Just purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4x4 and I'm in love with it. Starting things off Orlando Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram did a fantastic job on getting me the car I wanted. I had visited multiple dealerships before Orlando and I never got anywhere with them they didn't seem eager to sell a car and I never heard back from them. One dealership in particular almost made a deal but it fell though because of poor communication, they were knowledgeable at the very least, however at Orlando we dealt with Tim Martin and it was a breeze no haggle or hassle on price or trade-in, sales people sit out front and greet you while you walk in even one (don't know his name) said "welcome back" and remember me from earlier this afternoon when we first started looking at making a deal with the dealership, financing also was fantastic and was a breeze I got an awesome warranty and overall it was a great experience and will definitely come back and tell people how awesome this family own dealership is Nick, Jim and Tim and a few others were awesome and went above and beyond my expectations, I wasn't expecting that I would pick up a new car that quickly and so easily. The dealership did exactly what they promised and even furnished me a loaner car overnight. The only thing not fixed was the passenger side airbag because they did not yet have the parts.

The personnel were friendly and attentive not overbearing. They actually greeted be by name the second time I went there, I was surprised. The only thing I was not completely ok with was the amount of time it took to get the loan paperwork together, we were happy with the managers response however. I would buy from them again.

Brought my Avenger to get repaired. Was told from another dealership that I needed both thermostats and housing and seal replaced. Brought my Avenger here and told them to replace everything. Got my car back and they were honest and only replaced what was broken and leaking so my bill was half the price I originally got! That's honest workmanship and honest of the service department to only fix what was needed! Great job.

I recently purchased a used truck from this dealer. It has broken down 4 times in the first month. The sales and service team have been great. They have exceeded expectations in trying to make a bad experience a good one. Unfortunately when they asked if I would like to trade it back in for a diffrent truck and I said yes, the sales manager (Jeff Dennon) decided that I would pay 5,000 $ plus over the listed on line price, and the price I was quoted by two other employees for a new truck. Apparently since my truck has broken down 4 times in the past month and they have had it in the shop longer than I have had it since I purchased it, I should not be entitled to the same rebates and prices as everyone else? It's amazing, had I not have bought a used truck with 15,000 miles on it still under warranty and incurred over 1,000$ 's in towing bills then I could have paid the same price as everyone else. Unfortunately this awefull decision made by one person has completely ruined my experience. my guess is that Mr. Dennon will not be walking around like a big shot when he appears in court in the very near future....I'm sure this dealership would be fantastic with out him, and even though I have had multiple breakdowns with the vehicle that I recently purchased I would give them 5 stars if he was not employed there.

I've been having problems with my jeep lately and did not know what to do. I have attempted to pursue other avenues for assistance, but they yielded minimal results and I still had the same nagging problem I started with. I had to have my jeep towed to the dealer after it made me miss work and waiting hours for a tow truck (another story for another time). I spoke with Ralph earlier that morning while I was waiting for the tow truck and he assured me they would be able to diagnose what was wrong and he did. He had one of his mechanic techs go over my vehicle and they discovered exactly what the issue was. They then corrected the problem. I am so pleased with their work that I am having more work done to bring my baby back to new condition and that is all because Ralph was the exceptional, personable, professional person that he is. The dealership needs a lot more people like him working there providing the same fantastic service that he does. God bless him!!

I was impressed with Diamond, who used her tablet to show me what maintenance was required on my vehicle, so I could make an informed decision on what to have done. Shortly after, she reviewed the multipoint inspection with me, showing me the details on my fluid levels, tire condition, and topped off fluids. In less than 5min from reviewing the inspection form, my bill was ready. By the time I paid my bill, my van was finished and ready to go. Great experience!

I submitted an appointment request online for some recall repairs and for some other repairs.The staff was prepared when I arrived, all information was already gathered (other dealers have not been so prepared even when appointment made in advance)The time to wait was explained and the waiting area was well appointed with comfortable chairs, wifi access and various snacks and drinks. the services took far less time than expected and the check out staff was also well prepared and courteous.I will definitely use this location for any future services I require.

Even though I am an ASE mechanic, my Caliber has the Chrysler lifetime warranty. When the exhaust manifold cracked, in the car went. Setting up the appointment was easy, told them the problem, got the parts ordered and set the time.When I got here, there was just a little confusion about the parts, but got it resolved quickly. 2.5 hours later I was out the door, fixed and happy

This is a letter emailed to the Service Manager and the GM. The Service department at this dealership is a mess. Don't waste your time. Also, when I attempted to send this email it was returned to me twice stating their server rejected it.Please see below email. I've attempted to email you directly and the email was returned stating that your service rejected it. This began on Saturday March 12th. I set an appointment online earlier that week using your online service scheduler. The appointment was for 12pm, 3/12. I showed up at 12pm to be told that there is no record of my appointment. I had to repeat my name and phone number no less than 10 times while your staff attempted to look up my appointment, with no success. I pulled out my phone and showed them the email confirmation I received and told them I set the appointment online. The response I got was "Oh that's why I can't find it".Why do you have an option to schedule service online if your online scheduler doesn't work effectively? You're wasting your staff's time and your customers time. Get a better system or take it down.After 15 minutes of trying to locate my appointment I was told that they couldn't look at the radio in my vehicle because the computers are down. This is information that I should have been given the moment I walked in the door. I then waited two hours for an oil change. During my wait, I scheduled a time to bring my vehicle in on Tuesday 3/15 at 9am.On Tuesday, I showed up at 9am as scheduled. Your service guy still had to look all over the department for my information. I was there 20 minutes just to drop off my car. I was told that they would call me when they had an idea of what was wrong with the radio. At 3pm, I hadn't heard anything all day. I had my husband call to find out when the car would be ready. He was advised it would be ready by 5pm.At 6:45pm, I showed up to pick up the vehicle. There was one man in the service department and he again couldn't find my information. Once he finally found it, he advised me that my vehicle was not fixed and that they had to order a new radio. When asked how long that would take "I'm not sure, maybe a couple of weeks" I asked him why no one called me all day to tell me what the issue was. He responded with "well Ralph is out today and there wasn't anyone to follow up with his customers". This is where you lost me. If you have a member of the team out for training, you knew in advance this was going to happen. There should have been someone put in place to handle his customers or YOU should have followed up with his customers. It's incredibly bad business to let things fall by the wayside because a person is out. I asked, how will I know when the part comes in, "we'll call you". I almost literally laughed out loud when he said I'd be called. Like how you called me to update me on my vehicle? I have no confidence that will happen. He gave me the key and said "we don't have a porter right now so you'll have to go out there and get your car yourself" A cherry on the xxxx sundae that the Orlando Dodge service department has served me.Let me be frank with you. I could care less how "nice' your staff is to me when I'm in your service department. What I care about is doing business with a well oiled machine that provides excellent and timely service. I want to get in and out of there in as little time as possible and I want the courtesy of being updated on the status of my vehicle when promised. I shouldn't have to stay on top of your staff, that's your job. Your service department is an unorganized mess and once the current radio issue is corrected on my vehicle, I wont return again. You've got some great staff members though. Ralph, Ryder and your cashier ( didn't get her name) are wonderful. They deserve some special recognition. Also let it be noted, your staff aren't to blame here. I'm a firm believer in the saying that "A team is only as good as its leader" You can do better than this.

Mark (Sales) was very nice to work with on the sale and follow up afterwards. Ben (Mechanic) did a great job on installing my lift and was very helpful and friendly when we came to pick up the Jeep with our questions. Brian M. (Service Manager) was also very responsive to my questions and needs regarding times we were available to pick the Jeep back up after hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased my car from Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep, as when I was looking Orlando Dodge couldn't or wouldn't find me what I was looking for.However in the past few times I went there I was not satisfied with their service department.So when I needed my next oil change, I came to Orlando Dodge, as I had purchased my previous 2 cars from you and was very satisfied.I was extremely satisfied with Ryder, as he said I should have the tires rotated, they were in good shape, and I don't remember them ever being rotated at the Airport dealership.My son Jeff also left them and has been having his Dodge Ram serviced at your location.Thanks for a pleasant experience. I have an appointment next Wednesday for some warranty work.

From the time I approached the service team with an issue on my 2014 Jeep, to the time I picked it up, I experienced nothing less than the utmost professionalism, The issue was under warranty, and my jeep was repaired in a matter of hours, Although I did not get the name of the service tech that I dealt with, he was excellent in performing his job.

Please be careful when buying a car from this dealership!!!!!! We bought a car from them in 2005 and we had a great experience! Now, we came back and bought a 2013 Dodge Durango fully loaded. We have had rattling in the car since we drove it off the lot. They wrote a IOU that they would fix all the problems. We were so excited! I have now brought my car back 6 times still hear the rattling, vibration, shaking and the radio does not work on the right side.Still have the shaking! I have recorded each time I have left "when they say they have fixed it" I was told I was crackling paper in my car by a service guy who called me on a private number. I was told they would get my car to fix it when they haven't. I finally had to have a service guy Bryan ( who I have to say has been the only that has been nice) Who wants a car that they spent good money on that does that. It is loud and annoying!! I am very upset I am a mother of three. I work full time. I have been talked to nasty. I know I have got upset back, but it is very frustrating having this issue. They have now said they will buy my car back seeing the radio does not work on the right side either. My husband and I think it is an expensive repair that maybe it's been in sometime of wreck (we seen the car fax that is clear, but it makes no sense) or something without having answers. The fact is they will buy our car back we will lose almost $4000 because of our trade and our money down. They say I still have to pay the taxes and other fees really??? Why would I do that and turn around and pay that on a car I am actually going to keep? This dealership has been impossible to work with. We are getting second opinions tomorrow. Seeing that I have bought an extended warranty. I am getting the news involved and I have contacted my lawyer. Did I mention I have been asked if I am recording them several times. Why are they so concerned with that. I have not recorded them. I called my Husband on three way because they tried to say he said something he didn't and the other line didn't hang up. They are now not answering my calls at all. We just worry with this rattling, shaking, the radio and the fact that my 2013 had to have an alignment because it also pulled very bad to the right. Learn from my mistake do not take a car off the lot unless everything is fixed. It was purchased at the end of the month they wanted the sale and now they don't care about our issues!!! Be very careful buying cars from them. It is very upsetting! I am dealing with a lot!!!

This place is a mess...They burn rubber in your car when you take it in for a oil change...Leave your keys in the car and not bring it back to you have to get it yourself...I will be calling the headquarters on them...Recall on car since last year and was told they are only giving the part to the car rentals...How nice so if it decides not to start or catch on fire my family will be short 1 or many people...Nothing but dumb xxxxx that work there...If I was anyone going to buy a car there buy it from another dealer once you buy it they don't give a xxxx about you....The story goes on this should be enough to let you see these are a pack of idiots from sales to parts department...

Took our Liberty in for one issue, they charged over $200 to say they couldn't fix it. then gave the car back to us with warning lights on, dash was in pieces, screws on the floor and dome light wouldn't work. all these things were working fine when we dropped it off for unrelated repairs. we immediately returned the car to have them fix their mistakes and they said they would have to charge us for that. Talked to the service manager, he wouldn't even answer a simple yes or no question about what they've worked on in my car. I had to escalate the issue to Chrysler and will never take another vehicle to Orlando dodge Chrysler jeep ram at 4101 west colonial drive Orlando fl.Long story short, this is one of those dealerships that you hear about from your friends that have their car in the shop for weeks at a time and pay thousands for repairs that are not needed or were not a problem before the car was brought there.

We purchased a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Orlando Chrysler Dodge Jeep. On the way home from the dealership, we noticed a very pronounced wind noise on the passenger side of the windshield once we were on the interstate. I scheduled an appointment with their service department and after two days, they had us come get the jeep and they stated there was nothing they could do, it was the normal design and they would not attempt to fix. Supposedly the Chrysler representative agreed with their assessment. Needless to say I was very angry about the way we were treated and opened a case with Chrysler Corporation headquarters and also scheduled an appointment with Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Sanford to get a second opinion.What a difference! Even though I did not purchase my vehicle at Fields, within one hour, they verified that this was not a design issue, but an area of about 4 under the passenger side windshield was missing the adhesive. It is fixed and they did it right the first time.I will not go back to Orlando Chrysler Dodge Jeep ever again. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer to purchase your next vehicle.

I bought a new car (Jeep 2012 Laredo V8) 12/3/2012 from the Orlando Dodge Chrysler Jeep, turned in my lease (2009 Nissan Maxima) to them hoping they would take care if the lease turn in/buy in. Instead got left out with 3 months of lease payments for the car collecting dust on the dealer parking lot that was never taken care of. Dealership has refused to help with the $1100+ damages. Damaged credit history, $1100 damages were the result. I am one unhappy customer - will not deal with the Orlando Dodge Chrysler Jeep again.

My family never owned a JEEP until a few days ago. My in-laws have purchased cars from Orlando Dodge for decades. Finally, we went in a drove a Grand Cherokee. I was warned not to go to this service center and didn't not listen. I came in with two issues. Check engine light and Air Bag light were both on. I left the car and waited. I receive no call back and half the day was already gone. So I called them and was told that the repairs would be covered by my warranty which had a deductable of $200. Also that they damaged my oil dipstick tube when they were working on it and I need a new battery because the voltage was low. I waited for call and no call back. So I called at the end of the day and was told that they did not have the replacement part for the oil dipstick tube they damaged so I would need to leave it overnight and get a rental covered under my warranty. Next day I finally received a call late morning. I was told by serv. rep. that work on my Dodge Durango was not covered by my after-market warranty so had to come up with $536 to replace a transmission range sensor (cause of the check engine light) if I want to fix the problem. I was not expecting to hear that and did not have the cash to pay for it so he said he would lower the price to $444. I told him I would call him back. I did not like what was going on and did not have a good feeling about the whole thing so decided to go back over there and just get my truck back and pay for the diagnostic test. When I got there and asked for my truck, Rep. was surprised and said that I couldnt just get my car because the work was already done (without my approval) assuming that warranty would pay for it. So I would need to wait for them to put back the faulty sensor. I said ok I will wait and he started to haggle some more and said that he rather lower the price then have the tech re-do the work and gave me a price of $309. At this point I just wanted to drive out of there as fast as I could so I agreed and paid for it. I get in the truck and as soon as I turn on the car Airbag light goes on. I was furious and went back in and told Rep. why was that indicator still on if the car was fixed. He asked for the key back and ask me to wait again. After half hour wait I get called over and told that he made a mistake and wrote down the wrong indicator light (ABS) instead of (AIRBAG) so the tech did not check the right computer for a diagnostic code. So he did a check and the repair would cost me $268 dollars to fix a cork spring that is inside of the steering wheel. I ask for my keys and just left before I would lose my cool. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I was looking for a new dodge ram 1500 my salesmen showed me a 2010 with 400 mils but he said that it is new and sells for $29,000.00. So i purchase the truck and found out that I am up side do because the truck book vaule is only worth $21,000.00

My daughter brought in her 2002 Dodge Neon. She had been informed that there was an issue with her transmission by a local mechanic prior to this visit. She was also told to bring it to Orlando Dodge. These so called mechanics analyzed her car and came up with a $2325.00 price tag for repair. She then called me and I said I'd come out there. When I arrived, she had been talked into purchasing another vehicle. I stoppped her from signing the papers and had the car towed home. I then brought the car to a transmission expert and he informed me that the codes showed that the #1 and #3 cylinders were misfiring. Gee, lo and behold the car needed plug wires. I RECOMMEND THAT NOONE EVER BRING THEIR CAR FOR SERVICE TO THIS DEALER!!!

Javier was pleasant and courteous, he did not ask to to many personal questions. He kept to the task of showing us the various vehicles we wanted to see and test drive. There was no pressure to buy and no rush to make any decisions. The sales staff was pleasant and courteous.

I bought two Dodges in the past years; a Caravan from Orlando Dodge, and a Ram 4x4 from another dealer. My Ram's dashboard cracked, terribly, just like virtually everyone else's (just like my Caravan dropping the tranny 2x)...anyway, data is splashed on the web about Chrysler KNOWING about the cracking dash issue. When I called them, I received a case number and a requirement to have a dealer only diagnose the cracked dash. When I emailed the service dept, I received a short, curt, response from Isaacson about the cost of replacement. When I took the truck in, I coincidentally ran into him at the service counter. He basically refused to assist me, and finally after huffing about it, mumbling that Orlando Dodge wasn't going to deal with it, walked out and replied, "Yep, the dash is cracked, I see it..." with great deal of sarcasm.... Keep in mind I reminded him that I ONLY needed a diagnosis, and I wasn't asking Orlando Dodge to buck up and fix anything, yet he kept his defensive and rude posture throughout the short 30 seconds I managed to pry him from his stool. As I turned to ask him another question, he was already headed back in the door. In these tough economic times, there is much more qualified and professional help out there. Loyal customers deserve better treatment.

Money was tight when I first moved here 2 years ago so a friend of my daughter gave me a coupon so I could keep up regular oil changes on my '99 Cherokee and I have returned every three months for oil changes ever since.On a Thursday, the night before I was scheduled to fly home for my mother's 80th birthday (my birthday gift from my children), I left the headlights on while at work, the battery died, the hood latch handle broke off, and it took more than 3 hours for AAA to find a tow truck.Meanwhile I spoke to Service Advisor Doug Mundinger. He found my car in the system, gave me a ballpark quote on repairing the hood latch, oil change and some other needed maintenance, and started a service ticket. The driver dropped the car after service hours but said I didn't have to be there so my daughter picked me up right from work. The next morning before my flight I spoke with Doug and he took care of finding and checking in the Jeep without me having to be there in person. I returned late Sunday night and talked to Doug early Monday morning. He called me back a short time later with the final quote and even used the oil change coupon I left on the front seat. My daughter dropped me off to pay the bill and I was on my way to work in less than 15 minutes.While this could have ruined my only trip home since I relocated to Orlando, Doug and the Service Techs at Orlando Dodge (and the other Doug at Massive Towing) rescued me and made it possible to leave on time. Both bills were less than expected which was a wonderful surprise.

Orlando Dodge has been in business in Orlando for many years. I like the family atmosphere and the people that I dealt with while searching for my replacement car. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I would recommend this dealership to anyone because of their professionalism.

Our overall experience was exceptionally smooth. Ani made us feel at ease with his no-pressure approach, and was eager to achieve for us the price and deal we required. Charlie in the Finance Department was also very friendly and we really appreciated his no-pressure approach as well when it came to any add-ons. We are very pleased with the vehicle and would most certainly refer friends to Orlando Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

My back passenger side window fell down in the door of my 2003 Jeep Liberty. I waited between 10-15 minutes until I was acknowledged. It was a very busy day in there. Once I got to Doug all was well. He was very friendly and helpful. He told me he was going to ask his manager if the work could be covered by warranty so I wasn't charged and it was taken care of. My only complaint is that the service receipt I received when I dropped the Jeep off said it would be ready by 5pm. It wasn't ready until 10am the following morning. It wasn't a big deal but when you expect something at a specific time you expect it to be ready. Had the receipt said 10am the following day I wouldn't have had an issue. Overall, I was happy with Doug and the service and will go back to this particular dealership.

I did not have an appointment, but got in very quickly. The Service writer, Doug, was very courteous and friendly. My service was taken care of with no suprises and in a very timely manner. I wasn't bombarded with a list of additional optional expensive service items.

The service coordinators were very friendly and the mechanics found the trouble in a reasonable length of time. They all should be commended for their good service. I feel that the service coordinators and mechanics try to convey the necessary work that needs to be done and do not push services that are not absolutely necessary. I appreciate this because at some dealerships they try to run up the customer's bill. I appreciate that I have always been able to trust that the repairs provided indeed fix the problem.

my check engine light came on in my 04 rubicon. Since I had recently purchased a new jeep at this dealership but not the jeep that had the problem, i thought i'd give it a try. i called the service department and they had me come in right away. And within 15-30 minutes had diagnosed the problem to a faulty TPS sensor. replaced and out the door in little over an hour. I know not all service related problems are handled in this manner, but excellent response and performance in this case!!! Many thanks Doug!!

We were returning home from a family death up north when our truck started acting up coming into town. We called the dealer at 4pm and they told us to come right in. They started working on our car immediately. Although they could not find the problem, they helped us get a rental car and the next day they fouud the problem. This shop is very thorogh and very courteous. This is now the 2nd time we have used them and both times were needed at stressful times in our lives. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. We will never go anywhere else for our auto service.

This is the second time that I have used this dealership and even running down a person. They give excellent customer attention. Doug answered my questions and was very patient. I had come into the dealership without an appointment late in the morning with the idea that I just needed a belt adjustment and perhaps a look at the brakes which felt a bit spongy. Immediately a service rep went over to my SUV and wrote down all my concerns inviting me to wait in the customer's lounge. It was comfortable, clean, cool, and provided magazines, drinks and snacks. A few minutes later, I was told that the belts would be looked at and yes, I did have a hose beginning to leak. Since it was near lunch I was offered to be taken out or they would bring in lunch for me. Talk about service! Although it took a few hours due to my SUV part that was not stocked, I always felt in the loop, not forgotten, and several times asked if I wanted something. As I waited, and not to my surprise, many customers I spoke to told me that they too had bought several vehicles from here and what made them come back was the courteous and attentive customer attitude every employee seemed to possess. We all felt we purchased vehicles at a fair price (my family over eight so far) and truly felt that the utmost care was given whenever the cars/trucks needed servicing. We always recommend this dealership first, when asked. I cannot fathom a more efficient, family type operation that prides itself and seeks to better itself on a constant basis. It's obvious that truth and honesty can still prevail in these times.

With the investment I've made with both of my Dodge Challengers, I trust no one but them to do work on my daily driver.Mr. Rau does a great job in understanding my requests and ensuring the job gets done right. He does a great job in scheduling and communicating the status of work in progress. Ron went out of his way to ensure I had a backup vehicle when a vendor's timeline for a job exceeded the estimate.I highly recommend this dealership and service department to everyone I meet.

2007 Jeep commander in service department for 9 days - and still no promiss of being completed. told hopefully today (2/9). only on day 8 was told to call corporate with my issues and at that time was not provided with a number to call. and now told nothing can be done by way of getting a rental because I did not purchase an extended agreement. All issues with the car are under waranty, so why should I pay more for an issue that is clearly due to a poor/defective product. Our lease is up in 7 months, I would think someone out there would be interested in keeping our business rather than leaving us with nothing but bad thoughts on the company and its policies.
