I took my Volvo in for new tires on a Fri. and they found a bearing needed replacement, so the part was suppose to come in on Mon. which it didn't come in until late Wed afternoon. I picked it up on Thurs. I feel as a Major Volvo dealership you should have access to parts to be shipped overnight for the those with out their car. If is what you can expect from you 3rd party supplier, I think you should look into someone else. Everyone at Willis was professional, and I have had cars serviced there for years, however I will be reluctant to recommend this type of service to friends, which I have always done in the past. I had a loaner car bur I planed to transport some things in my SUV and had to reschedule.

I had a serious shake in the steering wheel as I would begin to brake at high speeds. It was immediately recognized as an issue with the front rotors and the problem was fixed within a couple of hours.

They charged me over $160 just to tell me what was wrong with my Land Rover LR3, and it took them two days. The prices they quoted for the work that needed to be done was astronomical. For example, a coolant bleed valve that needed to be replaced costs $7 on eBay. The hose assemble around $10. They would have charged me over $250 for those two parts and the labor of installing them. Not to mention the cost of a coolant flush which they quoted to be well over valued. Obviously, I didn't have them touch my vehicle as I could replace these two simple parts myself with literally no experience in vehicle repair. When I arrived to pick up my LR3 the "paperwork wasn't done" despite the fact that I received a phone call and email from my so-called "technician" saying it was ready to be picked up. Over a week later he called me and asked for payment over the phone. These people take advantage of others who own luxury cars and don't know any better. They assume they have to pay twice as much for repairs. I will never be returning to Willis auto campus for any work or vehicle purchases. Most dissatisfactory experience I have ever had.

This was 90,000 mile service on what has been a very dependable and enjoyable car. Also included new tires. I brought the car in on Friday. Because of the scope of the 90,000-mile service, Willis gave me a 2016 Q70 loaner, which I kept until service was completed on Monday. Service manager stayed in touch. Not cheap, but very much worth it.

Because of the complexity of todays automobiles with sophisticated computer systems for driver?s assistance and communication as well as engine management, suspension control, etc, evaluation and decision making has become much more difficult. I ended up reducing my choices to three European models, Audi Q7, BMW X5 and the Volvo XC90. All of the Des Moines dealers had knowledgeable sales personnel, but Nate Seberg of Willis Volvo was especially helpful in analyzing my specific requirements and making helpful suggestions regarding options choices to produce a vehicle to best meet my needs as well as the best value. He was also very patient in demonstrating the very detailed systems that were not always made clear from the voluminous owner?s manual. That courteous service based on a very complete knowledge of the product gave me confidence in my ultimate choices and my satisfaction with the vehicle delivered.

We had a great interaction and experience with Willis Auto. Specifically, we worked with Nathan in sales to create the perfect all new F-Pace. He was patient with us and worked diligently over numerous emails back-and-forth to make sure we had the perfect build. Once arrived, Nathan, Bill and Alan all helped in putting the ideal package together. We had a unique experience in which we got exactly what we wanted and then-some. We will be coming back to finish building the vehicle, but the first part of the process was great. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an all new Jaguar or other hot vehicle to go to Willis. It's never quite as smooth a process as expected. Repairs take longer, may need to come back again, things that should be in their system (like tire rotations for life with purchase of new tires) still don't keep them from billing it, etc. This is just an example of my most recent service... its been worse previously. Good people, but the system/process needs work.

During the course of taking my 2003 Infiniti I-35 in for several airbag recalls, I got to know Tom, one of the Infiniti salesmen. Over the next 18 months or so, I would stop in on occasion in the evenings he was working when I was in town. We would talk about car preferences, current events, sports, family and odd ball topics of mutual interest. We became friends. There was no pressure to buy a car as I was not in the market. My fully equipped,very reliable I-35 looked good and was still running great , even at 185,000 miles. However, the opportunity came up where passing it along to another family member was the right thing to do. Now Tom and I got more serious in finding a suitable replacement. Finding a good used car that ticked all the boxes with comparable features and options to what I had been driving was not going to be easy. Over the next 3-4 months, I looked at and researched lot of cars. While we were driving all over the Willis lot looking at several brands of cars (M 37x. BMW 3, Buick), Tom suggested I look at a late model Lexus ES 350. Having not been a fan of their latest model designs, I hadn't considered this brand. Tom had done his homework and after checking out and test driving a couple of cars, we were pointed in the right direction. Now we had to wait until the right vehicle came along that matched the color, features, condition and price I was willing to accept. It only took a couple more months before they took in trade just the car I was looking for. After a short test drive and a quick going over to confirm it met my list of wants. I said sold. During the time that the car was being reconditioned (needed a faulty sensor replaced) to 'like new' status, several other salespeople had customers wanting to buy the car. Tom , and the Infiniti sales manager, Brad, basically told them "hands off". I heard later that upper management backed them up as they had given their word to me it was sold. Being in the sales and marketing profession myself, it was nice to know that integrity and professionalism in the selling process still exists. Right after the first of the month, everything was ready and my wife and I drove away in our "new" 2010 black-on-black Lexus ES 350. The small problem that surfaced a week later was quickly addressed and corrected by the knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service department. The wife is happy with the new car, the daughter is happy with the old car, and all that makes me happy. And I still plan on dropping to chat with Tom from time to time.

For the past year, I have been trying to figure out why a tail lamp continued to go out. The problem was intermittent, with the light working at times, and then going out. Although it took several trips to Willis, I realized that the problem always disappeared when I opened and closed the trunk. With that information, the Willis technician quickly discovered that it was the light socket that was bad. I was provided a loaner vehicle during the repair, was kept informed about the progress of repair, and was treated wonderfully by the service department.

The buying experience at WillisAutoCampus at 100th and Hickman in Clive Iowa was fantastic with our salesperson, Ken going above and beyond what is expected of a car salesman. He was thorough, polite, professional and always answered my texts in a very timely manner. I felt the negotiation were fair for the asking price of the new vehicle and fair for my trade-in. The delivery was very informative. The Accessory Department add on did present a slight problem with getting everything done at delivery. The addition of bumper protection, hood protection and mirror protection was a fractured process; it took two trips from the dealership to my home to pick up the car and return it and one trip by me to the dealership to get the protective film applied to the front bumper and driver's side outside mirror. All is well now but it took longer than I expected to complete the job.

Owned a 2008 RX 350 --was a great car. Had to purchase luxury equip package to get seats comparable to our 2008. Premium package seats were hard as a rock. Very good ride with 20 in tires. Mica matador red is a great color as well. We did not want a brown or parchment interior and it was difficult to find black interior. 12 in nav screen is great but also hard to find. Perhaps Lexus could do a better job of readily providing those options. Car is tight, solid and a looker. My wife is very pleased. Dealership very helpful.

On a whim I went to look at my 'dream car'. A used cts with low miles. I expected to finance a big part of it and without me even asking they presented an offer to me that took a significant amount off the price of the new car and gave me much more for my high mile used car than I expected. I was the low dollar deal of the day (for them) I am sure, but they treated me like I was buying a new Range Rover and a valued customer. It was really stunning. I will be back for my next car.

I took my car in because the check engine light was on and it needed an oil change. they said the light was on because it needed a camshaft position sensor that would cost over 2000.00. I told them to hold off and just do the oil change/ when I got home the car was leaking oil. the check engine light was off and has been since. I don't think it needed the expensive repair and neither did another Volvo mechanic I talked to. I took the car back and the oil plug wasn't in tight. this is a luxury car dealer that services many expensive brands and they couldn't even get a simple oil change right.

I paid with a cashier's check, but their policy the title for 10 days. I had to really push, after 2 weeks, to get the title. The car only came with a 15 day tag. Do the math. Bad policy in my opinion - a huge inconvenience.The service, however/otherwise, was EXCELLENT. The sales rep (Greg) was awesome. Love the car too.

Bought a 2004 vw beetle a this location. It's an older car with lower miles. The day after I bought it the check engine light came on. My salesman got it all fixed up and took great care of me. Living in DSM for so long I always thought Willis seemed like it would be an overpriced dealer. Not the case at all. From the initial purchase experience to the routine maintenance, my entire experience has been great. Most recently I went in to have my Maxima serviced and look at some other issues I was having. The service associate saved me several hundred dollars and gave me some great advice...did I mention he saved me several hundred dollars??? So far we have had a great experience!

On Jan 21, 2016 I took 2014 ES 350 to Willis for oil change and (for the fourth time) to get right windshield wiper working properly. On three previous trips to Willis they said it works fine, but it doesn't. Smears the dirt. This time the windshield was dirty and I showed the service man how drivers side was good but right side was very smeared. Obvious that right wiper doesn't work properly. When car came back, the report didn't mention wiper at all. I asked service rep about it since he had seen it works poorly. He said it works perfectly. I left very unhappy.Returned home and called service mgr and reported story. He said someone would come to my home and check, but after 4 weeks I have heard nothing.

Went in to buy a part for my tire. Tpms to be exact, a little pricey but not any different than the parts store, the only difference is, they actually had it. I didn't even have an appointment and I walked over to the service center and said Hey, can you just pop this in the tire for me real quick? You don't even have to put the tire on. They took my tire and car, and a little later they had put the valve stem in and put my tire back on, then put the spare back under the rear end. Also gave me a car wash. 14$ later, I was pretty impressed! Happy to have a great first experience here.

It always amazes me when I first drive in that I am taken care of right away with great service. It is the small details that matter by addressing you by your first name, having everything ready to go, immediately receiving a loaner car with the seats already heated for you. Top notch service from every aspect and a refreshing view of what companies could do if they invest in customer service.

I took my car to Willis for an oil change and also to check a transmission problem. The advisor we dealt with had terrible customer service skills. He did not call us and keep us updated. We had to call him, and then he wouldn't even take our calls or come to the phone. He stated he had left a voicemail, but that was a lie because we had no voicemails on either of our phones. I paid over the phone and was never given a final price for my bill, just an estimate. When I looked at my final invoice, I was charged way more than what I thought my bill was. I would not recommend this dealership.

The dealer drove two hours to pickup vehicle oor annual inspection and oil change, left loaner car and drove two hours to return my car. The car was washed as well. If that's of service I don't know what is. Job well done.

Recently bought a new car and had a fantastic experience at Willis! I made an appointment with Ken, and he had the cars I was interested in ready to go and was knowledgeable about the cars - good and bad. He was honest throughout the whole process and made my opinions feel valid. This was my first time buying a car, and it could not have been made easier. The financing and actual purchasing was made easy thanks to Brent, and he brought up a lot of things I hadn't thought of during the process (honesty about warranties, insurance, etc.). Highly recommended!!

We had a great time and the sales representative was very helpful and low pressure. salesman. We eventually purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS 4. The condition of the vehicle was impeccably prepared. After deciding to purchase the car, the Sales and Financial Managers were easy to work with and helpful with the final paperwork. There was also a Technical person who helped us with all the intricate details of our new purchase.

The service was prompt, my service rep (Gilbert) did a great job as usual and I was on my way with oil changed and tires rotated and a wash. A loaner car was ready for me so I was not late for work.

The Cadillac DeVille was purchased in 2002. When bringing it in for routine mileage maintenance service the staff at Willis Auto Campus also does a thorough inspection to determine if other maintenance is needed and if so it is discussed with me. My wife's ATS needed some warranty / recall work... the car was dropped off in the morning, she was issued a loaner vehicle for the day and the repairs were made timely by late that afternoon. It was really a seamless event and routine maintenance was completed at the same time, so no need for a return visit.

My experience was great, in spite of arriving in the middle of a tornado warning. They politely moved me and their workers to a tornado safe location and the minute the danger was over, they serviced my car and got me on the road. Although, they were in the middle of a remodel, they were able to still provide an acceptable place to wait for my car and provided beverages. My car was returned to me much more clean than when I arrived.

Just happened to be driving through the lot to see what pre-certified cars might be available. Ran across a creampuff Lexus 450h, test drove it, did paperwork, traded in the old car -- within two hours. Willis' sales and service is top notch -- I have worked with them for 10 years on my cars and it's always a pleasant experience. Normally I'd give a 5 star rating on their facilities but they're in the middle of a renovation which creates a little less ambiance than usual.

My only wish is that Willis was closer to my residence. However, my great sales experience I had has continued with my service experience. They bring a loaner to me and pick Up my car and return it to wherever I am. And did I mention my loaner was a brand new model Lexus with just 300 miles (very smart on their end!). Plus my simple oil change ended up with warranty work that I hadn't even realized was an issue yet, saving me another service call. Another item-which may seem minor-is their ability to pull up my records without me repeating name by phone recognition. I work at a company that prides itself on service to customers so I feel I have high expectations (that usually lead me to disappointment) and I have to say my experience with Willis has left me impressed.

At oil chg last year I ordered a container of touch up paint for my '13 Lexus........never heard a response or received the touchup. During oil change on 9/25/15 I again order and prepaid for a touchup paint and was told by Laurie Kramper it should be available within 4 -5 days. I called Laurie on Mon 10/12 and left a message inquiring as to when I would receive my prepaid order. Have not received the paint or even a return call to my inquiry. How do you think I should rate you customer service? Also, why is there almost a quart more of oil on the dip stick than the full mark?

I just bought my third MINI from Willis, the first was an older used vehicle, the second was brand new, and the third was a newer used vehicle. I trust Willis - they are honest, provide you with the best outcome imaginable, and they take pride in representing Willis and the MINI brand. I would not buy a guy of any make from any other dealer than Willis based on my experiences to date. I also love their service and their service model, with pick up/delivery of my car, the ability to have a loaner car for the day, and the way they return my car to me freshly washed.

Had car detailed. Apparently sat out over night and was very dusty. The windshield had some streaks and a few bugs remained. Overall a good job. My main complaint was the fee for use of a "loaner" car. When I purchased the vehicle I was informed there was not a charge. Apparently the policy has changed. I think the charge is beneath the dignity of the Willis dealership. If you purchase the vehicle from them it should be included. I sometimes have my vehicle serviced at another Lexus dealership with no additional charge.They seem to be following the lead from other industries where they nickel and dime you at every opportunity. This might be one small factor in my next purchasing decision.

Robin helped me from the start to the end. It took longer than expected but he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was so helpful and made sure everything was done. When I came to pick up my car he knew that I had a very short amount of time to get my car before heading out of town. He had it washed and waiting inside for me at the time I told him I would be there so I didn't have to wait a minute longer than needed.

My 2000 Jaguar XK recently developed an AC problem. Brian and the other staff at the Jaguar service center took great care of my car. After diagnosing the problem, they noted another minor problem, let me know in a prompt manner what the expected costs would be and had it ready when it was promised. When I picked up the car it had been washed and cleaned inside (it was dropped off on a messy rainy day). After years of waiting to buy a Jaguar because of fears that service/minor repairs would be a problem, I can't say enough about Willis Jaguar and Brian. They take care of my car the way it should be done - - like it is being driven by a member of their "family" . I just wish I hadn't put off buying a Jaguar....

As soon as I pull into The Cadillac service department ....the smiles from everyone abound......!When I walk by Mr. Jeff Willis' office looking for my automobile agent DeeNee....I say "Ola" .....and he says "Ola" back...that is SWEET.I can't mention each name for fear of missing even just one....but everyone that I have dealt with in this service department throughout the years has been professional...thorough...kind....detailed and has consistently followed through. 2010 Cadillac SRX had water leaking into the inside floor because the drain hose on the roof was disconnected. I bought the car used and this issue had been fixed with the previous owner and was now happening again. The GM recall had been closed for this issue and was only offered in certain states and Iowa was not on the list....?! Sharon did everything she could to make sure I did not have to pay for this fix (which was $400), since it was recalled before and is a design flaw. Willis really puts customers first, I wouldn't go anywhere else for car service. THANK YOU SHARON, YOU ROCK!

I bought a 2014 M-B ML550 SUV. I had seen this on the internet and drove to Des Moines to see and drive it. Everyone I dealt with, from the girl on the telephone, to the salesman and finance guy, were super to work with. If you live within 2-3 hours of the dealership, it's worth looking to see what they have. They have a ton of cars and they seem to genuinely appreciate your business. You can't go wrong dealing with them. Altho, you could do worse somewhere else!!!! (The Mercedes dealer in Omaha had no one come out when I stopped to look at what they had. I was on the lot for 20 minutes. Their loss)

I have had some problems with my CUE screen graphics, the 1st time I had service on this issue they couldn't duplicate my problems but did rectify by updating this aaccessory..Then the entire CUE screen graphics went wild and I lost all use of this screen.The screen gave me a notice that it was updating??? but initialization failed, then some other message..I had the dealership (not repair) look at this and didn't know what it was..So I had service take my car and they were stumped too but once a call to GM was made, all was well and although it took from a Thursday to Tuesday to repair, they took care of the problem w/o further issues.I had the use of a 2016 SRX while my car was being repaired so I was Happy..

OK over all. Kept wanting to drop off the vehicle early on my way to work. The serivce scheduler seemed to have a difficulty with the concept and that I should show up at my appointment time. The serivce manager had no issue with me dropping my vehicle off early and in fact, they were abe to to get to the warrantly work even faster. Well done overall!

Weht to Willus for oil & filer changes, along with tire rotation and 20K visual checks. I was in and out in under 90 minutes. The car exterior had been washed with driver and front passenger areas vacuumed, but the rear was untouched. Overall the experience was pleasant despite the ongoing service area rennovations, so the wait room was temporary. Still the wait room had complementary Keurig services, bottled water & sodas and some light snacks, but no donuts like many other local dealership service areas. Skylar, the service rep was friendly and knowledgable. He booked a return appointment to replace a small panel cover (left off on prior visit), which was out of stock. When I returned home I noticed a tire stem cap was missing, so I'll get that replaced as well on this next visit. Hope it is in stock.

when called to schedule service appointment, my requests/information taken and entered in Willis computer wasn't what I had told the gentleman taking my call. Service manager got it correct. Escalade was well taken care of and the only service request that wasn't totally resolved was the cooling seats, and it was adjusted and being watched. Was informed is working properly but doesn't seem to cool well, will take it up during the week so service manager can go over it with me so they know exactly what the concern is. Still....I am very pleased and love my Escalade.

They found in the inspection that the LR Shock had failed and was leaking so Robin made arrangements to accomplish This with a good portion of the exspense covered under warranty. Kurt also arranged the multi-point inspection andcomplimentary car wash for my car. During the multi-point inspection,the service technician,Matt Trumper discovered the left rear shock wasleaking and Kurt proceeded to order this part for installation as soon asthe left rear shock components arrived. We are traveling from California, and had some damage to the front end of our car from debris that fell off a truck into our lane. I was treated very courteously by Ryan Tokarz, and when the work was completed he had even painted scrape marks on the bumper even though we had not discussed having that additional work done. But, he had it done anyway at no extra charge! Then, because it was raining he said I could bring the car back in a couple of days to see if the bumper and paint needed further touch-up. Willis and Ryan Tokarz exceeded expectations, and I am very pleased!

As always, our service with Willis was exceptional! When we were surprised by a "Service engine soon" light, we called and were able to make an appointment the next day. Since the issue on our 2004 DeVille would take three hours, Sharon made arrangements for a loaner that was a perfect fit for us. She quoted a price for repairs that was the amount we payed when the service was completed. We have always been treated like friends at Willis and are truly comfortable and confident when taking our vehicles in for any service. We know we can trust the Willis staff to provide top quality service any time we need it and have recommended that our friends take their vehicles to Willis, as well. They are often surprised at the level of service offered on a regular basis at Willis Cadillac, such as pick up service, wash and wax with any service, loaner vehicles, etc. So was I when we first brought our Cadillac in, and we still appreciate having such quality service available. The customer service staff at Willis is always cognizant of the needs of the customer. They are always helpful and knowledgeable with the process as it relates to the repair work needed for your vehicle. Their Cadillac service / repair department gets the repair done correctly the first time; always.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the car port by a service agent and directed me to my technical consultant. The consultant confirmed what I wanted done my truck and took me a clean and nicely furnished waiting room.

If you ever want to be treated like a very valued customer, go to Willis Auto Campus. I recently had my Lexus SC430 recalled for warranty work. As always, my experience we excellent. They greeted my by name when I pulled in to their very clean service receiving garage. They already had the service ticket prepared. They were clear on how long the repair would take and arranged for one of their drivers to take me home. While I waited in their very nice waiting area with free coffee and snacks I took the few minutes before the drive came to read the newspaper. The driver was very courteous and in just a few short minutes was back home. Later, they delivered the car to my home. It can't get any easier than that.

As always, the service at Willis is excellent. I visited the dealership because of a headlight problem. Michael Jach, the service tech took action. He provided a rental and took care of the problem promptly. He called me when the repair was completed and I returned to the dealership and picked up my very clean car very satisfied.

The tire side wall blew out while sitting in a parking lot waiting for the Feed store to open. I called mini road side assistance. They came picked up the car and brought it to Mini. Mini service called when the car arrived and spoke to me about what needed to be done. They quoted an estimate and would call back when the job was finished. They called back within a few hours with the total matching the estimate. The best part! They got the car back to me (in Ames) before the end of the work day so I could get my kids from Day care and get . I did not need to get a ride from friends from work to daycare and home. Mini service is AWESOME.
