Tim Wright, my Service Advisor was pleasant and professional in providing great service on my recent visit to the service department. He patiently explained the diagnostic process to me and gave me an estimated wait time. I was able to run an errand and on my return, he discussed the itemized areas on the invoice, step by step and walked me to customer service counter. I must say I was vey satisfied with the outcome of my visit. My vehicle maintenance visit on July 15 2021 was scheduled for 1130am. Service was prompt and my Service Advisor, Tim Wright, ensured my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Although it was busy, he patiently explained the diagnostic process and gave me an estimated wait time. I am very satisfied with my service at this time. Thank you, Tim!

Last week 2/20/21 I had to take my car in due to the steering wheel. Marcelino is amazing, I was so scared I do not know how I was able to get to the service department. Marcelino explained everything to me and reassured it would be taken care of. Thank you Marcelino once again for your caring, your professionalism and listening to my concerns. I purchased my car at South Motors Honda and I was very happy. They had some employees leave and also managers. The sales manager was amazing he will come out and he would talk to you he will greet you he will make sure that you came out on the timely manner. It has changed the customer service is not the same and attention.

It was easy to schedule this appointment and I did not have to wait a long time before the work was started. After it was finished I was called quickly to let me know I could pick up my car and missed rush hour traffic going home. Also my car now works 100% better than before.

I want to give my thanks to Rolando Abreu for giving me an outstanding service on June 1st, 2021. I am thankful you guys help me out with flat tire. He was able to get me inside quickly before losing any more air from my tire. He was also on top of the situation and kept me update while waiting for my vehicle. Also thank you to the tech whom fixed my tired. The location was a little hidden, due to the construction going on, but the waiting area inside or out are great. Thank you guys looking forward to servicing my car again.
