Courtney at Rusnak Masserati was exceptional. She was responsive to my needs and called with periodic updates and was beyond professional jn making sure I was happy with the service. I have aways been impressed by the Bentleys and when I walked into your show room I was greeted by Tony R. Peluso. He was very knowledgeable about the Bentley and an excellent sales person. I was impressed. At that moment I knew I had found the right dealership. I had looked at several other dealerships but was never really impressed. It was pleasure working with the General Sales Manager, Gerald Freedman. I felt everyone was there to help me and no pressure was ever felt. Ninette Babaian was excellent in doing all the paperwork. In conclusion I would highly recommend Rusnak of Pasadena along with Tony, Gerald and Ninette to all my friends. They were all a ten plus.

From The minute I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Danika Quinn with the utmost courtesy and enthusiasm. There were no sales pitches. She answered every question and allowed me the space and time I needed to make my decision regarding my Maserati purchase. Throughout the process the entire staff including the supervisor Jerry aNd Finance office Ninette were helpful and sweet!!!
