I came into the dealership with my guard up but that quickly went away when I Aastra greeted by Joseph. He made me and my family feel welcomed right from the start with a joke and some beverages. Westchester Toyota is a nice dealership. With little experience and knowledge about leasing a car, I got a detailed explanation by Raul Gomez. After pleasant discussion with Raul Gomez, Michael Dai and David Lee, I was happy to sign the lease and make the deal with them. Although it took about a whole day to settle all things down and drive the car home, people over their are really nice and patient. They also helped me to get the insurance and Raul also went over all the details, functions of new car to me. It's a really friendly dealership that i recommend.

Every car I've ever owned over the past 27 years has been used. This time around, I decided to lease a new automobile, and not buy used. Last Thursday I went to Westchester Toyota to test drive a 2017 RAV4 XLE. I returned on Saturday morning, and sat down with the Salesman, Gabriel Quero, to discuss my options of leasing the RAV4 that I had test driven. At no point during the negotiations, did Gabriel exert undue pressure into getting me to buy a higher priced model. His demeanor is calm and unassertive. He answered all my questions with expertise and honesty. It's hard to find those qualities in a auto salesman. Yesterday, I got a phone call from Gabriel to inform me that my lease Ravr4 was ready for delivery. I finalized the paperwork with the Finance Manager, Mr. Tausif Raza. He went over all the details regarding insurance, gap coverage, 2-yr free maintenance, etc. My whole experience with Westchester Toyota, including the General Manager, Mr. David Lee, was exceptional, and one that I will not forget. I wholeheartedly recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone whose in the market for a new vehicle. Before I left Westchester Toyota, Gabriel sat in my car and went over all the details, functions, and features of my new RAV4. For someone who went from a 2001 Sienna to a 2017 RAV4 - that's a huge difference in technology. stay away from this dealer is what I can say.. I had a very bad experience with them. it all started when I went to their showroom on October 22nd 2016 to book a 2017 Toyota camy SE. I had a deal with them and the salesperson( damion) was nice to sell me the car for the good price and i had also paid the advance of 1800dollars the same day . i was told i would get the car delivered on Oct 26th. the day has come and was very much excited to get my car, only to find that i was kept waiting for more than 2 hours and was told that they cannot give me the car. the worst part is the manager ( DAVID LEE ) didn't even give me a reason . he says he has no explanation to give and asks me to leave telling that i would get my deposit back after 3 days to my credit card by which i initially paid...i had very good opinion on Toyota, but by the way they dealt with the situation shows how unethical their staff is . Hope Toyota sees this review and they make sure this never happens to anyone again .....

Hi my name is Ransford Fraser, I resides in Elmsford ,Westchester, New York. On Monday ,10/24/2016 I took my 2013 Toyota Venza to be serviced as the service light come on. my appointment was schedule for 8 am that morning. on completion of the formality I was assigned Robert Garcia as service consultant. To my surprise Robert pointed out to me that I need transmission service ,front and rear lube service and oil ,lube and filter change......He asked me if this was my first service appoint with this vehicle and I pointed out to him that I had just purchase this vehicle in late May and was told at the dealership that oil and filter ,transmission brakes, new tires and a 21 point inspection was done ,all that would happened is that in October service would be needed as it relates to the sticker on the windscreen..I was so upset and angry for being lied to ,and seeing the frustration I was experiencing , he immediately spoke to me in a calm tone of voice and said we know that you are a previous customer and loyal customer I will present your case to my manager to see how we can assist you. To my surprise he reture and said that you do not have to pay any money today we will take care of you needs.i almost fell out my seat. This was a super surprise as no one has ever done anything like this for me. I AM NOW A TOYOTA CUSTOMER FOR LIFE ASWELL AS MY ENTIRE FAMILY.. Our aged 1999 Corolla died on 95 after a long and decent life. My husband was in a pickle; he needed a work vehicle ASAP. My husband and I were randomly assigned Francis as a Westchester Toyota agent for a routine leasing agreement. We walked into the Toyota dealership convinced we wanted to get a lease on a new Corolla, but when we found ourselves worrying about the price, he was so helpful in giving us "used car" alternatives that would lead to permanent ownership. In practically no time, he was able to show us the entire used inventory and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each. He knew everything about the whole purchasing process as well as fully explaining the technical specs of the car we were interested in.Francis was totally helpful in explaining both the leasing procedure as well as the purchasing procedure of a used vehicle. The transition of our insurance was seamless and Francis acquiesced our every question and need. If you go to Westchester Toyota, don't go in blind. Ask for Francis by name and get the best service they have to offer.

She also asked me if there were any problems or if i had any questions about the car. That was a nice touch. No one before had ever asked that (this is my third highlander). Most important though, is that she promised the car would be done in the time specified. I am a doctor and only had a small window of time to get the service done. while there i picked up some floor mats. Andrew and peter were also very professional and helpful. When i picked up the car Caroline went over what was done and I was on my way quickly. overall, a very pleasant experience

I had a very long process to purchase my new truck it had to be special ordered and then they stopped building the current year that I submitted. The truck ended up being built as the newer model for the same price without question. Even though the process was extensive the dealership was great throughout when I went through my sales manager. I got recent updates and they never stopped looking for another truck already built they could trade for so I could get it sooner. I live far from the dealer and they helped me work with the lender so I only had to make one trip for the pickup. They are very workable. The biggest plus was there were no games here. I went to many dealers and every one of them played all the games we all know and love that makes buying a new car make you cringe. They were very thorough, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with. I would consider buying from them again even though I live far away. Any questions about the vehicles they either knew of found out for me right away. Dennis Clarke is my finance guy doesnt pressure you into buying things you dont want to, same as everyone else i dealt with, which is a huge plus for me from a dealership. Robert Rios knew a lot on vehicles; cars and trucks, which is also what i look for when buying, i want someone that knows more than me when i go to buy and I do my homework. John Madera was the manager that I dealt with mostly and I am very pleased, he gets things done, gets back to you, and in a timely fashion. the only negative was sometimes dealing with other people that didn't have my account weren't as helpful. All things considered I recommend.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am this morning to discuss my options on purchasing or leasing a 2016 4 Runner. To be honest before i arrived at the dealer ship I did not know what to expect. I was just going with the idea that I was going to be pressured into something i didn't like or something that would make me upset and walk out the door. But that was FAR from what I experienced. Mr. Robert Rios was extremely Patient, knowledgeable to the questions i was asking and his demeanor was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. As I left the dealer ship I realized that i had left an important work pass in my old 2002 4runner . I went back to the dealership to get my parking pass but the car was sent off to the service department. When i contacted and told Robert what i had left behind he voluntarily went out of his way to get my pass from the car at the service center and bring it to my place of residence.This level of service is by FAR above and Beyond what i expected. Sat.13,2016 the exitement of leasing turned into a nightmare, when after waiting 7 hrs we were preassured to accept another terms under the heat of the financial office, stress for being waiting too many hours, my husband and I are over 70 years old, and and the preassure of accepting a much higher amount in down payments. It was just. an standard model only 2016. I didn't even got the color I wanted, white., because they didn't have it and I had to pay more for a "transfer" unbelievable. We accepted just because we were in shock.

I made an appointment with this dealer for the express purpose of test driving a Scion iA. I confirmed with my salesperson the day before the test drive that they had a Scion iA. On the day of the test drive, I got confirmation from the salesperson about the test drive & I even changed the time of the test drive to an earlier time. When I got to the dealership, they took a copy of my driver's license and I waited for the car to be prepped. After a few minutes, the salesperson told me that they had sold their only Scion iA that morning. They asked me if I was interested in test driving a different cars. When I told them that I was not interested, they asked me if I would be interested in test driving at the end of the month when they would have another Scion iA in stock. When I told them that I was not interested, they told me that they could get another Scion iA from a sister dealership but that I would need to put down a deposit. I decided to leave and they had the gall to tell me to wait for the manager to come by and thank me for my visit. I just left.This dealership was a complete waste of time for me.

I bought and did financing elsewhere. Raul was friendly and mostly useful. The finance guy who tried to sell me a warrantly seemed disinterested and kinda sleazy. The manager was OK. The car is great. The price was OK, but they hit you with some $800 liability inspection, which seems like nonsense to me. They chopped a little off the price when I balked at the unexpected fee, but unsure why pricing has to be so vague and floating in this era of mass information. Behavioral economists would tell you that you could sell more cars, probably even at a higher price, if all fees were clear and up front. There was only one key that came with the car - another couple hundy to get a copy. Pisses me off. All in all, it was OK.

Lionel made my experience at Toyota pleasant. He was not a pushy salesman, but yet he knew how to sell a vehicle. He had a lot of patience, especially because I kept revisiting with different family members. He answered all of our questions even after we bought the car. He kept us happy and smiling even when we had to wait to see the next person to buy our car. He even cleaned the car and fixed some minor details He was flexible with his time even when I kept switching days and times. I would recommend him to a friend who is thinking about getting a car. He was informative and helpful, even driving me from my home and back again when I didn't have transportation to the dealership. When the floor mats that he had promised were in the trunk turned out not to be there, he proved himself a man of his word by going to exceptional lengths to supply them, several days after I'd completed the purchase. Westchester Toyota might improve their internal communications; days after I bought the car , I was still receiving emails asking if I'd made a decision. But with Gabriel Quero as my rep, I was able to forget such minor glitches and my overall experience was a good one.

While we waited for our car to be built, he called us occasionally to check-in and see if we'd be interested in other versions. He was not pushy, at all. After going to 2 other dealerships and not making a deal because of pushy dealers with hovering managers and repeated number changes/price errors, I entered this dealership recommended by consumer reports and was presently surprised that I finally found a calm, non pushy, well-balanced dealer, Vincent Valentine. Despite the dealership taking us 2 1/2 hours to get their we proceeded with the deal because he presented as direct, gave the numbers straight away correctly, stayed with us and didn't disappear, and was willing to order the color interior/ exterior we wanted and not just push with what was on the lot. I feel he was honest and upheld our needs and the values of a good dealership. I will recommend Vincent Valentine and this dealership because he made a normally stressful event a quick and easy process with no games. Sooooo after my past experience with them... I still decided to give them a try since the manager was nice enough to follow up. I was trading in my 2014 Corolla S since my lease was up. Originally I was just gonna go to jeep but I really loved my Toyota so the product gave me that extra push. I walked in and a young man named Fernando Rios greeted us and assisted us with our questions. I originally didn't even take my car in fear of being forced or manipulated into a deal. {bad experience lol}. Fernando was calm,collective and very professional. He asked me about my concerns and gave me no feeling as of being pressured!!! After helping me with my questions he proceeded to showing me the vehicle. I originally didn't like the base model of the RAV 4 which was the car we came to look! He took into consideration my wants and needs and showed me the SE. On the way there I saw the hybrid and wanted to try it. He was patient and didn't mind showing every car if I wanted! After test driving the car I wasn't happy with it, so we went on to test driving the SE!! I looooved it! Fernando was the easiest person and most pleasant sales person I've worked with and met. The negotiation process was super easy and when the vehicle I wanted wasn't available he quickly located it for me and had it ready. Any concerns or wants he made sure I was satisfied with!Thanks to the Finance Manager Fabio as well for making everything easy to understand and making sure i was taken care of. Our 3rd lease from Westchester Toyota was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Anthony Lekocevic was our salesman and he really went above and beyond for us. Not only was he knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, he was so nice to talk to. Whenever a person leases a car, there is always a little "down time" while waiting for quotes, paperwork, insurance and plate transfers. Anthony say with us while we waited for the aforementioned services and was so nice to spaek with and he was so friendly. We never looked at a clock windering "HOW MUCH LONGER?". He came through on every promise and was right on time the day if pickup, waitung for us with a handshake and the perfect level of personal attention. We truly felt we were his nain concern, and like we were the only people in the dealership (even though it was a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed with customers. This was a great experience I went to the dealership expecting to not find a good deal but I was very happy with the way things worked out. So we got in the store and were greeted by Vincent and we asked to see a all wheel drive sienna ans he showed us a new 2016 after looking at the price base one it was a bit much and we wanted leather which the base didn't have so then Vincent suggested that we look a pre-owned fully loaded sienna all wheel drive. WOW! it was perfect so perfect that we made a deal on it right away. My wife is very happy with it and my 2 boys even have recliners and can watch the dvd on the screen. As on owner of a 12 year old Rav4, I knew it was time to make a change but I was truly delaying the inevitable because I was not looking forward to sales people trying to sell you something you really did not want. In an attempt to avoid this; I searched their inventory to see if I liked anything. I found the one and when i arrived i informed the sales person of what i wanted. Sent a request to Yonkers dealer as I bought a previous vehicle there when I lived in NY and they beat everyone elses deal. It wasnt even close. But it took almost four months to get the car to me because Toyota held it for some sort of inspection that the dealership could neither explain nor give me a firm delivery date. Westchester Toyota, 75 Vredenburgh Avenue is best center, in my experience. I like in the city but I come to Yonkers for all my Toyota needs. The staff is excellent, and through in their explanations. The work is not rushed. One of staff members I have dealt with recently in Hector. A print out is also given to you explaining what is going on with your vehicle. If you choose to get the work done at there is up to you and treated with the same professionalism.

This is how I rated ( 1 star for each, total of 5).Sales person - 1 starCar quality - 1 starHonesty - 0 starPurchase process - 0 starRecommendability - 0 starI saw a used toyota corolla in cars.com around $10,900 with this dealer, thought it was a good deal for my wife to learn driving on it and went in. They showed me the same car for $12,800 something, I showed them the cars.com ad and showed them the VIN number, it matched with the car that they were trying to sell me. The guy told me that it was a typo and that was not the correct price, kind of felt like they were trying to BAIT and SWITCH ! which is illegal i recently found out, I wish I would have taken a screenshot.. to report to BBB.I talked to them and they were willing to bring down the price to $11200, and during the agreement signing, without telling me they added in a $700 dealer fee called PDI (pre delivery inspection fee), which brought back the price to around $12000 before taxes, next day when I noticed it I went in and was willing to walk away even if it meant that I would lose my $1000 advance.The guy swore to me and told me that its a legit fee, I was about to trust him because he shook my hand on it, just to be sure I i googled while I was there and found out consumer reports insisting on customers to reject any such fees, I told him that and the manager came in, he told me thats the way his dealership did business and thats how it is, when I told him that I have bought cars from new rochelle honda and toyota and they dont have this fee, he reduced it to $350. This would bring my cost to around 11500. The sales guy also seemed little bit blindsided by all this and he was probably misinformed by the dealership. I felt bad for him because he was so nice and was trying to get us a good deal by negotiating with his manager, he also filled up the tank out of his pocket to show how sorry he was for the bad experience we had initially, so I checked cars.com and found out that similar 2012 corollas with 47k mile usually cost around 11000-12000 so I decided to go with it.I got a 1.9% financing after getting the extra warranty they sell, the finance guy told me that I could cancel my warranty after 6 months and still keep the interest rate, but he wouldn't put that on paper, hopefully he was honest about it, but I cant complain about the interest rate, its good compared to my bank.I also got 1 year free maintenance and road side assistance with them, hopefully the service department will make up for the bumpy experience i had when purchasing the car.I have the car for about 1 week now, we love it, feels brand new and my wife is learning driving in it.I am due for my upgrade of my 2006 honda pilot and 2000 camry, I want to get a new toyota highlander and a camry but im afraid to go back to them, but I will keep my mind open if they have any good deals and I would research the price with other dealers.Definitely wouldn't send my mother, wife or any of my relatives there for purchases alone, I dont think they will be comfortable during the process and would get taken advantage of, if you go do your homework and be ready to walk away.

My sales representative was professional and worked with me to get what I wanted at a price we could agree on. Westchester Toyota was more competitive on pricing than Newburgh or Wappingers. When it can time to talk price the other two removed options from my vehicle, Westchester removed money. I received more vehicle for the same money as the others wanted for a lesser vehicle.

One of the worst people to deal with. Never take your car here to do service or repair. They lie and make note on your profile for future visits if you find out they lied. No customer service at all. I went here only because I had Toyota care. My first service they screwed up my cars alignment and I had to get my rotors cut/replaced. Next time they made me wait for 3 hours when they said it will only take 1 hour. They make notes to your profile so all the agents will deal with an attitude for your future visits. Be careful if they try to offer you service before your car hit the mileage for the service.

Replaced power steering rack and radiator (after market radiator) on 2005 Toyota Siena at Westchester Toyota Service Center. When talking with service advisor for the service, gave her a coupon of 20% discount for "Old Vehicles" and I was told that a free car rental will be provided. The job will be done by end of day. Called in late afternoon and was told car won't be ready but I can use the rented car for another day for free. Went to pick up the car at end of the next day, invoice did not show the promised 20% discount. The manager said that a Toyota radiator was put in because the part number shows a Toyota part number. Does after market part have a different part number? Thought part number is the same no matter Toyota part or after market part.Talked with service advisor and her manager without any solution, and it's late. So paid the bill and went home, only to fina out that car rentals of two days was charged on me. Left message via their web portal immediately but never heard from them.Did not notice that they completely destroyed the alignment when doing the job, untill I went for a tire rotation. Two front tires were destroyed due to the alignment issue. Very bad experience and hope there is a place to complain to hold them accountable.

My husband and I stopped in with our 2-year-old daughter to "look only" at a used Prius. I was initially skeptical and weary, as I had not viewed any of their cars online, something I had done before looking at any other Prius anywhere else. We were immediately greeted by Vincent outside the entrance, who was surprisingly authentic, not pushy, polite, and genuine, not like the stereotypical car salesman we've all met and fear encountering. Vincent and the other salespeople were friendly and overly patient (perhaps even entertained?) with our daughter running around the dealership "driving" the various cars. They even provided her with crayons and coloring books. We bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid Advanced at a fare price and financed it through them. Working with David in the finance office was also a surprisingly pleasant experience, as we felt he truly had our best interest at heart and was personable, knowledgeable, and informative. My husband drove the Prius home that Saturday evening, after which I discovered that the plug-in charging cable was nowhere to be found. The dealership was closed by that time and the following day, too. Meanwhile, I lost two nights' sleep, fearing that I would have to fight tooth and nails to get the charger from them. When I called them first thing Monday morning, I was surprisingly relieved to find that the sales manager, Phillip, was cooperative and helpful, assuring me that Vincent would call me once in the office and that we would obtain the charger. Vincent did indeed call, explaining that charger had likely been removed from the car when it was being detailed. My husband picked up the charger later that evening. I received an automated customer satisfaction survey phone call on Tuesday and an immediate follow-up phone call from sales manager, Manny, as I had inadvertently pressed a wrong key during the phone survey that had given them a poor score. He wanted to ensure that our experience had been positive. In short, it was an absolutely unbelievably positive experience. If we're ever in the market to buy a car again, we will definitely return to Westchester Toyota.

I had the worst experience this last time I was in for service. I dropped off my car on Saturday at 8:30am for an oil change. When I made the appointment earlier that week, I was told it would "probably be ready" by 12noon if I dropped it off that early. I was contacted about pricing at about 12:30pm (which I appreciated) but then did not hear from anyone again until 3:58pm when Brook left me a message to tell me my car was ready....the shop closes at 4pm...even worse, it doesn't open again until Monday morning. That is absolutely ridiculous that it took 3 days for me to get an oil change which cost me almost $80! This is personally my second Toyota I have purchased and my family's fourth. And honestly, every time I have brought the car in, I have had to argue with someone about pricing or what services I did or did not want done to my car. So this service shop has absolutely lost my business and I will absolutely never be coming back there for anything..

I usually go to New Rochelle Toyota for service, but after a bad experience (getting the run-around) I decided to check into Westchester Toyota. Walked in and was greeted by an exceptional young man (Stephan) who was very knowledgeable, understood that I was disserviced and described in detail what was to occur and that i wouldnt experience that in this dealership and boy he was right. Love that I can walk into a place, share a laugh and meet someone that makes me feel like they actually care about my car. Completely different environment here. He even saved his number into my phone in case I had any other questions. THATS service. He sat me down with Rich and explained to him of my issue and Rich made sure I got the service I deserved. I am changing my rating for the dealership from 5 to 1 (unfortunately there is no Zero).All went well during the negotiations and we agreed that there will be no charges for overmileageand excessive wear. They promised to deliver the vehicle in a month and it took close to 2.5 months!!!A few weeks later I received bill from Toyota financial for the overmileage and excessive wear.Since it was agreed that Westchester Toyota will cover these costs (I even gave them a couponthat they had mailed home to cover this), I asked my salesman to follow up on the bill and pay. After 6 weeks of back and forth, the bill was still outstanding. I took them to the small claims court (Luckily I had them note on the sales deed that they are taking over the existing lease and had asked them to give me document stating zero charges for overmileage). Only when the small claims court hearing notice was sent to them, they made the payment to Toyota Financial.Please Do Not trust what the salesman says. Always get everything in writing if you are returninga leased vehicle to them.

This is our second car leasing from Toyota of Westchester Yonkers on Central Ave. I spoke to Jesus and he was very helpful with my needs. He was very punctual with responding with emails, within a few minutes I received my answers. After 20 years with our 1996 Toyota Corolla, it was time for a new car. Right from the beginning, we were able to determine exactly what we wanted (2016 Corolla with standard shift) and found it on Westchester Toyota's website. We spoke to a Live Chat agent and made an appointment to come in. Tausif Raza was our salesperson. He listened to what we needed and was able to show us (three) cars that matched our specs list. He took his time and listened to all our concerns. We did not see the color we wanted, so he ordered it from another dealership. He was very reassuring that everything would be handled through the dealership - transfer of plates, vehicle registration, etc. Mr. Raza called us when the car came in, and he opened it up and showed us how to use everything - both of us. He was very patient and took his time explaining the different features, making sure we actually tried everything out. He took care of the paperwork, and the transaction went smoothly. We drove home with the new car, knowing that if we had any questions, we would always get the answers from him. I got a phone call from the service department, and we set up the first checkup. The atmosphere in general at Westchester Toyota was very warm and inviting. We felt right at home and took our time looking at the various floor models, sitting in them, looking under the hood, at and the features. Tausif Raza was very friendly and reassuring without being pushy - showing us everything we asked to see. The other staff members were nice, as well, and it was just a really nice experience. Very fine people selling very fine cars.

Pedro Segura worked hard to find a car that would work for me in the color I wanted. He had found one that was not just right that I was going to take, but he knew I wanted not so many options. The next morning early I got a call that a much closer fit had just arrived on the truck and it was closer to what I wanted, which actually was less expensive. Through the whole transaction I felt he was very experienced and professional. I definitely would call him again if I wanted another Toyota!

We had a very positive experience purchasing our new Camry Hybrid XLE at Westchester Toyota. Our salesperson worked hard to get us the exact car we wanted and at the price we wanted, and his manner was always friendly and professional. Both explained our options, and neither was every pushy or "hard-sell" like one might expect at a car dealership. I have been a loyal customer of Toyota for 8 years and I love Toyota and their lease programs. Although recently I had a very negative experience. I traded in a lease and got a new 2015 Corolla. Soon after I received a bill for $476.00 dollars for excessive damage to the 2012 Corolla which I find absurd. When I contacted the Customer Service manager via email and phone, my issue was ignored. Finally I decided to go into the dealership. The sales manager told me the inspections are done by an outside agency and there is nothing he can do. He told me to call Toyota financial and they can help me which was a total lie. There was nothing they can do they are just the bank. When I asked if they can assist by paying a monthly bill since the inspections are done outside, he told me there is nothing he can do and gave me the run around. This does not sound like a dealership that prides itself on customer service. As a loyal customer of 8 years who loved Toyota and paid every bill in full and on time. This recent poor treatment I received makes me want to take my business elsewhere and to tell family and friends to go elsewhere.

We were on our way to Costco when I decided to check out some highlanders and sienna. O was greeted by. Vincent Valentine. Let me tell you something, this guy is good at what he does-we brought a highlander from him the same day. We were not in a hurry to get a seven sweaters as the baby is due in June. Vincent and Ray Pena were extremely polite and patience with us. Looked at couple of vehicles and decided to test drive a highlander. We love the car that we are testing. Thus, vVincent told us that we can drive this vehicle home to pick up some docs. This was one of the major deal breaker for us as we got the chance to test drive the vehicle for 40 min!!!! .Anyhow, it was December 31st and the dealership is closing at 3pm. We got back to the dealership close to 3 Vincent went straight to work. We bargained a little bit and it all worked out for us and the dealership. Left with a highlander around 5ish and still managed to get to Costco. Win win.If you are looking to try or purchase a Toyota, look for Vincent. Great guy, not pushy at all. I called to see if they had a particular model in inventory that I was seeking. They confirmed they did and they also quoted me a very good price. When I arrived at the dealership a few hours later to buy the car I was informed that it was no longer available and they pushed hard for me to buy a similar car that cost $3,000 more with options I did not want. It became apparent that they never had the car I was quoted on the phone but they wanted to get me into the dealership to sell me a more expensive car. When the employee who gave me the original price quote on the phone called me the following day to inquire why I didn't buy a car from the salesman, I expressed my unhappiness with my experience with the dealership and complained it was a bait and switch. Surprisingly, she did not dispute my complaint and that's when I was certain they tried to pull a bait and switch. I don't trust this dealership and will never buy a car from them.

While the entrance was a bit tricky to find in the hustle and bustle of Central Park Avenue in Yonkers, the availability of staff ready and willing to greet me at the door was short of a red carpet reception.For my first experience in buying a car, I was incredibly lucky to find myself under the care of Fernando. He was calm and patient for the entirety of the process and carefully answered my various questions (of which I had many) without ever seeming irritated or annoyed that I was testing his knowledge. The test drive went incredibly well in both allowing me to explore the model I intended to buy, as well as going over the various features that came with the car.Fernando was knowledgeable about the quality of the dealership he worked for and the guarantees I would receive as a new buyer, never once making me feel that as a young woman I was being taken advantage of. He left no details out when it came to the warranty, servicing, and additional customer service I could expect from the dealership upon purchasing the car. In no time flat it seemed that we came to an agreement on price and proceeded with the finalized paperwork. And although Fernandos shift was to end in the early evening, he stayed at the dealership well past that point, to ensure that I would remain a satisfied customer until I left. Furthermore, since I decided not to trade in the car which I had used to get to the dealership, Fernando drove the car back to my house, without any hesitate or exasperation. Within a week I noticed damage on the windshield of the vehicle. Without posing any arguments as to whether it was a pre-existing condition or had occurred during my short tenure, Westchester Toyota fixed the problem on the same day, providing excellent customer service without hesitation.The follow-up calls I have received only promote the genuinely positive experience I had been graced with at this Toyota Dealership. I highly recommend for anyone to put their trust into Westchester Toyota, specifically Fernando Rios. I have extensively negotiated at other Toyota dealers over last three weeks! No one was more willing to understand my situation as ms. Sharee (forgive me for spellings incorrectly )who took it on herself to convince the General manager mr. LEE to make it happen for my family of five! All that, before I even set my feet in that dealer of "Westchester Toyota ". Then, I showed up about 45min. before the closing time which was 6pm Sunday! Mr.Tausif Raza was at the door happy to see me and right then and there GM mr. Lee shook my hand and was full of positive energy! In the process of doing the paperwork and calling insurance company closing time was out the door!!! While everyone else were going home and closing mr. LEE (GM) HONORED my request easily and kept dealership open and Mr. Tousif Raza was busy running to get the paperwork upstairs to the finance guy and he and his buddy was drilling the front bumper to secure the license plate and was removing seats to get the carpet installed so that, I can take the car home before my birthday which was day and half later, literally! By, the time I left the property with my younger brother with the Toyota Sienna, LE "2015" Red Salsa as my lovely wife picked it ...it was about three and half hours past closing time!!! This is something I can never repay, will forever in debt to these people of Westchester Toyota for their compassion and sincere respect and understanding. We had visited this dealership 3 times and were given different quotes/ charges on the same, exact type of vehicle. We were about to finalize the deal and was given again a different quote. When asked why they gave us three different quotes, JOHN MADERA stated he made a mistake in calculating charges, taxes, etc.... JOHN MADERA was very UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never ever recommend this dealership, if you do, MAKE SURE you review all charges before you commit on the deal, otherwise you will end up paying more than you do. I went on truecar.com and found Westchester Toyota offering the same exact car for a few hundred less after another dealer called us and was trying to force us to buy the car the day he called or the deal would fall through (after promising to honor the price for a week and a half). We visited Westchester Toyota on a Sunday mid November and were immediately greeted by friendly staff and Husam Almarji (Sam). Sam was very courteous. There was no pressure or sales tricks to try and squeeze us for every penny possible. After spending about 20 minutes with Sam I told him that I have to check another dealer who may offer the car for cheaper but promised him that if that offer is false I will come back to him. We came back to see Sam a week later during Black Friday Weekend. Sam was very happy to see us and we agreed upon a price and he made sure we understood the price break down. Sam is very genuine, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Unlike other dealers where a financial manager may come by to haggle aggresively on the price we only dealt with Sam who spoke with his manager on our behalf. I spent the weekend shopping for a new car/ minivan. I had pretty much decided on the Sienna but the dealer I had been to on Sunday didn't have the color I wanted. I was reluctantly going to go with the color they had when I decided to check online for different dealer's inventory. I found the white minivan at Westchester Toyota and sent an internet inquiry requesting a price. I got a call from Cherie soon after and she gave me the price without any hassles, no slick sales pitch. I went in for an appointment and met Claudio, who was great. Fabio finished up the lease paperwork and was very easy to work with. It was a great experience. All weekend I had been subjected to the sales pitch from other dealers. I had to wait for prices from the manager. I was told the interest rates weren't available until I spoke to the finance manager. So much time wasted! I knew what I wanted and just needed the pricing to help compare what I would buy. Thank you for being easy to work with and transparent.

i really had a nasty appointment regards my maintenance because my car needed it a full change of oil, filter and auto care since it reach the miles it was required.. The first time i went they were really nice because they were selling me a car. Once, i have my car i went to do the maintenence and they only fix my wheels, today 9/03/2015 i went at 8:30am to my apointment since they mention to me that i have a free full maintenance in my car once it reach 30,000 miles. To my surprise they did not clean my filter, they did not perform anything they promise. Plus, since the first time i went to get my car they told me i was going to get a FREE full maintenance and today they were going to charge me for what i was supoosed to have for free since my car is new... The broke my back seat and they really are a liars and with sll this experience back and forth, i really do not recommend this place because once you buy a car they do not help you after or they do not even look after the customers to see how they are doing with their new cars..i am very disgusted with this experience and i will forward all the pictures to the manager after the maintenance they did to my car.. This message is for HectorAlvarez, and all his team..All i wanted it was a good service and to perform everything my car need it to be replace according to the FREE maintenance the warranty provides. Mr. Manny Duarte just help me to buy the car and after one week i need it to ask some questions regards the warranty told me he was to busy with another client. These definitely is not a good customer service and i will never come back to that dealer. Lack luster, fake, dishonest. Bought a certified vehicle and after going in and out of the service department for a month ended up with a lemon that had to be replaced and the second vehicle leak water from the front wind shield after having he car for less then a month. Then they wanted to blame me saying its a after market windshield. Oh also having a extended warranty on the vehicle that cost 5,000 which I'm trying to cancel because the car has a issue with the driver door window and they don't want to cover it (what a scam). I'm trying to get rid of the car which I own for 8 months now because of the bad vibes I get from that place. After they sell you the car you get no help from them. Thumbs down I will never recommend any one to this fake "dealership" and kindergarten service department....

I chose Westchester Toyota as the place for my first car purchase. The customer service was excellent. When I called to schedule a test drive and mentioned that I'd be coming from the Metro North Train Station they offered to come pick me up, saving an aggravating taxi ride. Robert listened to what I wanted and showed me several pre-owned models of the RAV-4. In the end, I decided to go with a new 2015 model. The process took several (almost 8) hours but in the end it was worth the wait to drive home my brand new car.

We were treated terribly. Spent 3 hours discussing the best option for us yesterday and we're given a quote for a lease that we were happy with and so put down a deposit of $3000. We had an appointment today to pick up the car at 2pm. We ended up waiting an hour and then told that our lease price was $80 extra per month than quoted yesterday! The staff member we were dealing with then started to mock us. We ended up walking out and going to the Honda dealership across the road. They were much more professional and got a much better deal for a nicer car! Apparently this happens a lot there. Read the Yelp reviews - 90% of the reviewers give it one star and quite frankly, that's being generous.

Besides the fact that I'm in love with car, this dealership that I went to (Westchester Toyota), have an excellent customer-service, my salesperson was Sam Marji, his manager Felix Ceballos and his finance manager Pablo, they were all great people, I had went to many dealerships before to find the car, they all told me can't found, it was black on black Camry 2015 hybrid, they got me the car in 2 days, all financing went as I wanted it, it just great it really made me happy I honestly going to send all family and friends to this dealership because I know they would be treated right by Sam and his managers.

We had a generally positive experience. We're happy with our car, and happy with the explanations of the service. The whole financing and approval process took a long time (overall we where at the dealership for almost 4 hours), which was very tiring, but we loved how the car registration was part of the process, and the flexibility of us picking up the car the next day was also helpful.

He was very courteous and accommodating to both my father and I as we waited to sign for a new 2015 Camry. Although there was slight complications in the finance department, it is safe to say that Robert and his team exceeded expectations as they performed the full task at hand. Marvin and Eric prepared my new car and I was not disappointed at the results. It was nice to have those two in such engaging and delightful converstaions to pass the time while Robert was finalizing the paperwork. Delivery of the sleek new 2015 Camry was properly executed plus he took the time to show me the many features which I use on a daily basis now. I went for a car through Costco. The associate who kept calling for a week to confirm that the car I wanted was on the lot, and made an appointment to see her wasn't present.Her replacement was rude and didn't mellow down until we said we are going to write this up to Toyota.He didn't show us the Costco pricesheet or follow any protocol and then tried to sell us the car we wanted to buy for more than MSRP and even tried to make it look like we were getting a 300$ discount. He made is write a $1000 check to hold the vehicle we wanted.On being confronted after we realized this fraud, he was unapologetic and just hung up on us.

I found Westchester Toyota/Scion online and decided to look at what they had in stock. They have quite a few Toyota Carollas for sale. The staff was very helpful in showing me the stock and took me out on a test drive of the car I was interested in. He was personable, understanding, patient and offered a number of options to meet our needs. The day we picked up our cars, he spent all the time we needed to walk us through the different systems with both cars. The process was flawless. Came in to do an overdue 90,000 mile tuneup which should include timing belt. First off I get a higher price than quotes over phone, which they won't honor since I don't remember name of the guy I spoke to (ends up being over $500 even with %20 coupon). Then Cara ends up recommending many many additional repairs and says that timing belt is not included. I said no to additional repairs but want timing belt done. She refused to do timing belt without driver belt. Then she refused to do inspection due to oil leaks (meanwhile I've never had low oil during oil changes). She also refuse spark plug without spark plug wires, but after I refused and was paying bill she says they 'were able' to do spark plugs after all. In the end she only put a small portion of 'recommended' repairs on print out as recommended (guess she didn't want to put attempted scam in writing). So I took car to a trustworthy local mechanic who said that basically I paid $500 for an oil change and that some of 'recommended' repairs weren't needed. Of course I passed inspection at the local mechanic. Basically, they get you in door and then don't supply required services, charge more than expected, and try to upsell you.

It was my first car shopping experience and i must say it was a great one. My mother and I were looking for a car that was suitable for both of us and it was great not to have any pressure put on us. Jesus was patient, informative, friendly, and welcoming. We ended up buying a Toyota Venza 2015 and we absolutely love it. I called and had made an appointment to see a specific car and to my disbelief the car was actually there and i wasnt lied to but then came the games as someone in sales at another dealership I know all the games dealerships play i hear the horror stories left and right so when they said 1595 certification fee was to be tacked on to the price of a car thats all ready advertised as certified and not only that i know that the fee is only 595 is ridiculous they said they lower the price of the car a thousand and move that 1000 towards the price of the certification and you know what the car was actually nice and i would of took it on the chin but it doesnt end there when they ran the credit it was "blocked" which is a lie bc i ran it and saw their credit check on the credit report but since it was blocked their was only one bank that would finance the car without having to see it but they would only do it if we took a mandatory extra wrap around warranty on top of the certification warranty so the amount financed went from 15 thousand to 24 thousand said finance manager david grin i cant fatham how many fake reviews had to go into the 2015 dealer of the year award

The latter introduced me to salesman Ahmadou who I found to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. On December 20th 2014 I had gone into this dealership to inquire about financing a car. The sales rep who assisted me was Richard who was very nice and polite. However he did not submit my application for a finance but instead he processed it as a lease. Since this was my very first time in buying a new car which is what I had wanted to do in the first place I had no idea what was happening. The sales manager was very pushy in trying to convince me to take the car. After the deal was complete that's when I had actually learned that I was locked into a lease for the next 36 months. I was told by Richard and his sales manager that I did not qualify for financing. Strangely enough exactly 5 months later with my credit score staying the same with a excellent score at a different dealership I walked out with a finance car. The credit manager had told me that Westchester Toyota had done totally wrong by me and now I am stuck with paying 2 monthly car payments instead of only one which is the way it should have been from the beginning. By rights the dealer should take the car back and call it even and sell it as a pre certified car however we all know that will be impossible. I will never do business with Westchester Toyota ever again. I will highly recommend anyone who should ask which dealer sold me my car over Memorial Day weekend. Everyone was fantastic and I was in and out in 2 hrs instead of 9 hrs that I spent in Westchester Toyota.

This dealership doesn't even deserve one star. I should have walked out when I realized there was no A/C and it was about 85 degrees. After we put a deposit on the car and went back to pick it up he tried to get us to pay for things that were already included in the price. Then they sold us a car with a dead battery after we were told that it had a new battery. They then took a battery from another car and put it in ours. When they realized that they were not going to make any extra money off of us they tried to cancel the deal. If this is how all Toyota dealers work then I would advise everyone not to buy a Toyota

I'm convinced this dealer's ratings are based on fraudulent reviews because there is no way anyone would give them more than one star. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a "certified pre-owned" 2014 Sienna over the course of two weeks. During both visits, the a/c was broken and my two small children were starting to show signs of heat stroke. The car we purchased had a bad battery that needed to be jumped very aggressively for our scheduled test drive. Upon negotiation, the salesman, seemed to have no idea about the warranty information and wanted us to pay a "DPI" dealer fee, which he pushed us to google after we refused to pay it. This is a nonsense fee. After hours of negotiation upon which my children were starting to exhibit signs of heat stroke, we made a deal. We picked up the car the following week (still no a/c) and all of a sudden, the car was no longer "certified". As we started to walk out, they agreed to eat the cost of the "certification", as we agreed on our prior visit, that this was included in our negotiated price. When we went to drive the car away, we shut it off and tried to restart it, but to no avail. They never replaced the dead battery. We left for lunch and returned an hour later to find, not a new battery, but probably one they took from another used car. The manager promised us an additional 2 years of roadside assistance and an extension of the bumper to bumper warranty. Since we have AAA, we just asked for the warranty extension, which was not given to us. I have purchased more than a few new and used cars in my lifetime and have never had such a terrible experience. Buyer beware. Do all you can to avoid this scam of a dealership.

I went in not thinking I would walk out with a car. I went in with my daughter to buy her first car and while they were in the process got motivated and interested. I eventually fell in love with the RAV4 which Charles Carmona helped me come into the conclusion of getting because of how affordable on gas it was. He was a pleasure to work with, he was understanding, positive, upbeat and knew well what he was talking about. Fabio was also a delight to work with making the process an enjoyable experience. He listened to everything we had to say and what our concerns and needs were. He gave us different options, options that we never even thought of while allowing us to also look through the cars in the showroom without any pressure. He answered all our questions, explained the differences of the cars that we were interested in, especially since one of our concerns was that whichever car we chose is going to also be driven by our daughter. He was with us all the way, he accommodated us from beginning to end in every way. With his help we feel that we made the right decision for our needs. Abraham is an excellent salesperson, without pressuring us to make any decisions, the right choice was made. We are thankful for Abraham and Westchester Toyota.

I thought aaron did a good job selling me the car. He is smart and engaging. I enjoyed talking to him. It took all day to get all parts of the deal in place - a very long process. However, Aaron tried very hard to push things along. He is excellent. One thing that is very annoying - almost a deal breaker is the amount of contact toyota wants to have with its customer. Too many phone calls as the lease was winding down. I asked each time that they not call me, however at least 2x a week I was called with information regarding the return.

Wilson albeit new to the business, worked very hard for us. He showed us the car despite it being late, and we were able to check out the car before it had even been serviced. Once we were satisfied he negotiated hard for us. We did have to come back for the test drive, but we did that prior to paying anything. All went well. Wilson just needs some practice in having the paperwork part be more efficient. We spent over 2 hours from 7:15-10pm, and then another 2 hours to test drive and purchase the car. The efficiency part will come with experience. Overall, Wilson is a good salesman, personable, and a hard worker. John Pena, the sales manager, is a bit rough around the edges, and gave us a hard time with the trade in, but in the end came around to where his boss had approved the price. Once the deal was done he was very nice. David Grin in Finance is a true seasoned professional with a great sense of humor. He is extremely efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone at the dealership could learn from him.

Walking into the dealership we were greated warmly by John Pena. He had Charles Carmona take care of us, because we asked for a bilingual speaker which was very nice to do considering that my grandmother feels comfortable speaking Spanish. I wasn't sure of what to get because I was trying to decide whether the Corolla or the Camry was better. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and explained the differences. Ultimately, I fell in love with the Camry. My mom actually decided to trade in her car as well and get herself the RAV4. Throughout this process all our questions were answered. Finally, Fabio Kola was a great help mentioning to us about the gap insurance since we were leasing. Very polite and knowledgable when answering questions we had. Overall great experience. I was recommended by a friend to come here and I will also recommend others as well.

I recently had really bad experience with dealers. I was at the point of fixing my vehicle when I decided to give one more different dealer a try. I don't and won't blame Abraham. He is the sales person I was placed with. He was very nice and respectful during the whole process. It's not his fault and I don't want his reputation blemished. It was out of his hands. I entered the dealership already skeptical and drained. I presented a plethora of documentation including my 5 year flawless car payment history, proof of income which was more than enough to secure a car, a Car Fax report, two statements of what my car was worth and many other things. I then stated the precise deal that I was looking for. Abraham returned with a deal $10 more than what I stated but that number was absolutely fine and I made the deal. I went back today excited to pick up the car and the final part of the process was to sit with the finance manager. Well, to my astonishment, the car payment INCREASED BY $100! I immediately walked out of the office, asked Abraham for my keys and drove home, lucky not to have an accident in the mental state that I was in. During the 15 minute ride home, I was called multiple times by multiple people from the dealership. They implored me to come back and they were willing to give my the original offer. Well gee, if they could do it after I left in an irate state, they could have done it from the beginning and I could have been in a beautiful car right now. This exact scenario happened to me twice in the past 3 days. I am finished with crooked dealers at the moment and am planning on fixing my car. Lesson learned, buyer beware!!!

They tell you one thing and do another. I went to see a car posted on the internet. They took me to see the car three miles away at the car wash. The Manager apologized and said I was the first one to see the car and that it was not prepped yet. I said I would buy the car if they could work on the door dents and dings. The manager said the door ding guy would come on Wednesday and I could see it after he was done. I told them that I loved the car and would see them Wednesday. They called on Wednesday and said "the car is sold don't come". No explanation. No Apology. These people can not be trusted.

But with in the hour of living I received a call from a worker at toyota to check on me. The next week I got a call and a email to show me cars in my price range. Today I got a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Additionally, the dealership was helpful with getting my insurance updated with the new car assigned to it. I believe the price I paid was ok, I am not sure if i could have done better. At first I was shown a 2014 Corolla which had exactly the features I wanted and I was ready to buy it, but then it turned out to have been sold earlier in the day. So I wound up buying a new one. The new one is great but cost more and did not have all of the features of the used one. But to the dealer's credit they have a big lot with a lot of inventory.Another was that when it came time to purchase the vehicle there was an issue with the financing which was offered by the sales rep. The finance manager said that that financing was not available (0% for 60 months) and I was offered some other deals which were not as good. Eventually by my standing firm, the dealer eventually agreed to give me the original financing. It worked out ok in the end but I don't think a customer should have to fight at the last minute, for the financing which is offered up front. And my credit was known to the dealership before I even picked out a vehicle. While there were some issues with this dealer I would still tip the balance in favor of recommending this dealership because overall the experience was better than what I had with another Toyota dealer.

Before going to westchester Toyota dealership please read the reviews about them. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I wish I would not go there. They do fals advertisement on the Internet ( put the cars on Internet with a reasonable price, and when you call the to ask any question they will tell you " come to the dealership we don't discus anything over the phone" when you go there they will say" that car has been sold". I went there from Queens and I paid $15 toll and when I got there and asked about the car they posted on the Internet the sales parson said its sold. I like a different car and I give the sales person an offer he said let me ak my manager, he came back and said ok deal and he gave me the car vin# and told me to get insurance. I called geico and and get the insurance and wen I was counting the money the sales person said my manager doesn't give it at this price. When I went to the manager he was asking me stupid questions. Finally I left the place arguing with them.

Exceptional professionalism and service. I received better treatment from Eric & John than I received from high end dealerships !! Keep up the good work. They made Us feel like family from the moment we walked into their office, they rolled out the red carpet for Us. Would definitely consider/recommend doing future business with Westchester Toyota.
