My husband and I have been looking for a new car since October, and decided that an outback would be the way to go. We decided to pop in last Saturday to test drive the car and to make a final decision. Our salesperson, Christina, was very knowledgeable about the car, and i felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision that day. She was able to answer all of our questions, let us test drive a few different vehicles, and was over all, very low key. We did wind up purchasing our outback that day and were very pleased with how smoothly everything went.

We were approached by Jonathan Arias and were very pleased with his overall demeanor and attitude towards the sometimes stressful process of purchasing a vehicle. He wasn't your 'typical salesman' trying to pressure us into buying something right away. We went off with some valuable information and started discussing.Fast forward to the past week. Jonathan had to go out of town but was kind enough to set us up with Rob Folks. We met with Rob and were extremely happy with the substitution. Both Jonathan and Rob are OUR kinds of salesmen. No pressure, understanding of our concerns, and not trying to push us for something we may not need/want. Rob was able to locate the Outback we wanted, color, interior, and trim level at another dealer in the area. A really great thing about Mid-City is that they will do everything to get you into the exact car you're looking for. He even drove out one of their cars and traded that one for ours and drove it back. We saw the car, traded in ours, and even got a better financing deal than we originally came with!I really can't say anything negative about Mid-City or our great salesman we had the pleasure of working with, Jonathan and Rob. Thank you so much, guys, for getting us into a fantastic Subaru!

We highly recommend Mid City Subaru for your next Subaru purchase. I comparison shopped over the internet and Mid City was not only very responsive but gave the best price. We test drove a Forester (which we previously had a 2003 and loved it) and an Outback to compare styles. Dan Romero assisted us 2 weekends in a row with these test drives because of our indecisiveness and limited time (we have an 18 month old who came with us). He gave us his email and cell phone to reach him anytime. After deciding on the Forester next was the color choice decision, which again, Dan was very understanding and we never felt pressured. We decided on the Forester 2.5i Touring in white with brown leather interior. Mid City also offered a ResistAll package to protect both the interior and exterior of all sorts of wear and tear for the lifetime you have the car. Since we have a kid and another on the way this made complete since. Though we went in dreading this car buying experience from previous horror stories (not with Mid City) this was the best experience I could have asked for.

I had an awful experience at Grand Subaru (long story), so I was really apprehensive and guarded when I contacted MidCity Subaru. Not necessary! Tina S. is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but very open, straightforward, and friendly. I chose Subaru for reliability, longevity, and safe driving in severe winter weather, but Tina explained *why* Subaru excels in those areas. She assessed my specific needs (long commute, high mileage, plan for long-term ownership, tall passengers, etc) and made sure I was getting the right vehicle for my family. The entire purchase was hassle-free, stress-free, fast, and smooth. Brian Martin in the finance department made sure that I understood everything about the purchase and warranty. Tina thoroughly oriented me to my new car (first new car in 17 years, so she had a lot of tech to teach me!). She and MidCity have contacted me to make sure I'm completely satisfied and to let me know they will handle any questions or concerns in the future. I've already had my car in for a complementary service, and that service department runs very smoothly and on-time. Most importantly, I love my new Forester. I've already put over 5K miles on it in less than 3 mos and the driving experience is so smooth, solid, and comfortable. The interior and functions are so convenient and luxurious, it really feels like a luxury car to me. I think Subaru offers an excellent value, and I got a great deal on my 2016 Forester from MidCity. First off, the only reason I purchased a vehicle here was because they were the only one with the specific trim/color that I wanted and I couldn't wait for the other Subaru dealers to find me one. My main disappointment of Midcity Subaru was from the Salesman named Bart Chari. Almost 3 weeks ago. I purchased a used 2016 WRX (Monday, Aug. 15) and Bart failed to mention that the master keys to the vehicle were missing and that they only have the Valet Key, after the papers Bart pretended to find the master keys to the vehicle, then told us that He would mail the keys when he finds them and will order us new keys if he had to. Well, 2 days (wednesday) later I called Midcity Subaru to talk to Bart (3 times before I could get ahold of him) I asked him about the keys and he said, they were still looking for em. I then told Bart that I will just pick up the master keys. I called again on Thursday and asked for Bart. I couldn't get ahold of him anymore. Even on emails, Bart wouldnt respond to me. The Midcity call operator just keeps on forwarding me to the manager's voicemail (Joe) which I left messages on and never got a single call back. On friday, I did a little research and messaged their main office on facebook (Berman Auto Group) and asked if they could help me get my keys. Which worked beause the manager Joe called me the next day, I told Joe about my problem and he said he was aware of it(but never did anything) and he then asked me if I had it on the contract that they will give us the master keys. I said no but Bart told me before I left that he will find em and order me a new one if its lost. He then went ahead and told me that hes gonna order me a key and it will take 3-4 days to arrive (hmm subaru dealers dont have the keys in stock?). I thought yeah sure ill play along and said ok. It took 2 weeks for me to get the master keys and I had to do so much just to get the master keys to the vehicle. I really suggest everyone to go to the Subaru dealers in the suburbs instead (try Grand Subaru/Muller), because once Midcity gets your business, they will not care about you anymore. If I knew what BS i had to go through, I wouldve waited till the other dealers could find me the trim/color I wanted. If you had no option, but to go to midcity subaru then I suggest to not work with the salesman named Bart Chari.

Went to MidCity to check out Subarus, as 2 friends had recommended them. Will Mojica gave us a very comprehensive rundown on the Outback and Forester and let us test drive both. When we said we needed to think it over, there was no pressure to move quickly, and every time we contacted him for more info he came through, again with no pressure. When we decided on the model/features we wanted, he moved quickly to get one for us. In the 5 cars we have bought over the years, we have never had as easy and pleasant experience as with MidCity and Will. They make Subaru look good.

I recently walked into the parking lot of Mid-City Subaru . I was greeted by a nice young lady named Christina . Christina was very helpful in all areas . She walked me through the cars that she thought were best for me. I've been to many dealerships (Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Sierra Auto Group, McGrath City Honda , and McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago) looking for the right car to find and I felt like the salesman/ saleswoman didn't care for my needs they just wanted to get their commission off of me . Which was not the case for Christina . I highly recommend Mid - City Suburu and if you do go there ask for Christina .

We took our Impreza in last Friday for a Brake replacement and to have our foglight cover replaced. We had gotten into a minor fender bender a few months ago and so our front end was popping off on the passenger side. Without any request or acknowledgement (or charge for that matter), the service department fixed it enough to make it look a bit more aesthetically appealing. I have since driven it on the highway for the past 4 days and the front end is holding true. Saving for a wedding is rough and the front end was going to cost us well over $800, so the Berman Boys really came through. Service means everything to me. Despite not buying my car from them, should I get a Subaru in the future, I know exactly where I'm going!

The review - 'classic bait and switch' - I wish I had read that before buying my Forester at Mid City. I was promised 3 years of Sirius xm radio - worth over $600 - and was provided a 4 month trial. When I followed up with Mid City to see what they could do, they said they couldn't do anything. What a sham. Do not buy a vehicle there.

I would strongly suggest you take your money elsewhere. The financing person attempted to jack up the financing rate. Then the manager take away things that they offered it was terrible experience.Manager was rude beyond compare.

Last weekend was the straw that broke the back. I had a great buying experience with this dealer 3 years ago on a Legacy. I started discussing trading it in on a Forester back in Nov. and every time I called or visited ...there was a new person to talk to. First appointment had the saleperson out sick and we were assigned to someone else....upon arrival...they knew nothing and the car we were trying to test drive was not there...as promised. Second attempt was an exchange by email with their "specialized internet" sales team. Dates were set to test drive, etc. Suddenly all communications stopped. Efforts to confirm go unanswered. It snowed and I did not pursue. My third and final attempt was Saturday, May 14th...stopped in and walked the floor for 20 minutes....not one single person said hello, may we help you, anything we can do for you....as I was leaving I did get asked "how is it going today"...I responded 'NOT GOOD"... Sales folks were standing around talking and laughing and maybe three customers were being tended to. The best part about this dealer right now is their service department...they have always been very good to work with but one thing is clear...i will be buying a Forester from another dealer.

I called Mid City Subaru about a hour before I showed up. They told me that the vehicle will be waiting for me to test drive, and it was, Wow. My sales person, MARIE MUNOZ was very ATTENTIVE to my every need. She did EVERYTHING that I could imagine to make this deal as smooth as possible. As the haggling went on I didn't have to wait a long time for an answer. After about 1 1/2 hour I was driving away in the car that I want and also the price that I wanted..... I contacted Midcity Subaru to answer a question I had about leasing a car. I have never leased before so I wanted this question answered before I went any further in the process. I went on the live chat through their website and asked my question about leasing, But instead of answering my question the representative wanted to know when I was planning on making a decision. Didn't answer my question but went right into the old car dealer routine. I told the representative that I would just inquire elsewhere since they had no interest in helping me other than pinning down when they would receive money.

I had been working with Rebecca and Dana in the customer service office looking for a low priced pre-owned vehicle. They suggested a few cars over that period . I found out about the vehicle I bought within one day of its arrival. I went in met with Dan Romero who had the car ready. We quickly came to an agreement on price and they had me inand out of the finance office in no time. The process from start to finish took around 90 minutes. The sales girl Afiza was really funny. She was pretty knowledgeable about the product. The process was fairly simple. Went back and forth twice and the G.M. came out and finished the numbers. Easy stuff. Rick in finance was cool and sold me a warranty. Overall I am very satisfied with MidCity Subaru. The GM was awesome a pretty good guy. I had a small scratch and he sent a mobile detailing company to my work and they buffed out the scratch. Perfecto. My partner and I would do it again.

Searched all over the metro Milwaukee area for a Subaru Outback.I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, in a used, low miles Subaru outback. so I decided to search south of the border. After looking at several Subaru dealers, I came across Mid city Subaru. In looking at their inventory ,I found exactly what I was looking for. I called and was given to Kodi, the used car manager. We hit it off immediately. Between Kodi, Brian Ferguson and Rick Tandy, I got a GREAT car at a GREAT price. Thank you to the team!! YOU'RE THE BEST! Best car (Subaru Outback ) that I have ever owned. The ONLY problem that occurred was the dealer policy that I couldn't put it all on a credit card. It still worked out and I am completely satisfied.

I just wanted to let you know how nice of an experience I had when I purchased my car from Mid City Subaru. In this day and age when bad news travels faster than good news, I try to take it upon myself to acknowledge superior customer service. Adam Markiewicz was my sales person. He went above and beyond for me. The day before I purchased the car was the same day I saw the car online. Adam went outside with his personal cell phone and was my eyes and ears as he walked around the car describing to me in detail what he saw. He also started the car to insure me that there were no warning lights on and that it operated normally. I told Adam I wanted the car and he said he would hold it for me until I arrive. He assured me that he would be working when I arrived. I live in Kansas City, so I had to fly into Chicago. Adam advised me on the airport and requested me to contact him, on his personal cell phone, upon arrival. Next, he instructed me on how to get to the subway train, the cost and which station to get off. He then wanted me to contact him once I was off the train and he arrived within a few minutes to pick me up and take me to your dealership. He was so courteous. It was a cold day. He greeted me with a smile. He had the car warm and the passengers heated seat on, very nice! Great first impression! When we arrived at the dealership, I dont think I ever touched the entrance or exit doors to the dealership as Adam always held the door open for me. When I first saw the car, it was spotless. He had told me the day before that he would have it washed and ready for me. He backed up his words. He then went over the functions of the vehicle and we went for a test drive. I was sold! I am so pleased with the courteous and professional service I received along with Adams honesty, the car was just as Adam described. If the rest of your staff is a courteous, thoughtful and pleasant to deal with as Adam Markiewicz, you are truly blessed. My entire purchase experience was very comfortable. It should be a happy experience when investing in a vehicle. Thank you Adam for making that happen.

We received a quote for an internet deal on the Subaru Outback Limited (2015) in the color we wanted. We told the sales person we'd be in at about 7:30/8:00 to test drive it. We were going there to buy the car. Hour drive to Portage Park. We arrive and are told that the car is sold. Then, upset, we spoke to the manager who said that the owner took the car home. We went in to buy a car tonight. Left without one and won't be back. Hope the owner likes the car, he'll have it for longer than he would have had. Thanks for wasting our time. Don't go here for a car unless you like a pointless joy ride to the northwest side.

I will not be doing business with this dealership moving forward. My paperwork was filed incorrectly, resulting in multiple trips (4) to the dealership, each time I was assured that the issue would be corrected and I would receive the documents necessary to register my car in the state of Ohio. The issues have taken nearly 2 months to resolve. The general manager, Jordan Tidhar, never returned a single phone call. I did ultimately have a meeting with Jordan, in which he was dismissive, disrespectful and very unprofessional. During our meeting he did not introduce himself, or shake a hand. He never apologized for my inconveniences, in fact he blamed me for the circumstance stating "he cannot be held responsible for the state of Ohio requiring a notarized document". He took no responsibility and offered no apologies. Because of misfiled paperwork and lack of follow up I have now signed a total of 3 leases, each time the amount owed on my part has increased due to their mistakes. Upon reaching a resolution of the issue Jordon slapped a check down on the desk, and stomped away. He is a terrible reflection on Subaru, and I would not recommend using this dealership as long as he is in charge.

Since the Subaru location opened, I have been coming here for my service. After having a bad experience with a private auto mechanic, I've learned that I cannot trust anyone with my vehicle. My car was tampered purposely by one of the guys at the shop-just so i can continue to do business with them. For that reason, I visited these guys who are very knowledgeable about the work they do. Mid City Subaru doesn't play the "usual" car dealer games. I had been looking for a 2014 Forester and had received several price quotes online and called a dealership to make sure they had the Forester in stock and they said yes. I drove half an hour away to the dealership and when I arrived they showed me a different car than the one I had called for and had been assured that it was there. After 20 minutes of him "looking" for the car he came back with his manager and said they were sorry for the mistake but could order me one and it would take 4 weeks. I left the dealership and was ready to go home when my wife called Mid City Subaru and talked to Joel and he promised us that the Forester was there. When we arrived Joel took us right to the Forester. He was very knowledgeable on Subaru's and made the whole process easy and straight foreword. The manager Jordan came out to greet us when we arrived and thanked us for the business. Thanks Joel and Jordan for getting us the Subaru we wanted thank you again!

Mid City Subaru and Milton Stewart our salesman made the car buying experience great. My wife and I purchased a Pre-Owned Forester and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The location was easy to find and convenient to get to from downtown. The facilities are bright and inviting and even had a TV, so that I could watch the Bulls game. Milton was kind, courteous, and honest. He answered all of our questions, provided us with honest feedback, and was thoughtful enough to challenge us with questions to ensure we had explored all options. When it came time to negotiate, Milton presented us with a fair an honest quote at the time we sat down at his desk. From there we were able to discuss all aspects of the quote honestly and freely and we arrived at a final price shortly thereafter. Once we agreed on a price, we moved over to the finance department. Nikki, the finance manager provided us with fast and courteous service and got us out the door quickly with a term and rate that we were happy with. I would recommend Mid City, Milton and the rest of the Team to my family and friends.

?World Class Rude and Incapable Management? read, think, and stay away from them.I will shed some insightful light on how MidCity?s Subaru Service handled my tire repair and let you make a decision if you really want to service your car there or buy a car from them.After a few weeks of continuous minor leaks of air pressure in my tire, I contacted MidCity Subaru for an inspection of my tire. On the first visit they did not discover anything wrong. During the second visit there was a more significant leak noticed, and two weeks later a nail in my tire was revealed. They recommended plugging it. The way they plugged it was by creating a bigger hole and forcing a rubber plug through the hole without even taking the tire off the rim. Making things worse, they plugged it on the side wall! This method of external plugging and even attempting to fix a hole on a sidewall is known to be unsafe and prohibited under the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA), the tire industry's national association. Six weeks later, continuous tire leakage occurred and this time I called Yokohama?s tire manufacturer to advise me on it. Yokohama sent me to my local NTB and upon a subsequent inspection a second nail was discovered. However, NTB refused to fix my tire (by patching the nail hole) because they stated that this tire was repaired incorrectly before, it is unsafe, and they do not want to touch it because of understandable liability consequences in the future. NTB told me ?Only mom?s n pop?s shop would do it!?I went straight to MidCity Subaru to confront them about the tire and they denied that they installed this plug! Marcel (the service manager) said that they wouldn?t do something like that, and yet they did! I asked him to show me the plug MidCity installed six weeks ago, but he could not. Then, apparently he lost control of himself and with his world class service mannerism screamed in my face to ?get out! get out!? and threatening to tow my car away ? imagine. Let me make it clear, that service department denied that they incorrectly repaired my tire even though I have documentation ? think about it. The general manager Jordan was not helpful at all and stood by his technician not willing to even listen to my explanation. After asking him for help in the resolution of this issue, he said that he was not interested in helping me because I rated him low in the new car buyer survey sent from Subaru HQ. I found them on Cars.com. The experience started with a low price & great communication with their internet manager, and then a very knowledgeable salesperson(Gary). I usually dread the "negotiation/trade-in" process, but not here. I was happy with what they gave me for my old car, and they printed out a sheet with all the #'s up front, including a list of different payments. Something I have never been offered before. When I sat down with the Finance Manager, the smooth process continued. There was just a sort of happiness at this dealership. Something I can't say I have really seen before when buying a car.

I first visited Mid City Subaru at the end of March 2012 when I needed to have a factory recall inspected as well as have a squeaky belt checked out. The service team was very pleasant on the phone and was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. After dropping my car off I was promptly called and informed that all my car needed was to have the alternator belt tightened which they simply did while inspecting the the parts being recalled. I was in and out the same day with no hassle. What really made this dealership standout is the second half of my experience. Approximately one week after my visit, the brake light came on in my car. Having done good work the first time, I took my car back to Mid City. During the first week of March I had brake troubles while on a road-trip in Michigan. I took my car to a local shop, got my brakes fixed, and drove back home to Chicago. Obviously the fix was done improperly since it re-occurred a month later. Again the the team at Mid City got me in the day I called and was able to right everything with my Subaru in one afternoon. During both visits, Jessica in parts and service handled my business. She was prompt in calling me with updates and very clear on explaining the steps needed for my car repair. Through both experiences she, and the rest of team, were both pleasant and professional in making my car repairs as painless as possible . The drive from downtown Chicago is a little long but it is well worth it. I definitely recommend them. Ask for Jess.

I spent a few hours there checking out a car.Signed a contract to purchase it, to be picked up the next day. 3 hours after I left, I received a voicemail stating that after I left, the dealership owner showed up with a friend who bought the car I had just bought ! What kind of business are you running? I'll never deal with them again ! So much for customer service !

I bought a 2011Forrester last summer, great car, but a little too short in the leg room department. I wanted to try an Outback. Jordan, the GM,was kind enough to lend me his personal vehicle for an afternoon to be sure I would be comfortable. I was. Regina Conry took over from there.I received a more than fair trade in for my Forrester and found the perfect Outback at an acceptable price. Neither Jordan nor Regina were pushy. Financing was also straight forward and very easy. I do recommend this dealership. Ask for Regina.

This dealership is managed by terribly negligent and irresponsible people. My experience is with salesperson Pam and her manager Jordan.I purchased a 2012 Subaru Impreza on Saturday 01/14/12. The overall experience of buying my first new car was not as horrendous as I was prepared to experience. Pam was pretty enthusiastic and I was offered a pretty good price compared to my hours of research beforehand, so I left satisfied.All joy turned to horror when I was contacted TWO DAYS later from Pam regarding an open recall on the Impreza that had not been serviced before my car was put on the active sale list. The recall is for the master cylinder in the brake pedal, which in its faulty state can cause a soft brake feel, excess brake pedal travel, and the driver to misjudge the amount of pressure required to bring the car to a full stop (in turn, possibly leading to an accident). We are not talking about a door handle or a windshield wiper, rather a part that is crucial to a vehicle's safety in all its operation.I took another day to gather information regarding the recall and Subaru's direct mandates to dealership. It is a federal violation for any dealer to release a car for sale before the part has been replaced. As if that matters to Mid City. When I met with Jordan to get some answers about how such a terrific oversight could have occurred, I was floored to hear him admit that this "innocent mistake" had already happened "a couple times this month." No recompense was offered and when asked if I wanted to return the car, I definitely said yes.These people certainly do not deserve my business and I will make their dangerous carelessness known in every relevant outlet available to prevent others from facing the same trouble I did. Take heed, stay away from Mid City, and if you are considering a 2012 Impreza, Forester, or Outback, be sure to ask the dealer, ANY OTHER dealer, if they have performed the recall service.

There was a miscommunication over the phone between Lance and myself about the work needed to be done on a clutch replacement. Before the work commenced he said he could get me out the door at X dollar amount, it ended up being far more.I take responsibility for not being realistic at the time, the car repair was one way outside of my budget. But at the same time I really feel that Lance took advantage of the situation, he knew exactly where I was coming from, I was completely honest with him. Perhaps he was frustrated with my neurotic response to his quotes, but at the end of the day he did not take responsibility for his half of the miscommunication.the clutch replacement was perfect.However, They did not mention to me that the car had a significant oil leak which eventually resulted in a computer malfunction. I took the car to autotime, where they are much better communicators and don't take advantage of the situation. Plus their labor rates are 30 dollars per hour lower.

This was my first positive car buying experience in 25 years. I asked for a price and they agreed to it, there were no standard go back and forths and waste of energy and time. Really good knowlegable folks, excellent vehicle (outback) and quality for a great price.

When we found ourselves needing to buy a new car, we had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted. We also knew we wanted to test-drive as many cars that fit that description as possible and that it would take awhile. We started at Mid City Subaru, where we met Adam Denero. He was informative and patient and not at all pushy, even when he watched us leave after that initial visit. He kept in touch with us, via email, throughout our search. As that search continued and we met more and more salespeople at other dealerships I kept hoping we would end up buying the Subaru just so we could buy our new car from Adam. As I've already said, he is informative and patient and not at all pushy, and he is kind and personable and not at all pushy. He's great and I hope he's still there when it comes time to buy our next car.

Lance Groff did an excellent job helping me decide what repairs needed to be done to my Subaru and what repairs could be postponed for a later date.He even replaced a tail light for free that he noticed was out as I was driving away.

I had been going elsewhere to have work done on my car but due to change in staffing I decided it was time for a change. A mutual friend introduced me to Lance Groff and he suggested I come into Mid City Subaru. I called Lance and he was able to get my car in on the same day. I was treated with nothing but professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I did not feel like I was being "scammed" or asked to spend more than was necessary like I was starting to feel elsewhere. Keep it up, Lance and Mid City Subaru!

I called to schedule an appointment for service. I was hearing a noise on the right side near the wheel, and figured it may be suspension related. The person I spoke to, Lance was extremely helpful and friendly; and also noticed that I was due for an oil change too. In a world where quality care and customer service are often forgotten, it was refreshing to deal with such a helpful individual. In the future, I will ask for Lance by name, and continue to coming to your dealership for service.

I was getting ready to leave out west in my Tribeca and I noticed my tire light came on. With not a lot of time to play with, I contacted Mid City and asked what to do. I spoke with Lance over the phone, he told me to bring my car in and they'll look at it. Took the car in, they looked at it and Lance explained it was a faulty tire sensor. He gave me an estimate on the cost,but explained that they didnt have the part in stock. I explained the trip that was planned that day and the urgency of getting this fixed. Lance called a few other dealerships, was able to locate this part somewhere else and explained it would be about two hours to get it. I was happy to wait, even happier when I found out it was himself that went to get the part on his lunch break. Lance's communication and willingness to go out of his way will keep me going back to Mid City for service.

I first called your service department and spoke with a gentleman in regards to the problem I was having with my vehicle. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and worked around my schedule the best he could to get my vehicle in for inspection/service as soon as possible. When I brought my car in, I asked for the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, Lance Groff, and after the mechanics looked at my car, he contacted me and was very informative and explained the problem to me in detail and the estimated cost. When I came in to pick up my vehicle Lance remembered my name which was very welcoming. I will continue to contact/deal with him on all my future service needs. Overall, he was a delight to deal with.

We just bought our car here and had a great experience. Our salesperson was Reggie and she was wonderful: informative, personable, and hard-working. She never pressured us to add bells and whistles to the car we wanted to buy (she asked, of course, but when it became clear that we knew exactly what we wanted, she didn't push). Reggie worked tirelessly to meet our needs. Jordan, Reggie's, manager, was also pleasant to work with and traded cars with another dealership to obtain the color and model we were looking for. Even Gary, the guy who goes over the contracts/financials once customers have settled on a purchase, was nice and funny. I would highly recommend Mid-City Subaru. If you go there, ask for Reggie: she is super!

I came to Pam looking to find a cheap car to get me back and forth from work. After asking me to tell her what I would want from a car, she suggested that I go with something a bit newer and with fewer miles. Luckily, I've always wanted a Subaru and they had plenty on the lot to show me. She introduced me to a Subaru Impreza Hatchback because she felt that was the car that would fit me the best. She was right! She found the perfect car for me and was a pleasure to work with. She also drove me back home because she would not stand for me taking the blue-line back in the 100 degree heat! I felt very comfortable working with both Pam and Regina because I felt they were looking out for my best interest and making sure that I found the vehicle that would be the safest for me. Regina helped me through all my paper work and was so helpful in answering all of my questions. I had lots of questions-- so many that I called her off the clock twice and she was glad to work with me! Overall, a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I will definitely be back and recommend this dealership, especially Pam and Regina, to all I meet!

It took a while for someone to give us the time of day when we arrived. Then a lot of typical dealer interaction. But the number one thing that drove me nuts here is the dealer's unwillingness to discuss price or financing with us without running our credit. Despite my assurances that it was spotless and that if for some reason we got to that stage, I wasn't going to hold them to hypothetical conversations in order that we could discuss options prior to committing. They insisted, then we had the discussion, but this general attitude pretty much clinched the fact that I wasn't going to do business with them then or in the future. Very stubborn and unprofessional in my opinion.

I took my 2005 Outback in for service November 08. I am new to the area but they were easy to get to and open late so I could make it after work without rushing.
