Made an online appointment at 3:30 on a Thursday. By late Thursday night I had not received a call so I called them. They told me that they did not get it in but would get it in first thing in the morning. By noon the next still no call so I called again. She informed me that mine was the “next vehicle in.” I still didn’t receive a call back until 3:30 that Friday. The call back was that they still didn’t get it done and would like to keep it until Monday to finish it Monday morning. By Monday they called and said to figure out what’s wrong they’d have to add two hours more labor and it’d be $500 more than the $177 they already gouged me with just to see why the check engine light was on. At this point I refused further service. 4 days without a vehicle, $177 less in my pocket, and still where I was before going here. Would highly recommend you stay away from this place.

My experience with the Russ Darrow Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Dealership was very RELAXING. I came in looking to buy a newer used vehicle, I never felt pressured or "That I HAD to buy" anything. From Tim {the salesman} who showed me just what I was looking for - to Larry {the man who handled my trade-in and credit checking} helping to come up with a deal that would fit my budget to Jon in financing - {Jon was thorough and helpful with my questions and options} they all were extremely well trained and very accommodating to my needs. With Tim and Larry's advice, I was able to get a deal that that was successful for all of us.They made me a Very Happy Customer, one that WILL definitely recommend this dealership and Tim, the salesman, to all my friends and family.
