Our car broke down and it was time to bite the bullet & buy a new one. We knew exactly where to go & returned to Jamie Shay for our second car purchase from him at Wilde Toyota. He answered all of our questions with honesty, and gave us the answers we needed, not just what we wanted to hear. He got us an excellent trade-in value & price on our new {slightly used} truck! We have to buy another car in a couple months and have no question we will return to Jamie!

For whatever reason my previous two reviews didn't go through so here goes! I went to Wilde Toyota on a whim and I was just going to test drive a car I had been looking for in the area for a while. I got there and I was greeted by Jamie Shay, a salesman that was exuberant and honest. After test driving the car and talking to him I was already having a better experience than I was at the previous dealership I was at. Amazing experience. (Last dealership I was at was short with me and discredited me because of my age)

We originally thought about looking at cars on a Sunday at a closed lot, to avoid the pressure of a salesman, but we didn't know if it was legal. So we went to a nearby dealer when they were opened, but we didn't find what we looking for. Then we saw that Wilde Toyota in West Allis, Wisconsin, was having a great sale and also had many of the cars we thought we might be interested in, so we thought we'd take our chances, and boy were we pleasantly surprised. No high pressure, just wonderful people who truly only wanted to help us find the right car for our needs. The initial greeters/salesmen were quick to decline needs they couldn't meet in order to direct us to the perfect salesman for our needs, Jeff Fuchs. He was unbelievably knowledgeable, honest, reliable and more than willing to go the second mile. After only two test runs, he was able to narrow it down to what kind of car would provide what we were looking for, and he steered us to the car that met our needs. Everything was perfect: aesthetics, performance and price. We couldn't have been more pleased, and we love the car. This man is the salt of the earth. Johnny Greenwood, the financial associate, did an excellent job of quickly and efficiently following up with paperwork and information as appropriate. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. We highly recommend Wilde Toyota.

I recently traded in my car for a used car at Wilde Toyota. The customer service is off-the-charts, and could not be any better. Everyone is so nice and caring, and funny as well! The service associate that helped me was Tony, who made the whole process absolutely wonderful! Phil in financing made signing papers A LOT less painful. Throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle, I did not experience any negative customer service. Everyone is helpful with questions. Definitely would recommend!

Wilde Toyota in West Allis WI is the most terrific place to purchase your car truck etc. I have been treated so special buying my Camry and the salesman Matt Molenda did such a perfect job. Explaining the car, waiting on me and I did not have any appointment set up. He is so knowledgeable and his personality is strong. Matt also gives his peers great feedback if they helped with my experience in getting a new car if I had to wait for anything. Matt also gives great comments and highlights to the people in the credit area. I have bought many Toyota's from Wilde Toyota in West Allis and my first question is where is Matt. I went in on a Saturday to see a Rav4 that I saw online. When I arrived Jamie brought the car up and sent me on my way on a test drive. When I came back I walked the lot to see the other options they had and ended up falling in love with another Rav4. I had to go back to finalize everything but in the end it was worth it. I purchased a car from them only 11 days ago. Now the car is having front end problems. I realize I bought the car "as is" but come on, only off the lot 11 days and now there's problem. Please read over the contract before signing very carefully. I looked over my contract and over paid by $500.00 from what I quoted. Again, yes my fault I should have read before signing the dotted line, however, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. If you have any dealings with them, check, double check and TRIPLE CHECK the purchase price and the interest rate. As for me, I would not recommend Wilde.

I went to this facility on two different occasions resulting in the same disappointing experience. I was looking for a used 2012 or 2013 Corolla. They were all very nicked and scratched. I asked if there were others of the same years that were in better condition. The salesperson, Terry, said......"What do you expect...for us to wrap the cars in cellophane?" My 2002 SUV was in better condition. I also test drove a Corolla and felt it drove very rough in comparison to other makes and models. When he realized he wasn't going to make a sale he interrupted me while I was talking and rushed me on my way. It was very demeaning and upsetting to be treated this way as a potential customer. I went to the Honda Dealership and was treated with much respect and the people were professional. They won my business and I wasn't even interested in a Honda. I wanted a Toyota but I am happy with my purchase of a flawless used Civic. A word to the wise......Never cut down the competition. If you stand behind Toyota.....it won't raise it's value by slamming Ford or Honda.

We went to Wilde Toyota to look at a specific used car we had seen online, following two very frustrating experiences with other local car dealers. We literally bumped into Jamie at the door and he offered to help. After bringing the car around to show us and then asking a few questions, he promptly directed us to other vehicles that he thought might better meet our needs. Within an hour we had identified a Highlander that was much more suited to us - and a great deal. Over the next few days we exchanged brief phone calls to ask/answer questions. He was always so courteous and very focused on OUR needs as buyers. When my husband returned to arrange the purchase, Jamie was able to get a better deal on our trade-in and assisted us in getting the windshield replaced due to a crack that could not be repaired and that had gone unnoticed by all during the purchase process. I would immediately refer family members and friends to Jamie. He restored our trust in the used car purchase process and that it can be handled in a caring and professional manner. I emailed Wilde based on some cars I found online and Jamie Shay called me back. We picked a time for me to come in and he was great to work with; no pressure, showed me so many other options then just what I thought I was looking at, and actually found me a great Toyota when I thought for sure I would be leaving with a Nissan. I was shopping for my niece who was away at college and he was totally patient and understanding that this would take a few days. I got my niece in, we test drove the car some more, and took it home that night. We left with a Certified used Toyota that I feel 100% comfortable with my niece driving, and I know Jamie will be there for us if we need anything along the way. Phil in Finance was also awesome to work with, explained EVERYTHING to my niece in ways that she would understand and was also understanding of our budget. We came in to look at a Rav-4 on a Monday evening, and were able to get John Morgan our sales consultant. We are so glad we did! He put us right at ease; his mild and calm manner made us very comfortable in dealing with him, unlike the salesmen we got at other dealerships. John never talked down to us or made us feel pressured or conned. A very kind man. For the financial aspect, we worked with Anthony Smith, and again, are very happy we did! Anthony is very straight forward, and always went over the papers in an easy to understand way. He would double check that we fully understood, and willingly took the time to patiently explain anything we had questions on. When there was a glitch with the bank, he spent a good hour or more tracking them down, figuring out where the glitch was, and making sure we got the best financing we could. Again, we were very comfortable dealing with him due to the fact that we never felt pressured or talked into something that we really didn't feel comfortable with. Our car buying experience went much better than we ever expected it to, due to Wilde Toyota's stellar employees. We would definitely return & buy through John Morgan and Anthony Smith again!

On the first recorded snowfall day of 2015 my husband and I were met by Leonard Jordan at the dealership looking for a pre-owned vehicle. It was cold and snowing the whole time we were there and Leonard went out of his way to locate several cars for me to test drive which included unburying them from the snow. What I came in for changed because of what Leonard showed us and I could not be happier! We had to wait over the weekend but it was completely worth it when he followed up with us on the next Monday. I have been to Wilde service three times in the past two months for different services to my 2004 Toyota Corolla and feel that Wilde Toyota is exceptional for a dealership. The work involved new tires, new battery, new brakes, oil change and replacement of an expensive emissions canister that caused the engine light. For longer services, they have a complementary shuttle to your home. Even though the cost of the services is not the cheapest, the service was done expertly and the service rep tried to make sure that any promotions were applied. The service rep goes over each service cost before they are done to confirm that I wanted them done. A burned out tail light would cost $35 with labor which is figured with standard repair times. I said that I could do this myself which I did pay $3 for a package of two bulbs from a parts store. When I noticed one of the new tires loosing some air after two months, I took the car back for service and Wilde replaced the leaking valve stem at no cost. I feel that Wilde service was honest and about as good as it gets with a dealership service department.

For the past 6 years we have gone to Wilde Toyota to lease our cars. Matthew Molenda has been our sales consultant and has done a wonderful job helping us find just the right vehicles. This purchase became complicated and with understanding of details of the dealer and myself the buyer, the end product was a worth while transaction. Car purchase transactions sometimes have problems. A worthy car dealer figures out a way to honestly resolve the problems and follow through with details till the problem is fixed and I was very satisfied. Key point the sales manager was incredibly honest to his word. The dealership parking lot needs to be bigger! My God, they have a lot of cars!! On the plus side....lots of cars to pick from

I was recently in Wilde Toyota, to purchase a used 2012 Rav4. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted before I went onto the lot. I still wanted to do more than look at reviews online. I test drove numerous Rav4s, until I found the exact fit for my family. Benny was absolutely great. He was very patient with me, since I had never spent that kind of money on a vehicle before. The only issues that I came across had to do with their finance department. They were very stand-offish, because I was getting financing through a bank with witch they were not associated.They required that I get a cashiers check from the bank within two days. The problem began when they absolutely would not fax, or let me fax, from their office. My bank finance department had never heard of a policy like this before. Never the less, I took my copy of the paperwork and went to the UPS store and payed to have it faxed back and forth. Everything went through fine in the end, and Benny jumped through every hoop that could have been laid out for him. He was gracious and courteous, and I can't say enough good things about my experience with Benny Viruet.

It was such a pleasure purchasing a car with the staff at Wilde Toyota in West Allis. When we called initially to inquire makes/models available in our range, Ron Gartner from the Internet Department was very friendly and helpful, assuring us that we had plenty of viable options that might fit what we're looking for. Our Sales Consultant, Dustin Rhadans, really went the extra mile to assure that we had options that fit our needs. He "met us where we were at" with the decision and did not try to push anything unnecessary on us. He showed sincerity, kindness, and genuine care about what was right for my fiance' and I. We felt like people, not just a random random customers. We first looked at a few options on the computer; he then went and brought each and every car around so we could examine and test drive if we wished. Our Finance help, Phil Lo, was just as awesome, He made the most stressful part of any purchase very easy, explained information thoroughly without making me feel uneducated. Found a 2015 at another dealership I wanted to buy and trade in my current Toyota. For a comparison I stopped in at Wilde and In a relatively short time frame; my vehicle was appraised, I was presented with a new cost plus trade on the car - I really wanted, not simply a car on the lot! Dan McDonell was just outstanding throughout this process. Later when I took possession of the car, Kyle from the Business Dept. was an invaluable aid. Kudos to Wilde, Dan and Kyle. The car I traded had N2 filled tires (I believe it does make a difference on tire wear.), so scheduled an appointment and returned to Service the next day and I must say they were very efficient, as well. I'm going to change my Service to Wilde.

I went into on a Saturday afternoon to look at a Jeep I saw online. I met Nihad Aslani who was very friendly and willing to answer all our questions. He let me test drive the jeep. I than sat down with him and was approved and ready to purchase my vehicle within a few minutes. He explained everything in detail and was able to answer all my questions in detail. I am the proud owner of jeep wrangler and did not feel like I was rushed in anyway and the overall experience was excellent. If you are shopping at Wilde Toyota, ask for Brad Walder. I very much appreciated his calm and low key demeanor. No high pressure or big pitch to get me to buy something out of my budget. And what impressed me most about Brad was his willingness to listen to me in terms of what my needs in a vehicle were. he was straight forward and answered all of my questions candidly. Very professional and easy to connect with and talk to. After purchasing the vehicle, I called Brad back after two days because of a door hinge issue. he took the lead, set up an appointment for it to be repaired, set me up with a loaner for the day and had my vehicle back to me that afternoon. Generally after a sale is complete, the sales person is out of the picture. Brad was my go to guy through the entire process. I anticipate doing business with Brad in the future and recommend that you do so as well.

Unlike some sales individuals I've dealt with over my years (and there are a lot of them - years that is) Nehi seemed honest and straightforward with the right balance of directness and clarity. We decided we needed a second car and we returned to Wilde for the 3rd car we have purchased from them. Rob was extremely helpful in looking for the used car we needed and wanted. The last car was an Avalon and we wanted to get another one and Rob showed us what was on the lot, but we were not satisfied with what we saw. In a couple of days Rob had found us 3 more cars to look at and we decided on a 2008 Avalon. Rob has been extremely helpful in getting service to correct a couple of small items that needed to be remedied to complete the deal. Rob is always available and courteous. We have bought several cars from Wilde and deal only with Rob. We are so satisfied, that we sent friends and family to Rob in order to guide them through the process. You can always trust that he will find the best deal for you, and will be open and honest about the details. Some dealers will try to hook you by showing you the vehicle with all the bells and whistles, or quote a low payment that doesn't include all the taxes and fees. Rob does none of that. He returns phone calls promptly, keeps his appointments, and does follow-up faithfully. Had no problems purchasing the car, but when I came to them with a tire problem a few months later, WOW! I have NEVER in my life experienced such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They clearly could not care less about my problem and had absolutely no interest in fixing it. After pulling teeth and having to go to corporate to finally get someone to talk to me, they basically blamed me for moving away for school, told me they would do nothing about it, then hung up the phone. Nice. Just don't go here, there's plenty of other Toyota dealers.

I was not sure what type of vehicle I wanted when arriving at Wilde Toyota to purchase a used vehicle. Luis Valdez was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about both vehicles I was choosing from. He was very patient and also took me for a ride in the vehicle I ended up choosing after I had done a test drive, so I was able to check out the vehicle without having to worry about driving at the same time. We got a great deal on a 2011 Sienna LE with 39,000-plus miles. The value was almost $4,000.00 below the average market price. We didn't haggle much because of the already bargain price. We went to several Toyota dealers as far away as West Bend but preferred Wilde because of our last buying experience and the proximity. Further, our vehicle was Toyota Certified which added to the value. We chose the maintenance plan in addition to the included warranties since we were well within our monthly payment budget. Brad Walder was great being patient to make the sale as we didn't make our final decision until after the end-of-month sales period. Brad was very polite,friendly and diligent about returning our phone calls even after the sale was completed. Chris (Finance Manager) was as amiable as he was efficient during the closing process. We never felt pressured to agree to "add-ons" but appreciate those which were offered. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family to Wilde. Did I mention that we love our "new" Sienna ? I'm in college and need a car for work and to come home over breaks. I found a 2004 Camry on this lot and fell in love. I had two men with me who knew about cars and to help me out with my purchase. Upon reviewing the accident report, it had been in one accident with the single owner it had. We asked my salesman, Tommy Haynes, if he knew what the accident was and he said, "no". The car looked good from the exterior and seemed to drive with no problem. After purchase, we took it to a family friend, who is a mechanic and when he pushed down on the truck (not the bumper, the top of the trunk) the left side of the rear bumper fell off- I was in college at this point and once I returned three weeks later (hadn't driven it since I bought it nor had my parents except to take it to our friend) I went to the dealership. I was basically told that I was lying and the I had to have done something to the car, even though in the accident report it said it was in an accident. Well, it was made clear now that it was in a rear end. He told me he would have their service check it out. They confirmed that everything was secure. Which, made no sense. How does a bumper fall off then suddenly be secure? So, I leave it be because I don't want to be accused of lying anymore. A few weeks later I look at my bumper and it looks to be falling off, again. I take it to an auto body who tells me that I will need to have my bumper REPLACED in order for it to be fixed. I take it back to the dealership but this time talked to the manager. He still told me that I had to have been lying and asked for documentation that I had bought it in previously, keep in mind I did take it in within 30 days of buying it the first time. Well, I didn't have documentation therefore, I was basically called a liar again and that his mechanics are certified so they must have made an accurate evaluation, etc. I take it back to the auto body and had them replace my bumper. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle from the auto body he tells me that clips were broken and that brackets were put on backwards. Long story short, if you're going to buy a pre-owned vehicle from Wilde Toyota on 108th St. in West Allis, have an outside mechanic look at it because I've found they cannot be trusted. I love the car but, being called a liar then having my suspicions confirmed has left a bad taste in my mouth with the dealership.

Came to an impasse. Dan McDonell asked what price I would pay. I told him and after the obligatory check with the guy at the front desk sold me the truck for my price. I recently traded my beloved 2-year old Chrysler 300 in on a 3-year old Cadillac SUV. I wanted an all-wheel-drive vehicle that would be easier to get in and out of. I will never recommend this place to anybody. I drove 1 hour to get to Wilde Toyota in West Allis and only spent ten minutes in the dealership because they basically shut me off. I will never go back to this place. They were so easy to dismiss me because of low credit score. Never even bothered to ask me what car I want nor did they show me the car. They didn't even bother to understand my situation and how they can help. So I went to Andrew Toyota. I was able to buy a car at Andrew Toyota. Wilde just lost a business from me. Seen a used 2013 Lincoln MKZ on their web site, I live outside Chicago and didn't want to make the dive if the car wasn't as good as they said, wasn't disappointed, the car and price was as we talked over the phone, no hard sale. My fiance and I went into the Wilde Toyota lot on Saturday morning (3/15/2014) thinking that we're just going to test drive a few vehicles to see how they function; to compare them with others that we may test later that day. As soon as we parked, Jamie greeted us with a smile and a asked if he can assist to make the car search easier. We searched the inventories online so we wouldn't be walking all over the lot. We narrowed the search to about four different types of vehicles and than the real car search began! Jamie was a great guide by directing us to the vehicles location! That made the search quicker and much more personal. Any questions that we had regarding the vehicles, Jamie was able to answer. Remember I did say in the beginning that we were there to only test drive some vehicles...well we ended up buying one of the vehicles that we test drove with Jamie's assistance. Jamie really came through for us when we were literally in a crunch. We were involved in a car accident and were coming down to the wire on turning in the rental car. He found what we were looking for and brought over to our home and allowed us to have the car to test drive, no questions asked. He also helped us work to stay within our budget. Mike Jakubowski was excellent with guiding me through my experience by returning calls and emails, following up post visits, providing honest information, working hard to help me receive the best price/rate, and patiently giving me the time I needed to make my decision. A week after I purchased my car, an issue arose regarding my brakes. Mike immediately handled the situation, informing me Toyota would cover the financial responsibilities for the necessary repair, and in less than 48 hours, I was returning the rental car he had provided and was driving away with my vehicle (without any problems since).

We went looking for a specific car seen online. That car was not available. David O made some suggestions and helped us narrow what we were looking for. He never pushed us onto a car or truck. He got us keys and let us take the car that we had literally bumped into, over the 4th of July holiday for an extended test drive. He was very knowledgeable and confident in his product. I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from Wilde Toyota. We were looking for a car with excellent gas mileage. We had picked out the Prius from the Wilde used car list. I recently purchased a 2004 Toyota Corolla from Wilde Toyota. The car was in reasonably good condition and suited my needs for a car that would give me excellent gas mileage. My salesperson, David Olguin, was very easy to work with. He let me take the vehicle for a lengthy drive to determine it's suitability. I appreciated his laid back, no pressure approach. I test drove several other vehicles, but the Corolla was the best of the bunch. David took my 1997 Honda Odyssey in trade, and we quickly arrived at a fair price for the Corolla. David went the extra mile by ensuring that some minor glitches with the car were repaired before delivery, and he had the scratch and dent crew go over the car and buff it for me. When I arrived to pick it up the next day it looked great. A few weeks later David addressed a few more small hiccups that had been noticed with the car, even though it was well past the 3 day warranty period. It's this kind of customer service I'll remember when I next need to purchase a vehicle. I also won't hesitate to recommend David to friends and family. David is a credit to the Wilde Toyota organization.

I did hours of research on this site to find the best car possible. I then called the dealership to confirm the car was available, filled out a pre-auth to expedite financing and made an appointment to test drive the car after work the same day. I live 2 hours away. This would have been an easy sale. When I arrived the sales clerk said the car had been sold that morning. Before I called. Twice. We drove a block down the street to buy from Honda City because I find this type of sales tactic the epitome of a used-car salesman stereotype, and I refuse to reward that style with a sale.

Recently, our daughter, who lives in Milwaukee, needed a replacement car. We had a weekend and a fixed budget to get the job done. We did our homework online and went to Wilde Toyota because they had the largest selection. Dave Olguin was our sales rep and he did a great job helping us out. He was willing to deal on the price and payment options. We appreciated that he didn't try to get us to spend more. My only suggestion is that Wilde have more than one finance person working on Saturday. The longest part of our transaction was paying, and we didn't need to finance. We recently purchased a "new to us" used car from you, and are thrilled with it. We had the pleasure of spending time with Kevin Nelson, who was professional and did not pressure us or our decision to buy a vehicle. I drove through the used car area on a Friday morning and Kevin greeted me with a smile. I told him that I was just looking, and would be back the next day with my husband. He was fine with that and gave me his business card. It was nice to just look around the lot with no pressure. My husband and I did return on Saturday morning; Kevin recognized me right away and we started to discuss the cars that interested us. We've also visited many other dealerships in the past two months looking for a used vehicle...and again, the pressure was intense and quite frankly, we didn't go back to some of them for that very reason. Kevin Nelson was a joy to work with. It was such a natural conversation with no pressure. He listened to us, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable. That Saturday was a VERY busy day for all of the salesmen, and it was so nice to feel like we were Kevin's only customer. He submitted a review on my behalf and when I called and confronted him about he lied and denied that he did not submit the review and said that I submitted the review. Well Jaime if I would have submitted the first review I would have first spelled my name correctly and second I would have never put in the review that you were a "real great guy". Are you kidding me? How can you call yourself a "real great guy" when you lied to me and submitted a false statement. I had contacted the dealership and then contacted directly to Toyota. No answer on what actions were being taken from either. They all are very well at apologizing and telling me how sorry they are for the experience I had.

We visited Wilde Toyota for the first time, after seeing a Camry offered on the dealership's Web site that was worth a look-see. Mr. Nelson met us in the drive, and showed us the large number of used Camrys available.We found the one we had seen on-line, took it for a test drive and were pleased with the car immediately. Mr Nelson made the sale as painless as possible, offering the car for the internet price, and offering almost what we wanted for our trade. Mr. Nelson's expertise and customer focus was better than any other at an dealership we've experienced. The sales process, handled by another team, where all the costs, and transactions were processed, was as painless as making the deal. The subsequent visit the next day, to retrieve missing accessories, was the only blemish in the whole process. I would recommend Mr. Nelson and Wilde Toyota to anyone, as a buyer-friendly dealership.

I have been here before and the customer service has always been top notch. On this visit I was interested in looking for a newer used car. Spoke with Chris Walczak and he welcomed me and put me with his top sales person Rob Davis. Rob was incredible. He took me out in the lot AFTER I told him what I was looking for. He understood where I was coming from and showed me a plethora of different cars just to find out which one I felt the most comfortable in. After I decided which one worked best for me the fun part started. He then showed me the same model in a bunch of different varieties such as color and equipment and explained everything top to bottom for me. You know the great thing about Rob and Chris.... I didn't feel pressured at ANY time. In fact, I am pretty sure I could have just said no thank you to the deal and he would have let me leave and told me to think about it. I like that kind of sales team. I want to be heard and not just directed to what is going to make the most money for the sales person. Went in and he described the payment process and heck... I even asked for a few extra perks put into my car like automatic start and a better radio and he worked with me on the price. Overall, I will never go anywhere else to buy any of my cars as long as these two gentlemen are there. Every person that I know that asks me about my car or where to get a car... they will be directed to these guys. Thanks for making my car buying experience a great one.

We found two vehicles on www.cars.com that we were interested in looking at. I called the dealership and asked if the two cars could be pulled from the pre-owned lot and be ready up front ready for us to test drive when we arrive in an couple of hours. The internet sales person said "no problem and Jim Blake our Sales Representative will be waiting when you arrive". When we arrived at the dealership and asked for Jim at the front desk he arrived in less then 5 minutes. Jim greeted us and showed us that the cars are ready for you right up front as you requested. We agreed on a car and Jim proceeded to get the best price possible only asking what we were looking for as a monthly payment. We agreed on a price/payment plan with a very experience financial person. My wife & I felt no pressure or dishonesty in our experience while closing the deal. We recently purchased a new minivan from Wilde Toyota and had the pleasure of working with David. His customer service and phone followup was top notch. We first came to view a car we'd seen online. The car was off the lot for a quick repair, but David investigated and got the information we needed about the features and history on the car. He contacted us the next day when the car was back on the lot. He knew with our hectic schedule that my husband and I weren't both able to come in to test drive, so he allowed me to pick it up for the afternoon until my husband could check it out. Each time we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by David with a smile. He knew that with 3 kids we were interested in the weather trac mats however we didn't want to run around and find the exact size, he made sure to include this in our overall negotiations and have them installed for us. When we took delivery the 3 kids were with us and were greeted with hot cocoa and a nice place to play while we were working on paperwork. I came across a great deal online for a used Toyota Camry in fact I really thought something may be wrong almost to good to be true. We also live about an hour away from this dealer. I called the dealership to see if this car was still in stock. I got a call back about 10 min later from Tommy Haynes letting me know it was their and he held the vehicle till the following day for me till I could get their with my wife. We showed up at Wilde the following day Tommy had the car sitting out front ready to test drive. Within 3 min of parking he was handing us keys and we where on the road test driving. This vehicle was on spot as they described couldn't find a thing wrong with it. They gave me a good trade value and couldn't of asked for anything else. We where treated good and the hole buying process was very fast and pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Kevin was super helpful with helping me navigate through the lot and also had some great personal experience he shared with the car I was interested. I will say the only hassle was that the buying process took over 2 hrs and we were sitting and waiting for a while. But, that seemed to be due to the fact that it was so busy and there were many other people purchasing cars.

Matt was a pleasure to work with. When I first pulled up to "just look" at cars today, I noticed he was already outside eager to help. I immediately was like "here's another salesman ready to sell me something", but that was the only time I wasn't eager to chat more with him. I have to say this is one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I worked with Rob Davis who was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. They gave me a good price on my trade in and a good price on a 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE. Rob spent about four to five hours with me on a very busy Saturday. I test drove about 4 different vehicles before deciding on the Toyota Sienna. It's a great vehicle and I'm happy that I snagged it up. This was my first time buying a car ever! And although I had done my research about all of this, it was still a pretty intimidating experience. I had gone to another dealer before coming to Wilde Toyota, and compared to that dealer, the service here was great! I really like that it was efficient. It was definitely a lot ,ore straight forward than the other dealer. I didn't feel like I was being deceived as much although I do realize the reality of the work of salesmen. So I really appreciated it. It only took me 2 visits to drive off with my brand new car at the price that I could afford. I didn't feel tired or worn out by the dealing process. Also, since it was my first time ever buying a car, the person I worked with even gave me a breakdown of many several option of old, newer used cars, versus this brand new car with the 0% interest for 60 months!!! I got the best deal of course! The person I worked with was Phil Lo, he was really helpful and efficient! The one reason why I'm not giving it a five stars was because they didn't have the light blue color I wanted, although metallic grey was pretty good! :) Thanks Wilde Toyota for making my first Car buying Experience a pretty good one!

I previously had a bad experience at Wilde and was hesitant to give them another chance but it turned out to be a wonderful experience with Rob Davis. He listened and was willing to let me test drive and check out any and all vehicles I wanted to with no pressure. He helped qualify what features I really needed/wanted and provided recommendations - again with no pressure letting the decision be mine. He was very knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicles that I was looking at. He even preheated all of the vehicles that I was test driving which was fantastic in the middle of winter! The vehicle I purchased needed a few touch ups and they were able to get me in right away and fix the paint up just like new. I would highly recommend visiting Wilde and seeking out Rob if you are looking for an attentive, knowledgable, friendly, honest sales person.

Every time I would think of buying a car, I had a mini panic attack. I do not rate it high on my list of fun things to do; however, I needed a replacement car desperately. A friend referred me to Wilde Toyota and Rob Davis in Pre-Owned Sales. I am so glad he did. I have never had a more delightful car buying experience than the one I had this past weekend. One can easily tell Rob is committed to customer service. After a quite extensive online search through Wilde Toyota's plentiful pre-owned inventory, I set up an appointment with Rob to test drive a Certified, Pre-Owned Toyota Camry. Upon my arrival, he had the car at the front, warmed up, running, and ready to go... Three visits to Rob later... I am now the happy owner of a Certified, Pre-Owned Toyota Camry. I was in the market for a Lexus Rx350. I had did my research and checked out various dealer websites for months. When I to Wilde, I was greeted by Komi Senaya. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient. This was different from my previous car buying experiences that consisted of high pressure tactics and lies. The turnaround time from meeting with the finance person to discuss add on packages, change over license plates and pay for my car in cash lot was about 45 minutes. My experience was the best!!! He was very helpful, knowledgeable (with many, many years in the auto field), and was not pushy at all. He offered helpful advice, but always allowed us to reach our own decision. My husband and I bought a used Toyota Prius from Wilde Toyota to celebrate the New Year. We did A LOT of looking around on the internet, we came from IL. Wilde had the largest selection at the lowest prices available so we stopped there first. We checked with Donna to see if they were open on New Year s Day and she had us work with David Olguin. He was extremely nice, personable and knowledgeable. He was great to work with. He got us a great price on our vehicle. He even reserved the cars we were interested in viewing, so they were available when we got there.We told him of an experience we had at another dealership, several months before. They had an internet ad on a car, but when we got there it was $2000 more than listed, he wouldn t budge on price at all. Wilde prices are better than theirs to start.Needless to say we are thrilled to find Wilde and bought our vehicle with the peace of mind that we got a great deal. I tell everyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle to go to Wilde Toyota and that David Olguin was great to work with! We will be back!

I was looking for a used Highlander or Sienna and knew Wilde was a large dealer. Komi Senaya was the sales person I dealt with. He was knowledgable and low key. I had done a lot of research on the 2 models and so I felt I had a good background to evaluate the cars. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Highlander Limited in late November and so far I am enjoying it. Komi was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions.The only caveat I would give relates to the experience of actually paying for the car. After agreeing to the price, you will be turned over to a finance person. At that point you will be presented with several "add on" packages such as maintenance extensions, special exterior sealants, etc. The finance person goes through the extra packages very quickly and indicates you have to make the decision right away at that point. Sometimes the packages are combined at a discount. You don't really have an opportunity to review all the information. It also took about an hour from the time I finished the negotiation with Komi to the point I met with the finance person. I was paying cash for the purchase so there was no credit check involved. I would have preferred to see these options in advance and have a chance to review them and ask better questions about what was included or not.Otherwise the actual buying experince was very good.

Yesterday I stopped by Wilde Toyota to do a quick visual inspection of a couple of Siennas I saw on line. Dave Olguin came out into the lot to greet me, even though I was there 15 minutes before the dealership was opening for the day. He was very knowledgable, helpful and a great listener. After a family event in Sheybogan that morning and visiting another car dealership, I returned and spent more time with Dave and took a test drive and bought the car that night. My wife and I went to Wilde on Saturday morning to test drive some SUVs. Keslin met us in the parking lot and asked if he could help. As neither my wife or I has ever owned an SUV, we asked many questions to compare what is on the market to meet our needs having a toddler and a baby on the way. Keslin was very knowledgable. He listened to our wants and when we arrived back from test driving one vehicle, he had another that fit our wish list ready to go. We ended up buying that vehicle Keslin found. Our experience could not be better. Keslin was the very opposite of the stereotypical car salesmen. He was not pushy and listened to what we wanted to buy instead of telling us what the dealership wanted to sell. As we were inside negotiating price and trade-in value with the manager Ian (nice guy), Keslin noticed our toddler was get anxious. He left and came back with a toy which helped settle him down. This thoughtful act topped off our already very positive experience. I would highly recommended making Wilde Toyota your first stop if you are in the market to buy a vehicle. I am sure they will make you and your family feel as comfortable as they did mine.

He was polite, listened to what I said, and got me a better deal. Not only was he an excellent salesmen, but he was a person too...didnt push anything on me, was there to answer questions when I needed him. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Lo twice. He was really friendly from the beginning, honest, and answered all of my questions. I was at my last chance since I had already gone to a previous dealership and got denied since I needed a co-signer. Little do these other dealerships understand, that not everyone has a possible co-signer. Anyways, I ended up getting approved as long as it was the right car. My car came with the dealers warranty and I felt at peace. Unfortunately, I totaled my car due to someone else's reckless driving so I went back a second time. Same service, everything was great, I trust this dealership very much. What surprised me was the fact that I told Phil I had gotten into a car accident, and he was so concerned and made sure I was ok. The person who closed my deal even knew and he was concerned and great about it as well. Mike was his name, and he was thorough with the finance paperwork and didn't sell me anything I did not want. Also, even the finance manager Mo asked me if I was ok, glad I was returning as a second time buyer, which surprised me since I had never met with Mo but at least they communicate and express concern for their customers. Overall, a great dealer, great salesman, great finance manager, and I always refer my friends here. They have a long time customer in my book.

If you are looking for a used Toyota, just call Wilde Toyota in West Allis WI, and ask for David Olguin. We were lucky to first work with David a few years ago when my daughter was looking for a used Toyota. David quickly put us at ease by asking us a lot of questions and taking notes about what we were interested in. He was thorough, honest, straightforward, and no-pressure. I had printouts of the used Toyotas from Wilde and the competition, and he took the time to look through them with us one by one. David also explained the advantages of a Certified used car. After selecting a few to test drive David said, o, take your time and so we did. We went up and down the local streets, took it on the freeway, tested the cruise control and everything we could think of testing. We even took it to our mechanic to look it over and take it for a quick test drive. My daughter has been a happy Toyota Camry owner for over 4 years now. So when it was time for my son to look at used Toyotas I immediately called Wilde to make sure David was still working there. Happy to hear that he was, I went to their web site and started researching Certified Camrys. I called David and then sent him a list of cars we were interested in via email (davidolguinatwildetoyota.com) so he could review them and be ready to discuss when we arrived. We went over the list when we got there, picked our top 2, and were quickly on the road doing our test drives. My son is now a happy Toyota Camry owner, and we are again satisfied customers. Also I noticed a few days after picking up the car that the owner manual was missing. I called David who quickly found and mailed us the Camry Owner Manual, along with the Warranty and Maintenance Guide.

We went to this dealership, because we thought it was the same one where we took my 95 year old mother to buy her last car several years ago. It wasn't the same dealership, but we lucked out. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the time and patience Tommy Haynes was willing to give us. We are very picky consumers...and, my husband is an engineer. That means that Tommy had to answer numerous questions, before we were satisfied. We never make a decision, right on the spot. We thought we had decided on the used car we wanted. But, after sleeping on it, we changed our mind the next morning. We headed back to the Wilde Toyota and our new friend, Tommy. He was as pleasant with us, when we got back there, as he was upon our first meeting. Took the time to listen to our concerns. Showed us our other options. (We thought we wanted a V6, instead of a 4 cylinder. Mostly, to tow our boat instead of using our Silverado Truck.) After considerable deliberation and consultation, we eventually decided to stick with our original choice, the RAv4. Color and model year had a lot to do with it. But, Tommy's input made the decision easier rather than more difficult. We are very pleased with the patience he showed us. He never made us feel like we were being difficult. We would not hesitate to buy another car from him or this dealership. We haven't had any service work done, as of yet. So, we can't rate it, at this time. The Finance Manager, Mike Horne and Anthony Fournier (Assistant Finance Director, both worked with us to complete all the necessary paper work. Both here highly efficient and did their best to get us out of there as quickly as possible.

I needed a truck for my company and went to Wilde Toyota. I was approached by Bill Grunert and he helped me to decide which truck would be best for my business. Bill very patiently took me through what was available and did not pressure me. I left the dealership to think about my options and went back an hour and a half later to work on deal. In about 2 1/2 hours Bill had me driving away in a new truck. Bills knowledge and experience were extremely helpful and he stayed past closing to ensure I got my truck. He helped me choose a car and lease option that worked for me and my needs, preferences, and budget. Wide Toyota is almost too good to be true! When I e-mialed, they got back to me immediately to answer my questions. Same thing when I texted or called. When I drove up from Chicago, my salesman Jamie Long had the cars I wanted to see waiting for me--engines on, heat on, ready to roll. Jamie warned me against buying one of the cars I was interested in because it had fluid leaks; he said he didn't want to make an angry customer out of me. He even took the time to point out things to look for when buying a car to make sure it hadn't ever been in an accident. When it came time to negotiate, there was no negotiation. I simply told Jamie what my limit was, he relayed that to the boss, and five minutes later we were shaking hands. And since I've been researching used cars and used car prices for over a month now, I know I got a good deal on the car. Jamie is personable, professional, funny, easy going, and a good salesman who won't make you feel slimy when you drive off the lot. Oh, one more thing: if Jamie sends you an e-mail written in all caps, don't let it make you think he's pushy; he's just from Texas!

Recently purchased a new Toyota Prius C III from Robert Podeszwa at Wilde Toyota. The ordering and waiting process for Prius C's is quite long, at no fault of the dealer, but during the 2 and 1/2 months, Robert was very helpful and communicative. And when the car finally arrived, he was quite knowledgeable about the car's technology and added accessories as well. Searching for a used car over a two week period Wilde Toyota came up quite a lot. I found a listing there that was better than most. I had limited time (over lunch) to go and check it out. Jamie Shay accommodated my interest quickly, finding the car before it had been completely finished for presentation. I left a deposit and purchased the car the following day where the car had been completely cleaned and run through their checklist ready to go. I started looking for my first car in November of 2011. To be blunt, I had only so much money and the dealers I went to, always tried to get me to refinance. When I went in check out a Ford Escort, I expected to not have my total not listened to but David was different. The Ford Escort keys were missing in action, when I came to visit. After a lifetime of getting great wholesale deals on used cars from a family member in the business, I purchased my first NEW car yesterday. I was impressed with Rob Davis' no nonsense pricing. I didn't have to play the game and got a GREAT PRICE right out of the gates. The atmosphere was welcoming and everyone was friendly. After having an earlier positive experience with a Wilde Honda lease car, I will definitely be back to any WILDE dealership. There's a reason they're the largest! Overall good experience. I had a great salesperson, Gary Thao help out and he did a wonderful job from being patient, informative, and respectful. Only downfall so far is that the car is making noise, not loud, but it is. Also the glove compartment broken where you insert the key and was glad they let me remove the banged up hub caps for some better ones on the lot.

I normally don't deal with with big dealerships because all they care about is getting a sale. I was very satisfied with Matthew Husting. He took the time to make sure I found a Toyota Camry that best suited me and I love it. I hope the good service continues in the future. For now I think they're great!

6/13/2012 I purchased a 2003 Mitsubishi Evo from David Olguin at Wilde Toyota. The whole sales experience was great, until I left with the vehicle. The car had modifications that caused a check engine light, and would not probably pass emissions. We had talked extensively about this, and they suggested registering the vehicle up north, to avoid going through emissions. My sister in law lives in Appleton, so everything was all good. Until, a week and a half later when I get the letter saying I had to go to emissions. I promptly called David about this, and he said he would get back to me on this, which was 4 weeks ago. I've since had to buy an used exhaust, and a O2 sensor ($400) to pass emissions. Thanks, David! I purchased an extended warranty as well, and had concerns about some of the paperwork, and still no response. I will say this, the whole process of buying the car was great, but the customer service ends once you leave the lot with the car. I have purchased cars from multiple dealers, and they have bent over backwards if there were any issues afterwards, but not here. You can tell they are strictly on volume, and pushing as many cars out the door, rather than good customer service, and getting repeat customers, and referrals.

As a first-time car buyer I was unsure what to expect. I found a promising 2010 Corolla LE on Wilde's well-designed website, but I didn't know how the dealership visit would go. I worked with Jamie Shay who answered my questions and provided whatever help I needed. He also volunteered useful information on the vehicle. Thanks to Jamie and Jeff Klawitter in the Finance Department, buying the Corolla was a painless experience. In 2011, I went to Wilde and talked to "Big Mike" about buying a 2001 Camry. It had a lot of miles, and wasn't in the best condition, but at the time the price was right. While discussing prices he laughed in my face. After instantly walking out of the dealer, I decided I would probably not be returning. Now in 2012, my brother decided to purchase a 2009 Camry and came here. He ended up working with a salesman named David Olguin. David was really helpful for my brother. A few months later, I still was in need of a car and ended up finding a 2009 Chevy Malibu at this dealer. I wasn't too happy about this, but I figured I'd give it one more chance, this time working with David O. He was so extremely helpful. I ended up buying a 2008 Saturn Aura from him. He was really helpful discussing prices, especially since I was financing the car at the age of 19 years old with no co-signer. He did not try to trick me or lie about anything. The vehicle also needed the rear driver side door fixed, and a piece of plastic in the bumper replaced. Both were fixed free of charge because of David O. He also was able to fill it up with a full tank of gas. I was really happy with him because he did everything he said he would. I was glad I could buy a car from him and be a repeat customer.

I recently leased a new Rav4 with the help of David Olguin. Both of my parents had each worked with him to purchase and lease vehicles in the past and recommended him to me. He was great and made the process very easy. He was not pushy like most salesmen and really wanted to find the right car at a price that worked for me. I received the vehicle in excellent condition and am very happy with my purchase. I recently bought a used 2010 Toyota Corolla. I worked with Sales Representative David Olguien and he was VERY helpful. I felt very comfortable and not at all pressured to look or consider something that I was not interested in. I came and looked at the car and told him I was interested and he just responded "take it home and get a feel for it and bring it back". This was great since I had been hesitant about buying a few cars and they were sold from right under me. The only downside was that the paperwork and conmtracts took a long time to prepare. We were at the dealership for close to four hours. David was very forgiving and everything worked out great. Altogether good experience!

My wife and I just bought a Prius V III. Gary, our salesperson, was patient, calm, and thorough. He cheerfully answered and re-answered our questions until we were satisfied. He began the paper work process only when we were ready. Vicky Sylvester, the Business Manager, is special. She calmly and thoroughly explained every item that she covered and made certain the we understood the purpose and expected result of the items that we would have to pay extra and how they would benefit us. Max Smith, Sales Manager, came and talked to us and made us feel right at home. He made certain that we were comfortable with our purchase. I rate the Sales Experience as Superior. I rate the Prius V III as Outstanding. I can only say "Thanks" for the best car-buying experience of my life.

After owning Pontiacs all my life, I decided to check out Toyota Camrys when Pontiacs were discontinued. I wanted a used, lower mileage 4 door. I worked with Dave Olguin. I have never, ever in 8-10 cars I've purchased had such a wonderful experience. I liken car buying to a colonoscopy - only I'd rather have the colonoscopy! Dave changed that entirely. My husband & I told him what we wanted, we test drove a VW that we kinda' liked, by the time we got back from that - Dave had my perfect car waiting for me to test drive. We bought it! Financing was a breeze, Dave was awesome and I'm having Dave keep his eyes open for a newer model. He's my car salesman for life!

We bought a used Toyota Prius with the help of Jamie Long on Monday and we are very happy with our experience at Wilde Toyota. Jamie helped us get the car we wanted and with the price we wanted to pay. We are very happy with our Prius and would recommend it to anyone looking for an environmentally friendly car. We bought the car on a Monday and on Thursday Jamie called us and checked in. He has helped us fix or schedule someone to fix the few things we had a problem with (no manual and a few paint scratches). Overall we would recommend buying from Jamie at Wilde Toyota.

My husband and I went to Wilde knowing we wanted a Toyota, but unclear as to what we wanted. Jamie Shay ended up walking us through this whole process and he was not only very imformative, but patient and kind. He has a real knack for explaining things in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the answers to our questions and was not pushy in any way. We went back on 2 occasions and he helped us each time without bothering us in any way to rush into a decision. He went above and beyond to have a happy customer! He discovered a way for us to get a rebate after the sale was complete and he proceeded to contact us via email, text and phone to ensure we didn't miss out on additional savings, even when he had no incentive to do so, other than getting a customer a better deal. My husband and I really liked Jamie and would recommend him to anyone in need of a car! We also have always like Wilde and wouldn't shop elsewhere for a vehicle! We worked finances with Michael and he was so wonderful too! He was friendly, efficient, described everything in detail, yet in common terms. He not only did his job and did it well, but he was fun to joke with and very personable! We also had some interactions with the Manager Terry and again it is clear why the staff at Wilde are so good at what they do and appear to be quite happy doing it. Terry was super friendly, professional and again answered all questions for us and was a real pleasure to work with.
