motorcars.

I went down to Michaels Motorcars in neptune city, I was recomended by A local bartender i know, Iwas looking for a car for my daughter,Michael and his brother Alex were great , they really took there time getting to know me and found the right car that would be A perfect fit for my daughter!!!! Great guys and they also have A wonderful service dept also.....I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!!!!!!

After being fed up with all the big car dealerships that treat you as a number and not as a person. I reviewed the local BBB and found Michaels Motor Cars. The sales team was which by the way is Mike and his two cousins. Talk about family owned and operated. Two thumbs up on that note. So anyway I purchased a Range Rover Sport and a toyota for everyday commuting use. The process was simple and the prices where really good. The Toyota needed a few things (battery, fluid changes, basic tune-up stuff) Mike was great. As promised he had both cars ready to go as promised. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a good deal and great service.

I have been a customer of Michaels Motor Cars for years and can say without a doubt that Mike runs a great dealership that is the best I have been to in the tri state area. Please keep in mind that I have purchased many cars over the years from many other dealers until I met Mike! I can't thank Mike and his staff enough for the great personal service during my last truck purchase in October 2011. I did not wind up getting the car I looked at, but had a very good experience with them. They were very accommodating, spent time with me, answered all questions, even got the car to inspection place after my visit as I live far away. Good to deal with and I would deal with them again. Thank you.
