Ask for Mitch!!! Really laid back people who will help you get where you want to be. Had my credit shotgunned by another dealership, they worked quick and effectively to get me an awesome rate with nothing down. David the finance manager was also great with moving numbers around to include a warranty and keep my payment pretty close to what I was already going to pay. Didn’t catch the managers name but just see Mitch from sales if you need a car and you will get taken care of.

I went into the dealership with a capital one financing option. I walked out with a better deal than I could have ever expected, and with a car I am extremely happy with. I am to the moon with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase. S/O to Miguel (Jenaro) and crew for making sure I was well taken care of.

Had a minor repair but it had to be done. The part should have cost at most $125. They charged me twice that. Then they charged me $200 an hour for labor. Almost $700 for a repair that should have cost $200-300. An outrageous example of price gouging. I would have given 1 star but I gave an extra one because they have been decent on occasion in the past. But this place leans towards overcharging. Go elsewhere.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Infiniti of Van Nuys! Anthony was great sales person. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Danny in finance got all the paperwork done quickly and straightforward. If I had one knock was that it took a little too long to get the car ready. Beyond that... 5 star service.

We were skeptical to buy a used car from a dealer as we have always bought from private parties but we enjoyed the experience. There was no silly salesman talk. Hayen treated us very well and went over and above to help us. When we are ready to buy again, we will come back to Infiniti of Beverly Hills.Prices are very reasonable and cars are in excellent condition

I purchased a CPO Infiniti car from Infiniti of Beverly Hills. I drove to the dealer without an appointment (I tried to make an appointment online but no one contacted me). I was greeted by Nick from the Sales department. He's easy to work with, knowledgeable about the Infiniti cars, and doesn't try to hard sell you. After test driving two cars that I was interested in, I decided on the car that I wanted to purchase so I worked out the numbers with Nick. After going back and forth a few times, we came to an agreement on the deal. I waited for awhile in the lobby for my turn to do the paperwork with the fiance manager. After going through the paperwork and discussing about the extra warranty/coverage on the car with the fiance manager Kevin, I was out of the dealer with my new car. I got a fair value on my trade in. Both Nick and Kevin have promptly responded to multiple emails from me after the purchase. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership. Be prepared to stay at least a few hours if you do decide on purchasing a car.

This is not your ordinary car dealership its more like a boutique store in the heart of Beverly Hills and middle of Wilshire blvd. I got treated with tons of respect and especially respected my time. Less than 2 hours leased a vehicle and I was out of there. 2016 Infiniti Qx70s black on black on black. They even tinted the car for me at no extra cost.No hidden fees or gimmic with down payment or drive offs or any add on the vehicle like my horrible experience with Glendale.Good Job guys!!!

Got my 2013 Porsche Panamera from them. Nate Brown helped me out and treated me VIP all the way. Extremely professional and on point. Vehicle was in great shape and kept in their indoor used car showroom not some outside lot.Clean offices and facility, where you can shop quietly withoutthe car dealership chaos and disturbing noises.Love my experience love my new car. Got a 2013 toyota prius chopped 3 different toyota dealer and finally got it from an infiniti dealer. Clean clean clean car at a great price and best interest for financing. Nice professional dealership infiniti of beverly hills

Got a 2013 g37 s coupe. Shoped for weeks and finally got the best deal on great car with only 8000 miles on it. Ron and nagy were great got me also %0.9 financing with their bank. Im part if their family now.

The pictures in this listing clearly show this is an automatic transmission car yet it is listed as a manual. How can I trust a dealer who can't get the details correct? Details count when making a large purchase like a car!
