I usually don't write reviews but I have a good experience with them. After month and half from having my Honda it broke down and my warranty was for 30 days so I called them and Eric the manager told me no worries Caz u just bought the car we will cover the repair for u so I was very happy with there business. Google wont let do another review so I'm adding to my previous. When i needed another another car without hesitance i went to petra and sure enough got a great deal for a great car.

Definitely lacking compassion and customer service skills. I was made to feel less than due to having a repo & told “nobody will work with you”. Found a dealer & lender working with me for half the down payment these guys want & a better car! Don’t waste your time if you have any negative remarks on your credit.

PETRAS CAR LOT WAS ABLE TO HELP ME FIND THE RIGHT CAR FOR ME THAT I CAN AFFORD I HIGHLY RECOMMED ANYONE TO COME VISIT HERE REALLY GOOD PEOPLE OWNER IS REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL AND WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU NO MATTER YOUR FINANCIAL SIRCUMSTANCES, ALSO THEIR STAFF IS REALLY GREAT JUAN WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND GUIDE ME THROUGH EVERYTHING SOME GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!…. I purchased a 2010Chevy Malibu from them. They're really informative and nice. Helpful and willing to answer any questions you have about any cars. I will recommend them to family and friends. I plan to purchase again in a couple of months.

I bought a 2007 Scion Tc originally went here to look at different one but it had been sold a day or two earlier. I think i spoke with Juan not to sure but he was really friendly and helpful, showed me a cleaner Tc that was a little bit more but it was worth it. I've had the car for about a month now and i love it its clean no problems. They handle everything with the DMV honestly i don't recommend place unless they deserve it and i recommend this place.

I got a used nissan maxima from them 3 years ago and the car still runs like new to this day. The process went smoothly and quick. The staff is verly friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a used car.

I purchased my car from Petra about 3 years ago. I bought a 2004 Toyota Tundra. At the time I had issues with my credit where I needed financing and Eric was able to Finance me in house. I was very thankful for this also the whole car buying process went smoothly and everyone I dealt with was friendly still have my truck and I still love it and thanks again for all your help and very friendly staff!

Thanks Petra auto ....am writing this review after 3 month from buying my car as i had a 30 days warranty on it and something went wrong after little over 60 days and still they were able to help me out and fix it ...thanks for Eric great customer service and sherif he is the friendly sales person ...will recommend this dealer for a quality used cars :)

My husband and I knew of this dealership seen the past. We came to them a week ago to trade our acura in. The purchase process went smoothly and quick. By far the best auto transaction I have ever had. Eric answered my questions precisely as opposed to feeding me information I did not need. He listened before offering options. At some point I wondered if he was in this business to make money or to help people. That's why, in my books, he is a Transport Consultant.

I purchased my vehicle "Honda Accord" from Petra Auto Sales Couples of months ago, and what I can say about them is that they are so honest about everything. from the moment I stepped in, the sales were very helpful and professional, and the manager was really honest too he explained everything to me so there was nothing hidden, the manage, Eric,r by himself made sure that I got what I wanted and was very professional with me, till now I didn't have any problem with my car and it runs very good, and whenever I have a question they are always there to answer all my questions. I would definitely go back to them and my I will recommend it to my friends and family too.

I went to this dealership because their prices are very competitive. I decided on a Lexus RX 300, and negotiated the price with the manager.This is the first time I have purchased a used car and Eric was honest, friendly and no pressure.He took excellent care of me from the time I stepped on to the lot.I found the dealership to be very friendly and flexible. Petra Auto Sales is my first, and only option (as well as all my friends and family) for buying a vehicle. I seriously couldn't thank them enough for what they pulled off to help me out.
